[Long, pitched Ringing] [Distorted Voice before it cuts] Little Sister: (voice Echoing) Wake up.... Wake up.... Wake up....Wake up---

[Analog Alarm Clock Beeping before it shuts off] RADIO HOST: -- In reality, it will come at us from all sides. Nowhere is safe, folks!

NARRATOR: Today is going to be a nice day at home. You will just relax and enjoy yourself in the safety of your now familiar apartment.

[Sound of Fire Crackling outside] NARRATOR: From its perch on your windowsill, the radio brings you all of the relevant news you need to know.

RADIO HOST: Today's breaking news comes to you from City Hall, where Mayor Yu is rapidly shoving all the money she can find into burlap sacks.

RADIO HOST: Mayor, would you like to give us a comment on what you're doing?

MAYOR YU: (with anger) What the fuck does it look like?!

MAYOR YU: (angry) I'm stealing from the City! That's right--I'm taking any goddamn money I can find in this place and embezzling it! Bet you don't think I'm such a great mayor now, do you?! Do you?!"

RADIO HOST: What a daring and forward plan from our mayor! [From outside, Fire Crackling Continues]

RADIO HOST: Clearly, our brave mayor has decided that our tax dollars aren't being allocated well enough, and is taking matters in to her own hands.

RADIO HOST: This kind of honesty and straightforward policy has been long missing in politics. Who knows what the mayor's plans will be? I, for one, can't wait to find out. [From Outside, Fire Crackling and Popping]

NARRATOR: The smell of your favorite food makes your stomach growl. [Sounds of Fire crackling, then an explosion]

NARRATOR: As you continue to prepare your meal, you can see that everywhere is on fire. [Sound of fire and fire-related explosions]

NARRATOR: The streetlights have all burst and some have collapsed. The cars on the street are smoking or covered in flames. [Sound of Fire continues followed by sounds of falling debris]

NARRATOR: Anyone foolish enough to be caught outside is now long dead. Outside your apartment is a hell-scape.

NARRATOR: Staying in is just fine.

MAYOR YU: (raging) I'm buying myself a yacht, that's what I'm doing with it! It won't help the city at all! What do you think about that?! [Fire Noises fade out]

RADIO HOST: What an excellent idea from our mayor! [Sound of Pelting Rain]

RADIO HOST: If you work hard and don't slack off, you too can steal money from the government and buy your own luxury goods! [Sound of Rain grows along with continuous dripping, almost streaming water]

RADIO HOST: Mayor Yu is on her way home now, shouting threats at pedestrians and punching anyone who gets too close. [Water Streaming]

RADIO HOST: A true role model for all the youth of Concord Valley. [Water streaming from outside]

NARRATOR: You head to your room to enjoy reading a novel. You open the curtains to enjoy reading by firelight, but you notice something. [Sound of Flooding]

NARRATOR: Rather than burning, everywhere outside seems to be flooded. You can see a few items floating out onto the street. There is no need to panic. The water level isn't near your floor.

NARRATOR: Staying in is *fine.* (*tone of discontent)

NARRATOR: You look at your closet. [Water Noises Continue]

NARRATOR: There's nothing wrong with your closet. It's a normal closet, made of wood. Not particularly expensive, or particularly cheap--as far as you can remember.

NARRATOR: It doesn't stand out against the landscape of the rest of your room. There is nothing particularly interesting about it.

NARRATOR: (firmly) There is nothing wrong with your closet.

RADIO HOST: Unfortunately, the mayor is not the only notable criminal out and about today. [Water Flooding slows, slow growing of Cicidas sounds]

RADIO HOST: There is a suspicious character running around the streets of Concord Valley.

RADIO HOST: Their identity isn't known yet, but what is known is that we don't take kindly to that kind of person.

RADIO HOST: We're relying on every resident of Concord Valley to keep a lookout for this criminal and to stay safe. [Water fades out, sounds of crickets, cicadas, and other insects grow loud]

RADIO HOST: And now, a financial report. Due to the mayor's theft, everyone's taxes will be doubled.

RADIO HOST: But really--that's such a small price to pay to keep our amazing mayor! Isn't it true that we can't truly appreciate good times without bad times to compare them to?

RADIO HOST: Once we've finally paid off the mayor's yacht, we'll enjoy how much simpler our life will seem in comparison!

RADIO HOST: The unknowable powers the kept our mayor in charge of our beautiful City are, as always, beyond knowledge and beyond judgement.

NARRATOR: Your day has been rather uneventful. [Police Sirens, gunfire, and Alarms blaring over the sounds of insects chirping]

NARRATOR: Ian is home--you can hear, through the walls of your apartment, the sound of Ian doing homework, or perhaps maybe even scrapbooking.

NARRATOR: (with irritation) You don't know what he's doing.

NARRATOR: You can only hear his distinctive sounds. [Ian's sounds and the crickets and cicidas continue]

NARRATOR: You decide to close your curtains before you begin your nightly routine.

NARRATOR: (irked) You notice that something is different.

NARRATOR: The flood is gone; outside, instead, you can only see a forest of trees. [Loud songs of Crickets and Cicadas, sounds of gentle brustling of leaves]

NARRATOR: It almost looks as if you are high above the earth, but you haven't moved at all. You close the curtains.

NARRATOR: As you get comfortable in bed, you give your closet one last glance. It is the same closet you remember.

NARRATOR: There is no need to spend any time thinking about your closet.

NARRATOR: It's time to go to sleep.

DFFOO GL - Batch Awakening part 5 Review/Análise (Jecht/Faris/Fujin/Vincent/Sabin/Tifa) - Duration: 15:44.

Hello guys, puni here. Today im going to talk about the new batch awakening that is coming

It features, Jecht, Faris, Fujin, Vicent, Sabin and Tifa

Some of these characters are pretty hypped for a lot of folks, and has been waited as well

In this video we are going to see what they will receive new. Precisely their passives from crystal level 60

Before starting this review. Hit that thumb Up down there. it helps me a lot on youtube! Now lets start it!

First ill talk about the character passives, and at the end of each one ill tell my thoughts about it

All percentagens that you see on this video im counting with weapons 15/35 cp passives equiiped, ok?

Lets start with Jecht

A character that is really hyped right now

Now im just reading it in portuguese guys. My thoughts about him at 2:26

Pretty simples passives in my opnion. But guys...

He was a damage machine when he arrived level 50. Now with he awakening he got even more power

For me the most important this were, the two buffs on Initial brv and atack.

Specially the initial brv buff. Overflow is pretty good too

His true damage is all about his "+" version of skills. So why did i said specially the initial brv buff?

For these "+" versions are up. Jecht brv must be at least 30% or more of his max brv

So he needs high brv in the begining of his turn. In order to have this + version of skills

With this initial brv buff it will get easier for him to reach this 30% max brv he needs so bad

Even so, the ideal for him is to have a brv battery together. To always give him the initial brv he needs

These + versions as you saw give much more damage/advantage.

All his + skills do hp atack at the end. So he will always be 0 brv at the end.

So he still definetely needs a brv battery together to have his maximum pottential

If you have him equiiped. You definetely should awake him. Specially if you need a Fire DPS

He is one of the best in the moment

Aerith lost chapter will be up tonight. And the boss is weak to fire. Jecht can dizimate it for sure

The next character to awaken is Faris.

Just reading it. My thoughts at 5:49

Dude, in my opnion. I present to you the best debuffer we have on global at the moment

She stacks 4 debuffs with cannonfire. But before debuffing the enemy, she dispel every single buff of it

But now AoE. Think about it...

With higher potency

Waterwhirl has an hp atack at the end too. Something that she always needed since her release

She is absolutely worth to be awaken, like i said she will be the best debuffer right now in global

Plus brv + hp atack with water element. Im really anxious to awake her for real

The next character that will be Fujin

My thoughts at 7:25

In my opnion guys, she didnt receive good bufs

her second skill doubled its potency, but i think fujin herself needed better stats boost

But Fujin has something that make her unique. And its pretty good

She can enchant our party atacks with wind element. Just like Rydia do with water element

She can be situational. If the boss has weakness to wind element. She can help doing a lot of damage

Besides that, i would say, save you crystals. Spare it for better characters. Specially if dont have many of it

Next one we are going to see is vincent guys. This one is hyped a lot too. And a lot of ppl are waiting for him

Just reading guys, my thoughts at 9:24

Vincent receive great passives. But to be honest i miss some potency upgrade on his skills. He didnt get any

Ok, he received AoE atacks followed by hp atack

But imagine he is facing single enemy. He will loose a lot of damage, since he didnt receive skill potency

He will not have many targets to hit and get all the brv he can with aoe skills

Even so he got really strong with his awakening

His debuff got stronger and now has hp atack on both skills. Something that he lacked

Another thing we must remember, is that vincent debuffs enemy with thunder element weakness

By any chance, any character come to your mid, that uses thunder element on skills

Ill give you a clue. She came not too long. Is causing a lot of trouble (to enemies)

With a lot of damage. First here in global. Before JP Side

yes, herself

Beatrix

Both of them can do a great combo. If the enemy does not have thunder weakness, Vicent can take care of it

And beatrix do the huge damage part

The next character we are going to see is sabin

Just reading, my thoughts at 11:47

Guys, sabin got a lot of power after his awakening. I got surprised. A lot of skill potency

And AoE hp atack on his second skill

He has this ghost damage up mechanic, i dont like it. But it can be situational

But something i really appreciated. Is that holy/wind element resist down

It make him a lot useful in a lot of compositions, to create weakness on enemies that dont have any for ex

He is a good character to be awaken, specially if you have other characters that can take advantage

Of holy/wind element

Vaan for example....

The last character guys. A favorite from final fantasy 7. Tifa

Just reading guys. My thoughts at 13:43

Tifa now is a great DPS character. She now has overflow mechanic of 150% max brv

followed by an hp atack if she gets to 100% max brv

So, she already have a lot of atk from her buffs

Combining her beat rush + battle cry, she can get pretty easy to that 150% max brv

If you have her equipped, she is a great dps now. Specially agains skeleton types

These were the awakening characters. Most of them received great passives

So its up to you and your resources who will you awake. For my, i really want faris, vincent and jecht

I dont have any weapons from jecht but ill try my luck on the banner

Tell me in the comments down there which one will you awaken, i really want to know

Which EX weapon do you think will be on the awakenings banner guys? Every batch we get two

i realised that most of the world doesn't know what Alasitas is

Alasitas is the celebration of abundance and miniatures

by that i mean

in this celebration we buy miniatures

and we thank and ask for the Ekeko to bring us those things

The Ekeko is the god of abundance

but he is Spanishized per say

he is criollo a mix

like all of us

you'll see how we ask for things from the Ekeko

he arrives at 12 pm

that's why i needed to be there at 12 o'clock

a type of blessing is done on the miniatures

we ask for the Ekeko to please bring them to us this year

in exchange we give the Ekeko things he might like

beer, cigarettes, food, confetti, flowers...

sweet wine, alcohol

you'll see my brother throwing beer at him

that's a way to thank him

a way to give him something back

and you'll see me soaking in beer

that's normal it's cool
