Rising Water Experiment [+Explanation] - Duration: 1:56.

Hola a todos.

This is Gally Kids And today, we're doing the rising water experiment.

This is a good experiment to amaze your friends with or to show the concept of air pressure.

For this experiment, you'll need a plate or bowl, some water (it doesn't have to be colored

like this, but you'll see the experiment better), glass, candle, matches y ya está!

(Since you'll need to use matches, we recommend adult supervision when you do this, ok kids?)

Empezamos First, pour water into the plate.

Next, put the candle in the middle of the plate.

Then, light up the candle.

Wait 30-seconds to 1 minute to make sure the candle is properly burning.

When it's ready, cover the candle with the glass.

The candle will continue burning for a few seconds.

But then when the candle turns off, this happens.

The water rises inside the glass!

Let's see that again.

This happens because when the candle turned off, the warm air inside it got colder.

Now cold air molecules contract, so this left a lot of space inside that glass – like

a vacuum.

But outside that glass has higher pressure.

So what happens?

This higher pressure pushes the water inside the glass to take up that empty space.

And that's why you see the water going up.

To be exact, this is from the youtubers "ApeCrime".

They deleted all of their channel a few weeks ago, to promote their album "Exit" and their single "Zombie".

Today I'm gonna take a closer look at "Zombie".

There have been some discussions recently about community and marketing, but that's not what Iwant to talk about.

If you're interested in this topic, watch the video by "Ultralativ".

Here, it's all about the music. Let's take a look at "Zombie" by ApeCrime.

The track opens with a kind of long Sequence, in which Jan-Christoph Meyer sings.

Even if it's rap. But the intro is very long, around 1 minute and 15 seconds.

I have to say, I did never really know who is who. ApeCrime to me was just two skinny guys and the small round guy.

I looked up the names, so I can properly talk about them.

I actually like the vocals, which I did not expect.

Of course, there is a lot of mastering behind the vocals.

But it's easy to listen to. It actually got stuck in my head.

What I really like about the intro is the calm start. There's a single dynamic camera sequence while the intro plays.

There's the close on the faces and then the camera slowly backs up.

This is a metaphor for the text, where they mean the people slowly back up from real life.

Really nice. The intro is the highlight of the entire track. There's no real reason to watch more, if you're not interested.

Let's look at Cengiz' Part. I can't really tell if he is good, because I have no connection to rap.

But of course I have an opinion. The lyrics are …ok.

I'm kind of missing the chopped flow.

ApeCrime's musical role model is US-Trap. There is the long 808-kick and the sub-basses. Kind of like Moneyboy, who started this genre in Germany.

But I'm really missing the chopped vocals. Listen to Gloomy Boyz if you don't know what I'm talking about.

For Cengiz, I also expected a heavier voice. Kind of smoky.

Maybe you could have used some more FX on Cengiz' voice. Let's take a closer look at the lyrics.

Now this is Andre Schiebler's Part. His flow is a liitle bit weaker than Cengiz'.

Lyrically, it doesn't matter what part of the song you look at.

The whole track is biased against "Smombies" - Smartphone Zombies. People who always look at their phone.

In this situation, we are talking about Smombies, who want to be as famous as ApeCrime.

What a shame, when the community is to young to understand that they are getting insulted.

Just search Twitter for the ApeCrime Hashtags for more information.

It's the "Dat-Adam-Dilemma": There is musical capability (for Dat Adam a lot of capability).

But the core-fanbase is underage girls, and no one wants to be fan of a band whose fans are underage girls.

In the end, "Zombie" by ApeCrime is a track, which exceeds my expectations.

I did not think it would sound any good. If you think about their old work, let's hope they keep up their good work.

Android creator Andy Rubin is building a high-end smartphone.

The first device from Essential Products Inc. is expected to arrive mid-2017

It turns out the rumors were true: Android creator Andy Rubin is returning to phones with his latest company Essential Products Inc

According to a report from Bloomberg,

Essential aims to bring together several mobile and smart home products under one platform and the company will release a flagship smartphone around the middle of this year

In a filing with California regulators, Essential listed tablets, smartphones and mobile software among its products,

but according to Bloomberg's sources, the company's first device will be the center of a whole suite of connected products

Essential's 40-person team was largely poached from both Apple and Google

so the phone will compete directly with the iPhone and Pixel in terms of both specs and price point.

Essential's various prototypes reportedly sport features like a large,

bezel-free screen that's bigger than an iPhone 7 Plus and a ceramic back that requires some finesse to manufacture.

The company is also working on a version of Apple's 3D Touch and developing its own magnetic charging and accessories connector that will allow the device to add aftermarket hardware features

As for the software, Bloomberg says it's currently "unclear" whether the devices will run on an Android-based operating system.
