yeah and because I just asked the question and and I'd like you to

interact a little bit with the Kristian shortly about the specific

strategy that you used with him if you don't mind we use that as a case study

but there are different levels of membership out there not with LinkedIn

so I I think I've got what it's tell me what they are I know that I have more

than the basic one but again I'm not sure that I'm actually utilizing that

very very effectively at the present time I know I'm paying a little bit

extra for my stand they use it then I've sort of drifted away so tell us the

different levels of membership and what we can do with each sure okay so

LinkedIn has a premium option and if you are going to upgrade or I think the best

value for money is the business plus option which is just a man I think it's

fifty seven dollars per month however generally that when people are figuring

out how to use LinkedIn and they don't feel like they're getting the results

that they bike that's the first place that they go to look for solutions just

word of warning that LinkedIn premium is not going to all of a sudden just create

a flood of leads into your profile yeah what it actually does is just enhances

any strategy that you may be using already so what we jeremy suggest is

start using LinkedIn for business purposes getting a return on investment

use it use some of these strategies that we've discussed here find connect engage

and then when you can see that it's actually working for your business

that's actually a good time to then upgrade and take advantage of the first

30 days free which LinkedIn offers we do we do definitely we are an advocate of

the premium account because all of our clients use it and then from there you

they said only 16% of the people using LinkedIn are actually using it for

recruitment purposes which which leaves 84% that are using it for business

purposes so I need more recently that LinkedIn is catching on to the fact that

there's actually a lot more sales people and business professionals and CEOs

using LinkedIn and there is recruitment so if you've got if you're on LinkedIn

to get more customers and all you have is a copy of your CV on your profile

you're probably not going to get many leads so if you're starting to think of

it as a tool to promote yourself and as a professional and apply strategy that

achieves the outcome you're looking for then you're gonna get a lot more success

in and when you do get that success it's important to measure the results yeah

like - about that in just a second but a really good example of that is

Dad Leaves Her on a Dirt Track But Wait Till You See When He Checks the Rear View Mirror… - Duration: 5:45.

It's a scene virtually guaranteed to break anyone's heart: a dad drives away, apparently

leaving a child abandoned and alone on a remote dirt road.

As he checks his rear-view mirror, though, not everything is as it seems.

In fact, the shocking twist in this tale is sure to get you talking.

The story first started turning heads in 2015 after a viral video showing a dad picking

up a new addition to the family caused an online sensation.

The short film shows the father driving up to what appears to be an orphanage, where

a young, red-headed girl is waiting for him on the steps.

Next, she climbs onto the passenger seat and curls up while clutching her favorite doll.

The girl seems a little shy at first, but her new dad gives her a gentle, reassuring

pat on the head.

She then musters a little smile, seemingly realizing that everything will be okay.

As they drive along, the dad is eating a snack, and the little girl looks at him wistfully.

Fortunately for her, the man shares a piece of his food, and she devours it happily.

The girl then returns to gazing out of the window as the sun shines through the trees.

At home, another girl is drawing a picture.

And her mom is giving her a kiss on the cheek just as Dad walks in with the red-headed youngster

from the orphanage.

This could be a moment of tension, but the other girl runs over excitedly to welcome

the red-head, and the two bond immediately.

Then, still clutching her favorite doll, the red-headed girl shyly approaches Mom.

A little nervous, she nevertheless allows Mom and Daughter to play with her hair, which

is tied up in bunches.

Her confidence grows in time, too, and she eventually plays with her new sister.

However, after happy walks and joyful playing on the river bank, things start to change.

Indeed, there appears to be a feeling of isolation for the red-headed girl; she becomes nervous

around loud noises, and she has a fear of bright lights.

That's when the bad behavior starts and things begin to go really wrong.

For example, there's spilled red wine on a white table cloth that causes Mom to shout

at the little girl.

The daughter no longer wants to play with her, either, and in boredom or frustration

the daughter starts pulling apart the girl's favorite doll.

So the red-headed girl starts to annoy Mom in the kitchen.

Indeed, she tugs at Mom's shirt while she's doing the washing up, seeking the affection

she so desperately needs.

Mom pushes her away, however, and she grows increasingly annoyed with her as she persists.

The red-headed girl tries to play with Dad next, but he's working at a computer and

pushes her away.

What's more, she makes a mess while she's playing and is never allowed to eat at the

table with the rest of the family.

With the girl now proving to be a nuisance and even a burden, the family seem to question

why they welcomed her into their home in the first place.

After all, they don't have time for her, and she's too needy and demanding.

Then they come up with a plan to deal with her and her unwanted behavior.

That's when Dad drives her to a remote dirt road.

As he opens the passenger door to let her out of the car, he gives her one last gentle

pat on the head to let her know that everything will be okay.

And then he distracts her from what he's actually about to do.

Shockingly, he takes her toy doll and throws it far into the grass.

Then, as she runs to fetch it back, he climbs into the car and drives away.

The girl stands and watches him disappear into the distance, helpless and alone.

Perhaps she's thinking that he might come back.

As he drives ever further from the spot where he left the little girl, though, he checks

the rear-view mirror.

Is he regretting his decision to abandon her, or is he checking that she's not following

him?

Whichever it is, what he's driving away from isn't the red-headed girl you'd expect.

No, what the driver sees in the rear-view is in fact a dog waiting faithfully next to

the battered doll.

The film is called Gift and was made by the Hungarian production company DeadLens Pictures

to raise awareness of abused and abandoned animals.

The story is told with the little girl as the central character to emphasize the idea

of how heartless and wrong it would be to treat a family member of any species in such

a way.

Director ZsofiaZsemberi told Media, "We made this short movie in order to draw attention

to the abandoned, abused animals on the planet."

Zsemberi continued, "I truly think it is just as important to understand that whatever

happens to an animal could also happen to a child."

Furthermore, Zsemberi believes that those who abuse animals may likely abuse humans,

which is why she felt it was so important to draw the parallel.

Zsemberi said that she made the film deliberately stark in order to grab people's attention

and stand out.

And it's certainly done that, having been viewed more than 24 million times on YouTube

to date.

She explained, "I think it's important to make movies that could influence others

to rethink or even change things for the better in their own lives or in the way things are

happening around them."

According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, around 7.6

million pets enter animal shelters each year.

That breaks down to about 3.9 million dogs and 3.4 million cats.

Of those, only 2.7 million ever find new homes, while the same number will, sadly, be put

down.

The canine star of the film is Heather, herself a rescue dog from the Hungarian animal shelter

FAPF.

And just in case you were wondering, Heather and the red-headed girl, Julcsi, were happy

and well looked-after during the production of this powerful and important film.

When I was a kid, swimming was one of my favorite things to do.

I was on the swim team starting when I was four years old and then on and off throughout

grade school, although I wasn't especially fast.

I just loved the water.

I used to dream that there was a way I could be like a fish.

When I was little, I had a misconception that fish didn't need oxygen.

Later on, I learned that, no, most fish have gills that allow them to extract the oxygen,

which they need, from the water.

So then I just thought it'd be really cool if I just had gills.

But, alas, no gills for Pinky.

Oxygen is a really big deal---so many organisms---from fish to plants to humans---need oxygen.

And yes, even though plants make oxygen in photosynthesis…they still perform cellular

respiration and therefore plants still need oxygen themselves.

There's often a misconception that plants don't need oxygen; that's just not true.

So why do these organisms need oxygen?

It's similar to why you need oxygen.

If you've ever wondered why you need to breathe, which is done by the respiratory

system in your body, zoom into the cell level.

Cells in your body use the oxygen you inhale to perform cellular respiration.

The formula here requires inputs, otherwise known as reactants, to make ATP.

And oxygen is one of those reactants in the overall equation that is needed to break glucose

down in forming ATP.

Why ATP?

ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate.

It is action packed with three phosphates.

It has the ability to power many cellular processes.

Typically it's coupled to other things that it may be powering.

Now after losing the phosphate, the molecule is ADP, adenosine diphosphate, because it

has 2 phosphates.

In cellular respiration though, there are enzymes that can add another phosphate to

it and convert it back into ATP again.

This particular formula of cellular respiration is aerobic, meaning overall, it requires oxygen.

It is pretty complex, and we have a video breaking down steps.

But that's not what this video is about.

This video is about what happens when there is no oxygen.

Because cells still need to make their ATP.

So what kind of cells can handle the no oxygen thing?

Well many types of bacteria can.

Many types of archaea.

Yeast, which is a fungus that could be helpful like making your bread rise.

Your muscle cells can, for a while anyway.

These are all just some examples.

Now these organisms handle the lack of oxygen in different ways.

Some organisms such as some types of bacteria or archaea can do anaerobic respiration---

they can continue to perform glycolysis, krebs, and the electron transport chain just like

aerobic cellular respiration.

But since there is no oxygen to be that final electron acceptor at the end of the electron

transport chain, they use something else.

Sulfate for example.

These organisms are specifically adapted to be able to use a different electron acceptor

in this anaerobic respiration.

Another option is the organism may just stick with doing just glycolysis, which doesn't

require oxygen, and then the addition of some way to get their NAD+ back----we'll talk

about what that means in a minute.

This process is called fermentation and that's what we're going to focus on.

Fermentation is a way to be able to handle the little to no oxygen issue: it allows for

glycolysis to happen and for glycolysis to keep going.

That means making ATP when there is no oxygen.

And while you won't make as much ATP in this process as you would aerobic cellular

respiration, you can't be too picky when oxygen isn't around.

Recall what glycolysis is from our cellular respiration video: in glycolysis, you take

glucose---a sugar---and it gets converted into pyruvate.

This takes a little ATP cost to actually start it up, but overall, you make 2 net ATP per

glucose molecule and you also produce 2 NADH.

What's that?

Recall that NADH is a coenzyme and an electron carrier.

We also need to mention that NADH didn't just *poof* appear as a product.

No, because NAD+ actually was reduced to NADH when it gained electrons.

And if the words reduced and oxidized are confusing…you can remember the famous LEO

GER mnemonic: Lose electrons= oxidized.

Gained electrons=reduced.

So NADHNAD+ is oxidation because it loses electrons and NAD+NADH is reduction because

it gains electrons.

Now NADH, the electron carrier, would normally be delivering the electrons gained to the

electron transport chain if this was aerobic cellular respiration.

Once losing their electrons, NADH would be oxidized into NAD+ and be ready to be involved

all over again in glycolysis.

But there's no electron transport chain step in this fermentation process.

So we've got to regenerate the NAD+ somehow—NAD+ is needed here after all for glycolysis to

continue.

Fermentation therefore adds another little step to the end of glycolysis---a step to

help regenerate NAD+.

This happens because fermentation allows NADH to give its electrons to an electron acceptor

which, in the two fermentation examples we are going to give, will either be a derivative

of pyruvate or pyruvate itself.

So here we go with two types of fermentation which both result in different products from

pyruvate.

Alcoholic fermentation: as done by some types of yeast.

So first glycolysis which yields 2 net ATP, 2 pyruvate, and 2 NADH.

Now we need the step to regenerate the NAD+ so we can keep doing glycolysis.

The 2 pyruvate is used which will ultimately produce carbon dioxide and 2 ethanol (alcohol),

but the derivative of pyruvate shown here, acetaldehyde, can act as an electron acceptor

in this process so that the 2 NADH can be oxidized to 2 NAD+ so that glycolysis can

start all over.

Since ethanol (alcohol) is a waste product in this process.Yeasts also can do alcoholic

fermentation in making bread, and the carbon dioxide product we mentioned is involved with

helping the bread rise!

The tiny amount of alcohol produced in the short fermenting time of bread will evaporate

in the baking process.

Lactic acid fermentation: as can be done by cells such as your muscle cells for example!

While your muscle cells can do aerobic cellular respiration, they can shift to lactic acid

fermentation if they experience an oxygen debt.

This could happen if you are working out very intensely where your blood is unable to deliver

a sufficient amount of oxygen to them for their demand.

Just like with alcoholic fermentation, we start with glycolysis that yields 2 net ATP,

2 pyruvate, and 2 NADH.

But now we need the step to regenerate the NAD+, and this step is a bit different from

alcoholic fermentation.

The 2 pyruvate on the reactant side will ultimately yield 2 lactate.

The pyruvate can act as an electron acceptor allowing NADH to be oxidized to NAD+ so that

glycolysis can start over.

By the way, this lactate product or specifically its other form lactic acid, has often been

blamed for the muscle soreness that occurs the day after intense exercise- in many of

my teaching years this was the hypothesis with this- but actually there's some recent

research that may dispute this product as the cause of muscle soreness.

Lactic acid fermentation is also done by bacteria that are involved in making yogurt and lactic

acid can contribute to its sour taste.

So overall, fermentation is a pretty remarkable process.

Although, it does make us appreciate oxygen because despite how absolutely awesome fermentation

may be….…it just can't make as much ATP as aerobic cellular respiration.

Sariyya سريّا means a stream

but it can't be used as a stream in this text.

So other Muslim scholars tried to make up a meaning that can coordinate with the context.

They said that سريّا may be used as "generous"

Do they mean a generous man; Jesus?

As usual, this word doesn't have a logical Arabic meaning that coordinates with the context.

However, it does have a Syriac meaning.

The Syriac word سري means "Legitimate Child".

Now that verse has a logical and reasonable meaning (the word سري in its context)

The child, Jesus, says to his mother, Mary,

Do not grieve; God has provided you with a legitimate child.

That means, don't grieve because you gave birth to me - while you didn't have intercourse with a man.

I am a legitimate son سري

not generous or a stream - as Muslim scholars tried to twist the meaning.

Sherif Gaber quotes from Christoph Luxenberg the liar

Because Christoph Luxenberg doesn't have a certificate or studied languages

according to this study from London university, School of Oriental and African Studies.

And they exposed Christoph Luxenberg in that study.

He neither is called Christoph, foreigner nor studied languages as he assumes.

Sherif Gaber quotes from Christoph Luxenberg that سريّا means a legitimate son.

This is a lie about the Syriac language concerning both word and meaning.

The word that Sherif Gaber inserted is not pronounced - in Syriac - سريّا Sariyya

but it's pronounced شري Shari

Also شري Shari in Syriac doesn't mean a legitimate son,

but means divorced; separated from husband.

This word was mentioned as divorced in 1 Corinthians 7:27

Are you free from such a commitment? Do not look for a wife.

If that verse had been correct - according to Christoph Luxenberg and Sherif's quote,

it would have meant, "Don't grieve; you're divorce; separated from your husband. "

The Noble Qur'an says to Mary,

"Don't grieve; you're divorce."

According to that weird (funny) understanding of Syriac.

Sariyya سريّا means a stream; a small creek.

Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; Chapter 19, Verse 26

"So eat (from dates) and drink (from the stream) and be contented."

After Being Denounced By White House Correspondents Association, Michelle Wolf Gets More Bad News

The White House Correspondents Association denounced comedian Michelle Wolf for her sick

attacks on Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

However, President Donald Trump put the final nail in her coffin when he personally delivered

some bad news for her.

According to Daily Caller, comedian Michelle Wolf ruined an event meant to honor journalism

with a nasty partisan attack on President Donald Trump, and the White House press secretary

Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

The following evening, the liberal comedian was denounced by the White House Correspondents

Association (WHCA) for her crude jokes and lack of decency.

"I actually really like Sarah.

I think she's very resourceful," Wolf said at the dinner.

"She burns facts and then she uses that ash to create a perfect smoky eye.

Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's lies.

It's probably lies."

"I'm never really sure what to call Sarah Huckabee Sanders," Wolf continued.

"Is it Sarah Sanders?

Is it Sarah Huckabee Sanders?

Is it Cousin Huckabee?

Is it Auntie Huckabee Sanders?

Like, what's Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women?"

According to Fox News, Margaret Talev, the president of the WHCA expressed regrets about

the dinner in a statement released on Sunday, April 29, 2018.

While some viewed the statement as an apology, other saw Talev's remarks as more of an

excuse which lacked any genuine sorrow for what happened.

Dear Members,

I want to tell you how much your kind words meant to me following my personal remarks

at last night's White House Correspondents Dinner, about the roots of my belief in journalism's

essential role.

I have also heard from members expressing dismay with the entertainer's monolog and

concerns about how it reflects on our mission.

Oliver Knox, who will take over this summer as our president, and I, recognize these concerns

and are committed to hearing from members on your views on the format of the dinner

going forward.

Last night's program was meant to offer a unifying message about our common commitment

to a vigorous, and free press while honoring civility, great reporting and scholarship

winners, not divide people.

Unfortunately, the entertainer's monolog was not in the spirit of that mission.

Every day we are working hard to advocate for our members and ensure coverage that benefits

the public, and the dinner is an important opportunity to highlight and maintain our

essential work.

The White House Correspondents Association remains dedicated to that mission.

In my opinion, Margaret Talev's statement about Michelle Wolf's monolog not being

"in the spirit" of civility, wasn't quite sufficient.

More than likely, Talev saw this as her last opportunity as the president of the WHCA to

take a cheap shot at the Trump administration, and allowed such a debauchery to take place

on purpose.

The bottom line here is that Wolf's monolog was inexcusable and not funny.

After the WHCA statement was released, President Donald Trump took to Twitter with a stunning

rebuke for the liberal comedian.

"The White House Correspondents Dinner was a failure last year, but this year was an

embarrassment to everyone associated with it.

The filthy comedian totally bombed (couldn't even deliver her lines-much like the Seth

Meyers weak performance).

Put Dinner to rest, or start over!" Trump wrote.

Trump's frustration with the WHCA boiled over, and he released another tweet about

the failed dinner on Monday, April 30, 2018, which said, "The White House Correspondents

Dinner is DEAD as we know it.

This was a total disaster and an embarrassment to our great Country and all that it stands

for.

FAKE NEWS is alive and well and beautifully represented on Saturday night!"

I could not agree more with the President.

The WHCA and their annual dinner event are "dead."

There was no civility or unity in what the organizers of the event provided.

Their idea of entertainment is offensive and tacky in every sense of the word.

Because he knew the White House Correspondents Dinner would be nothing but a debauchery,

Trump skipped out on the event for the second year in a row and instead appeared at a rally

in Michigan, where he was surrounded by thousands of "deplorables."

In my opinion, the WHCA should publicly apologize directly to Sarah Sanders for what took place

on Saturday evening.

There was no reason other than pure hate for Michelle Wolf to attack the White House press

secretary like she did.

It seems so hypocritical for liberals who are supposed to be all about women's rights

to enjoy it, when an outstanding and accomplished person like Sanders is attacked for her appearance

and her beliefs.

i don't know how to start this things

before anything, im sorry for my voice

and im sure that in less

of two weeks im gonna completly hate this video

but oh well so are things

I'll try to explain a bit how i made

this crap

well, I turned my OCs

into their animal version according to their phisical

characteristics they already had

something that really helped me improve

drawing animals in general

was: once i had the anatomical bases settled

i would, like, exaggerate them

you can't exactly see it here

because they are anthropomorphic animals

but, for example, in canines

i make a very very tiny waist and a very

very big chest. Well to

make Chi

that in brackets is a nickname

he is really named Boris, someday i will tell the story behind that nickname

but that day is not today

It's been a while since i

thought of him as a bear but a problem I had was that

since i didn't really draw many bears

but wolves were always my favourites

then i would end up drawing mostly canines

so the very first bears sketches

that i made in my life

would look very canine

and little by little i got to improve

the anatomy of the bear

using reference pictures

but some things i noticed is that

bears have like

a smaller head

compared to

a smaller head compared to the rest of the body more so

than humans i mean

and that many times when

you are trying to draw a furry or an animal

you base yourself in human

proportions

and no. With every animal, they change.

another thing with bears

is that they have

like they kinda crouch

they can't lift their head

like a dog

when something catches their attention

they can stand on their back feet

but they can't raise their neck

and something else

to make it more similar to a bear i recently discovered

is that they have tons of fur around

their neck

so it makes their head seem even smaller

you can see this in Brother Bear

they also have a very square figure

to make it resemble Chi

i drew his eyes

a pretty big muzzle

they I gave him like

I don't know if it's called broken nose

in the muzzle

I did it a little marked to look like

and the eyebrows, although they are not like eyebrows

they have a similar shape

and the expression also helps

then the body stance I did it quite hunched, so a intermediate

how is it and how a bear stands

which is quite hunched itself

then with Frida it's more unrealistic

because it's a fox

but for me something that distinguish

my foxes at least, what could be right or wrong

then I did black paws because

I added the freckles which is obvious

and then to make her look more

although foxes are redheads

she's blonde

and it doesn't clash that much

but It may clash more or less depending

on the color palettes you use

because if the colors are too bright it may draw attention

but in this case mostly are opaque

it doesn't attract a lot of attention

then sometimes to make it more beautiful

to transicion the black on the ears and paws

I use a brown

but it's not that important

then I added freckles (I already said that she has freckles? :3c)

and I gave her a pink snout

because I like how dogs looks

with pink snout

and I don't know if foxes can have that snout

but I don't care, I'll do it anyways

since I'm here, I will comment why

I chose those species to represent them

with Chi I think it's a bit obvious because

he's a guy of 1.95 meters

he likes to eat, hairy, with a pissed face

I think it's a bit obvious choice

aaaand, Frida I don't know why

because, foxes are cute and I like draw foxes

one of my friends said "Hey she can be a fox because foxes are cute and playful" and I said

I chose a sky blue

palette, that remembers the rain

I made the light come behind of Walter because it looks

dramatic

I don't know why, I like it

then, to make Mary look like an albino

recently I started to colour her lineart

only where

the skin or in this case, fur is showed

and in my opinion

it looks way better

in albino animals

I noticed in general

the muzzle, eyes and ears

and sometimes the paws are pinky

and that's what I did

also paint white eyelashes

it's very important on albinos

it highlights even more

for me I decided to make her a ferret, mostly because of the physical appearance

there's a huge variety of colors

but I obviously I made her albino

and then more than anything

what makes them look like, it's the ferrets length

which it's like a very stretched animal

it wasn't really needed modify a lot to make

resemble them, the only thing I did it's

a longer muzzle and upturned but

after that

i just left the ferret anatomy normally

one thing it was complicated, it's the ferrets legs are too shorts

I was searching about to make it anthropomorphic because it was complicated

I don't know, It seems

it was so weird

For Walter I decided to make him a dog

because of the loyal and companionship personality

although it's funny because Walter it's most of the time depressed

and dogs are characterized for being the purest thing

and happy

they're with you, but well, those are little details

to make them

I didn't choose any specific breed

Walter is just thin dog, a bit furry

quite similar to a German Shepherd

I remember when at first he was strongly based on a German Shepherd

but with time I changed it, so he can be thinner

and make it similar to the last one, also less furry

anyways, I think in this draw he's more fluffy

but the idea of

this dog, is having a

and something that I made for him

he has pulled back ears

I don't know, it just looks too good

did the fur in the lineart

I used to do like, I did with the human hair which are

lines

to separate the hair

but now, no, I do short lines

and straight so it gives the ilusion of fur

and then for color

I intensify the lines from lineart

for animals

instead of that

I do short

brush strokes who keep track of lineart

I'm recording this for a second time because

I don't know what happened with my audio file

it disappeared or died mystically

well, I don't have a lot to comment about this draw

the thing is

I've done some things that I don't usually do

like, Viktor's scar was done on lineart, I never do that

I always do in color

and then as a bonus Penurias is a human

because her normal version she's a furry

I wasn't going to do a furry

she has vitiligo but It doesn't look, for us thats vitiligo, believe me

I love how I talk like if I was talking with a lot of people

when probably this video is going to be watched by three people

also, something I did for the spots

the whites spots of Viktor

as Penurias' brown spots

in separated layers

both with differents effects

example: the white spots uses screen

if I recall correctly

and for Penurias

has multiply because it's the best layer effect forever

then, I didn't really changed Penurias' eyebrows

and the mouth I wasn't sure about do it with harelip

because they're cute but I didn't know if it was going to undestand

when the mouth was close

plus, it occurred to me

when the draw was too advanced

It can be a harelip or not

the answer is in your heart

and

I did a regular dress for Penurias

because this draw it's a simple one

and a Victorian dress would be exagerated for the simple draw

Viktor has claws instead of hands

I thought I'd look better

I dunno, I just like it

then the tail, I tried to make it wounded but it looked like a ugly fur duster

it's the thought that counts

and, that basically

and then

for the fur on the neck

I didn't used a lot like I would with bears

but it's more than a dog

I don't know what to comment on this draw anymore
