"green" variant of the Korean 4-doors, characterized

First up we have the iPhone 8.

So I'll be honest here.

Currently we do not have that much information about the iPhone 8 in terms of Specs, design,

or anything else, but the device will most likely be released this year.

Never the less here is what we have so far thanks to many leaks that have surfaced online.

. Rumors suggest that the 10th anniversary of the iPhone could see Apple ditch the traditional

Home button and add a curved display.

Apple's revolutionary new iPhone 8 will sport a plastic OLED display that "curves

all over," according to a report published in the Korea Herald and picked up by 9to5Mac.

The report corroborates the rumor that Apple will release three iPhone models next year,

a premium model with curved OLED display and two with flat LCDs.

Furthermore, Apple is hoping to incorporate new "sensing technology" in the curved

display to help differentiate the iPhone 8 from other OLED smartphones.

According to the Korea Herald, Apple has tapped Samsung Display to make an estimated 70 to

100 million plastic OLED units to use in the iPhone 8.

But that's just one rumor, another suggests that Apple has three new iPhones in the works

for 2017: the iPhone 7s and 7s Plus updates and a completely redesigned all-glass iPhone

8.

The 7s and 7s Plus will come in a brand new crimson color.

According to Japanese Apple-centric site Macotakara, the S-model phones will be available in red

in addition to the standard black, jet black, rose gold, gold, and silver.

The Xiaomi Mi6 is rumored to be the first Xiaomi smartphone to debut in markets such

as Canada, US, and others who have been patiently waiting true premium quality, budget friendly

smartphones.

The Mi6 is also rumored to be getting some serious upgrades, and Xiaomi intends on maintaining

the consumer friendly prices.

Now I wanna get onto the specs and this info comes from Xiaomi Mi 6 .org . The Mi6 is rumored

to be getting a slight size enhancement as the 5.0" Mi5 will be getting an extra couple

of inches in the Xiaomi Mi6 screen.

It's looking like Xiaomi will be holding nothing back with the screen specs which include

a 4K screen, and an unheard of 4096 x 2160 resolution.

If the latest Xiaomi Mi6 rumor holds true, this may bring a screen with a ppi near 700.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor will be seen again, but will be getting a

step up in speed.

The Mi5 processor was clocked at 2.3 GHZ, and the Mi6 is expected to be clocked at 2.5

– 2.7 GHZ.

For those of you who didn't quite understand what I just said about the processor, that

basically just means that it has a great processor for a mobile phone.

If you're looking for camera specs, than the Mi6 will not disappoint.

Both the front and rear cameras will surely be getting an upgrade, and the new camera

features will go a long way.

Leaks suggesting a 23 MP rear camera and a 7 MP front camera will compare to other high-end

Android releases.

Another important spec of the phone is its memory which will be storing your data.

The expected memory of Mi6 is of different storage, 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 which can be

extended using Micro SD slot.

You can double your memory using Micro SD slots.

Also, It is going to have 4000 mAh battery which can easily last for hours and you can

enjoy each and every features of your phone.

Moving on we have the Samsung Galaxy S8.

Another device surrounding by rumors, leaks, photos and many, many possible designs.

The biggest piece of information being that it will most likely have a wrap around screen

and the home button will be no more.

Now the fact that the home button is being taken away is not a brand new idea because

it has been done on many other devices such as tablets.

So the following bit of information are from websites that will be listed below.

Samsung's new Galaxy S8 is just a few months away from getting its grand unveiling.

This all-new smartphone from the Korean technology firm looks likely to be shown to the world

in April.

Rumours are rife that Samsung is opting for a big Unpacked launch in New York rather than

its usual event at Mobile World Congress in February.

The Galaxy S8 is likely to feature a number of improvements over the award-winning Galaxy

S7 such as a bigger and brighter screen, better camera and super-fast Qualcomm Snapdragon

835 processor.

Also before I continue with the information, I wanna say that another huge rumor is that

Samsung is not doing away with the headphone jack as was done by apple in the most recent

smartphone from last year.

So anyone in fear that they will have to get a new pair of headphones if they decide to

get this device can clear their minds right now.

So now I wanna feature a brand new pair of videos which were recently released by Samsung

and most likely point to the design os the Samsung galaxy S8.

In a pair of new promotional videos for display division, Samsung has shown off new AMOLED

panels which are widely expected to be used in the Galaxy S8.

But more than this, it ends both commercials by showing the panels morph into an unnamed

smartphone with very slim top and bottom bezels.

Yes, there remains a chance that this is complete coincidence and Samsung made a random handset

that just so happens to look like a trio of leaks which all also just so happen to be

identical yet wrong.

But the odds against this seem small.

Next up we have the HTC 11.

Now this is a device surrounded by a few rumors and a few facts.

And I say that because usually some of the things we consider as rumors actually turn

out to be facts when the actual device is released.

Again the upcoming information is an extract from a trusted site.

It's worth pointing out that the HTC 11 won't be called the HTC 11, although that is what

we're calling it until we know otherwise.

The HTC U family unveiled on 12 January is now the company's premiere smartphone series,

according to HTC.

It includes an HTC U Ultra, also known as the HTC Ocean Note, while the HTC 11 expected

at MWC is known as the HTC Ocean.

This suggests the U Ultra is the phablet of that line-up, the U Play the mid-range model

and the HTC 11 could be the flagship.

The name is more than likely going to be HTC U something, but HTC U what?

It could potentially be simply HTC U, or even HTC U Vive.

Everyone is predicting a 12-month cycle for HTC's new phones, which puts the HTC 11

launch date in April 2017.

Sources suggest the LG G6 will go on sale on 10 March, and the Galaxy S8 on 18 April,

so in order to compete the HTC 11 will need to go on sale within those two dates.

It's relatively easy to predict that HTC will use Qualcomm's best available mobile

chip for its next flagship, which will be the 10nm Snapdragon 835 with support for Qualcomm

Quick Charge 4.0.

This processor supports 8GB of RAM, but the HTC 11 is more likely to come with 4- or 6GB

of RAM.

Next we have the LG G6.

Rumor has it LG will be stepping up the design of the G6 to a more premium look and quality

than we've seen on previous phones.

The LG G5 had a painted aluminum body, which some didn't like.

Being glass it may not be as durable as a full-metal jacket would be, but that may be

the price we pay for a better looking phone from LG.

Then again, LG might not be moving away from metal after all, with another source claiming

the G6 will have "a highly reflective metallic material on the rear."

The leak adds that the dimensions are apparently be 148.8 x 72.3 x 8.3mm, which would make

it a similar size to the LG G5, but marginally thicker.

Whatever design it gets, the focus according to LG is on "aesthetics and usability."

The interchangeable modules - or what LG calls "friends" - are out by the sounds of things,

with LG's chief technologist Skott Ahn saying that LG is moving away from modular designs.

It's a decision was expected, with an earlier report from the Electronic Times in Korea

saying the same thing, while another source claimed the decision had been made in order

to make the LG G6 waterproof.

It looks like LG will launch the G6 in February, likely at MWC 2017.

LG has also stated that it's using heat pipes to keep the phone cool, and has revealed all

the details on an impressive new 5.7-inch QHD display that's likely coming to the G6.

Finally we have the OnePlus 4 or what it is currently known as which is the OnePlus 5.

Sounds like I'm doing math here.

A burst of OnePlus 4 leaks point to a new glass design, a dual-lens camera, a QHD screen,

a big battery and loads of power.

OnePlus has managed to consistently stand out from the crowd by offering high-end hardware

at a mid-range price.

But even to say that undersells its achievements.

The company often out-specs rivals with its 'Never Settle' mantra and clearly puts time

and thought into its phones, yet still manages to sell them for less.

The OnePlus 3 has a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 display, just like the OnePlus 2 and the OnePlus One.

Given how staunchly the company has stuck to that size and resolution combination it's

tempting to think it will do the same with the OnePlus 4.

The resolution of the screen on the OnePlus 3 is one of its few faults and one of the

only areas you can really point to and say that's where the company cut corners.

But here's another side to the story.

An extract from oneplus4.net gives other information.

Little did we know that OnePlus is planning around to launch OnePlus 5 Smartphone, by

skipping their 4the generation smartphone model which we all expected.

We all know that they have recently released OnePlus 3T which is a upgraded version of

OnePlus 3, which is released the same year.

Many critics are rumoring that the OnePlus 4 device is not being skipped due to technical

or marketing plans, and there's a whole lot more interesting story around it.

In China, Number 4 is considered to be an unlucky number and this seems to be the reason

why the 4th generation model is being skipped.

And it is evident that OnePlus is looking forward to release various variants for each

generation of Smartphone which we've seen with OnePlus 3 and 3T.

Another news flashing around the web caught my attention that OnePlus 5 will be ceramic

tipped, which would make it second in OnePlus family with ceramic texture.

The last year model, OnePlus X had zirconia ceramic finish which was quite a good touch

added to it and frankly speaking I find this finish interesting.

At one point or another you might have heard that only a few centuries ago, people thought

the Earth was flat. People believed that if you sailed too far out, you would reach the

literal edge of the world and fall off. Well this is quite misleading as people have known

the Earth to be spherical since the time of ancient Greece. The earliest known evidence

for the concept of a spherical Earth can be traced back to Greek philosophers during the

6th century BC. A few centuries later, no educated person thought the world was anything

but round. This idea slowly spread and gradually became accepted as fact all across the globe.

And while some cultures held on to the flat-earth-idea for quite a while, by the time of the Middle Ages,

the Earth was most definitely a globe. Medieval books and illustrations repeatedly

make the point that the earth is round and not flat. The confusion actually comes from

historians looking back and misinterpreting certain events and literature.

While people may not have believed the Earth to be flat as much as we thought. For the

longest time, we definitely believed ourselves to be the center of the universe. It's called

the geocentric model and it actually makes a lot of sense. From our point of view down

here on the surface, it actually looks like the Sun, Moon, visible planets, and distant

stars orbit around a stationary Earth. It wasn't until the late 16th century that the

geocentric model was gradually superseded by the heliocentric model where the Sun is

the center and the Earth is simply one planet among many orbiting around it.

Earth is the only planet not named after a Greek or Roman god or goddess. The name comes

from old Germanic words such as ertha and ert. And while its name is of course different

in every language, what they all have in common is that almost every name derived from a word

that means "soil" or "ground". For example here in Sweden, the planets name is Jorden

and the word for soil is jord. The Latin names Terra and Tellus can also be used as synonyms.

We all know that one day here on Earth is 24 hours long and the reason we have days

in the first place is because the earth is rotating on it's own axis while orbiting the

sun. But if we do the calculations, we find that for the Earth to make one full revolution

it only takes 23:56:04. This is called a sidereal day and is actually not the way we calculate

one full day here on Earth. This is because, the unit of time known as day also has to

account for the orbit around our sun. Let's take this specific point on Earth. Now, let's

simulate a day passing by rotating the planet. Once the point reaches the same position,

one sidereal day has passed or 23:56:04. What makes a solar day 24 hours long is the location

of this spot relative to the sun. While the Earth has definitely made a full rotation,

it also moved a bit in it's year long orbit around the sun. Therefor it actually needs

to rotate a bit more so that this point is now facing the sun like it did when it started.

And just like a day isn't really 24 hours long, a year isn't really 365 days long. The

reason for this is not the same however. We count days based on the rotation of the Earth,

while the year is based on the orbital period around the sun. And this is the problem. The

day/night cycle has nothing to do with the yearly cycle. Yet a year is determined by

the day/night cycle. This result in one year being 365.2425 days long. This is where leap

years come into play. Every forth year we squeeze in an extra day at the end of February

because the Earth's spin and the Earth's orbit around the sun every so slightly overlap.

Without leap years, our calenders would get confused and summer would eventually be winter

and vice versa.

Liquid water is a crucial part for all life here on Earth. Yet the origin of our planet's

water remains unclear. More specifically, why do Earth have so much more liquid water

compared to almost every other body in the solar system. I say almost every other body,

because one of Jupiter's moons called Europa, may contain more than twice as much liquid

water found here on Earth. Even though it's smaller then our Moon. This subsurface ocean

is trapped under a vast sheet of ice and could potentially contain life.

While life may or may not be so abundant in the universe, the Earth is truly teaming with

it. It is everywhere and seems to somehow survive everything. Top of mount everest?

No problem. Bottom of the ocean? Of course. At the edge of the atmosphere? Sure. Inside

NASA and ESA clean rooms which are meant to be sterilized inhospitable environments?

Are you even fucking trying m8. What I'm saying is that life.. uh... finds a way. It truly

does. Let's take a walk outside and bring a spoon with you. Good. Now dig up some soil

and take a good look at it. This spoonful of soil contains more living organism than

there are humans on this planet. Soil is a paradise for tiny creatures eating and pooping

and reproducing their way toward glorious soil fertility. Luckily we can't see any of

that, otherwise I would've flipped my shit by now. In an equally mind-fuck fashion, for

every grain of sand on Earth, there are roughly 10,000 stars in the universe.

Welcome to Earth...

Texas. The only city on Earth named Earth. Well at least in English.

It has a population of around 1000 and was originally called Fairlawn. However they soon

learned of another city by that name so the townspeople sent in suggestions for a new

one, and thus Earth became the first Earth on Earth.

Most of us know that Mt. Everest is the tallest point on the planet. Well, no it isn't actually.

It's only the highest mountain by elevation above sea level. The tallest point on Earth,

as in either the greatest distance from the center or the least distance to space is

Mt. Chimborazo. This is because the Earth is not really a perfect sphere but something called

a spheroid. This basically means that the Earth is a bit thicker along the equator compared

to the poles. And as Mt. Chimborazo is very close to the equator it just barely beats Mt. Everest.

The Earth has been the home to every living thing in the universe that we know of. But

why is that? If the universe has existed for so many billions of years, why is space so

seemingly empty? Well, that's not exactly what this video about, and I have in fact

talked about this in numerous videos before, but a possible answer or perhaps clue to that

question is the Earth itself. Because Earth is extremely complicated. Its creation and

what lead to our existence is nothing short of an accident. Or rather a very long list

of accidents. It all started roughly 4.54 billion years ago when our solar system was

nothing but a gigantic cloud of dust and particles known as a solar nebula. Due to gravity, things

eventually started spinning and the sun began to take form in the center while planets and

smaller bodies formed around it. Out of shear luck, the Earth formed at just the right distance

so it would not be too hot or too cold for us humans to exist many eons later. The so

called habitable or Goldilocks zone. We where also fortunate enough to have a bro like Jupiter

to catch many nasty comets that could potentially hit the Earth and annihilate us. Much like

what happened to the dinosaurs. Early in its evolution the Earth was a hellish planet with

intense volcanism and frequent collisions with meteorites and other bodies. One of these

collisions is believed to have created the moon. The Earth collided with a body the size

of mars which ejected enormous amounts of debris into orbit. This debris eventually

clumped together to form the Moon. Not only that, but the collision itself is thought

to be responsible for tilting the Earth at an angle, giving us seasons. All the volcanic

activity during this period began the creation of Earth's atmosphere. In turn, the comets

brought with them ice that melted and helped to cool this hellish landscape to create the

Earth's crust and possibly the oceans. Roughly 3.8 billion years ago, the Earth had cooled

enough for life to take form. However, it wasn't until 2 billion years ago when photosynthetic

life began to appear, enriching the atmosphere with life essential oxygen.

We still don't know how life began on this planet,

but it's quite evident that a lot is required for it to begin. You can't just have an Earth

like planet and expect that to be enough. Of course, this is all assuming that an Earth

like planet is required for life to exist.

Oh and 63 Earths can fit inside Uranus.

The Basics of Good Composition - Photography for Beginners - Duration: 2:31.

In this video we're gonna talk about composition.

One of the most important parts of photography is

actually to get your composition right. It's more important than getting

all the technicalities right in the beginning. So, for every picture,

you need to consider two things. First, you need to shoot something interesting, because otherwise

your picture won't be interesting (duh!). And secondly, you need to get your composition right to tell your story.

To show people, what you want to show them in your picture. What is interesting?

So, what is good composition? It is basically a set of rules that you need to follow - or should follow.

Especially at the beginning where you're trying to get a feel for what makes a good picture,

really stick a bit more to the rules than afterward when you get the idea.

I'm just gonna give you some examples now. The most common of these rules is the "Rule of Thirds",

where you split your image into nine equally-sized parts by dividing it into three parts horizontally

and three parts vertically. If you put your subject on the intersections of these areas, you get the most

interesting points of the picture. So, to create an interesting composition, put your subject on either

the left or the right vertical lines of thirds. Also your horizon line should be on one of these lines.

Like that you can show the viewer if the landscape part or the sky part is more important.

Next up is "Leading Lines". You have naturally forming lines that can help to guide the viewer's eyes to

what's important in the picture. You can use a pathway or just naturally forming lines of buildings

or something like that to guide the viewer's eyes. Another rule of composition is "Symmetry",

where you just use a naturally forming pattern like trees or like windows on a building, which create symmetry

in a picture which we always look for. But it's always a good idea to disrupt this symmetry, to introduce

an element that is odd. Like that you create interest in the picture again.

So, this is actually just a few examples. But never consider them as strict rules. They are tools in your bag
