SURFING, AND SHE WAS PROBABLY

GOING TO GET TO GO.

SO THEN I SAW SHE HAD THE 'SURF

STOKE' AS WE CALL IT.

AND RIGHT THEN, I KNEW THERE WAS

SOMETHING SPECIAL GOING ON WITH

HER AND HOMER.

I THINK THE PUBLIC IS LOVING THE

FUN ASPECT OF IT.

AND JUST THE PURENESS OF SURFING

COMES BACK.

WHERE SANTA CRUZ HAS GOTTEN

KINDA CROWDED AND SURFING IS

GNARLY AROUND HERE.

AND WHENEVER SHE PADDLES OUT,

EVERYONE JUST LIGHTENS UP A

LITTLE BIT.

YOU CAN'T HELP BUT SMILE.

IT'S A PURE ENJOYMENT THING.

I'VE SEEN IT WHERE THERE IS A

LOT OF TENSION IN THE LINEUP AND

HOMER COMES PADDLING OUT WITH

HER, AND YOU CAN FEEL THE

TENSION LIGHTEN UP.

He was seen hugging a mysterious woman in london that captured a few passerby's attention.

The Brunette was seen chatting and giggling with the golden globe award winning actor

The conversation got deep so did their cosiness.

The actor than hugged her tight to bid her goodbye who responded with smiles and hugged

him at the frosty weather.

Tay and tom announced their split in september last year and since then he is been spotted

Let's start our video on this lovely monday shall we.

Nr. 1 Successfull people do not stop for anything

or anybody, not even themselves, they continue even if times get though.

The will keep their heads as high as they can hold it and will get as rude as

necessary if someone tries to 'cock'block them

They know mistakes are inevitable and the treath these as stepping stones instead of

obstacles.

They rather see it as part of their success than signs of weakness or reasons

to stop trying.

This is why many succesfull people are disciplined.

Being a sportsmen also helps you to learn to be disciplined.

They praise their efforts, not their achievements.

And this keeps them guarded from fear of failure!

Nr. 2 The successful manage their time effectively,

even when it's envirement is created so that it drains time they keep them from focussing

they adjust their strategies when they drift away from their focus.

They recognize that minutes and seconds and they are precious non-renewable

resource and that in certain times things can be done in a mather of seconds if it had

a good strategic plan on forehand.

Although this also costs time, you will waste less time having a good plan.

So set those goals and priorities and pursue them with passion and a clear mind.

Successfull friends of mine now watch less television adn play fewer videogames than

my unsuccessful friends, nothing inherently wrong with Game of Thrones or Hearthstone

but they suck up time that could be spent otherwise

Nr. 3 Success are made by surrounding yourself with

positive hardworking peers.

In a videogame you are surrounded by fastfood eating self-comforting people

nothing wrong with spending your life as a lazy person but beware of the negativity when

things don't work out as you want it to be.

Also forget about non-imaginative naysayers who won't even think about an idea.

Instead spend time, your precious time, around people who have 'the yes we can'

attitude and are happy to share idea's and be creative.

Don't waste time trying to change a preacher!

nr. 4 Successful people spend time listening to

opinions of others as long as they can develop something out of it.

They limit their exposure however to mass media, that's why lot's of

people tune in to youtube and people like me now-a-days.

To learn more, be productive and also reduce the cultural norm pressure other

people lay on them.

They invest in the 'don't follow the herd' idea.

That's why many of the wealthy people I know drive older cars,

dress modestly and avoid conspicuous consumption.

If your not sure what I'm advising here, just ask me.

You'd be surprise what I mean, with what I said lastly.

nr. 5 Fortunate people have direction, they act with purpose, drive and have goals.

They know why to work hard and save money.

They have had missions and lead a life conviction.

Even if it's putting their kids through college, it's through their daily actions that

they stay aligned with their long-term goals.

None of the folks I know who struggle with money have a clear idea of what they want

in their life, they are more foggy then transparent, to themselves

nr. 6 Fortunate people focus on big wins.

They have developed smart habits and don't pay attention to the small stuff.

They also understand that if they're diligent with their money, then the small change will

take care of itself.

The average person economizes on the small things but isn't willing to make sacrifices

when it comes to housing, transportation, or income.

And the folks who are broke all of the time?

Well, they fritter away their pennies and their dollars.

And then they desperately look for a hand out, those are the type of people that will bully you for only 5 bucks, they really suck

nr. 7 The successful do what's difficult.

They don't procrastinate.

My friends with money work longer, harder, and smarter than my

friends who have less.

They practice deferred gratification, sacrificing small comforts today in order to obtain greater

rewards tomorrow.

nr. 8 Successful people make their own luck.

They practice awareness so that they can recognize opportunities when they come along.

I'm not telling you to be an opportunist because you are mistaking!

Many ooooh so many bad opportunities come your way

chose wisely and don't think it's your lucky day or something when a prince in nigeria

wants to donate money to you.

Moreover, they do act boldly, seizing wisely reasoned upon opportunities where others might

hesitate to act.

nr. 9 Successful people believe they're responsible for their future.

They're proactive.

They have an internal locus of control.

That is, they understand that although it might not be their fault they're in a given

situation, it is their responsibility to change it even if

you can't change a preacher or a fantatic believer you can still negotiate

with him or her in what he or she believes in relationship to what your believes are and friendship can arise.

nr. 10 The happy few grow and change over time.

They adapt.

They evolve.

They live and grow, die and come back again.

Nothing as bad as being caught in a rut, in a name and identity your parents and not so

gentle peers have created for you against your will and good knowledge.

I'm giving you my hand, i've been there I'll pull you and myself out while we at it, and i give you your second chance.

With some insight you will grow your personal individual self which is educated instead of 'brainwashed'

In a way we are not afraid to entertain different points of view.

Most importantly, we're not afraid to change anybodies minds.

We seek knowledge and experience, and we allow the things we learn to mold them.

Live is to those who dare to put themselves out their, beyond their own selves... before that

can happen you have to get rid of dissappointments, your grief, your failures,

your anger and your awareness of your past, you have to reestablish

an establishment with a sense of awareness in this time where you are man in charge, then you have to commit

to serious relationships and friendships and then you may stand up and

help others grow while you grow.

If you dare to do that many who did not will have hard times seeing you do that.

Will hold on and you will not hold back or allow them to disallow you

the millions you already own.

But as I said and promised and will be, I'm your good friend that will guide you through it!

This FH16 has a majestic look

with all of its accessories pointing towards the sky.

Welcome to Johan Söderberg's unique wood chipper truck.

This forestry truck has all the gadgets you could wish for.

A wood chipper that can grind logs up to 60cm in circumference.

A 27-cubic-metre container with tipper function.

A crane with maximum reach of 10m.

A trailer with an opening function and a load capacity of 77 cubic metres.

Altogether, one single load of woodchip creates enough energy

to heat three houses for a whole year.

Style-wise the truck has a clean look, yet with some particular details.

The cab's original colour was white.

Now it's a fantastic bright red

with four layers of clear coat for better durability.

On the inside, most of the interior has been redone,

giving it a lovely handcrafted feel with a lot of attention to detail.

Being a former competitor in car audio,

Johan has modified the original stereo with a custom-made subwoofer

tucked away in the side compartment of the truck.

It's clear that many hours have been invested in this machine

and judging by the proud look on Johan's face,

it's definitely been worth it.
