A Florida Congressman by the name of Matt Gates has drafted legislation for the US House

of Representatives that would literally officially and finally get rid of the EPA.

The legislation that Gates has drafted would abolish, abolish the EPA completely.

The Environmental Protection Agency, in the United States would no longer exist under

Gates' legislation.

Before I go into why this guy is such an idiot, it's worth noting that Gates is actually a

Congressman from my district in Florida.

Obviously I did not vote for him.

I never would, but that's what just makes this story hit a little bit closer to home

because Gates is representing an area that was hit the hardest, among the hardest at

least, from the 2010 BP oil spill.

We still have tar balls rolling up on our beaches.

Tourism in this area was almost dead for a year and a half after the BP oil spill, and

here we have this new Congressman serving us in Washington that thinks we need to get

rid of the Environmental Protection Agency when the very area that he represents relies

solely on the environment for our income.

Tourism is what keeps this area that I live in in Florida alive, and Gates wants to kill

it.

He wants to kill his hometown because he just hates the EPA?

This doesn't make any sense, and when you spread beyond this area of Florida and you

go south, hell in Miami the tides are now washing up into the streets everyday.

Roads are being washed away from just the new natural cycle of the tide.

That's climate change at work and this Florida Congressman wants to get rid of the EPA.

We have the everglades, where the Koch brothers want to go in there and start fracking the

hell out of it and destroy that huge area of swampland in south Florida that's home

to countless species, some endangered.

Now Gates wants to get rid of the EPA.

Screw them, right?

They're just animals.

They don't matter.

Well what about all the people that could be poisoned?

That's why we get rid of the EPA so we don't have anybody going down there to test the

water and make sure you're not drinking fracking chemicals every time you turn on a tap to

fill up a water to give to your kid.

That's what Matt Gates wants.

That's what the Republican Party in the United States wants.

They want to get rid of anybody holding corporations accountable when they poison people.

They want to get rid of any organization that prevents corporations from poisoning people.

It's also worth noting that the Environmental Protection Agency was created by one of the

most crooked Republicans in the history of the United States and that was Richard Nixon.

He was a bad guy, a bad dude as Donald Trump would say, but he actually did a good thing

here, creating this organization.

Donald Trump won't have anything like this to redeem his legacy.

Neither will a guy like Matt Gates or any of the other Republican sycophants sitting

in Washington DC right now thinking of ways to kill and harm American citizens, because

that's what they're doing with his.

If you get rid of the Environmental Protection Agency, people are going to die.

It's not going to be one or two here and there.

It's going to be tens of thousands of people if not millions.

When you add in the effect of climate change, it will be tens of millions of people dying

all because you wanted to abolish one federal agency for no real reason other than you're

just an asshole.

Jeep Wrangler N-Fab RSP Front Bumper - Textured Black w/ LED (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 6:09.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the N-Fab

RSP Front Bumper with provision for two LED light bars, fitting all 2007 and up JKs.

Today, we are gonna talk through the installation of this bumper which is a very simple one

out of three wrench installation.

You'll be able to get this installed on your Jeep, in your driveway in about an hour, but

we'll talk more about the install in just a second.

We're also gonna talk through the construction and a few of the features of this bumper.

This bumper is described by N-Fab as a Prerunner style.

So, it does have that slanted skid plate on the front like you would see on a Prerunner

truck.

Which isn't a style that you see a lot on Jeeps.

So, this is going to be a unique look.

Now, something else that makes this unique is the fact that it's designed to accept not

1, but 2 38-inch LED light bars which is a ton of light.

Now, it's not necessary to run two bars or even to run one, but because the bumper is

designed for it if you don't have two light bars across the front here, these ears are

kind of sticking up and not doing anything.

So, in my opinion, if you are gonna purchase this bumper, you are going to run at least

one light bar on it.

Two light bars is gonna be overkill, in a lot of people's opinions and, to be honest

with you, the style of this bumper, because it is so unique, it's not going to be for

everyone.

But there are those of you out there that are looking for a Prerunner style, stubby

front bumper that want this more industrial, hardcore, simple and minimalist look that

can accept a couple of light bars.

And for those of you, this bumper is a great option.

And, moreover, it's one of the only options out there.

Again, this is unique, there aren't a lot of bumpers that look like this one does.

If there's one thing I can say about this bumper, is that this thing is solid.

This is a stubby front bumper but it shows a lot of mass into a small package.

This is an inch and 3/4-steel tubing, with steel plate.

This is 3/16ths-inch aluminum plate for this kickplate that's on the front here.

As you can see, it is etched with the N-Fab logo on the front, and the bumper is also

etched with the logo.

Those of you who have seen other reviews that I've done know that I don't love having a

logo on the front or prominently displayed on my parts, but that's just me.

Some of you don't mind it, some of you really like it.

N-Fab is really proud of their product, they're proud of being made in the USA, so they want

people to know.

And they have their logo really big on the front there.

Now, even though this is called a skid plate, there isn't much in that area of the Jeep

to protect.

If you have a Rubicon and you have the electronic sway bar disconnected, of course, that's going

to be in that area.

But other than that, there's not a lot in that front area to protect.

However, that is what gives this bumper a lot of its style.

It is what makes it that Prerunner style, so, that's why that's there.

Again, if you get the version of this with the winch plate, it does have a cutout in

the lower section here for the winch line to go through.

Up here you do have these 2 slider holes in the ears that stick up on the bumper and that's

for those 2 38-inch LED light bars.

N-Fab will tell you that this is designed to accept 38-inch rigid light bars, if you

can find any other light bars on the market that aren't 38 inches in length, you could

probably install those as well, but this is designed for the rigid light bars.

And again, if you put two of them, slider holes would be just the up and down and you

can also adjust the tilt of those light bars.

You can certainly run one light bar if you'd like.

And, there is another version of this bumper that instead of being designed for two light

bars, is designed to have individual light pods mounted across the top.

So, there's that option as well.

In fact, this bumper does have some holes drilled in it, so if you got creative, you

could probably mount some light pods on here if you chose to.

Like most aftermarket front bumpers, this one's going to install onto your Jeep very

easily.

The first step is, of course, removing your factory front bumper which you'll do by removing

the splash shield and then removing the frame cover.

Finally, you'll unclip and unsnap your fog lights, and then remove the eight nuts that

are holding your factory bumper in place.

Once you remove that bumper, it's a simple matter of lifting this big, heavy bumper onto

the frame boards and the included hardware to bolt it on.

Now, because this is heavy, having an extra set of hands around won't hurt.

However, you won't need any specialty tools to get this done, just your traditional hand

tools.

Again, I am giving this a one out of three wrenches, and you should be able to get this

installed in about an hour.

Once the bumper is bolted onto the Jeep, you can go ahead and install whatever light bars

you choose to install on it, and, of course, get those wired up.

Now, as I said before, this bumper is very solid.

It's a very well-built bumper.

This is a made in the USA bumper, a solid finish on it, it does have some aluminum on

it, which of course, will always drive up the costs a little bit.

And as I said before as well, N-Fab is very proud of this bumper.

This bumper here is gonna come in at just under $600.

And for a stubby bumper, that doesn't accept your factory fog lights, that doesn't have

D-ring mounts, that doesn't have any sort of hoop or stinger, it does seem like it's

a fairly simple bumper with not a ton of features for that price.

However, as I mentioned before, this is a unique-style bumper.

So, if you like this style, then this is gonna be a great option for you.

As I said before, if I'm judging this base off of build quality, this is built like a

tank.

It just doesn't quite have all of the features I would like to see on a bumper of this price

point.

So, if you're looking for a stubby front bumper for your Jeep and you like this Prerunner

style with the slanted front skid plate, and you like the ability to run not 1, but 2 38-inch

LED light bars, this is going to be a really nice bumper to take a look at if you want

great build quality and you have the budget for it.

So, that's my review of N-Fab RSP Front Bumper with provision for 38-inch LED light bars,

fitting all 2007 and up JKs that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Interesting Prehistoric Creatures - Duration: 8:35.

Elite Facts Presents

14 Interesting Prehistoric Creatures

14.

-Okay let's kick off this list with the most obvious and most well known prehistoric

creature.

The Tyrannosaurus Rex.

This beast is without a doubt one of the most badass dinosaurs in existence!

Although not the biggest creature from the prehistoric era, It was a force to reckoned

with as full grown t-rexes were around 40 feet tall and weighed about 8,160 kilograms.

These things were pretty much at the top of the food chain with their main diet being

the triceratops.

To simply put it, These things invoked fear back in it's hayday

13.

-They don't make animals like this anymore.

Estemmenosuchus is one of the most bizarre-looking prehistoric monsters; it belonged to the group

of the dinocephalians, and despite their dinosaur-like appearance, they were actually more closely

related to mammals… including us!

Estemmenosuchus was the size of a rhinoceros, and it too had a horn on its nose, but it

also had antler-like horns on the top of its head, and strange, bony protrusions coming

out of its cheeks; no one knows what they were used for.

12.

-This was an ancient relative of today's sperm whale, which as we all know (or should

know) is huge, eats lots of squid and has never been known to attack humans without

provocation.

Acrophyseter was the complete opposite; it was moderately sized, and didn't feed on

squid but rather on other marine mammals and even on sharks!

Its horrible-looking teeth were deadly weapons and have given Acrophyseter and its ancient

relatives the nickname of "killer sperm whales".

Acrophyseter fossil remains have been found in Peru; it lived in the Miocene period, which

seems to have been the best epoch for scary marine monsters including giant dolphins,

colossal sharks and even monster penguins and seals.

11.

-Epicyon could well be described as a giant pitbull on steroids.

It was a member of the Canidae or dog family, but whereas modern day canids are built for

speed and endurance, Epicyon was built for brute strength, and had jaws so powerful that

they could crush bone as if they were crackers!

This beast ruled the plains of North America for fifteen million years, before it was replaced

by big cats.

10.

-Today's great white shark probably has some of the most nightmarish set of teeth

in Nature, but its distant prehistoric relative Edestus was so scary that it would make the

great white look almost cute.

Edestus was about seven meters long and was one of the top predators of the Carboniferous

seas.

However, scientists still don't know how it used its extraordinary teeth; instead of

constantly losing the worn out teeth and replacing them with the new ones growing in rows behind,

as modern day sharks do, Edestus didn't lose its teeth at all; instead, the new teeth

pushed the old teeth out of the mouth and, eventually, the gums and teeth would protrude

out of the mouth like a pair of monstrous scissors.

9.

-This creature has earned some popularity recently thanks to the British sci fi show

"Primeval", where it was the very first monster to appear.

Although real life gorgonopsids where a tad smaller than the TV version (the largest species,

such as Inostrancevia and Leontocephalus, could grow up to six meters long), they were

just as terrifying; as a matter of fact, they were the dominant predators during the late

Permian, before dinosaurs and their relatives took over.

8.

-Terror birds, formally known as Phorusrhacids, were the top predators in South America and

parts of North America during the Miocene, Pliocene and Early Pleistocene periods, before

they were replaced by big cats and other carnivorous mammals.

They were unable to fly, but could run very fast (as fast as a cheetah, according to some

scientists!) and were very large; the largest species could grow up to three meters tall

and weigh up to half a ton.

7.

-Madtsoia would be the worst nightmare of anyone with a phobia of snakes.

Although only fragmentary remains are known, it is claimed to have reached the immense

length of 15-20 meters!

This creature appeared in the Cretaceous period and possibly dined on dinosaurs.

It was similar to today's boas and pythons in that it was not venomous, but rather squeezed

its victims to death using its immense muscular strength.

6.

-Purussaurus was a gigantic caiman (a relative to alligators) that lived in what is today

known as the Amazonian rainforest.

Back in Purussaurus' days, 8 million years ago, that region was actually a vast inland

sea teaming with crocodiles, gharials, fresh water whales, giant rodents and enormous turtles.

Purussaurus was the top predator in that sea, and with good reason; at 12-15 meters long,

maybe more, it was one of the largest crocodilians ever to have existed.

5.

-Although pigs, wild boars and warthogs today are known to eat meat on occasion, they are

basically vegetarian.

On the other hand, the Entelodon, a prehistoric pig relative, was a full time carnivore and

possibly one of the most monstrous-looking mammals ever.

Standing on all fours, this beast was as tall as a man, and had an immense head armed with

powerful jaws and sharp teeth.

4.

-Azhdarchids were a kind of pterosaur (most popularly known as pterodactyls) which included

the largest flying creatures ever to have existed.

Some of them had wingspans of 12 to 15 meters, making them as large as a small plane (although

they were obviously not as heavy).

But what makes Azhdarchids really strange are their body proportions; they had ridiculously

long legs, necks and beaks, and very small bodies, as well as relatively short wings.

3.

-Since the formidable Smilodon (better known as saber-toothed tiger) is too well known,

we have decided to go for a refreshing change.

Enter Xenosmilus, possibly the nastiest feline ever to have existed.

The remains of this very large cat (the size of a lion or tiger, but more robust) were

recently found in Florida along with the remains of many unlucky giant peccaries (similar to

wild pigs) that fell prey to it.

Instead of strangling prey or breaking their neck as lions do, or stabbing them as the

saber toothed tiger did, Xenosmilus acted more like a shark or a carnivorous dinosaur,

biting off a huge chunk of flesh and causing massive blood loss and shock in a matter of

seconds.

2.

-This is a fairly well known prehistoric monster, but it is just so big and scary that it deserves

to be in this list.

Megalodon (technically called a Carcharocles megalodon) was a gigantic shark, closely related

to today's makos and great whites.

It could grow up to 20 meters long and weigh up to 60 tons, being almost six times larger

than Tyrannosaurus rex!

1.

-When Jurassic Park III was released in 2001, many people complained that the beloved lawyer-eating

T-Rex had been replaced with a "made up" dinosaur.

Well first off, Let's forget Jurassic Park 3 even happened and secondly, In reality,

Spinosaurus did exist… and it was indeed bigger than T-Rex.

The remains of this enormous predator were discovered in Egypt in 1915, and the paleontologist

who studied them was already convinced that it was drastically bigger than T-Rex.

However, this couldn't be proved as the fossils were sadly destroyed in a bombing

during WWII.

Recently, however, new fossils have been found, and Spinosaurus was finally declared to be

the largest carnivorous dinosaur of all times.

Yeah we know it's a kick in the childhood for Jurassic Park fans but it's true.
