Good morning guys!

How are we all doing guys?

My name is of course Alex and welcome back to another daily vlog!

So first off: "Alex, how are you feeling after yesterday?"

I woke up this morning in a little bit of a shock.

I woke up and I was in a shock because I felt exactly like I did yesterday morning.

I had a headache, my throat was hurting - I was in a bit of a mess.

Had a shower, tidied up - I've done a load of cleaning in here - and now, well, I'm feeling

fairly OK.

Like, my throat hurts but I can tell that, by tomorrow, I will be 100% - today, I'm probably

about 85%.

If you zoom in and look all around the monitor stands there's no dust - it's looking so,

so, so clean.

All I need to do is now is order some longer cables so, instead of routing that down there

and across there to the subwoofer, I can go across there and down there and I need to

order some proper cable tacks to get rid of this thing.

But other than that guys, it's looking absolutely awesome.

But yeah, it's all done and I've just got to edit the main channel video - hopefully,

it's going to be up Saturday night.

So, everything in here is, well - we're pretty much done.

It's absolutely awesome!

Just waiting on my new computer and trust me - it's going to be a beast!

I really don't have much planned today to be honest with you guys because, honestly,

I assumed that I was going to be ill again so I didn't, I didn't plan anything.

I mean - what's new?

I got sent a load of stuff from August.

They sent me - what this thing and something else which is inside of here which I don't

really have time to check out but I'm off to a meeting in 15 minutes with some new,

potential video clients who are having a wedding and they want me to film their

wedding for them and then I've got to go and do two other stupid jobs - something to do

with the post office and something to do with the tip.

And I could have sworn that Google were meant to be sending me a message but I don't think

- I don't think they have...

I've found it - it was on somebody else's desk.

Now, a bit of back story - yesterday, yesterday evening when I was ill, I actually was invited

by Google down to London.

And apparently, there was twenty other people going and it was a sit-down meal, right.

And, trust me, I really wanted to go.

I had to cancel my invite because, obviously, I was ill which really sucked.

And, apparently, it was a really confidential event and unless you were at the event, you're

not going to find out what was going on.

I didn't even attend so I might drop Google an email and say "What did I miss?"

And see if they tell me.

But I've been invited to Google events before and they've been really cool but they haven't

been like strictly confidential but this one was like a sit-down meal, serious type of

thing.

Kind of annoyed I didn't go really.

Right, OK, to the tip.

So, I've got this box from home and all of these boxes from the office.

So, we've got all of that there, all of this still to put in.

I've already filled the boot up.

Guys, I've been sat in this awful traffic for the last fifteen minutes, right.

We literally haven't moved but I've just looked at the opening times and it says 8 AM - 4 PM.

So, I don't know if you guys know but in the UK, if you're not in the house and the postman

tries to deliver a parcel that doesn't fit through the letterbox and you physically have

to open the door for him to give you the parcel, he will leave you, like, a note that says

"Come and pick it up from the Post Office the next working day."

So, I got one of those, right.

I got one of these little notes - it said "Come and pick it up - you weren't in" - I

was probably asleep to be honest with you - and I'd ordered some new batteries.

I ordered them in bulk.

I ordered about 20 batteries in bulk for this microphone which I vlog with and, therefore,

when they run out, I've always got a spare one to hand.

I thought it was those but that doesn't look like nine volt batteries.

So, all of this, oh my, is the fan mail which you guys have sent - literally in the last

five days which is absolutely incredible - "do not bend" - OK, I'll try not to.

And then this thing - I have absolutely zero idea what this is.

And it's definitely not the batteries that I ordered.

Erm - woah, woah, woah.

Right, I know exactly what that is but first, pussy cats.

<ALEX GUFFAWS> ALEX: Right, Elliott's borrowed my A60300 camera and the tripod because he's got

some work which he needs to do tomorrow where he needs two cameras so he's borrowing my

little, second, baby camera.

Take care of her bro.

ELLIOTT: Will do.

ALEX: And also mate, who's the best?

ELLIOTT: You are!

ALEX: Sweet, absolutely brilliant seeing the grandparents and my mother - love seeing my

Mum - she makes me laugh so, so, so much.

My mum is genuinely more of a friend to me than a parent, like, it's just brilliant - mine

and my mum's relationship - I love it.

My Grandad - he has, well, for a while, he's got a load of diseases and stuff.

He's got a load of stuff going on in his brain so some of the stuff that he comes out with

is, is kind of funny.

He was asking me if I could get him a gun.

And I was like - that's illegal.

Grandma made me a steak - really, really enjoyed that and then, I rushed here to the office,

met Elliott here - he has taken the A60300 camera which we use for TechFlow but we're

not filming for TechFlow this week.

As I told you guys, we were meant to be filming for TechFlow yesterday but I was ill so I

cancelled of that.

He's also taken my tripod too and he says that he'll bring it back tomorrow - I like

Elliott; he's a good lad, he's a good lad.

Right, I need to go and I need to stop being a girl.

And the reason that I need to stop being a girl is because, I've been complaining to

you guys about this cold thing that I've been having and, yes, I have been ill, I know that

but I need to get a grip and they say that the best way to overcome a cold or try and

get rid of a cold is to sweat it out.

Sweet guys - there we go - gym session finished - feeling a lot more energised after it actually.

When you go to the gym, I don't know if you guys know this, but it releases something

in your body called endorphins and it's like a feel-good hormone and it sounds, like, too

good to be true but just generally just exercising, because it releases these hormones called

endorphins, it just makes you feel good.

It just makes you feel better.

Like, if you're feeling bad, exercise and you'll just feel better.

It's just how it works.

So, as I told you guys, this thing came in the post.

I have absolutely zero idea what it is and I know that it's from Anker.

It came to my house - I think I was sleeping when it came so they dropped a thing through

the post saying that you need to go to the Post Office and pick it up.

Right, you guys can open it with me.

It's 2017 now, friends.

OK, pretty much, Anker are saying that they've sold over 20 million products, right - "20

million happy Anker users" - and it's their fifth anniversary.

I want to address this now because a lot of people say this - I use Anker products absolutely

everywhere, right?

My main charging cable for my iPhone is - there you go look - it's an Anker cable.

It's my main charging cable.

I have a draw full of Anker cables.

My charging station is all Anker stuff and Anker chargers.

My main battery pack is an Anker portable battery.

So, I do the "Top 5" on TechFlow, showcasing some top 5 tech - my top 5 tech of the month

that I really love and enjoy and I featured some Anker products and I saw one comment

and one guy was like: "Yeah, Anker definitely didn't pay for this."

He was being sarcastic - pretty much saying: "Alex, Anker paid for this didn't they?"

And, no, Anker don't pay me absolutely anything.

Do you want to know why?

Because it's better and more durable than any other charger that I've ever used - I

use them myself on a daily basis.

So, it's there five year anniversary - they've sent me this gift box, I have no idea what's

inside it but we're about to find out.

We've got here an Anker four port charger - these are amazing - I've already got one

of these.

We've got here a 5000 mAh portable battery and we've already got one of these.

We've got here a really, really small Anker cable and we've got a lightning cable that's

also really, really small - that's wicked.

What is in this bad boy?

A micro-USB charging cable for this.

That is a car charger.

And this thing, I'm assuming is the power supply - Anker, guys, I really appreciate

all of the stuff - thank you ever so much - amazing.

Kellyanne Conway Invents Fake Terror Attack To Justify Travel Ban - Duration: 4:13.

On Thursday evening, Trump advisor, Kellyanne Conway went on MSNBC, to speak to Chris Matthews,

to defend Donald Trump's Muslim ban.

During this interview, Kellyanne Conway pulled out a piece of evidence to prove that we need

some kind of ban on Muslims coming into the United States.

The specific piece of evidence she used was in regards to a 2011 terrorist attack in Bowling

Green, Kentucky that was carried out by two Iraqi refugees.

If you haven't heard of this terror attack, it's okay.

That's common, because apparently it never happened.

Kellyanne Conway went on MSNBC and completely made up a terrorist attack in the United States

to justify Donald Trump's Muslim ban.

This isn't even alternative facts.

This is alternative reality.

She flat out lied on national television about something that's very easily verifiable.

According to Vox.com, what Kellyanne Conway might have been trying to refer to is the

fact that two Iraqi refugees were arrested in Bowling Green, Kentucky on terrorism related

charges because, allegedly, they were plotting to send money and weapons back to Iraq.

A plot that was never officially carried out.

But in Kellyanne Conway's mind, that somehow warped into two Iraqi refugees, both Muslim,

who killed American citizens in the United States, and, according to Kellyanne Conway,

the mainstream media just choose to not report about this and that's why people don't know

about it.

Not because it's fake, but because the corporate media didn't talk about it.

I know we're living in an alt-fact world right now, but that doesn't give anyone within the

Trump administration the privilege of going out and absolutely lying to the American public.

It also shows you how desperate they are to defend this racist, bigoted Muslim ban, that

they have to make up facts to support their Muslim ban, ignoring completely the fact that

earlier this week, up in Canada, six Muslims were killed in a hate inspired terrorist attack,

carried out, not by a Muslim, but against Muslims.

That's the real persecution happening here in North America right now.

Have there been terrorist attacks carried out by Muslims in the United States?

Absolutely.

Have there been ten times more terrorist attacks carried out in the United States by white

Christian fundamentalists?

Yes.

Apparently we're going after the wrong religion if we want to keep American citizens safe.

But any of that is beside the point, you cannot persecute someone in the United States based

on their religion.

That's what Kellyanne Conway is trying to do.

That's what Donald Trump is trying to do, and that's why they're literally inventing,

out of thin air, fake terrorist attacks to scare American citizens.

The worst part about all this is the Trump supporters are going to believe that it happened.

I guarantee you, right now, you probably have Breitbart.com and Fox News out there trying

to piece together something that will make it look like there actually was a terrorist

attack in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

You could do the easy thing.

You can check police records.

You can check the death records.

You could check local newspapers because they would probably have to report on something

about that, and you're not going to find a damn thing, because Kellyanne Conway is nothing

but a paid liar for the Donald Trump administration.

Hey guys, Alex from American Muscle here with my detailed review and breakdown of the Barricade

Three Inch Side Step Bars in gloss black, fitting your 2009 through 2014 F-150 Super

cab.

So in this video, I'm gonna talk about who this kit's going to appeal to, the construction

and materials that went into this set, what you should expect to be spending, and then

we're gonna take a very quick look at what's entailed to get these installed onto your

truck.

Where I'm gonna be giving these a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor.

And we'll have a little bit more on that for you later.

So the Barricade Three Inch Step Bars that I have here today should definitely appeal

to a specific kind of F-150 owner out there that's gonna be looking to get into a smaller

and more attractive looking step bar than what you might find on the market today.

It's gonna be very budget friendly, and not hurt your wallet.

So no matter if your F-150 didn't come with step bars installed from the factory, or if

it did.

And you're gonna be looking to ditch that chrome look, and get into something.

Again, it's gonna be a little bit more slimmer and smaller in comparison to a four or a five

inch.

This is definitely gonna be great for the owner that's gonna be looking to make it considerably

easier to get in and out of your truck, as well as give the sides of your truck a little

bit more of a subtle look.

So a couple things right off the back that I definitely like about this set in comparison

to what you might find coming on your truck from the dealer or from other styles out there.

First and foremost, this is gonna be all black.

So if you're not looking to have that chrome look, and you're looking to ditch it, pick

up something that's gonna be a little bit more sleek, and aggressive looking, it's gonna

be great for you.

Second here is the fact this is gonna feature a bent-in orientation.

Now what you might find on most if not all trucks from the factory is that they're gonna

have a straight style.

And depending on the look that you're after, the configuration, the finish, as well as

what you want to spend, we're gonna have a ton of different options here on the website

for you.

But for the money here I really think these are gonna be a great option as they're very

budget-friendly and will not hurt your pocket at the end of the day.

So again I know I have said it a couple times here that this is going to be a slimmer and

smaller style of step bar.

And it's something that I would keep in the back of your head at the end of the day as

with a four-inch or a five-inch step bar.

You will have a larger contact pad.

But at the end of the day, you will be making it easier to get in and out of your truck.

So in terms of the construction and materials here, we're gonna see that Barricade's gonna

have these manufactured out of a three-inch diameter stainless steel tubing that's then

gonna be finished off in a really trick looking black powder coated finish.

Now that's not only gonna be for good looks, which I personally think is gonna mesh very

well with both light and dark colored trucks no matter if you have chrome or if you're

going for the blacked out look.

But this is here to ensure that these are gonna be able to hold up over time in regards

to any type of weather or anything that you're gonna be putting your truck through, be it

on or off road.

So in terms of the pricing here guys, you should expect to be spending only about 120

bucks for this kit.

Which in my opinion is going to be a steal, as these are very budget-friendly, and are

not gonna hurt your wallet at the end of the day.

Again, for the money here you're gonna be getting some very sleek and modern looks.

You're gonna have that bent configuration, as well as having a little bit more of a subtle

look.

Again, I will call it out here that this is going to be a three-inch diameter set.

If you're looking for something a little bit more beefier make sure to check out some of

the other options that we have on the website.

So switching gears to the installation portion of the video, just like I had said up top.

We're gonna be looking at a very straight forward one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor to get these onto your truck.

Now the ease of installation here is definitely a huge selling point for me, as it should

be for any '09 through '14 super cab owner as you're not gonna have to do any type of

cutting, modifying, or welding to get these onto your truck.

These are going to install using the existing mounting studs which can be found in the interior

portion of your rocker panel.

And you're only really gonna need a full socket set.

Maybe a second set of hands and a case of beer.

All in all, you're looking at a very straight forward one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor to get these on.

All right so just to wrap things up here, some final thoughts.

If you're the '09 through 2014 super cab owner, no matter if your truck did come with side

steps from the factory or if it didn't, and you're either looking to get into something

that's gonna be smaller than what you have from the dealership or just looking to get

into something that's gonna be a little bit more subtle and sleek.

I would definitely suggest checking these out for your rig.
