Republicans are still telling us that the majority people who have taken to the streets

to take on Donald Trump, protest his administration and his horrible policies, the majority of

those people according to republicans are paid to be there.

They are paid protestors.

Usually the boogeyman behind this who is paying these people is George Soros.

Bernie Sanders actually laid out the best argument against this paid protester thing

this past weekend because first of all, there's absolutely no evidence that anybody has been

paid to show up to protest Donald Trump, but as Bernie Sanders told us this weekend, we

do have evidence showing that the Coke brothers funded the Tea Party movement back in 2009.

They paid for the buses through Americans for Prosperity to bus angry Tea Partiers to

these rallies to boost the numbers.

The Coke brothers and their think tanks and their little affiliations funded those directly.

The real paid protestors are the republican tea party.

Taking Bernie's point one step further, it's not just the Tea Party that's being funded

to protest.

It's our members of congress, our senators, the people in the Trump administration themselves.

These people are being paid by corporations in the form of campaign donations to rule

consistently against the American public.

These people are being paid to roll back consumer protections.

These people are being paid to roll back environmental protections.

These people are being paid to keep prescription drug prices higher in the United States.

They're the real paid protestors.

Those are the ones that we should be angry at.

Those are the ones that we should be focusing on.

This is a bipartisan problem.

It's not just the republicans.

It is not just the democrats.

They're both equally corrupt in this matter.

There are too many people sitting in power in Washington, D.C. who owe their entire careers

to a handful of corporations.

We're talking about big pharma, health insurance, Wall Street banks, oil companies.

Those people own our politicians.

They vote accordingly.

If you want to get mad about anybody being paid to go out and do or say something, be

mad at the members of congress that we've elected.

Be mad at the people sitting in the house of representatives or sitting in the senate

because those are the people who get paid every single year to make sure that corporations

are allowed to get away with murder and get away with environmental destruction and get

away with putting poison products on the market that kill American consumers.

Those are the real paid protestors and that's where we need to be directing our anger right

now.

Supreme Gives Props to Obama in Spring/Summer 2017 Collection - Duration: 1:02.

Supreme has finally unveiled its Spring/Summer 2017 collection, and it's full of must-cop

pieces for the streetwear connoisseur.

Included in the collection is a dope nod to celebrated singer Sade, as well as Mexican

revolutionary Emiliano Zapata.

However, the best pieces feature former president and all-around great man, Barack Obama.

The anorak jacket featuring Obama's headshot comes in various colorways, along with pants

to get the whole fit off.

Warn Elite Series Front Bumper Overview | JKU50 Overland - Duration: 1:48.

Hi guys, Ken here with 4 Wheel Online.

Today we're taking a look at the Bumper we used for our JKU50 Overland build.

When deciding parts to use on a build it's important to not only think about function

but also take look and style into account.

And nothing decides that more than the front bumper.

For the JKU50 Overland we went with the Warn Elite Series Front Bumper with Grille Guard.

The biggest draw for us was the full width design that continues up to the stock fenders.

This is going to give us a really nice solid look for the front of our Jeep.

It also helps control how much mud and debris gets on the bumper from the tires.

Features include a low, recessed winch mount for superior winch protection, recessed fog

light mounts with warn logo bezel, and the optional grille guard is welded on.

It also has recessed jack points for increased recovery options and eyelets for shackles.

The bumper is laser cut, cnc formed 3/16" steel, and it's welded by robots so you

know it's going to hold up.

And for that added peace of mind It comes in a corrosion resistant black powder coating.

We decided to go with a Warn Zeon winch but this bumper comes with different fairlead

mounting plate options to fit whatever you want to throw on it.

We also used the Warn Elite Series rear bumper to complete the look from front to back.

Hello, and welcome to The Stitching Kitchn.

Well, happy Valentine's Day everybody out there in YouTube land.

And if you stitchers that are watching haven't told your friends who stitch about Stitching

Kitchn, please do so.

To begin with, I want to bring out my cooking pot.

Isn't it cute?

What I do is I stole this thing from the scrap book department.

And I have created an environment for all my toys.

I have floss.

I have emery boards, pens, pencils, needles.

Richard says I could open up my own store.

What do you think?

So, today I'm going to continue the lesson on counting threads.

There, in my mind, are no holes in the fabric.

We can move all over the fabric as long as we learn to count threads.

Why should you stitch on linen or evenweave, you ask?

Well, it can allow you to learn decorative stitches and do samplers and have lots of

fun as you move along in your stitching hobby.

So, I'm going to show you a way to move the thread around the canvas and, if you download

the note paper from www.BrushStreetDesignWorks.com, you can write some of this down.

Alright, here we have what's called 18-count fabric.

That means there's 18 threads to the running inch.

About that big in either direction.

Now, we stitch over two threads (in cross-stitch) to make an X.

Why is that?

Because it's a lot easier to see than one thread ;-) No, seriously, two threads makes

a really pretty X.

So, on 18-count fabric, if we're stitching over two threads, that's nine stitches to

the inch.

So, we have to remember that.

And I will give you a lesson on how to count ... not count fabric ... but how to measure

the fabric when you're starting out.

And you'll never forget it.

Ok, here we go.

Our little knot that we learned how to do is on our fabric.

I removed the cross-stitch from here.

And, I'm going to find the vertical thread.

There it is.

See that?

Ok.

Now, I have to move let's say four threads to the right.

I need to move over the thread and say "one", over the thread and say "two", over the thread

and say "three", and over the thread and say "four".

Now, guess what.

You're on the vertical.

So, I'm going to do that line right there.

So, now we've gone over the four threads.

Now, from here, I have to go four threads up.

So, I'm going to go up one thread, up another thread, up one more thread, and up that thread.

And there I am.

Four threads and I'm on the vertical.

So, now what we're going to do is we're going to do that again.

We're going to go over the thread and say "one", over the thread and say "two", over

the thread and say "three", and over the thread and say "four", and go in.

Put our needle and thread on the back.

Now, I have to move to the left.

Same concept.

We move over the thread and say "one", over the thread and say "two", over the thread

and say "three", and over the thread and say "four".

Why don't I count from the front?

If you try to count from the front and put your thumb wherever you think you should be

and then move the thread to the back, you're going to miscount.

We can take another needle, if you want, and, if we count up four again ... one, two, three,

four ... we can mark that spot with another needle.

It should have a bead on the top so it doesn't fall through the opening between the threads.

And then you can come up from the back.

But, seriously, you need to practice, just like you're going to practice your knot-tying.

And I'm going to go over here ... one, two, three, four ... and I'm going to go to the

back.

And you need to practice counting left, right, up, and down.

Because, the cross-stitches themselves are going to go all over the place.

In fact, let me show you a chart.

It just so happens it's my Winter Fob chart.

You see how these cross-stitches ... one is there, one is there, one is there, one is

there.

How do I get over there?

Well, if you've done one and then two, you know that you can move over two threads and

do this one, and over two threads that way.

And over ... so, it's a way of getting wherever it is that you need to go.

You count in twos and you go over the thread and count.

So, if you need a review, just watch this video again.

I get confused.

And, besides, it's Valentine's Day and I might have had some champagne.

How to get into an exercise routine - AND ACTUALLY STICK TO IT - Duration: 28:10.

how to create a movement plan that you can stick to.

your plan from all the information that

I've given you in

Creating a plan and following through on it.

In part 1, we talk about why

most exercise program set you up for failure.

Part two, we talked about

healing your relationship with movement and your body.

We talked about the

history of your body when it comes to

movement. I gave you a few journaling

exercises in Part 1 & 2,

that will make more sense, and all the pieces will

come together in this video, Part 5 of the series.

In Part 3, we talked about how to shift

the way you SPEAK about exercise.

In Part 4, we talked about how to shift

the way you THINK about exercise.

There are just little tiny mind-shifts that I talk

about in the in the previous videos,

that really get you

thinking about movement in a different way.

That's the biggest thing I want you

to do, before you listen to this call.

It's going to start making sense now.

The first thing you need to do when

it comes to creating a movement plan is

have some sort of

baseline goals.

Make your baseline goals eye-rolling easy.

If you participated in 21-Day Get Moving Challenge,

you know this already.

During the first 4-5 days, we did 10-minutes

of movement. That's it!

You probably even did a little bit more than

10-minutes. Maybe some days you only

did 10-minutes, and that's fine. The whole premise

behind the baseline movement goals,

is that they are eye-rolling easy.

When your baseline goals are eye-rolling easy, you are

more likely to follow through with them.

omega 3 benefits - Health Benefits Of Omega 3 Fatty Acids benefits of fish oil - omega 3 foods - Duration: 3:23.

Omega-3 acids are actually acids that needs to our body for effective daily function.

There are three types of omega 3 fatty acids, which are:

--DHA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) --EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid)

--ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid)

Studies have shown that the highest concentration of fatty acids DHA and EPA can be found in

fish that live in cold water or in fish such as: salmon, mackerel and tuna.

ALA fatty acid can be found in some hazel fruits and certain vegetable oils.

Important to mention is that the body converts ALA acid into DHA and EPA acid.

Great for the body and the heart.

Over the last ten years, several studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids significantly

improve heart health and reduce the risk of cardiac complications.

Also, studies have shown that men with the lowest levels of omega-3 in their blood have

a 81% more likely to experience sudden cessation of heartbeat (heart attack), of those men

who have high blood levels of omega-3 acids.

Omega -3 acids helps in the work of our hearts, in a way that:

Lower the level of triglycerides.

Lower the level of high blood pressure Reduce the risk of heart attack.

Omega-3 acids are useful for the rest of the body.

For example, they can help in some inflammation, such as arthritis or pain in menstrual cycle,

also they are useful for the people who suffer from osteoporosis.

Omega-3 acids have a beneficial effect on mental health.

Studies have shown that depression was more common in individuals who consumed small amounts

or not at all consumed omega-3 fats acids.

Today many experts use programs that include omega-3 fats in order to improve patients

mental health.

Individuals suffering from anorexia have extremely low levels of fatty acids in their diet.

As "excess fat" means weight loss?

Omega-3 acids are not only good for our general health, but also can improve the result of

diet and exercise for weight loss.

Studies have shown that people who are trying to lose weight with the help of exercises

and diets, they can better control blood sugar and cholesterol, if omega-3 fatty acids are

part of their diet.

How much omega-3 should have in the diet?

Experts recommend every day to enter minimal 500 mg.

Omega-3 fats.

The best way is fish, especially "fatty", to be part of our diet.

Note:Keep in mind that some types of fish may contain high levels of compounds that

are unsuitable for women who plan to become pregnant, are already pregnant, or those who

have a small baby / child nursing.
