BOY GEORGE: Hey!

Welcome to our home.

This is my wife, Brooke. Hi, everyone.

[ Bowl rings ]

This is our son, Andrew. Come on in.

BOY GEORGE: We sort of talked about

I'm going to start here, then she's going to chip in,

then I'm going to do the thing with the mirror.

So we've got a rough idea.

Welcome.

Every morning when I get up, I do something very special.

I chant, "Nam Myoho Renge Kyo."

And what that means is,

"I believe in the law of cause and effect."

Everything I do makes a difference --

how I treat other people, how I treat myself,

and really importantly, how I treat the planet.

BROOKE: He starts this speech about Buddhism and spirituality,

and it was actually beautiful and it wasn't too much

and it was different and it was unexpected.

And I'm just like, "Oh, hallelujah."

BOY GEORGE: And we have a little demonstration.

Why I'm using this as a metaphor

is because, you know, Nam Myoho Renge Kyo

is about polishing your mirror.

BOY GEORGE: Basically, we decided that I was going to

do this kind of intro about Buddhism

and about polishing your mirror

and we were going to have this stained mirror.

You'd be surprised to know

I actually do clean up at home.

[ Laughter ]

Sometimes.

I stained it a little bit too much

and it took me quite a while to get it off.

[ Laughs ]

My -- you know, it was a bit clumsy, but we did clean it.

That was a man's job. I had to really scrub that, but I did it.

Yeah. Looks beautiful, right?

BROOKE: So I want to show you how powerful this next product,

We're going to take some ketchup.

That's definitely not mine. I'm going to take grape juice.
