Japanese designer Eiko Ishioka, whose work across different mediums won multiple accolades, is the subject of Google's special Doodle on Wednesday, which would've been her 79th birthday.

Ishioka was a pioneer in the design industry, according to Google. Born and raised in Tokyo, she started a career in graphic design scene at a time when few women were on the scene, but "pushed through boundaries both socially and artistically."

Already on display in her early print ads, the boldness and surrealism that were the hallmarks of Ishioka's work would go on to gain international acclaim.

Besides her Oscar in 1993 (for costume design on Bram Stoker's Dracula), she won recognition at the Grammys for her award-winning cover of Tutu, the 1986 Miles Davis album. Her set and costume design for the Broadway play M. Butterfly would also earned her Tony nominations in both categories.

Wednesday's Doodle features several costumes Ishioka designed the 2006 movie The Fall, directed by Tarsem Singh, with whom Ishioka worked closely throughout her life.

to yourself.

First I want to discuss with you how to deal with the hunger.

Sure at moment your body can start grumbling and your brain and body

tries to grab control over you with mind blowing thoughts and feelings.

Yes we all want to relief ourselves from discomforts but this time when your hunger comes around

the corner ignore it.

Be better than yourself, be better than that feeling.

Sure if it's really getting bad it's okay to eat a small bite.

If that happens, eat slowly, eat something you enjoy very deeply, that'll get you quite

but keep in mind to eat only a tiny bit of it so that you still the hunger, quite

your mind and keep your caloric deficit.

So dealing with the voice of lust is like dealing with people around you that tell you,

you should eat, are you still eating, oh my gosh you've lost so much weight... are

they pressuring you to believe you have reached your goals and it's okay to

eat again?

It's not okay to eat again until you reach your level of satisfaction over your weight

and more importantly your eating habits.

Dealing with the voice of lust is listening to the voices, sounds and impulses around

you, seeing your triggers, sharpening your mind.

Seeing what triggers you ain't going to make it easier but atleast you now know why you

caved in.

Dealing with your thoughts is like dealing with bad advisors you met up with along the road.

I can say hell because i became furious at people for making me think of food or even

pushing food under my nose.

Don't be fooled... there are people who want to build the worst in you and make you do

the worst to yourself.

They make a profit out of you.

As long as their monetary system is in place your treasury can be plundered.

Don't let people put their hands on the coins you are saving up to buy yourself and your

loved one's something nice that lasts!

Get angry, get pissed of but remember to keep putting coins in that basket instead of letting

others take out from it.

Because they never have the intention to put them back.

That takes us to the slow process of you losing weight and how the world is in general.

You can change but the world is stubborn.

You can do it but the world will keep tempting you and never ever give a fck about you.

There are people who lost their hearts and who mostly only abuse other people for their gain.

Let it pass, time will tell who's the happiest of them all!

Admit and accept dealing with this is a extremely slow process

it's a very hard thing to do for a person who slipped into doing it.

They'll push you down and when you made it out on your own they'll reach their hands

to you like your a god to them or something.

Then they start manipulating you in another way.

Take care of that which lies ahead of you.

Golddiggers only want people with fancy cars but if you come around the corner with your

bike they'll think of you as thrash.

Anyway the negative results or should I say feelings and discomforts of not eating are

there the entire time your on the diet.

That's what you are made to believe.

All the struggles are good for you, they free you of what you didn't see happening to you before.

In the end I want to point out there's a way to deal with all that loose skin and that

unwanted side effect you experience of flabby skin.

Work out, build muscle mass and rub lotions on your body like aloe vera, tea tree and castor oil.

Lose the weight slowly and don't die hard.

It's not worth it.

When you lost enough fat start gaining muscle like Seth said and you'll be better of and happy!

If you fast in losing weight wrub them on 2 times a day.

Eating will become a joy again instead of something you got a feeling you need to do.
