Review - Lego Friends: Hedgehog Storage (40171) - Duration: 4:46.

Hey everyone!

JAYSTEPHER with Hedgehog Storage

by Lego Friends.

Set number 40171.

Contains 249 pieces.

Recommended building ages are 6 and up.

Aw what an adorable hedgehog.

It's even got blue eyes too

and a bow.

We have our pretend paperclips.

Nice colorful box art.

well that didn't want to open up.

The box wasn't packed too bad.

Well those blue eyes are actually stickers.

Bummer!

You get four bags of bricks that are numbered,

a folded instruction manual,

and two 4 by 10 plates.

Looks like an awesome selection of parts.

Let's take a closer look at Hedgehog Storage.

The Hedgehog Storage all assembled.

It is a nice fun quick build.

Nice face and front paws.

The paws do move and rotate.

Sometimes they do come off.

Nice bow.

The round 2 by 2 flat tiles

are suppose to have stickers for eyes.

Those should have been printed.

I like the texture of the body

with the 2 by 2 half domes.

The top of the hedgehog does have a bow.

The top does remove.

There is plenty of space inside

especially to hold the stickers

and spare pieces.

So we have two sets of eyes.

One open and one closed.

Those would have been cool if they were printed.

Here are the extra pieces

that like to roll around all over the place.

Now the instructions do tell you

that you can remove this bow

to replace it with two domes.

So that's a good added bonus.

Let's get those parts out of the way.

So the inside is 6 by 6 by 4 studs.

So the inside is actually four bricks tall.

It is a fairly good size to store some objects

or even spare pieces.

The top of the hedgehog does go back on

very easily.

It seems a bit loose.

It is a nice sturdy build

except for the paws that come apart.

Now if the eyes were printed,

this would be an awesome set.

It still is great for storage

or as a conversation piece.

Employees Who Love to Clean Houses - Duration: 7:47.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown in this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Today's question comes from a business owner who wants to know

"How do I attract employees who love to clean houses?"

That's an excellent question and when I'm not here making videos

I'm spending all day, every day training house cleaners how to start their own businesses.

And how to hire employees, and how to hire employees who love their jobs.

So, I get asked this question a lot.

And here's the answer to that question.

You have to be the kind of employer that employees want to work for.

Now let me transfer that just a bit.

Let's go back to the dating game when you were single.

I'm supposing that you're married now.

But let's suppose that you're single, and you are looking for a boyfriend or a girlfriend

and you're trying to find the perfect one.

How do you do that?

So, in our minds we kind of know what we're looking for.

We want someone that's athletic, and someone that's beautiful, and someone that's confident,

and someone that believes in them self.

And we're hoping to attract that kind of person to us.

But the reality is we usually end up settling for someone who is a whole lot like us.

And the reason for that is that we attract people into our lives that are just like us.

And so that goes back to the employee game

if you're getting ready to hire people guess what?

You're going to hire people that are just like you.

And so if you hate your job and I have to say this

because lots of house cleaners who

start their own cleaning companies they have this attitude of

"I can't wait until I just hire a whole bunch of people and then I don't have to go clean houses anymore."

Okay, that could be a good business decision,

that you want to outsource the responsibilities.

And you want to take a back seat and you want to manage the business.

That's okay, but the attitude is not.

Because, if the cleaning houses is below you, and it's not it's not good enough for you,

you're above that,

will that attitude transfers over to your employees.

And then your employees are like 'Well, I go clean houses that's below me."

Guess where they got that from?

They got it from you.

And so, as a business owner if you want to attract good employees number one, you have

to be a good employer.

You have to attract the kind of people that are just like you.

So, if you've got a whole bunch of really bad employees

go look in the mirror

it's probably you.

Because we attract people to us that are like us.

And so, when you show up for work and you hate something, your employees hate that too.

And then guess what?

They take that attitude to the customers.

And then the customers fire you because they don't want someone that hates house cleaning.

They want someone who loves their job and is good at it, and takes pride in their work.

And so, as an employer your job is to show up every single day and show joy.

And this is your new mantra that I'm giving you right now.

Show joy.

Get up every day and go to your job because you love your job.

And if you show up every day and you truly love your job, okay, that's going to show

up like that's a little bit crazy it's just cleaning houses.

But then your employees will be like "I'm happy to be here too.

I'm showing joy as well."

And then you have gratitude for the customers that you have.

Now, truth be known, we don't have gratitude for all of our customers.

Some of our customers are miserable people.

And they're really high maintenance and they nitpick our work and they make our lives miserable.

But if you show gratitude for those customers, (because whether you like it or not those

customers pay our bills.)

And so if you show up and you're so grateful for the job and you show joy and you're happy,

and you're enthusiastic about the house cleaning business.

That rubs off too.

And now your employees take on that same attitude.

And when they go to the customers they take that attitude with them and the customers

are like; "Wow.

Did you know that my house cleaning lady loves to come clean my house?

She's really good at what she does and she seems to really genuinely appreciate my business."

And that transfers over to the customers and then guess what?

You get more of that coming back to you because you are attracting that into your business.

Yes, I've had my fair share of difficult customers over the years,

and some of them are my best customers.

Because you've heard in sales and marketing

there's this technique called matching and mirroring.

And so, there can be a really miserable mean person that nitpicks all your work yet you

are a person of joy.

And you attract happiness and peace and prosperity into your world.

And before they know it, it's just like hypnotism.

They start being kind and they start giving you tips, and they start turning around because

now you're attracting that into your world.

And it starts by creating boundaries.

You have to create boundaries with those customers.

But you can completely turn them around.

And if you can turn around a difficult customer, they're going to go tell all their friends.

And the friends know those are difficult people.

We know who the difficult people are.

But if the difficult people come out shining going "Oh my gosh, my house cleaner is amazing.

She's got this great attitude.

She appreciates my business.

She makes me feel needed and important."

"Whoa!

You found someone you like?

If they pass your acid test, I totally have to hire this person."

Right?

And so, the customer then shares that with the employees.

The employees bring that back to you, and it's a revolving cycle of not "we hate our

jobs and we can't wait until we get out of it and outsource it."

But, "How grateful we are that we have these customers."

And you attract more of that into your business.

So, if you are a business owner and you're having problems attracting the right kind

of employees, take a look at yourself.

Because it starts with you.

One of your jobs as the business owner, every single day you have to show up and you have

to re motivate your whole entire team.

You have to make sure that their attitudes are in check so that when you send them out

into the workforce they're carrying the "Show Joy" attitude with them.

When they show up to a customer's house and they're on time, and they're happy, and

they're positive, and they work quickly, and they do a job that they appreciate,

that transcends so far above and beyond every other house cleaning company that's out there

that just comes in.

It's a routine.

They do their job.

Bam!

They're gone.

So, it's up to you as an employer.

It's up to you.

How do you want to run your company?

And the answer is you have to become the employer that great, top notch,

quality employees want to work for.

And this happens also in this business.

If an employer gets a reputation for being amazing to work with,

that they appreciate their help.

That they give out bonuses.

That they treat their employees with respect.

There are people that will jump ship and come work for you.

You will not be in this weird vortex of "How do I find good help?"

Which is a concern that I deal with every single day.

And there are people that cannot, no matter what, find good help.

And there are there are employees that are jumping ship and going over to work for the

great employers.

So, you want great employees?

Attract that to you by being and becoming the employer people want to work for.

Hertha Berlin vs. Liverpool Preview - Sadio Mane and Danny Ings will return to action, Robertson to make Reds debut

Jürgen Klopp has confirmed Sadio Mane will be included in Liverpools squad for Saturdays pre-season friendly with Hertha BSC.

The Senegal forward is set to make his first appearance for the Reds since April after recovering from knee surgery and returning to full training.

Mane was joined by another returning player in Danny Ings in travelling to Germany for a summer training camp this week, but the latter will be afforded more time to reach peak fitness before being considered for a comeback.

Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com in Rottach-Egern: "Danny will not be in the squad, for him it is too early. But Sadio will be in the squad for sure. "Danny looks good – fantastically actually – but playing is a little bit different.

We thought about giving him the opportunity to play with the U23s because we have the opportunity, especially with the strikers, but it makes not too much sense.

"We wanted him here so he really could train with us, but he will not be in the squad tomorrow." Andrew Robertson will make his Liverpool debut in Saturdays pre-season encounter with Hertha BSC, Jürgen Klopp has confirmed.

The full-back, who recently completed a transfer from Hull City, will figure in Red for the first time at Berlin's Olympiastadion.

Klopp also revealed he plans to utilise the opportunity to give as many players as possible some game time in the encounter in Germany's capital city.

Asked whether Robertson would make his bow for the club, the manager told Liverpoolfc.com in Bavaria: "Yes.

Tomorrow is a game where we will use all the opportunities we have to change because we have four games in one week from tomorrow onwards, so we have to deal with it.

"Tomorrow we will give all the players we take with us the opportunity to play – and that includes Andrew also.

"A few boys will stay here and do a bit of recovery work, or what they need to do – maybe some running! Then we have games on Tuesday and Wednesday, then Saturday again.

We will deal with the intensity, but tomorrow all of the boys we take with us will play.".
