Victoria Beckham's 'V' snap is doing rounds on the internet as fans claim that

she posted the picture to throw shades at her former band Spice Girls members.

Wearing a blue shirt from her AW17 collection and baggy style front pleated pants she sat

on a cream settee 'flicking the V' through her right hand fingers.

The 42 year old usually used to pose in the similar manner during her girl band days.

The snap was posted after she and Mel C, declined to reunite with the Spice Girls to celebrate

the group's 20th anniversary, with the remaining trio deciding to continue without them rebranding

as GEM - an acronym of their first names.

How to Use Google Calendar - Duration: 5:07.

Welcome to Faculty Development's How-To video tutorial.

Throughout each month, we will target relevant LEO and tech tips to support your classroom.

Today's tutorial will focus on how to use Google calendar.

Would you like to easily invite colleagues to meetings or see who is available and when?

Google calendar has these features and more that we will look at like adding events, inviting

guests, and viewing calendars.

First if you are not already logged into your Gmail account do so now and open your calendar.

We will first look at how to view a calendar.

As you can see I have a few calendars already appearing on my calendar.

In the left-hand column, you can see there are additional calendars available for viewing.

I can simply click them to add that calendars events to my calendar, or we can hover the

arrow and say display this calendar only.

Now we are ready to add an event to one of our calendars.

There is more than one way we can do this.

We can add an event by clicking create in the upper left corner of the calendar, or

click the calendar you want to add an event to and "create event on this calendar".

Or what I usually do is simply choose the day and time I want and edit the event to

add in specific details on what is it for, time zone may be significant to you depending

on your location.

Alter time frame and location as needed.

For example, I will say this event is a review meeting and change the time to 30 minutes.

Part of our team is at different locations across the country, so I will add the eastern

time zone and indicate it will be a Google Hangout.

You can add a short description and those invited to the event would see it, such as

"Follow up to Global Awards project".

You can also easily add shared attachments directly from Google Drive as well.

Once finished with your event details click Save.

Let's go back to the event we just created and look at what else we can do with this

event.

If you realize you have a schedule conflict you can delete the event or alter the day/time

if that fits your needs.

We can also invite guests to the event.

In the right of the event you will see Add: Guests option.

Simply start typing the email address of the individuals you would like to invite to your

meeting.

Once you have selected their email address they will populate into the guest list.

If you are on campus such as Largo, you may want to reserve a conference room.

Next to Guests you will see Rooms.

For example, I will choose Largo.

There will be a green box next to all the conference rooms that are available during

that day and time.

There are a few additional options as the sender of the event you can choose whether

guests have access to or not.

Seeing the guest list, and the ability to invite others are checked by default.

Once you are finished adding your guests and choosing your location click Save.

You will be prompted whether or not you would like to send the invitation to your guests,

click send for guests to receive the invitation in their email and indicate whether they can

attend the event.

Perhaps you want to view a colleague's calendar to check their availability for a meeting

prior to scheduling an event.

In the left of our calendar you will notice other calendars.

Here we have the option to search and add a coworker's calendar.

This is a handy feature if you need to schedule a meeting with multiple colleagues who may

be in various departments.

Let's search a colleague to show you an example.

Type their name and when you click their name, their calendar events will appear added to

your calendar.

If you click the arrow next to the individuals name you can change the color if it is the

same as yours to provide contrast and depth.

2. Coconut

What will you need:

1 tablespoon of crushed coconut.

1 glass of warm milk.

2 tablespoons of castor oil.

Preparation and Usage:

Eat coconut in the morning.

Combine milk and castor oil.

Drink milk mixture three hours after eating coconut.

Do this everyday until symptoms disappear.

People who have gastrointestinal problems should not use this remedy.

3. Carom Seeds

What will you need:

1 tablespoon of jaggery.

1/2 teaspoon of crush carom seeds.

1 glass of water.

Preparation and Usage:

Eat jaggery on an empty stomach.

After 15 minutes, chew on some carom seeds.

Drink water.

Repeat remedy everyday for two weeks.

4. Pumpkin Seeds

What will you need:

2 tablespoons of crushed pumpkin seeds.

3 cups of hot water.

Preparation and Usage:

Add pumpkin seeds to water.

Wait for 30 minutes before drinking.

Drink this on an empty stomach every morning for one week.

5. Pomegranate Juice

Recommended Directions:

Drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily in the morning.

Do this everyday for one to two weeks.

6. Turmeric

Recommended Directions:

Add turmeric powder and salt to water.

Mix well.

Drink concoction once a day for five days.

7. Carrots

Recommended Directions:

Grate carrot.

Add grated carrot to a glass of warm milk.

Drink mixture three times a day for three to four weeks.
