Gomez: Wallapop is app with a simple concept.

Just consists on a flea market

on your mobile phone and every item is localized.

On your mobile device, Wallapop simulates

a walk around your neighborhood

and you start discovering the stuff

that your neighbors are selling.

Really provides this impulsive buying behavior.

Very different to common classified experience.

There was a point of my life when I decided

it's time to start a new challenge.

So I decided to start Wallapop in Barcelona.

The day one we were only two people

and after one month of the development

we achieved the number one position

in Spain in the Play Store.

One of the keys of Wallapop has been its simplicity.

People from 15 year olds to 60 has been selling stuff

on the Wallapop site.

And more than 70% of our users

come from the Android platform.

Gui: My name is Marta and I work on Wallapop

as a growth hacking manager.

We started using store listing experiments one year ago

and after testing we optimized the organic downloads by 17%.

At the beginning we started testing

too much things at the same time,

so result wasn't congruent

so we decided to test step-by-step.

What we decided to test first was the short description.

And we optimized 6% of organic downloads.

For the next test was with our Business Intelligence Team

and they told us which were the top sold products.

So we did four different experiments

with the four highlighted products

to test how attractive it was for the users.

What we found out while testing this

is that there were two type of users:

the decisive users and the experienced users.

So what we did is to work on a cover

that will be very recognizeable for this decisive users

using the main slogan of Wallapop

and the things that they saw on the TV ad.

We even test shuffling the screens

to see what effect this will have

and we see very good results.

When creating your Google Play store page

you have to think about the first impression

because it might be the only chance you have

to convince a user to download your app.

Gomez: Since we started Wallapop

we have grown a very huge family.

This incredible success has been something that

is gonna happen once in a lifetime

and I'm very grateful to have been able

just to lead all this team. It has been the toughest

and the greatest experience of my life.

and stuff around the internet during my lifetime,

and it just seems like there's people who

apparently don't know exactly what it's used for.

And I don't know if this is just because

health and sex ed failed them,

or if they slept during class or what, but hmm.

Of course, that wouldn't shock me,

because my own health teacher was actually my P.E. teacher,

who was a guy that only liked sports,

and instead of actually teaching us health,

he just had us watch Supersize Me

and play hangman.

I wish I was kidding, but no.

So there's actually two things that inspired this video.

The first one being from a Mr. Matt Walsh,

who is an Olympic figure skater, I believe.

"If you actually cannot afford birth control

"then you are not nearly mature or responsible enough

"to be having sex in the first place."

Now, this tweet is actually more about the

Affordable Care Act being repealed,

which is a different thing entirely, so disregard that.

The other thing that inspired this was actually a comment

that came from my 50 Facts About Me video,

that was a pretty recent video.

"She said I take birth control daily.

"Guess she gets laid every day."

Okay, so let's talk about something.

The main thing that I wanna say is

birth control is not just for sex.

I repeat, birth control is not just for sex.

I'm 25 years old, I first became sexually active at 23,

so that was only two years ago.

I have been taking birth control since then,

but I have actually been taking birth control

since I was 16 or 17 years old, for one reason.

Okay, a couple of reasons that all are bundled

into one big reason.

Menstruation, cramps, lots of vomiting

and lots of being threatened to pass out

because my body sucks.

So I was on birth control for six or seven years

because of my menstrual cycle,

because all of that was messing with my body.

Birth control is very much used for things like that,

for other medical conditions like EDS.

You can use it for acne,

you can use it for many different things.

And you can also use it to help prevent pregnancy,

but that's not the only thing that it's used for.

So there is that, we've covered what exactly

birth control is used for.

Now, going back to the comment that said,

"I guess she gets laid every day,

because she takes it every day."

I have a feeling you don't quite understand

how birth control works.

At least the birth control pill, there's different kinds

of birth control: the pill, the IUD, the shot,

there's a patch, if there's anything else, I'm not sure.

Now, I take the pill, which requires me to take it

every single day, one pill a day.

Except for the placebo pills which I am allowed to skip

if I want to, which I do, I used to take them

but now I don't, because I don't know, I just, whatever.

Last time I checked, you don't really

need to take them, so, okay.

The birth control pill does not, even if you are just

using it to help prevent pregnancy while having sex,

it's not a pill that works the same as a condom,

you don't take the pill right before you're having sex

and then, say I'm going to have sex on a Monday,

I don't take the pill, go do the do,

and then don't take the pill, or not take the pill

Tuesday through Thursday, and then,

"Oh, I'm gonna have sex again on Friday,

now I'm gonna take the pill just before I do that,"

and then I go have sex, that's not how it works.

In order for it to work effectively,

I gotta take it every day.

That's how it helps prevent pregnancy.

Now, even if I'm not using it for sex,

I am in a long-distance relationship,

that means I go months without having sex, for example.

I mean, I'm by myself for half a year,

so I'm not gonna be having sex during this time.

But I still have a menstrual cycle,

so I'm still going to be using the pill

for reasons I said before, I don't want heavy cramps,

I don't want so much blood coming out of me,

and I don't wanna be nauseous all the time.

So I still gotta take that every day

in order for it to do what it needs to do

to keep my body calm.

And that's pretty much it.

You can't believe everything on the internet,

but I think the internet has a pretty good grasp

on what birth control is and what it's used for.

ok guys this is day two in the new

format and let's go ahead off in this

new format i'm basically running you

guys through everything I do in the park

on pretty much a daily basis so this is

the 12 days of our tier xmas was pretty

cool i believe we are on day 12 today so

update n ok so level up your Park so

they gave me a thousand DNA so that's

nice

and then one of the first things I'm

going to do is go ahead and click on my

DNA factory because I every like this

one it's every 12 hours you gotta click

on it once you get to 22 you could

upgrade it and then I will go to my food

factory and activate it

I could activate that for all 22 and a

half hours right now I will go collect

my coins i showed you these collector

things yesterday I told you I don't

remember how I got it I don't know if

it's because I'm VIP or I I definitely

did not purchase it was there and i'm

also creating uh level 40 states Sarah

top so here are I'm in the evolution

process and it just failed

let's see how much this guy will cost me

I 162 i don't i don't really want to pay

that right now but when i'm done he will

be level 40 i'll be sure to show you

guys and the other thing is I don't have

enough food right now I'm at a million

food i'm gonna need a lot more than that

to this get this guy to level 40 so

always go around the park i will collect

my free card pack that's definitely

something you want to do are you could

do it every

six hours you could collect the

three-card back especially in the

beginning of the game that will help you

all lot and then let's see is there any

upgrades usually what I'll do

this one looks pretty cool says in the

winter is and the reward is a legendary

pack so let's go ahead and check this

ok so first of all we're going to be

fighting a su commis at error rate

Pteranodon and OT Rex so let's see what

I have to face these guys okay so this

is the team i picked the presta sukis is

in phibian so that its class system is

over the meat meat eater a carnivore and

then I've got the herbal war which will

be the transit on it beats it in class

system and another amphibian for the

t-rex which is a carnivore so let's go

ahead and start this battle and see what

happens

ok first thing I'm gonna do is we wanted

to reserve because he can't kill me with

one thing even if he's he's swapping out

to the transit on so this guy would be

able to kill me Bob going to swap off to

my herbivore then they've got to

carnivores we should probably get me in

to get so i'm going to put one reserved

one block he's got three

so once they swap off he'll have to he

can only attack me once and I walk so

he's got one laughs at this point I'm

gonna break in play and Biggie and I

should be able to take him down let's

see

taking down and since he's got one and

reserve all have to use the third one

which he did not use at all

I still looking down now they're

bringing in su cama bilious so he's got

your Yeti attack force if you want me

I'll but that leaves him defenseless so

I'm gonna be chopped my finest sukin

because amphibian add classic bandage or

let me see yeah I could take a mile in

two hits and one in reserve

down he goes ok so now they're bringing

in their training on he's attacking

three bambii what me out what I should

be to watch yep that most he's got 12 be

blocked one attack on or we'll get

through and he's down this battle is

let's go on to the second battle today

so let's see if i could fight another

battle we got a carnivore and phibian an

herbivore I should have no problem

ok so for this one I'm going to use my

cool asaurus which is amphibian which

has the class advantage over the t-rex

carnivore my shuna Soros is aa herbivore

which has the class advantage over the

dimorphodon and my soprano Titan is

carnivore and it has the class advantage

over the Apatosaurus so let's go ahead

and get this started

ok so first one and reserved because

this guy's not going to kill me in one

hit

ok brought in dimorphodon you can only

attack once and it would not kill me

anyhow so I'm gonna bring in my herbal

war for the class advantage and he's got

a carnivore there so I'm gonna go 111

reserve one block guys got three he's

switching out okc he would be to kill me

into and he attacked too i blocked one

so I would be dead right now if I hadn't

blocked offering my in my cool asaurus

again and this guy is defenseless so two

hits will take him down one and reserved

but i'm down you give bad boy then I got

my dimorphodon I mean he's got his

dimorphodon he's going to attack three

ok he'll kill me but he's defenseless so

i should be able to wipe them all with

my shoe soros no problem two hits

and then i will put the other three and

reserve because it's not worth

preserving this dino it's better to save

the reserve points for my carnivore so

this guy will probably wiped me out yeah

he attacked for so he left himself

defenseless so this battles already over

C ok I'm just going to attack all seven

because it is the last battle

I mean I don't need to blood one not so

12,000 428 damage

why and he's down for the cow sweet now

let's see if we can do battle number

three right away and with the card pack

let's see what we got our man this was

way too easy

ok so for this one I'm just going to use

three carnivores because why not

ok so this guy's not gonna take me down

to hit so i just go ahead and put one in

reserve

he attacked to see if he didn't take me

down into it so now he's defenseless so

I attack and Pisces down to put one or

reserve baby don't you go you don't face

me made and now

okay so they're switching out to their

indominus which I'm kind of surprised he

didn't attack i'm just going to put for

reserve sacrifice my spinal raptor

because his health is pretty low and he

didn't do anything so I'm just gonna

attack eight and take them down and then

he blocked to spam down you go

sweet ok so all they got left is there

herbivore so this battle is already over

so he wiped me out which is fine might

any degree s is going to attack or he

could only block one and he's down that

was also some nice bad boy you down for

the count

legendary bags we I get a lot of these

guys I mean I probably get three for

these a week 2500 DNA 2520 7500 DNA and

a unanimous or s that's pretty cool and

1300 loyalty points

nice ok so the first thing I'm going to

do here is go ahead and hatch my Dino

actually let's see if we got anything

else no so i'll go ahead and hash the

unity source is going to take one day

first I got a few more guys here in the

tank

this guy's still in the DNA process

battle so they're all their Health's not

ok so for this one I'm just gonna go

three carnivores I've got a couple

booster packs that i'm using for this

one

ops looks like i could only choose to

carnivores and one booster ok ok so I'm

going to try with these two carnivores

and one booster pack so let's see if

this will work

okay so since he can't take me down in

one hit i will just put one in reserve

here he's got two left he attacks one

he's got one left

so i probably can't take him down and

three

so what I'm going to do is do one block

to and reserve so he was blocking one

side I wouldn't have taken him down and

three hits

ok so he attacked too i blocked one so

right now he's defenseless so i'm going

to go ahead and take him down

let me see ok two hits to take him down

i'm going to put three in reserve for my

ass the freaking soros families down the

next one will probably wiped me out

ok he did not so at this point either i

could attack all out or I could build up

my reserves so i think i'm just going to

attack all out

ok he blocked three so i should be able

to take him down

ok cool that's just gonna leave word I

know to take down

ok so he wiped me out

so what I'm gonna do is I'm going to use

my block for card and I'm going to

attack him for ok he blocked one so he's

out

sweet nice down he goes

okay that wasn't too bad

ok so I mean I could use my mr. on to

Saurus so I'm going to use my I don't

think I need my Pterodactylus i'm going

to use my dimorphodon and I'm estan to

Saurus and pick a booster pack because

it's going to require me to pick one so

i will use a block for an excuse just up

any Dino times to booster x 10

ok I got three diners there no I don't

want to use my indominus rex right now

so once again dimorphodon missed on

soros one booster pack and I'm good to

go

sweet sauce is this guy cannot wipe me

out in two hits I'm gonna pour one in to

reserve their my goal here is to build

my reserve up high as possible for my

missed on to Saurus because this guy my

dimorphodon I'm just gonna sacrifice to

build up my reserve so okay he attacked

one so I believe he's got one lap so i

might as well go ahead and take this guy

down

ok so 33 and block ma'am he's down

ok so that just leaves to form i missed

on to Saurus to take down which should

be no problem at all

ok so he's got for you probably want me

visit the Raptors you could get you

could do this daily you could run

through the raptors and get some really

cool card pack so let's see what we got

so it's definitely worth running through

here like every 24 hours usually you'll

get between two and four card packs

which is going to give you VIP points

and some of the car packs are pretty

good sometimes you get legendary card

packs so you get some pretty good stuff

although right now i'm not having to

great luck a wild thrashing so I don't

have if you don't have the dyno you

could pay to get passed up so let's see

this is going to be the last one I could

get from this philosoraptor at nothing

good for him

charlie is kind of work with you could

pay to do it again bye doll if you wait

these egg things again but i'm not going
