(voice over radio dispatch)
(Khaotic) Man, some days, you could wake up feeling great
and ready to conquer the world.
And then things could just happen
and throw a monkey wrench in everything.
(newswoman) A South Florida rapper known as Khaotic 305
was arrested today facing charges of speeding,
fleeing the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.
According to Miami-Dade County Police,
the rapper ran several red lights and crashed
into a another car, injuring the driver and passenger.
I just spent the whole day in jail
because I thought somebody was chasing me
to do something to me.
It was the police behind me in an unmarked car.
I been cleaning up my act, doing my thing the right way
for a long time and look at this (bleep), here I am.
I post my bond, and I hit up Tip and Prince
to come pull up and get me.
Hey, guys.
'Sup, man.
What the hell happened to you?
From what I know and what I thought,
like, I thought I was being followed by,
like, some wild, crazy people
just trying to do something to me.
An unmarked vehicle just busting you
and dropped behind me and followed me.
I'm violating all traffic, everything.
I'm running through stop signs, red lights.
Nobody didn't turn no lights on...
So you feelin' like you being followed.
I'm thinking it's somebody trying to kill me.
This ain't the first time that (bleep) happened.
I was on the expressway one time...
(Prince) I remember you told me about the other...
And they shot my whole-- You know what I'm sayin'?
Shot the whole car up.
Mmm...
So when I see these cars following me,
that (bleep) spooked me out.
When did the lights come on?
When I crashed, that's when I seen the lights.
So are you sure you didn't see any lights
at any given point?
No, I ain't seen
no lights from no police.
This came from the accident?
Yeah, this came from the accident.
Then I (bleep) up. It was, like, crazy.
But, yeah, they charged me with all type of (bleep).
Resisting arrest. (bleep)
Reckless driving, all type of (bleep).
Man, listen, I done been through too much,
and I got too much to lose right now.
I ain't got time to be running from no cops.
And I ain't got no reason.
That PTSD (bleep), I thought that (bleep) was a joke.
That (bleep) is for real, like...
It's not even just me. It's many other dudes
that's in these streets that got that (bleep).
What'd I tell you?
You gotta get the (bleep) out the hood, bro.
They the ones who in the wrong.
Bro, you are a Black man in America, my (bleep).
I'm sorry to tell you. It is what it is.
You know, 1,000% the rules are different for a Black man in America.
I see it every day. I'm around it.
It's (bleep) up. I felt set up.
I was just sliding through the hood on my way to the crib.
Would that unmarked car would've been following me
if my skin color was different?
I don't know, but I just know it (bleep) up.
When they gave my brother them 30 years,
it's, like, every time something good happen,
some (bleep) up (bleep) happen right behind it.
And it's been like that for the longest.
I know what you're saying, bro, I'm telling you,
I've been there, bro, and I kept wondering
how do I keep getting in trouble, bro?
How do I keep getting arrested?
You gotta change your environment, bro.
Your situation is different than everybody else's.
You have the chance and opportunity
and the platform to turn around
To turn it all around.
and move and get out and get away.
I still got a (bleep) load of people
(sighs)
that count on me and depend on me
in that environment and in those hoods
that I can't leave behind.
How do we prevent situations? You gotta hang out with me more?
What we gotta do.
First thing I need to do is take a bath.
All right, well, let's go.
And I need a good old goddamn piece of chicken.
Ah, you smell me? Oh, wait, hold up.
Ah... ooh.
(car starts)
