Hi Lifelong Learners, ARE you smart enough to answer all 6 questions from Poundstone's

"Are you Smart Enough to Work at Google?" Most people can not answer 3 correctly. All

of these questions are used in interviews by top companies like Microsoft, Google and

Amazon. So good luck! You have been warned.

You get on a ski lift at the bottom of the mountain and take it all the way to

the top. What proportion of the lifts chairs do you pass on the way up? The answer

All of them. At the begining you past the chair directly behind you on the cable and just

before you exit you pass the chair directly infront that is now on it way back down the

mountain.

Are you ready to continue? Why are manhole covers round? The Answer:

Because a round man hole covers cannot fall down the open hole.

Lets move on, we are starting to get more difficult now.

What is next in this series: SSS, SCC, C, SC?

The Answer: SSSS. This series is actually the alphabet in code. Capital A = SSS becasue

it has 3 Straight lines, B = SCC becasue it has 1 straight line and 2 curves. C = C because

it has 1 curve and D = SC becasue it has 1 curve and 1 straight line. The next one is

SSSS becasue E has 4 straight lines These are getting ticky now.

Here is a series of numbers: What row of numbers comes next?

The answer, 312211. To understand this puzzle you need to say the numbers out loud. The

first line has 11 so the 2nd line becomes double 1. Spoken aloud the 2nd line has 2

ones, so the 3rd line is 21. Spoken aloud the 3rd line has 1 2 and 1 1 which becomes

the 4th line and the final line has 312211 which becomes the answer.

2nd last question now. Your in a car with a helium balloon tied to

the floor. The windows are closed. When you start to accerlate what happens to the balloon?

Does it more forward, backwards to stay still? The answer: Forward. Helium ballons float

becasuse helium is lighter than air. When you accelerate the air is pushed backwards

in the same way that you body is. This means that the ballon will go forward. the opporsite

happens when you break, the ballon will move backwards!

And the last and most difficult question. You are shrunk to the height of coin and thrown

in a empty blender. The blades will start moving in 60 seconds. How do you escape?

The answer: Jump! If you have ever played with rockets you may

know that 2 rockets strapped together do not go higher than a single rocket becasue while

you have doubled the power, you have doubled the weight. By the same principle if you were

shrunk but your power and weight remained in the same proportion then the height you

can jump would remain the same - thus you could jump out.

How to Remove Green Screen with Blender and save it for Ever - Duration: 6:21.

Hey guys welcome, you might have seen one of my video with shia labeouf.

I'am going to teach you, how to remove the green screen and save it as transparent png

to use it later.

It's very easy once you know how to do it and its very fun to be able to remove green

screen.

Let's start by opening blender.

now open your video in the video editor.

Once your video is open, set the end frame and delete the video.

Now go in compositing, at the bottom right you have sequencer.

Now select use nodes and backdrop.

now we need to add viewer, movie, channel key and color spill.

shift+a is the shortcut or use add.

now open your movie with the green screen you want to remove.

Connect everything together exept color spill.

start with channel key and where you see low move the slider until there is almost no more

green and now connect color spill to remove everything left.

we are almost done.

at the right side.

in output make sure you save your picture in an empty folder. you might get a shit tons

of pictures and you want your hardrive to stay clean.

now select png and rgba. in shading where its say sky, chose transparent and we are

ready to start the render.

click animation and wait.

now you have your picture without the green screen with transparent background.

Last thing left to teach you.

how to add and sync the audio with different fps.

Add image.

go in the folder where you have all your pictures.

select tiny to make it fast.

now select everything.

Accept.

now add movie and add the video with the green screen, we just need the audio.

delete the video.

Now let's sync it with with 30 fps.

Select speed control and adjust the size to match the audio.

Make the video and speed control metastrip if you want to cut the video somewhere.

Now we can add some background.

Set shia to over drop and we are done.

How to Get Rid of Stretch Marks Naturally - Duration: 4:04.

Rub egg whites on your belly.

Time to get icky, eh?

Hopefully it'll be worth it.

The protein in egg whites is purported to be super good for your skin and stretch marks

in particular.

Rub on the stuff three times a day for maximum fading.

Get your spud on with potatoes.

If you've been laying off the carbs, there's a new reason to add potatoes to your grocery

list.

The juices are full of vitamins and minerals that help restore skin cells.

So while you're preparing some rosemary potatoes for your family, steal one and literally rub

it over your stretch marks.

Just hope no one catches you or you'll have some 'plain ' to do.

Use olive oil.

It's high in Vitamin E, which is great for your skin.

If you'd like to keep it for tonight's stir-fry, you can also use straight up vitamin E oil

-- even the stuff infused with lavender, jasmine, and rosemary if you'd like.

As long as it has a high concentration of Vitamin E, you're good to go.

Use sugar.

You've watched HealthsT How to Make a Sugar Scrub, right?

A little sugar, oil, and lemon juice is a great exfoliant for shaving and what else?

Yep, stretch marks, too.

And you'll smell great, too!

For new stretch marks, use tretinoin cream.

This cream works wonders on your body's collagen-rebuilding skills when the stretch marks are brand new.

The only caveat?

Do not use it when you're pregnant.

There could be harmful effects on the fetus -- the jury is still undecided.

Be wary of creams and lotions marketed as a stretch mark-removing miracle.

It's just not true.

While some people may get good results, it's only with utter diligence, the fact that the

skin is hydrated, and quite frankly, sheer luck and lucky genetics.

So before you go shoveling out your pocketbook, think again.

Lounge in lemon juice.

Surely you've heard of lemon juice lessening freckles, and it's the same principle: lemon

juice is a natural bleaching agent.

Because of that, it can help stretch marks fade more quickly.

Rub in the juices to the affected area and let it dry for about 10 minutes before rinsing

off.

Be sure to do this several times a day for a noticeable effect.

Use shea or cocoa butter.

These two items are super hydrating and can bolster skin regeneration and smoothness.

If used a couple times a day, stretch marks may start fading.

And it may be able to prevent new ones from forming!

Add on aloe vera.

You already knew this stuff was great for sunburn and your skin in general, but it's

also good for stretch marks.

It's nature's super healer -- for results, use it daily.

It's super safe during and after pregnancy, too!
