TZL is an artist representation

and event production office.

We started 5 and half years ago.

We have exclusive contracts

with several celebrities in the country.

We book them for campaigns,

television opportunities,

commercials and photos.

I worked for 10 years in a model agency,

and in that agency, I was the event producer.

But I was also in charge of almost

everything in the company,

so I learned a lot from everything.

And after 10 years, I considered

that my cycle was over, so I quit,

and I did not know what to do.

It was the clients who told me

to start my own business,

and there were so many, so I decided to do it.

I thought that I was still young when I started.

That was 5 and a half years ago.

Since I finished the beauty pageant,

and I finished being part

of the National Beauty Contest,

due to the title, there were a lot

of opportunities to work in different things.

But that is when you need someone

to guide you and tell you

what is good and what is not.

And I found that with Tatiana,

not only with her, but with her whole crew;

a crew that is absolutely responsible,

that has lots of love for all their talent,

and that most of all, it becomes a family issue.

We have a person in charge of talent,

and she is in charge of booking the celebrities

for everything related to event

presentation, photoshoots, campaigns.

And in my case I am directly in charge

of finding television opportunities,

and advertising campaigns.

Many times, I did not know how to say "no or yes,"

or how to reach agreements

with certain brands,

companies, people or foundations,

and they have opened the panorama for me in 100%.

I met them through a great window

called Carolina Cruz.

I knew about Tatiana but I was not her friend then,

and then she was my guardian angel, and friend.

Carolina Cruz started to work together

with Tatiana, they became bomb of success,

a bomb to promote business, to grow the business,

then I once told Tatiana that,

"I would love to talk to you."

When they came in, we had a conversation

to find out if we can fulfill their expectations,

and if they fulfill the prototype

of person that we manage,

and if those two things work out,

then we sing an exclusive contract

with a determined time period,

and then we start to look for opportunities

in the field that the person wants.

To have a guide, someone to tell you

what to do and what not to do,

how to do it, what is the best way to do it;

I believe that Tatiana is

the right person to do that.

That is what I like about it,

that I do not feel that I am working,

with Tatiana I feel that I have

an umbrella, I feel protected,

because in the world of entertainment

there is a lot of competition,

lots of comparisons, and here I feel

that I am in a safe zone.

The essence of TZL is our slogan,

we work with passion,

everyone that works here work because

they have the brand in their hearts,

they like what they do.

I consider that I have a great team,

it is a completely passionate team,

and that the most important thing in life.

How To Set Up Your Guitar? - Duration: 6:36.

Hi everyone!

Welcome back to Liberty Park Music!

My name is Ze and in this video, we'll be discussing what a guitar setup is.

And how it can help you!

Anyways, let's jump right in!

So what is a setup and what happens when you set up your guitar?

So basically, when you set up your guitar, you'll be adjusting the string height from

the fretboard.

Also known as the "String Action".

So that it's not too high or not too low.

Also, you'll be adjusting the intonation of the string at the saddle.

So that the strings are in tune with themselves meaning the open sixth string will be E and

the twelfth fret of the sixth string will be E as well.

That's what I mean by intonation.

So pretty much once you're done with the set up, it will make your guitar a lot easier

to play and it will make it sound nicer as well.

If you find like, if you find that you have trouble, physical trouble playing your guitar,

as you feel like it's physically difficult, then there's a good chance that your strings

are way too high and you need to set it up to bring it back down.

Now, remember that when it comes to string action, the height of a strings from the fretboard,

even half a millimeter makes a difference in your hands.

For example, I used to play guitar for five years on a guitar that wasn't setup.

I always thought that I just had to practice more and you know, build up strength in my

hands and my arms but then I got my guitar setup and it was a world of difference because

everything was so much easier and I improved a lot faster as well.

So this is why you have to setup your guitar.

You have to remember that when it comes to playing any instrument, no instrument should

really be physically demanding.

Same thing with the guitar.

If it's physically demanding, you have to either setup your guitar or think about how

you can adjust your technique.

Okay, so the three things that get adjusted when you setup your guitar: the nut over here,

the truss rod that runs through the neck, and the saddle over here.

So let's talk about the nut first.

So, a lot of times, the nut, where the strings go through, the slots over there, those slots

very often are not deep enough, so what will happen is the tech will file those slots so

that there's just a little differ.

That will make the first few frets a bit easier to play.

Not a bit, it can be a lot easier depending on how high those slots are currently.

The next thing is the truss rod.

The truss rod, more or less just controls how straight the neck is because, look at

how the strings are connected from the head stock all the way to the body.

The strings put quite a bit of force on the neck so what happens is imagine this fingers

are the strings, this finger is the neck.

When the strings pull the neck this way, the neck bends like that.

So the strings are on top, the neck will bend like that and there's a gap in the middle.

So what the truss rod does is it counteracts that force and strengthens the neck, reducing

that gap in the middle.

Now, the neck, SORRY, the truss rod access point: it can be either up here, the head stock.

Or inside the body of the guitar, inside here, depending on what kind of guitar you have.

Now, the last thing is the saddle.

The saddle controls the intonation and it also controls the action of the strings.

As you can imagine if the saddle is high, the strings will be higher of the fretboard.

If the saddle is low, the strings will be lower and near the fretboard.

So, this settle is just adjusted by taking out and sending it down with the sand paper.

Of course, you have to kind of know how far to go, which is why I always recommend bringing

it to a professional instead of doing it yourself.

Now, you may be wondering: do I have to setup a brand new guitar as well?

And the answer is yes!

Most likely, you will have to setup a brand new guitar, because the manufacturers most

often, they will ship a guitar that, with the nut slots a little too high and the saddle

a little too high as well.

Because they have no idea which part of the world the guitar will end up.

And depending on the climate, the setup changes a lot.

Like for example, right now in Singapore, it's hot and humid.

To environmental factors that raises the action of all guitars.

So that's why they decide leave more material than is necessary because it's easier to remove

material than to add on material.

Also, when it comes to setting up a guitar, it is possible that you do it yourself but

I do suggest bring it to a professional guitar tech.

At least, that way you can see someone else do it first.

Then if you want to try to handle it yourself you can always do it the second time.

Now if you're wondering, this is what my string action looks like.

So it's not very high but not too low as well.

It's just high enough so that I don't get that much buzzing when I play my strings and

low enough so that when I play my guitar, it feels physically effortless.

It might cost a bit but not a bit, it's probably gonna cost like 20 to 30 bucks.

So not a lot!

But it will make a world of difference!

Trust me!

You'll improve a lot faster and you will feel a lot more motivated to practice.
