2016 Annual Review DAY 1: Email Upgrade - Duration: 1:45.

Hi, and welcome to the first installment

of the Pepperdine Information Technology

2016 Annual Review, where each day this week we

will be taking a quick look back at some

of the major projects completed by the

IT department in 2016.

Email. It's our most important communication tool

and it's absolutely critical to nearly every

function at the university.

In June, we upgraded our email services from the

in-house Microsoft Exchange Server

to the much more effective Google Mail Service.

Google Mail provides a fresh look to email

with the added benefit of

unlimited storage and a seamless

connection to Google Drive.

This was a massive project and we didn't want to

miss a beat, suggestion, or chance to

make the switch easy for you.

IT held 17 focus groups and four town

hall meetings, migrated 18,000 accounts

to Google Mail, and walked building to

building and desk to desk for over a

week to provide in-person support after the switch.

We also hosted 150 group training sessions,

processed more than 500 requests for delegate access,

scheduled 240 one-on-one training sessions,

refreshed over a hundred pages on our website,

added two and a half hours of content to our YouTube channel,

transferred 5 Terabytes email from Exchange to Google,

and handed out 1,100 donuts.

PHEW!

While most of the change seemed to happen over a single weekend,

the entire project actually took more than a year of work

for the IT department to complete.

Every corner of IT participated in the transition

and it constitutes one of the largest projects we've ever completed.

Thanks for watching, and keep looking out for

more videos coming to you every day this week.

Jeep Wrangler Teraflex Spare Tire Extension Bracket (1997-2017 TJ & JK) Review & Install - Duration: 5:15.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the TeraFlex

Spare Tire Extension Bracket, fitting all 1997 and up Wranglers.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this bracket, which is a very simple one

out of three wrench installation.

This is going to bolt directly onto your Jeep in under a half an hour, but we'll talk more

about the install in a second.

We're also going to talk through the construction and a few of the features of this bracket.

This bracket is going to be for those of you who want to run a larger-than-factory spare

tire in your factory spare tire mounting location.

This bracket is going to move that tire up, which is going to give you some clearance

between the tire and the bumper when you open and close the tailgate.

It's also going to add a little bit of depth to your bracket, so if you're installing a

wider-than-factory tire on a factory wheel, it's going to give you some additional clearance.

However, if you have a lower backspacing on your wheel to provide some additional clearance

on the vehicle and you have a matching spare tire, you won't need to necessarily take advantage

of that additional depth.

Now, a bracket like this, while it will give you the physical space to mount your larger

spare tire, you're not taking care of the other issues that come along with mounting

a big, heavy spare in the factory spare tire location.

Again, this is giving you the physical space, but it's not taking care of those other issues.

Your factory spare tire mount is only rated to carry the weight of a factory spare tire.

Those brackets are made out of stamped steel that doesn't have a ton of strength, and when

you add a big, heavy spare on there that, especially if it's twerking around and moving,

it can fatigue and break that metal.

And when you add this bracket on there, you're actually increasing the torque and the leverage

that that tire has on the spare tire bracket, which can expedite the fatigue and the breaking

down of that material.

So if you plan on running a big, heavy spare tire for the foreseeable future on your Jeep,

I would definitely recommend getting either a tub-mounted tire carrier or a bumper-mounted

tire carrier that is properly set up and able to handle the weight and the size of your

spare.

A bracket like this is designed for short-term use.

If you don't have the funds or you haven't picked out that tire carrier yet, but you

wanna have that full-size in place, this is going to be a good temporary solution.

There are some other similar solutions on the market.

MBRP, for instance, makes a similar bracket.

However, theirs does come with a third brake light relocation bracket, but again, you're

still going to have the same issue.

Now, these are going to be far less expensive than a tub-mounted tire carrier, a bumper-mounted

tire carrier.

However, there is a good reason for that.

Obviously, this is just going to be a small piece of metal.

It's going to be a temporary solution.

If you are going to be running that big, heavy spare, you are going to wanna upgrade your

tire carrier.

As far as extension brackets go, this one is built very well.

It's heavy-duty steel, it's gusseted, it's fully welded, it's powder coated.

And what makes this one a little bit unique, especially if you do compare it to the Off

Camber Fabrication by MBRP version of this bracket, is that this will work for both a

TJ and a JK.

Now, they do have different lug patterns on their wheels, so this has some additional

holes so that you can use it for either one of those vehicles.

Again, it's not the strength of this bracket that I'm worried about.

This is very well-built.

It's the fact that this adds a lot of leverage onto the rest of the weak components, those

components designed for a factory size and weight spare tire that becomes the issue.

So getting this installed on your Jeep, again, one out of three wrench install, under half

an hour.

All you need to do is remove your spare tire off of your spare tire mount.

You're going to set your new bracket over the existing lugs that are in that spare tire

mount and attach it down.

And finally, you're going to attach the included hardware to your bracket to hold your tire

onto the new bracket.

It's essentially the same steps as just removing your spare and reinstalling it.

You're just putting this piece in-between your factory bracket and your new spare tire.

Very simple, just traditional hand tools, and under a half an hour.

As I said before, I think that this should be looked at as a temporary solution, and

as a temporary solution, this needs to be inexpensive and it is.

This is around $40, and you get a very well-built piece that is absolutely going to do its job

for the short-term.

Now, if you want to, if you're able to, you can certainly skip this step entirely, save

that $40, and put it toward your full-time, permanent tire-carrying solution.

But if you do need a short-term solution, I think $40 isn't bad for this part.

So if you're looking for a bracket that's going to allow you to run a larger-than-factory

spare tire on your factory spare tire mount, this is going to be a well-built and easy-to-install

solution.

There are others on the market that are priced right around the same price, and for a temporary

solution, I think this is going to get the job done.

So that's my review of the TeraFlex Spare Tire Extension Bracket, fitting all 1997 and

up Wranglers, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler N-Fab Wheel To Wheel Nerf Step (2007-2017 JK 4-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 6:02.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the N-Fab

wheel to wheel Nerf step fitting your four-door 2007 and up JK.

These are available in the textured black finish that you see here and a gloss black

finish for a couple of dollars more.

So you have the option to make sure you get a step that looks good with your build.

Today we're gonna talk through the installation of these steps which is going to be a very

simple one out of three wrench install.

These will bolt directly onto your JK without the need to drill or modify anything, and

you'll be able to get both of these steps installed in less than two hours.

But we'll talk more about the installation in just a second.

We're also gonna talk through the construction and a few of the features of these steps.

These Nerf Steps are going to be for those of you who want to make it easier for you

and your passenger to get in and out of your JK but also want to help hide the pinch seam

of your Jeep a little bit.

The area below the doors, below the rockers, just look a little bit unfinished from the

factory.

It has some holes drilled in it, some welds on it.

And having a piece to cover that up does give your Jeep a little bit more of a finished

look.

However, if a step is all the way up there to cover up the pinch seam, it's not a very

useful step.

So this bar has more of a drop step design.

This upper bar will do a nice job of covering the pinch seam.

The lower bar gives you a much more useful step.

So you do have the best of both worlds.

Now, even though you are covering up that pinch seam, this is not going to be protection.

This will protect you against some door dings, maybe a shopping cart rolling around in a

parking lot.

But this is not going to protect you if you're off road.

Even if it were to protect you, you have these steps hanging down you're just gonna get hung

up on.

Bottom line is, this is for those of you who are staying on the road or just doing some

very light fire trail style wheeling.

Not those of you who are going to be hitting the trails that might have stumps and rocks.

And certainly not those of you who are doing any sort of rock crawling.

These are not going to hold up to that type of abuse and they're really just gonna get

in the way.

If you need the protection for some more hardcore wheeling and you want a step, there are some

options that will offer both of those functions.

But, generally, they're going to be more expensive because they are going to be built a little

bit sturdier than these are.

These are going to be appropriately priced for what they are, which is a useful step

that will also change your Jeep aesthetically and overall going to be a pretty good option

if you're looking for a step.

These are the N-Fab wheel to wheel Nerf steps, and what that wheel to wheel part means is

that this upper bar here gives you complete coverage from the inside of the front tire

to the inside of the rear, giving you that complete finish look and covering the pinch

seam all the way across the top.

This bar here is three-inch tubing.

It is .084-inch wall thickness, which is a little bit lighter than we see sometimes.

But these are still rated at 465 pounds per step.

So you're not going to have a problem with these.

They're still going to be plenty sturdy for getting in and out of the Jeep on them.

Of course, they do have these welded drop step, making it even easier to get in and

out.

These are dimpled.

So even if you have a little bit of mud, snow, or just wet, you're still gonna get a nice

solid step.

Gives you that non-slip surface, which is really nice on there.

Again, these are available with this textured black finsih which is sort of the standard

finish.

The gloss black finish is also available, but it is a little bit more expensive.

But if that's what you're looking for on your Jeep, it's certainly a nice option to have.

These are going to attach to your Jeep very much like a rock slider would.

They're going to attach to both the pinch seam that has pre-drilled holes in it and

the bottom side of the tub.

Regardless of what year you have, this is going to come with the proper hardware to

get these installed properly.

Now one thing I wanted to point out which isn't necessarily a bad thing, is that this

tube over here, where there's a bend and then a baloney cut, this tube is open.

This tube at the end here has a plastic cap on it.

But this one, because it is baloney cut, it has a bit of an odd shape to it.

It's not round.

It does not have a cap.

So that is left open.

Some of the other steps on the market will make that a straight cut so that they can

be sealed on both sides, whether it be with a plastic cap or actually welded solid with

a cap on the end.

On these, this is left a little bit open.

As I said before, the install for these is going to be a very simple one out of three

wrench installation that you can get done in under two hours.

The first step is, of course, removing whatever you currently have along the rocker panel

of your Jeep.

Whether you're running a factory rubicon rail, a factory step, or any aftermarket steps,

you are going to have to completely remove all of that stuff to get these bolted up because

of how these mount.

Then it's simply a matter of holding these up to the side of your Jeep.

Follow the instructions, using the included hardware to get them bolted to first the pinch

seam.

And of course, leave that hardware a little bit loose.

And then the bottom of the tub, leaving that hardware loose as well.

Finally, you can get everything leveled up and get everything tightened down.

Again, no drilling, no cutting.

These will bolt directly up, making them a very easy install that anybody can do in their

driveway.

These steps are priced in the mid 300s, depending on the finish that you decide to get.

And overall, I don't think that's a bad price.

They're priced appropriately for a step that does not offer protection.

If we were talking about a rock rail, a rock slider, something that's designed to take

a lot of punishment, the price would be higher because it would be built with a heavier material

and designed a little bit differently.

But for a step, I think that these are appropriately priced and they're a well-built option.

So, if you're not only looking for a step that's going to make it easier for you and

your passengers to get in and out of your JK, but also something that's going to cover

up that otherwise unfinished looking pinch seam, this is going to be an option that is

very well built and appropriately priced.

So that's my review of the N-Fab wheel to wheel Nerf step fitting all 2007 and up JKs,

that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

New Masters Of The Universe Blast Attak Vs Bull T-Rex / Skeletor, Heman Jurassic World Unboxing - Duration: 12:58.

New Masters Of The Universe Blast Attak Vs Bull T-Rex / Skeletor, Heman Jurassic World Unboxing

Don Skeletor dead well guys good to see

you again have another awesome joy today

today we have another awesome masters of

the universe classics

this is blast attack these are all

collector toys from mattel I believe

they are getting rid of them because I

lately they dropped the price to fifty

percent off and i think another company

is actually going to be picking off

loss-making be so if you want to get

them from the scales might have to

well anyways they are awesome

the amount of detail that are in these

guys the quality of the guys I mean

everything is its superb

I mean it's an assault collector series

so I mean they were all so this is the

masters of the universe classics as you

can see i guess he's part of the

snake-men says blast attack evil blast

apart robot figure wall so he is evil

day so there is and then I here if you

want to pause it and read the info about

him so and there is some of the other

ones that they have i'll be reviewing

probably most of these I've got all

together about 30 of them I've done

about I think nine of them so far so

anyways we'll go ahead and open this guy

up and check him out

so here is what's in the package before

I remove

ok so here he is all out of the package

this is he does have a blast attack so

basically he blows himself off and he

uses some type of nanotechnology to put

himself back together and then he could

keep blowing himself up so that it's

kind of weird that I he's got this big

while some type of a huge Oxbow I mean

it exactly what its purposes I don't

know and then he's got this like with

thing he holds here it's got like all

barb edge this is probably like some

type of all with like an electrical

engineer something so he could like grip

shock of dish

ok so I was anyways let's go ahead and

take a look at him our 360 degree

movement on the head he's got like a

Blueface with like evil red eyes as your

men on this good little bit and then off

360 degree movement on the arms 363

movement a device that the elbow Bend

and the hands will turn 360 degrees so

that is very typical for that he-man

figures what is not typical it seems

like this does not come off

which is very weird for these guys I

mean you could see he got up sorry you

could see he's got like a chest and

everything under there but for some

reason this does not seem to come off

most of these odds do come off haha

the cool thing about these guys is you

could pose them it is so many different

poses i mean here you could have like

flexing his bicep and the thing is are

these guys they're like super most of

them are like super steroids or

something because I mean they got huge

biceps and then you got all the cup

metallic breastplate with all kinds of

dials and this looks like a pressure

warning type system or something and

then he's wearing like yellow almost

underwear or walk and he's got like pads

on the top part of his leg 360 degree

movement on the leg at the knee will

Bend all the way and the full goes up

and down so he's got like green boots

there and then here is a look at the

back

I'm even the back of most of these guys

is really detailed so off like i said i

mean they really do a great job with

these guys and if you walk like

collector's edition of masters of the

universe figures go with these goods but

like I said you're probably going to

have to get them quickly because the

company seems to be getting rid of the

line I guess it's been out for a while

I mean I only discovered it just lately

because I it's almost hitting on their

site i mean it's really hard to find

it's really hard to find these guys ok

so i guess this is going to go in his

left hand

so here is the play last attack with

that title gets near you could blast him

stun him and we're going to use him to

keep haha I fact haha she can't use your

gladly wow took him down haha now i will

put him under a spell so leave us in to

my demands hahahahahahaha hahahahahaha

would that I stepped in his post all

this disgusting

rawr smells so bad let's get this over

with i command you Turkey

is disturbing me i was on the Canton

careful search shake not sure what's

going on

giant he cracks it has to be the work of

scallops are here comes a baby t-rex I
