Hello this is John Tavano of The Miami Corporation.

Just wanted to walk you through a tutorial

for the Tempotest Visualizer USA app

now available for your Apple and Android devices.

As you can see I will select the app

and it looks like a camera function app.

I'm going to go ahead and erase what I

had previously done here. So you start up

here work your way down. You select the wall

you want to work on. Press this button

and you can put that awning.

You either have a rib style, drop curtain, or

retractable awning. You could then make

it longer or narrow. Could also change

the scale in general of the awning. Make

that a little bit smaller and I'll put

that over here. You could also add

additional awnings

go ahead and press that button again. As

you can see you could select an

additional awning and you could do that

as many times as you'd like. You can

change the shapes of those as well if

you wanted to

let's just keep those are retractable

for now. Go ahead and remove the fabric

with the fabric back on if you wanted to

do so. Also here pull up all the patterns

is the entire Tempotest USA collection

that is available. Let's pick something with a

little bit more contrast. And if you go here

select the camera function save image as

you can see now I'll go through my phone

and that picture is now available right

in your images. You can easily send to

your customers. As you can see here in

the bottom left corner is the pattern

you actually selected. If you have any

questions please contact The Miami Corporation.

Sugar Bowls Part 2 DANGER WARNING! How To Cook That Ann Reardon - Duration: 8:11.

Welcome to How To Cook That I'm Ann Reardon.

You guys loved the sugar bowls that we invented a few weeks ago so much that I'm doing Sugar

Bowls part 2 with all of your suggestions, questions and a Danger warning!

If you didn't see part 1 then to catch you up basically you heat together sugar, water

and glucose syrup to 150C and then add the colouring and flavouring of your choice.

And I'll put all of the the recipe details are on the howtocookthat.net website for you

and there's a link to that below.

Then you pour that over a balloon filled with water - the water helps to stop it from bursting.

And then you end up with these beautiful sugar bowls.

But let me go through some of your questions and suggestions.

1.

Can you do mini bowls?

Sure, let's try using water balloons - they are mini.

I've rubbed each of these with a little cooking oil to make it easier to get the sugar off.

Once that is set hard just give a little cut and let the water drain out of the balloon

and you get a gorgeous little sugar bowl.

2.

Can you make a giant sugar bowl

Oh my goodness - This ended up in a series of unfortunate events otherwise known as fails!

First up I filled a giant balloon with water and then while trying to move it to a bowl,

you can probably guess what's going to happen next, yes it burst and the water went everywhere

all over me and everywhere.

So after cleaning that up I decided to try with just a little bit of water in the bottom

to keep it steady in the bowl and the rest filled with air.

I poured some of the the sugar over the top ... now to me this looked a bit worrisome,

so I stepped back...

Oh!

I thought that was going to happen.

Wow, bummer!

What a mess, let's go back.

Here the kitchen was clean, BRAND NEW, and then the balloon pops, the sugar hovers neatly

in the air, and then explodes all over the new kitchen!

As soon as this cools it sets hard so Dave and I spent the next hour scrubbing sugar

off the floor, the walls, the counter.

And let me warn you, this is extemely dangerous so do not try this at home unless the balloon

is filled with water.

But for you guys i'll try again to make a giant sugar bowl ... I do not know why I am

doing this!

Get your hot sugar syrup, stir in the colour, and then the absolute key at this point is

to let it cool down until there are no bubbles left in it.

And now I'm going to pour it over the top of the ballon, please don't pop, please don't

pop, please don't pop!

Success!

It didn't pop - so leave it to go hard.

I still don't want you to try this at home without water in your balloon unless you are

going to wear full safety gear, goggles on your eyes and everything, it's very dangerous.

Once that is fully hard, use scissors to make a tiny hole and slowly and patiently let out

all the water and air from the balloon until you are left with a beautiful giant sugar

bowl.

So yes you can make one.

Let's fill it up with lollies (candy) lots of lollies, a few more lollies ... oh NOOOOO

that was too many lollies it broke under the weight!

Oh my goodness.

One more giant sugar bowl.

Pour over the sugar syrup.

Did you see that?

Did you see the balloon expand there... let me show you again, watch the distance between

the top of the screen and the balloon ... you can see the balloon gets bigger and that's

because gases expand when they get hot - so the air inside the balloon is getting hot

and expanding.

Now I'm going to add a second coat over the top to make the sugar bowl stronger.

I like the way the sugar slowly winds it's way down.

This one is looking pretty cool but when I let out the air it, I let it down really fast

and it broke!!!

Well that's just too bad there are no more giant sugar bowls today, so let's just pretend

that's what this one is supposed to look like, like a quarter of a giant balloon.

And let's fill it with candy anyway.

Even broken I still think it looks pretty and amazing.

So moving on...

Number 3.

Can I add stuff to the sugar?

My favourite thing to add to hard sugar is almonds, and you can just mix them in while

it's still hot and tip it over the balloon.

It will be yummy but not quite as pretty as a plain sugar bowl.

And I want to eat this with chocolate so let's line the inside with chocolate as well to

make it extra yummy.

You could add something like edible glitter to the inside.

You probably can't see that very well on camera, so what I am going to do is line it with chocolate,

everyone is going to want to eat these ones now.

There you go and now you can see that beautiful shiny glitter on it.

Let's take this little one and brush the inside of it with edible gold luster dust.

I like the way this one looks from the outside, it's kinda pearl like on the outside and golden

on the inside.

I really like that!

Number 4, can you make whole balloons?

Well let's try, I can't answer all these questions without experimenting because I've only just

invented sugar bowls - I haven't done all of these things with them beore.

So let's give it a go.

To make it cover more of the balloon we are going to have to hang the balloons and then

dip them in the sugar trying to cover all of the sides.

These are water balloons and they are filled with water to make it safer.

Then if you hang it close to the tray the weight of the sugar will pull it down so it

will sit on the runoff and make a base.

Or you can hang it higher and let it drip off so you end up with a smooth round base.

This what the ones that were sitting on the bottom look like.

They are pretty cool, they'd be nice with a little dessert in.

And this is the one with the trip.

I think they look a bit like tulips, these ones I quite like those.

But my favourite one is when you hang it just above so you end up with something that looks

a bit like a wine glass... it's bit like creating artwork.

You can experiment and have fun and make something totally unique.

Number 5, they look like jellyfish!

I thought that too, just flip it upside down, add some white fondant and black sixlets for

eyes and you've got little jellyfish - .... or Pacman ghosts.

Number 6, Can you make the drips thicker?

Hmmmm well i think the best way to do that I think would be to let the sugar cool more

before you pour it on so it the mixture is thicker.

But now it is so thick we're getting no drips at all, so let's force it to drip by adding

some extra.

That seems to be working but once we take the balloon off the bowl seems a bit clunky

to me and you can see where we added the drips.

Not loving that one.

Number 7.

I tried it and it didn't set hard... this a problem Rob from Threadbanger had initially

as well when he tried to make sugar bowls - you need to use a candy thermometer.

At this point I necessarily don't know what the candy thermometre is being used for but

I'm sure that maybe it will come in handy.

Use it to measure the temperature of your sugar, it's got to get up to 150 degrees C.

If it doesn't get up to that temperature, it's just not going to set.

Alright this is what attempt number one.

Apparently this thing is pretty crucial.

So there you have it, I hope you enjoyed Sugar Bowls part 2.

Mike Jagger Suffering From Alzheimer's Disease!!! - Duration: 1:22.

Mike Jagger's age seems to be taking a toll on him.

The 73 year old is unable to recall writing a 75,000 word autobiography which he was very

keen to release.

Mr Blake the publisher contacted the rolling stones frontman after he was handed over the

manuscript three years ago.

He further explained that mike had written it 'long ago and far away,' but the publication

could not take place due to death of his girlfriend L'Wren Scott in March 2014.

the publisher revealed that the script included snippets of a near-death experience the singer

had while on horseback trying to ride on despite having no knowledge of it and it roared off

like a ferrari.

The memoir also claimed that the father of eight kids also bought historic Hampshire

house Stargroves when he was high on LSD.

This came as a disappointment to all his fans.

Hope the world gets to read his story someday.

Homemade Giant Kinder Pingui (Recipe) || [ENG SUBS] - Duration: 13:48.

Homemade Giant Kinder Pingui

All ingredients & quantitative data are listed & linked in the infobox below.

Welcome to a new video...

...in today's episode i show you another giant candy bar recipe...

...today we gonna make a Kinder Pingui...

...first we need a box...

...I got 2 cardboard plates with a length of 30 centimeters here...

...also 2 cardboard plates with a length of 14 centimters...

...stick together the cardboard plates with tesafilm or package tape...

...so that a box with the dimensions 30cm x 14cm can be formed...

...but do not stick together the box yet...

...first wrap the whole cardboard plate into aluminum foil...

...fold the aluminum foil at the ends...

...and stick firmly...

...then seal the ends of the cardboard plates with another strip tesafilm or package tape...

...set aside the box...

...next, for the sponge cake...

...seperate 3 eggs into whites & yolks...

...give egg whites along with 1 sachet vanilla sugar & a pinch of salt...

...into a high container...

...and beat until stiff for about 1 minute...

...then set aside...

...give yolks together with 40 grams of sugar into a mixing bowl...

...and mix for 2 - 3 minutes...

...until fluffy, white & creamy...

...add half of the stiff egg whites...

...carefully fold in with a spatula...

...next, get a sieve...

...and sift 30 grams cocoa powder & 30 grams flour to the batter...

...fold in...

...and finally add the remaining stiff egg whites...

...and fold in carefully...

...now line a bakinig tray with baking paper...

...place a baking frame with the dimensions 60cm x 28cm onto the lined tray...

...pour the batter into the frame...

...and smooth down evenly up to the corners...

...then bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat)...

...for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven...

...get the sponge cake out of the oven...

...carefully overthrow onto a clean kitchen towel...

...and remove the baking paper...

...halve the sponge cake with a knife...

...so that we got 2 plates with the dimensions 30cm x 14cm...

...then allow to cool completely...

...meanwhile we can prepare the first cream layer...

...for that give 250 milliliters cream along with a sachet of cream stabilizer...

...& 1 sachet vanilla sugar into a high container...

...and beat until stiff for about 1 minute...

...once that's done set aside...

...and give 500 grams mascarpone cheese into a large mixing bowl...

...mix until smooth for about 1 – 2 minutes...

...gradually add powdered sugar...

...mix in...

...until 125 grams powdered sugar are incorporated...

...finally add the whipped cream...

...and carefully fold in using a spatula...

...that's it for the first cream layer...

...now line a cutting board with baking paper...

...place the first sponge cake plate in the middle of the baking paper...

...and arrange the prepared box around the sponge cake...

...give the mascarpone-cream onto the sponge cake...

...and smooth down evenly up to the corners...

...then allow to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes...

...for the chocolate layer in the middle we prepare a ganache...

...for that pour 150 grams of cream into a small pot...

...and bring to a boil...

...then remove from heat & pour over the chocolate...

...I got 150 grams of dark chocolate here...

...stir together with a spoon...

...until the chocolate is completely melted...

...then allow the ganache to cool at room temperature...

...and pour over the first mascarpone cream layer...

...evenly smooth down with a dough card up the corners...

...and allow to chill another 30 minutes in the fridge...

...meanwhile prepare the next layer by mixing together mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar & cream stabilizer as described for the first cream layer...

...then give the cream onto the ganache layer...

...smooth down evenly...

...and cover with the second sponge cake plate...

...finally we need a chocolate layer...

...so for the double boiler bring to a boil about 1 liter of water using a water heater...

...pour the hot water into a large pot...

...place a suitable bowl made of glass or metal on the pot...

...and add 100 grams of dark chocolate to the bowl...

...now melt chocolate by stirring constantly...

...and pour the melted chocolate onto the sponge cake layer...

...spread evenly with a brush...

...next, lift the whole Kinder Pingui by pulling at the outer baking paper...

... into the freezer & allow to set for 4 hours...

...after 4 hours build up a water boiler again...

...now we need 300 grams of dark chocolate...q

...and also 30 grams of copha/solidified coconut fat...

...and melt chocolate while stirring constantly...

...once that's done carefully remove the outer box of the Kinder Pingui...

...possibly straighten the sides of the bar with a knife...

...line out a baking paper...

...place 2 – 3 cups or glasses with a little distance to each other in the middle of a baking paper...

...carefully overthrow the frozen Kinder Pingui & place with the chocolate layer down...

...onto the prepared cups...

...pour the melted chocolate over the giant bar...

...to coat evenly with chocolate...

...after 5 minutes remove the excess chocolate at the lower edges...

... & then allow the bar to cool completely...

...possibly in the fridge...

...then it's time to serve, so cut the giant bar into slices with a knife...

...that's what the Kinder Pingui looks like in the inside...

...I like to taste it now ;)

...hope you liked that video...

...wish you lots of fun doing this at home & see you next video!
