In each video, I'll be giving you "Awakening Activities"

(also known as homework).

They are exercises to really start digging into your mindset.

Not working out on a regular basis is not a "will-power problem."

It's a mindset.

We need to shift and declutter some of the mindset chatter that's going on.

The only way to shift and declutter is to figure out what's going on in there.

In Part 1, I had you do a writing exercise that we are going to address throughout the series.

Make sure that you have done that. I'm telling you, it will make a huge difference.

It will really get you to understand WHY it's been hard for you to exercise on a regular basis.
