While Billionaires Whine About Taxes, Millions Of Americans Falling Further Behind On Their Bills - Duration: 4:44.

If you listen to the president or if you're watching CNBC or Fox News or hell, even if

you just look at the statistics, the u s economy is doing amazing right now, right? I in, everything's

on the up and up. We're creating more jobs. Unemployment rate is going down, wages allegedly

are going up. Everybody's doing great, right? Well, when you did pass the surface statistics,

you find out that no, the u s economy is in shambles and shit is about to hit the fan

in a way that the Trump administration doesn't even understand. And here's what I'm talking

about. According to a new report, a new report that economists are saying exhibits massive

red flags for the overall economy. More than 7 million American citizens right now are

90 days or more behind on their car payments. 7 million Americans over three months behind

on their car payments, which means nearly all of them are facing repossession at this

point. You may not think that that's important, right?

Okay. 7 million people might lose their cars. What it, what does that have to do with me?

They couldn't pay their car loan so well, here's why. Economists are actually freaking

out about this because economists who do this for a living and study, this kind of thing,

they say that car payments are the last payment that people miss. You know, they're willing

to miss a utility payment before that. A medical payment, a credit card payment before they

miss that car payment. And once the car payments start being missed, the economists say that

that means all of these other things are also being missed. And the reason the car payments

are typically the last one to be missed and putting people at risk of losing their cars,

it's because they need that car to get to and from work.

And if things get really bad for them, if they lose their home, they can still live

in the car. I know that sounds horrible, but that's actually, economists have studied this

and that is what happens. That's why people only if they have to, we'll miss that car

payment, especially for more than two or three months like we're seeing now with these 7

million people. So they're telling us that this is a huge warning that the economy is

in shambles, that the working class people can't pay their bills, but what kinds of stories

are we hearing in the media today? We're not hearing about this. We're not hearing about

the people who are struggling. The people who might lose their cars and homes and can't

pay for their medications. We're hearing stories about how horrible it would be to enact a

70% marginal tax rate. We're hearing stories about billionaires I and how Howard Schultz

was given a CNN town hall where he came across sounding like a complete idiot because he

had no policy ideas his own just wanted to tell us that, no, he doesn't think wealthy

people should pay more in taxes. That's just unfair. The only people doing

better in our economy and our society today or the top 1% the bottom 99 are struggling

more than ever. The rate of delinquent payments has been steadily rising since 2014 you know

this, this even goes back to the last two years of the Obama administration. Delinquent

payments are on the rise, but they're taking a much sharper turn. Now the economy is not

doing well, folks. On the surface it looks phenomenal, but the second you start peeling

back that wrapper, you see that there's nothing but a giant pile of crap inside of it. Things

are going to come tumbling down. Economists have been warning us about that for the year

2019 for a year now. They see what's happening. They're looking at these indicators, the people

who can't make their car payments because that's a sign of a bigger problem. They've

been looking at this for a long time and they had been warning us for a long time. It's

just up to us whether or not we choose to actually take the advice of people who know

a little bit more about something than we do.

there I just came back from Mississippi so shout out to Mary clizby I'm so

excited for her who she is actually just one of the top agents there and I'm so

excited for her to to really own that so own your niche right own your niche and

you get rich pick a niche and you get rich so even if you're new to the real

estate industry if you're just becoming a new agent you want to make sure that

you differentiate yourself maybe you're young and you don't have you know a

client-based a lot of people you know already have a sphere of influence and

they've just sold to their friends and family but if you really want to carve

yourself a place in the real estate industry and stand out you want to pick

a niche whether it's new construction maybe you you know connect with builders

maybe you are the modern you know you love modern homes and so you want to be

specialized in modern homes or maybe you specialize in helping all you know older

folks who are transitioning and downsizing maybe

you are into green living and you are you know you know about every green home

in in your area or or maybe you also are passionate about people living green

inside of their homes so I actually learned one of my clients actually has a

niche where they know everything about you know the household items inside of

your home and you know living living green that way and so he's able to

educate people give massive value using those skills so once you know your niche

once you pick your niche now you can number two get out there and post

content on social media giving value massive value you need to show up half

the battle is showing up a friend of mine just came into town I mean was like

I just always forget you know you have to put it as a make it a priority you

need to schedule it in your calendar calendar so you guys I know you guys are

really busy real estate agents you know making it happen making your calls or

you got to plug it in either either and make it an appointment making a priority

for you to post on social media and you know make it so that it's it's valuable

I think that people get really caught up on what to post because they don't you

don't feel like they're posting something of value make it something of

you know that you want to help people with you know help hap think about where

you were before you got into the industry and what people need to know to

get the quickest results help people get from where they're at now to where they

want to be in the quickest way possible and that's all you need to do you know

put it in your schedule whether you're you're on your way to an appointment and

you can do a live stream you can do a Instagram story and that's gonna be

number three you know a lot of people get confused on where to post you need

to realize that you want to put your content in front of your people that

you're you know depending on where your demographic is so if your demographic is

in on Facebook maybe you're you know your demographics over an Instagram

maybe you're a millennial and they're more into snapchat but pick a platform

that you know that a lot of your clients are going to be at and and then master

that you know you don't have to be everywhere you know it costs a lot of

money to be everywhere you can definitely do that

but you you may have to hire a team or someone like me to like post that for

you all over the interwebs so make sure you pick a niche number one number two

you need to show up pick a platform where you want to show up give massive

value and you know number three I wanted to actually add this in is be an

attractive character okay so you have part of branding is being someone not

totally like out out of the you know crazy crazy crazy Ness but be somewhat

energetic entertaining and engaging right have some kind of stick right I

have this flower thing I'm you know I'm from Hawaii and I want to make sure that

people you know feel that love right feel that I'm giving them value that's

kind of one of my pillars you know so I mean literally I go to events and people

are like is she gonna wear her flower you know I recognized you instantly

because I saw your flower so you know whether it's some kind of color or a

flower in your hair or some kind of I know people wear sunglasses here in San

Diego right or like an Aloha shirt like something that stant you makes you stand

out that's something physically that you can

do when you're doing video or if you have something in the background that

people always recognize all the time or if you're you know something that's

gonna make you stand out but not only that you also want to be an attractive

character so I'm kind of mixing that all in here you want to have some kind of

personality you know whether you're you're kind of a comedian or or you know

something that makes you stand out so think about that think about those three

things hopefully this video helps you stand out from the crowd from

all the other real estate agents and then last but not least this is totally

another video but you can post all this stuff on social media you can create all

this great content but you need to have a sales process where you're sending

them to so you need to have a website you need to have some kind of sales

funnel to be able to capture those leads send them over to to that so that they

can get to know you and a little bit more about your process that's where a

lot of people are falling off you know on social media is that you're they're

not sending them over to a sales process to close the deal to connect with them

to schedule an appointment with you if your real estate agent you want to get

in front of them in person and you know work with them on the most important

transaction in their entire life right they need to know exactly who they're

working with what they need to do to get their ducks in a row to buy that house

or to sell their property so they can move on to their next journey all right

HOW TO GET WAVES IN 5 MINUTES!!! (ALL HAIR TYPES) - Duration: 10:06.

I know what you're thinking You're stupid

EhHhHh Wave Man you're stupid

You can't get waves in five minutes Ight lemme explain

cause yall might be confused on what I actually mean

See I dont mean you're gonna get waves literally in five minutes

No no no What I'm TRYNA say is

this is a routine that you do for five minutes each time

Kinda like those workout videos where they're like

Get abs in only 5 minutes Oh yeah

You do this 5 minutes in the morning 5 minutes in the afternoon

And 5 minutes at night See what I mean?

The routine takes you 5 minutes not the process.

Quick disclaimer Results may vary ok?

Everybodies hair is different Me...I have coarser hair

You might have straighter hair You'll have different results from me

But in the end your hair should be waved at least a little

The good thing about this is that you don't really need too many products

You'll need some moisturizer, pomade, a brush, and a durag.

All of these are relatively cheap so don't worry

While we're all here go ahead and smash the like button

I know people say it all the time but it really does motivate me

I get SO PUMPED when I see a bunch of likes -and comments 😏

And if you don't like (sad voice)(drips water under eyes) then I'll just be so sad

Ok so the first thing you're gonna need Moisturizer

You need to keep your hair moisturized You cant just have dry hair all the time

I recommend Shea Moisture curl enhancing smoothie You're gonna rub it in your hair in the same

direction you brush How much you put in really depends on your

hair texture If your have straight hair you're gonna put

alot more in than someone with curly hair or coarse hair

Cause this is gonna make your hair curl By the way if yall didnt know

Waves are just curls but stretched out Then laid flat on your head

Product # 2 I recommend Murray's pomade for beginners

The pomade is just there to hold your hair down while your brushing

Just like the moisturizer you're gonna rub it in your hair the same way that you brush

Product # 3 Now this is the one that you're really gonna

need Like if you really want waves you absolutely

need this product You cant get waves without it

It is The brush

(Wiggles finger) Now now now You dont need no special brush

Any brush with regular bristles should honestly do

However if you are looking for a brush like this you can get one from 3wp which is 360

wave procress or you can get brush king or wavy Merch or something like that

Next up what you're going to need is a durag Here's a good example of a durag

Durags are there to protect your hair and keep them with good maintenance

It ays your hair down and it keeps your hair from getting messed up throughout the day

and throughout the night You need to wear your durag when you go to

sleep If you're not wearing your durag when you

go to sleep then everything you just did makes no sense

So wear a durag before you go to sleep Alright so now I'm going to demonstrate everything

for you Step number one

let me fix this right quick I'm just going to do it to the top right now

Step number one get the moisturizer and put it in your hair

Alright rub this in your hair I'm probly gonna need to this is I'm probably

going to need to put this in my whole head but OK

Alright when you put that in your hair go ahead and brush it in

makes more sense, it's shows the viewers that you're

taking YouTube seriously and just looks a whole lot better. Before claiming your

custom channel URL your YouTube URL looks like this long, ugly and hard to

remember. But once you've claimed your custom channel URL it all makes so much

  Bruce Buck  The pressure on Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri had started to ramp up after the defeat to Manchester City and it was interesting to see the Blues' chairman around this week

 Bruce Buck is often at matches, home, away and abroad, but was slightly rare was to see him watching the players warm up before the game from pitchside

 Added to that, Buck was actually in Sarri's pre-match press conference ahead of the game, and for many that might seem that he is just keeping an eye on the boss

  Smoke from pyrotechnics  The atmosphere in the Malmo Stadion was pretty impressive throughout the game, however before the match kicked off it really was quite sensational

 A great pre-match song and then a full lot of pyrotechnics in the front row of one of the stands that really got the crowd going

   However, what they probably didn't account for was the plume of smoke that was left after the flares had fizzled out

It just didn't seem to clear for a matter of minutes and the match kicked off in something of a haze

Eventually it did rise and the players were able to see each other.   Chelsea send Eden Hazard a message  Eden Hazard has always been a fans' favourite, but his future is now up in the air with Real Madrid potentially coming back in to try to sign him in the summer

 The Belgian has just over a year left on his contract with the Blues and as yet he is not signing a new contract with the Blues, with a decision set to be made in the coming months

   However, Chelsea fans made it clear what they want as he went to warm up. First of all they tried to get him to wave at them, before breaking out into 'Eden Hazard, we want you to stay'

 Hazard was obviously impressed with the chant and just gave them a little smile

However, his situation is certainly just going to drag on for now.   Barkley tackles his teammate  Ross Barkley netted his first European goal last night in the first half again Malmo in what was a pretty decent display from the midfielder

 He needed that after the awful mistake he made in the defeat to Manchester City at the weekend, and it was good to see his confidence grow

 However, he did have an utterly bizarre moment where he tackled Chelsea's best player

Hazard came on as a substitute and went on a run, but Barkley decided that he wanted to take over the ball

   In the end all he managed to do was trip up Hazard, lose the ball and give possession over to Malmo

How Hleb and the BATE Borisov squad celebrated their historic win over Arsenal - Duration: 2:54.

 Victories for BATE Borisov against Premier League opposition don't come around all that often, so there was a big celebration after shocking Arsenal in the Europa League

 Prior to Thursday night's round of 32 first-leg clash at the Borisov Arena, the Belarusian outfit's last win over an English club was a decade ago when they beat Everton 1-0 at Goodison Park

 Gunners defender Shkodran Mustafi might be the jinx in all of this as he has the unwanted honour of having featured in both of these games

 The German couldn't inspire the north London to a positive result against BATE after they fell behind to Stanislav Dragun's header just before half-time and didn't really look like scoring after the break

 Alexandre Lacazette did have a goal correctly ruled out for offside and Unai Emery's misery was compounded when the Frenchman was sent-off late on and will now miss the return leg at the Emirates Stadium next week

 Speaking after the game, the Spaniard gave credit to Borisov but expects to see a response from his players in the second leg

 "It's the first match. We are going to play another 90 minutes next week and I'm sure it's going to be different," he told reporters

"Today the first half was a good performance for us, we had chances to score, sometimes last week we had chances and it's goal and today is not

 "We worked. I am happy with players' effort, we tried. Defensively when they were 1-0 they were organised and competitive

 "Our big opportunity is next week at home. Today is not the result we wanted. We deserved more but they worked for this

Next week is going to be different with our supporters."  The Borisov players will be expecting a reaction from the Arsenal team in six days, but that wasn't going to get in the way of their post-match celebrations

 Former Gunner Alex Hleb - who started the game - was pictured alongside a couple of teammates enjoying a meal from Burger King following the historic win
