Hello and welcome to Good God with God.

I'm God and today's episode is brought to you by...

Europa. Europa it's one of the moons of Jupiter. It's covered in ice.

So, hopefully you guys will check it out soon - wink, wink.

It's a lot of fun. Europa. I made it. I love it. Check it out.

OK, so today we have a very special guest. You know, she was burned at the stake,

because she was a fan of me, and you know, it's pretty lame, but she's pretty cool.

I'm talking about Joan of Arc. Hello. How are ya?

[accent] Ah, bonjour. God, so good to be here.

So good to have you Joan. You know, I know it's been a long time,

and you know, I know you and I have spoken personally about this stuff,

but I just want to say for everyone out here, that you know, hey,

thanks for taking the big one, and you know, dying...

Oh, oui, oui. It was my pleasure.

It hurts a lot to be burned at the stake at 19, with probably,

the best years of my life ahead of me.

Ever since I cannot even eat the s'mores here in heaven,

because it's too many bad memories.

Oh sure, well I mean, you know, that's because--

- [Joan] ...Burning. - [overlapping talking]

[Joan] That reminds me of like, my head, and what it looked like.

- Yeah. Ah man, yeah, that's a... - ...As the flesh dripped off of it into the fire.

It smelled terrible, like the opposite of bacon, but...

- Gosh. - I did die a virgin,

so I just would have liked to know what it would have been like to have sex on the earth.

I mean, that's totally fair. I also had not had sex on earth.

- I would like to, but... - I guess, that is kind of the both of us.

You know, I feel bad that you didn't have sex on earth,

but you know you can have sex here up in heaven.

You can have all the sex you want, you know, there's a lot of...

Yes, yes. Maybe I will. Maybe, is Daniel Day-Lewis dead?

He's not dead would you have-- You would have sex with Daniel Day-Lewis?

- I think so, yeah. Oui, oui. - Nice.

It's like, I could see you guys being a good fit...

- Could you do anything about that? - I'm not...

No, no, no. I'm going to let Daniel Day-Lewis live as long as he's gonna live.

Look, I wish I could make it up to you for having

you burnt at the stake by bringing Danny up here, but...

I just just feel like would anyone miss him.

Yes, he's a great actor, but maybe his best roles are behind him,

and it's not like I'm asking for Ryan Gosling.

I'm asking for someone that not that many people find attractive so I just think...

That doesn't mean I could kill him just, because they're less attractive,

and lower on people's hot list.

What about someone who's up here in heaven already?

So many hot people have already died.

James Dean. What about James Dean, huh? He's around.

That's too much... too much a pretty boy for me and I am...

- Too much a pretty boy? - I asked Gregory Peck if he would,

but he's to in love with his wife, and I say but this is heaven,

- you can do whatever you want... - Yeah exactly.

You know, up here, everyone is pretty cool with everything, you know...

Well, not Gregory Peck, and he's in Catholic heaven as well because he was a Catholic.

It's just regular heaven...

That is you still have to kind of stick with your type up here.

- You definitely don't. You know, you can-- - Yes. Yes.

You can mix and match with whomever you want.

- You know, it's fine you know. - Well, maybe I'll take a lap around and see...

- J-Just go and see what's going on. - Mary, Queen of Scots has,

kind of, propositioned me a few times, so.

- There you go. - She kind of has that mean girl thing going on.

I'm into that kind of thing too. I like it when, you know,

firm people are firm towards me.

I always feel like I see you talking to Eisenhower.

- Strong personality... - Are you sexually attracted to him?

Sure, a little bit, yeah. I'll say it, for sure.

He's a nice guy, but I'm, you know, head over heels for Mary,

so that's the dilemma I got, because she's with Joe,

and Joe's such a cool dude, and I love Joe, so I'm stuck at square one.

Mary Tudor asked for a threesome with me, her and Pope John Paul the second,

and I just thought, no I cannot, because they are both kind of ugly.

And also, I got to say, Popes, on the whole, are pretty bad at it, because...

Do the adults know, kind of the experience--

- Exactly. They're weird about it. - If you think Pope's so bad,

[giggling] St. Francis says that he is only into animals, so...

Well, that's all the time we have. I'd like to say thank you to Joan of Arc.

- Joan, thanks for being here-- - OK, what about Michael Shannon?

I cannot kill Michael Shannon, Joan. I would love for you to have sex with somebody...

- Steve Buscemi. - This has been Good God.

Steve Buscemi?

Today's episode is brought to you by Europa. Europa.

It's the icy moon of Jupiter. What's underneath? Is it warm water? Who knows?

I do. Ha-ha. Wink, wink.

Europa. I made it. I love it. Check it out.

This has been Good God. God out!

Triathlon Training 5 of the Best Time Saving Workouts for Busy Triathletes - Duration: 6:55.

Hey what's up triathletes?

Taren here.

If you're a bit of a time crunch triathlete, and you've got a tough time getting in all

the workouts and you're wondering what the very best workouts you can do to get the most

out of your triathlon training plan?

Stick around because today we're going to go through five of the best bang for your

buck workouts that you can incorporate so you don't have to put in those 50 and 20,

25 hour plus weeks to do well.

For starters I'm going to give a bit of a caveat and say that these recommendations

don't necessarily do well in two instances.

The first instance is if you're looking to make the Olympics or hit the podium, or have

the absolute best race that you possible can, you're not going to get that out of these

workouts.

What's the second instance?

In the second instance these also don't really apply to half Ironman, Ironman, Ultraman long

distance races.

They work really well for sprints and Olympics.

If you're entering a sprint or an Olympic distance race, and you want to compete and

do it decently well, but you're not looking to get that absolute tippy-top best performance

that you possibly can, or go into the long distance races, these five workouts will really

help you out.

They're going to make you stronger without taking a huge amount of time.

The number one best workout that you can do is a long bike.

You're probably going to be worried about how you have the endurance to swim for a long

distance, how you have the endurance to run for a long distance.

Well if you focus on the bike, that ability to have long lasting endurance in your lungs,

in your cardiovascular system, it actually translates over quite well to the run and

the swim.

Now it's very hard to build that sort of endurance in the running and the swimming because you

don't want to be running or swimming for hours and hours on end.

Biking, however, it's quite a bit easier to put in those heavy volumes and it actually

helps out your bike as well.

It helps out the bike and it helps out the other two sports, building endurance for the

entire triathlon.

Do one long bike every single week building up your endurance for the bike and the entire

sport in general.

The second really good workout that you can do is an hour and a half long brick workout

that is a little bit different than most brick workouts, because instead of doing a big bike,

and then going on to a run, you do a bunch of mini bikes and a bunch of mini runs.

The purpose of this workout is to get your legs used to rerouting the blood flow from

all your biking muscles into your running muscles very quickly.

The more times you go from the bike to the run, the more ability your body is going to

have to reroute that blood flow quickly.

The way that you do this is by setting up a trainer next to a treadmill, and going back

and forth.

Maybe you do 10 minutes on the bike, five minutes on the treadmill.

10 minutes on the bike, five minutes on the treadmill.

Do that as many times as you can, going back and forth.

There's no real specific way to do this, the only idea is to have that minute or two where

you first hop on the treadmill after the bike be as close to the bike as possible.

Make that transition really quick.

You don't have to do this a whole ton, but if you have a tough time getting in brick

workouts in general, make sure that you do at least a brick workout, this is a very good

brick workout, somewhere around five to six times before your race.

The third good workout that you can do if you're a time crunched triathlete is a technique

focused swim workout.

This is where you don't worry about how many yards you're swimming, or how long you're

going to swim that day.

You strictly focus on your technique.

Now, specifically for first time and early triathletes, what I find is that the struggle

is getting comfortable in the water and learning how to float.

What these triathletes often do is they struggle and they fight the water and getting from

one length of the pool to the other is a battle.

If that's the case, and you have a tough time breathing, and a tough time kicking, and you're

constantly out of breath and you're constantly tired, this is a really good indication that

you need to be focusing on your technique so you don't have to go so hard out in the

race.

A very good way to do this is learning how to float, learn to calm yourself down, learning

how to blow bubbles very consistently without struggle.

I'll link to a video that I did up here that will help you out for that.

You can go to triathlontaren.com/swimonline and if that's the type of swimmer that you

are, I think the total immersion will probably be a pretty good program for you.

The result of this is that you're going to be overall a more confident swimmer, and you

could probably get away with just one of these technique focused swim workouts a week because

you're not building a ton of swim fitness, you're just building swimming ability, in

which case you're still going to be quite fast and you're going to be more comfortable

and get through that swim without struggling through it.

The fourth best way that you can save some time in your training for triathlon is to

commute to work by bike.

Why I recommend this is because I actually commute to work by bike, and what I found

is that while it didn't build a ton of top-end fitness for my bike, my run, my swim, my overall

fitness, it certainly raised the floor of when I became unfit.

When I took days off, as long as I commuted in by bike, I didn't lose a ton of my fitness.

What I recommend is that you commute to work by bike and if you need to, take a little

bit of a longer route to get in about a 30 to 40 minute bike each way.

If you're doing this, three, four, five times a week even, and you're not building that

super-duper top-end fitness, it's still going to help you out because your overall level

of fitness is going to be a lot better, and it's not like you're tacking on an additional

workout in a week, you're actually just going to work, because you go there anyway.

Not a big deal.

Then the fifth and final workout that is a really good bang for your buck to do for triathlon

training is a tempo run at your race pace.

The brick workout that we talked about, that accomplishes one of the challenges with triathlon

running and that's getting your legs used to running after the bike.

Okay, check that one off the list.

Next is being able to run a very long distance, a long bike, we'll help you with that.

Check.

Another one off the list.

Now what about actually getting your body used to running at that race pace?

That's where the tempo run comes in.

Tempo runs make you strong like bull.

It actually increases the ability for your engine to work harder while still not feeling

like it's that much tougher.

That makes sense.

A tempo run is about your goal pace, maybe just five to 15 seconds slower than your race

pace and build up to the point that you're going, say, 70 to 80% of the distance, or

even over the distance for the short run as you would in the race.

For a sprint distance, do a tempo run that is anywhere from four to six or seven kilometers

long.

For an Olympic, look at like six to nine or 10 kilometers long for a tempo run.

There you have it.

Between those five workouts, those are probably some of the best bang for your buck workouts

that you can do, and if you're timed crunched, you have a tough time getting in more than

a few workouts a week, these will be the best return on your time spent.

I hope this helps.

As always, happy and hard training triathletes, and good luck in your next triathlon.

You Won't Believe How Much It Costs To Raise Kids - Duration: 4:18.

NEW DATA SHOWS THAT RAISING CHILDREN IS MORE EXPENSIVE

THAN EVER.

EVERY YEAR THIS DATA COMES OUT, AND IT SHOWS HOW THE COST OF

RAISING A CHILD HAS OUTPACED INFLATION, CONSIDERABLY.

THE COST FOR A MIDDLE INCOME FAMILY TO RAISE A CHILD BORN

IN 2015 TO AGE 18 WAS $233,610,

A 3% INCREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR.

IT GETS MORE AND MORE EXPENSIVE, AND IT OUTPACES

INFLATION, SO IT'S BECOMING MORE AND MORE OF AN ISSUE FOR

MIDDLE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS ñ MIDDLE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS EVEN

HAVE KIDS.

IT EXCLUDES PAYMENTS FOR COLLEGE, AS WELL AS FINANCIAL

CONTRIBUTIONS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN PARENTS,

INCLUDING GOVERNMENTAL AID.

OBVIOUSLY THE AMOUNT YOU SPEND ON YOUR FAMILY IS RELATED

TO HOW MUCH YOU EARN.

IF YOU LIVE IN A WEALTHIER HOUSEHOLD, YOU ARE MORE LIKELY

TO USE DAYCARE, AND YOU SPEND MORE THAN

WORKING-CLASS HOUSEHOLDS.

SO, DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR INCOME LEVEL IS, YOU MIGHT

SPEND A LITTLE MORE OR A LITTLE LESS.

THIS IS UP TO THE AGE OF 18

AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF COLLEGE.

I DON'T KNOW TO WHAT DEGREE THEY PUT IN PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

AGAIN, IF YOU ARE POOR OR MIDDLE-CLASS, MOST OF AMERICA

IS NOT RELEVANT TO YOU, BUT IN THE COASTS LIKE LA AND NEW

YORK, THE SONY PEOPLE SEND THEIR KIDS TO PRIVATE SCHOOL IN

HIGH SCHOOL ñ SOME IN MIDDLE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ñ YOU AT

THOSE IN AND THESE NUMBERS ARE SUPER LOW.

THIS IS A WALKING AD FOR BIRTH CONTROL.

BECAUSE, YOU DON'T USE BIRTH CONTROL, IT COULD COST YOU ON

AVERAGE $263,000.

TRUST ME, THE CONDOM IS CHEAPER.

DEFINITELY.

THE METHODOLOGY IS A LITTLE TRICKY, THE WAY THEY MET ñ THE

WAY THEY MEASURE HOW MUCH FAMILIES SPEND.

I WANT TO GO TO THE LAST GRAPHICS, 30,

AND IT KIND OF SHOWS YOU A GRAPH OF WHAT YOU ARE LIKELY

TO SPEND THE MOST ON IN ORDER TO RAISE THESE KIDS, AND OF

COURSE UNDERSTANDABLY, HOUSING IS AT THE TOP OF THAT LIST.

YOU SPEND THE MOST ON HOUSING.

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF REASONS WHY THAT IS THE CASE.

YOU MIGHT MOVE TO A WEALTHIER AREA JUST TO ENSURE THAT YOUR

CHILD GOES TO A BETTER SCHOOL, OR YOU MIGHT RELOCATE TO A

LARGER HOME, JUST TO MAKE SPACE FOR THE CHILD, SO THAT PLAYS A

ROLE, BUT ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN IT COMES TO HOUSING,

YOU ARE LIVING THERE TOO.

SO THE AMOUNT THEY ARE SPENDING ON HOUSING ISN'T SOLELY FOR THE

CHILD, IT'S ALSO FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY.

I KNOW, BUT IT DOES MAKE A GIANT DIFFERENCE.

WHEN I WAS SINGLE I LIVED IN A ONE BEDROOM, OR A STUDIO

COME AND IT DIDN'T COST THAT MUCH.

BUT WHEN YOU'VE GOT FOUR PEOPLE NOW IN THE HOUSE, WELL YOU

NEED A MUCH BIGGER SPACE AT A COST A LOT MORE.

NOW, IF YOU ARE POOR, THAT'S WHY THEY SPEND LESS, BECAUSE

YOU JUST CRAM PEOPLE IN.

WHEN WE HAD MY SON WE WERE IN A MUCH SMALLER PLACE, AND

THAT WAS IT, SAD DAY FOR US, RIGHT?

OF COURSE IT VARIES.

OF COURSE WHAT IT DOESN'T TELL YOU IS THE BENEFIT YOU GET FROM

THE KID, WHICH IS IN A LOT OF WAYS IMMEASURABLE.

LATER ON THEY BLAME YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

THAT'S TRUE.

THEY REBEL AND DO THINGS YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO DO,

MAYBE GET MIXED UP WITH THE WRONG CROWD.

YOU GOT ALL THAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO, PLUS COLLEGE

EXPENSES.

BUT IT IS EXPENSIVE, THERE'S NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, AND NOW YOU

GET A SENSE OF HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS.

I STILL RECOMMEND IT, I STILL THINK IT'S ABSOLUTE

WONDERFUL, BEST THING I EVER DID, JUST, BUYER BEWARE.

How to Limit WiFi Speed for Others - TP Link l WiFi Tips & Tricks l Bandwidth Control l Techno Twist - Duration: 5:11.

Hi and welcome to the Techno Twist YouTube channel

In this video I will show you how you can

limit WiFi speed for others means you can restrict them

used particular bandwidth

So I will show how you can do this with the hwlp of TP-Link Router

so here we make a Test that and see how

much we can get here and get Go to Speedtest.net

Here I Begin Test and Check How much Speed I get

here Speed Test is done 17ms ping 0.99mbps download speed and upload speed 0.97 mbps

near to 1mbps so I limit the speed upto 0.5mbp

Go to Router setting 192.168.1.1 and put username and password admin

login it you know device information

find IP address of device that to limit

Go to DHCP here You get MAC address and IP address

Android for mobile and HP pavilion this IP address We limit speed

what I used for the visiting and here

this is for the different ideas and this

is what i use the lan where so here I

copy this IP address and then move the

Advanced Setup in that find

bandwidth control click on the bandwidth

comes on and make this enables and the

maximum limit in the bandwidth and

Downton bandwidth so i put here in

mbps maximum and click on the plan and

then make a little here to lift and then

we have to add the rules you should

mention that the copy that control its

192.168.1.101

important and they are the objects

Upstream means upload speed and downstream means download speed

it's a minimum and maximum output 1 and

and maximum will be 500 kbps

for that and then download speed that is download here

minimum and maximum 500 kbps

using this device so I makeup limit on

this device and makeup save and apply

now see you build an Rule and this is a

little and now we again do that this and

think how much we now begin

so I make on the test again

Now See the limit 0.36 mbps download speed and 0.38 mbps upload speed

Means it below the 500 kbps

So that much I limit here

Again I will Show how To do this

In this Way you can limit WiFi speed for others
