So, Today! tadaa Ace Cook's Ka~--- um Ace Cook's~~~~~~
Ace Cook's wonton noodle in Kansai style soy sauce broth ~omg soooo heavy...~
so this is what I used and a viewer from the Kansai region sent this to me TYVM (Osaka and surrounding area = Kansai)
alrighty lets see how its made!!
this is the instant ramen we will be using today Ace cook's wonton noodles in Kansai style soy sauce broth
fragrant aroma w/bonito and seaweed made in association with Calbee
I think this is a region exclusive product ... probably ~this little piggy looks so cute~
and inside we've got these noodles and soup packet
and with the noodles... look! there's these wonton stuck to them they're stuck on like this and note there is no meat in the wonton
we'll have to boil these guys up
today's toppings are soft boiled egg, corn, onion and char siu drain the liquid from the corn
chop the onion
K, the ramen is done look, there's even wonton skins in here
char siu, corn, egg
onion and this is what it looks like ~its so colorful~
tadaa the dish is complete the Kansai style broth smells so good, its got a very light aroma
its got that classy feel to it
I feel like I'm going to really like the char siu and runny egg toppings on this
but I do like corn a lot... ~I put quite a lot of toppings on this today~ ITADAKIMASU
oh I almost forgot again its been a while since I broke out the scale
~aww.. I always forget about weighing things....~
K, so without the bowl its about 3Kg ... I think... I'll do the math properly later on... but if its wrong I'll correct it in the title
oh finally its time to eat! itadakimasu
K, so look I even got a piece of won ton skin
its a soy sauce based broth but its a delish tasting rich and light sauce and oh yeah.... this is... we've got... so this...
well, when I first showed you this I told you but... this was made in part by the potato chip maker Calbee
thats why the Calbee's Kansai stlye soy sauce broth tastes like this ~I've eaten it before hand... ~
well to tell the truth they were both sent to me by the same viewer and I ate the chips earlier and.... I suck.....
I know I should have eaten them both in the same video ok ok I know I know I dun goofed I just couldn't help myself
snacks like that are so easy to munch on ramen is so easy to make and much on as well
the soy sauce found in the Kyushu region has a nice sweetness to it and the soy sauce found in the Kansai region
is similar in that its very light but has a nice depth of flavor and is very delish
and I like ?these types of noodles?
and here we've got a wonton skin
the wonton is al dente and very slippery... soo good lets break open one of these eggs
I don't believe I've added these runny eggs with my ramen
I've cracked raw eggs into ramen before but these runny eggs are a nice addition
ahh its so nice when the yolk coats the noodles like this "why the heck is she saying its so good" is what you all might be asking
and the reason is that.... it nicely .... fits like this ~that's all I wanted to say... that's the end of the story~

I'm getting hot I always warm right up when eating ramen
I haven't turned on my AC/Heater yet in this room the temp is... roughly the same as it is outside..
its 5 degrees celcius not that cold at all.... omg I'm so hot!!
I've discovered another good thing about these soft boiled eggs
when you use these runny eggs they don't dilute the your ramen's broth
runny eggs you're so awesome... good job
so hot...
I love it when the egg mixes with it egg is my most favorite topping for ramen
I keep on saying I love meat I love meat but if I had to break it down to basics I belive egg and cha siu
really add to the flavor of the broth they are in but the bestest for ramen is..... egg
egg are so ? ? they're so wonderful
ok so only this much remains sadly I don't think I've tasted any of the corn I put into this ramen
those ramen shops out there that give you the option for corn toppings they usually have these spoons with holes in them
sadly I don't have any of those sieve spoons here I'm so sad I didn't taste any corn today
but don't worry I get to enjoy themm at the end

~so hot~ Ace Cook's wonton noodles W/ Kansai style soy sauce broth in association with Calbee was so delish
they used such an extravagant aroma and the bonito and seaweed in the broth tasted delish
it was also so nice to have all sorts of toppings as well and those final bites of sweet corn! ~Fabulous~
I came to realize that runny eggs are one of the best toppings for ramen
it doesn't dilute the broth.. until now I've added less hot water whenever I added egg
I was so glad to be able to eat these today because I don't think they're sold outside the Kansai region
special thanks to the viewer who sent me them oh yeah so this just might be.... the first ramen I've eaten
in 2017... ~am I going to keep on saying this for each new thing in 2017?~
