Weird Things Your Body Does When You're Around Your Crush - Duration: 3:35.
They say you can tell a lot about someone by looking in their eyes.
And when it comes to having a crush, they're right.
That's awkward.
Hey love bugs, It's Trace.
When you're looking at someone you like, I mean, like like, your body actually changes
in a variety of ways.
And one of the things that happens is you go all googly eyed.
No really, your pupils dilate.
Your pupil size is controlled by your autonomic nervous system, which regulates all of your
involuntary actions like breathing, heart rate, and sweating.
A branch of this system called the sympathetic nervous system, or SNS, is responsible for
your body's fight or flight mechanism.
This mechanism acts up when you're under stress, like when you're talking to your
crush, and releases the hormone noradrenaline, causing your pupils to dilate.
This same hormone also causes you to sweat more and your heart to beat faster around
someone you like.
And having dilated pupils might actually serve a purpose.
In a series of studies done in the 1960s and 70s, researchers learned that men find women
with larger pupils more attractive.
Another study published in 2004 in Evolution and Human Behavior supported these findings
and also showed that women were more attracted to men with medium or large sized pupils.
Even as far back as 500 years ago in Italy, women trying to attract men would put the
extract of the Belladona plant into their eyes to dilate their pupils.
Another sign of attraction is that flushed look on your face anytime you get up the courage
to talk to someone you like.
Blushing is also a result of your SNS, which causes the blood vessels in your face to dilate,
increasing blood flow and giving you rosey red cheeks.
It's more common in women than men, and although there are a few theories as to why
this happens, scientists still aren't clear on the purpose of blushing.
But even if you aren't the blushing type, your crush might still be able to tell that
you like them when you speak to them.
There have been numerous studies done on what happens to your voice when you are attracted
to someone, and they all seem to agree that it changes… but they don't necessarily
agree on how.
According to a 2014 study published in Evolution and Human Behavior, males speak in a more
melodic fashion when they are talking with someone they like... almost the way you might
speak to a baby… and also deepen their voice.
Another study published in Nonverbal Behavior supports this, noting that both sexes had
lower pitched voices when they were talking to someone they found attractive.
(Tries it out) "Excuse me, young lady, you're looking awfully nice tonight!".
Mmm...Maybe I should work on that.
In both those studies, participants looked at potential partners that they found attractive.
But a study done on people in relationships had different results.
Research published in the Journal of Nonverbal Behavior took people in new relationships
and had strangers listen in on their conversations.
The strangers had to guess if the subjects were talking to platonic friends or romantic
partners.
Listeners noted that the tones people used with their partners were, quote, "more pleasant,
sexier, and reflecting greater romantic interest".
They also found that males and females changed their voice to closely match or mimic the
other's tone.
Males spoke in a higher pitch, while ladies deepened their voices.
It's almost as if they were trying to come together in harmony and make sweet, sweet
beautiful music.
So obviously, more research is needed to tell exactly how (and why) your voice changes when
you're talking to a crush.
Just remember that even if you're trying play it cool, you're still giving off physical
cues that you're one smitten kitten.
And if things get serious, remember for 100 years every kiss begins with Kay….
Once you and your crush have finally gotten past the awkward beginnings, you may be ready
for some cuddle bug time.

Nerdfigheria means so much to me. It
has been a constant in my life. Something
that I could turn to on my best days to
celebrate or on my worst days. And in
particular it has felt like home to me
when I am nowhere near home.

city, I didn't know anyone. I didn't know
anything about the city, and
I went to the TFIOS tour at
Cadogen Hall and instantly felt safe,
I felt like I was a part of something,
and even though I didn't know anyone in
the room, I felt like we share this
special thing that we wanted to protect
and help grow. And I just knew that this
was special. And I am so proud of all of
the things we've been able to accomplish
together. The creativity and
collaboration in this community is
amazing, and unique, and unlike anything
else. And I know that wherever I go, and
whatever I do, and all the unknowns in my
life...that if I feel alone....there is
someone and there's someone out there
that will listen and try to help because
that's what we do. I know that this year
has been a dumpster fire, but I am so
hopeful and optimistic because I know
that there is nothing we cannot do

out.

and one click on the Eye Icon to make it invisible
now go to: File and choose Save
Go back to the main file tab
you'll find your image inside a bubble
open the "COLOR VARIATION" folder, for more color options

Ladies & Gentlemen, Welcome back to the channel. First I to have say thank you for being at this channel. I really appreciate it and i hope you are going to love this video
I tried something new, it's called outfittery, yes we are going to wear outfits from this complete outfit box service
in my case they send me 3 outfits, I'll show you what I got when I ordered this try out box.
Stay tuned for a unpacking and review about this company from Europe.
So first off I want to let you know I have my opinion about this
But I don't want to be bias with my opinion this time,
the company itself will get my complete review and idea about it
wheter I liked the box or not.
And that's today's video.
I'm going to let it all up to you to decide for the 3 different
outfits I'm going to post polls so you can hit those buttons
and display what you may think about these outfits picked for me.
In the future I will review more companies just like this.
So let me now show you outfit 1,2 and 3 picked by outfittery
after they had a phone call with me.
I expected to get something else according to what I said but that doesn't
say anything about the clothes It's all up to you
This pants, a pants by minimum
A blue sweater, also by minimum, i don't know the brand to be honest
and a blue shirt, okay i'm not really sure were they wanna go with a blue shirt & blue sweater in the same outfit
It's by scotch & soda, I don't know the brand, I don't even know it's a brand
So it's a ordinary blue shirt
the total price of that outfit, ha, it's above 200 euros, i'm not sure were they wanna go with that, now outfit 2
A brown vest, a button up vest by Paul Hunter, don't know it either, never heard of it, so yeah the vest
another, a shirt also by Paul hunter also
So yeah that's the shirt, another shirt from minimum and euh, deep sea jeans from pepe jeans, i do know pepe jeans
They are okay, the pants of pepe jeans are okay and they also include shoes from paul hunter
I'm not sure if this is actually leather or not, most of the time that's not good
So brown shoes of Paul hunter
Okay that was outfit number 2
okay lets go to outfit number 3, oh by the way
The price of the 2nd outfit is about 350 euros. I urgh, outfit number 3, again I see the same colours
Outfit nr 3, I don't know what, but a stylist that picks out the same colors in one outfit, I don't know about that.
So we have this pants, selected homme from heritage
all these outfits look the same if you ask me, so yeah we got a button up henley, the white shirt underneath
Is just actually a plain white shirt
Of Paul hunter, it's not a thick shirt actually a very thin fabric and it comes at 20 euros I think thats a lot
A button up Henley from scotch and soda, I like this sweater, a sweater from Jack & Jones, actually the cheapest item in here is the most prettiest, unbelievable
So yeah a button up shirt & some Adidas came with it, i don't know if you like these shoes but i don't
I think Adidas would be ashamed if you ask me, it's like the cheapest shoe in their collection or something, so yeah these Adidas.
Let me now quickly try on all these outfits to see what you guys think about them,
So here is outfit nr 1, so yeah this is actually outfit number 1, I don't know why they have a blue,
I don't know why they have a blue color under a blue color, not sure what their angle is on that, so yeah this is outfit number 1
It comes at about 250 euros, the sweater is bulky for my taste, as you can see, so yeah what do you like about this outfit

So here's outfit nr 2, what do you guys think, feeling fresh already, which of these outfits would you guys actually hot or not
The jeans is quite comfortable, the shoes are quite comfortable, but i don't know about the leather used in it, not really sure
They are comfortable that's something not sure about the quality of the leather, so that's nr 2 let me know what you think about it
okay here is outfit nr 3, without the sweater at the moment, i'm going to put it on right away,
The Henley is kind of bulky, i'm not impressed by that, what do you think about the quality on first sight
The entire box is priced at 840 euro's.
I'm not sure but I wouldn't normally pay that for what's in here.
That's mostly what I want thou, let me now try on the sweater that came with it,
with outfit 3, i'm not sure what this is actually, should I put it over it or
Or not, I think i have to wear it seperatly
So yeah this is the white shirt as you can see, you can see right through it, not sure about it but, eeeuh
that's not really great quality if you can see right through it, so yeah heres the red sweater, which I like the most actually
I don't think the sweater fits on the jeans thou and yeah the shoes these are the shoes, I'm not sure about the shoes either
The pants they all actually fit pretty well but i don't know like 60 euros for a chino pants, I can get chino pants for a lot cheaper and the same quality if you ask me
so overall, i'm not impressed, maybe you guys are impressed
if you are you can always fill in the poll for all the outfits I've shown, yeah that's about it, that's about all i wanted to say about it actually
