For Complex News, I'm Pierce Simpson // To many people, Super Bowl 51 will go down as

one of the greatest super bowls of all-time.

The Patriots historic comeback has many people singing the praises of Tom Brady -- so much

so, his game-worn jersey was stolen right out of the Patriots locker room.

Theft during the Super Bowl has reportedly affected another NFL superstar.

This time it's Odell Beckham Jr.

According to Page Six, the star wide receiver had some items stolen from his possession,

but there are conflicting reports of what went down.

One source told Page Six that Odell was robbed of jewelry and cash -- and implied it might've

even been an actual mugging.

However, another source close to the Giants confirmed Beckham's belongings were taken.

However, they disputed the accuracy of it being a "mugging".

The source was quoted as saying...

"He just had some stuff there.

Shoes and that sort of thing.

It wasn't anything expensive — just some of his belongings."

As the story goes, Beckham reportedly left his belongings at a friend's house, and that

homie was subsequently robbed...

Regardless, of the items lost, the most important thing is the safety of Odell and those affected..
