Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

There appears to be trouble within the ASAP Mob.

Over the weekend at the Agenda trade show in Long Beach, California, ASAP Rocky was

recorded onstage performing 'Telephone Calls' with some new lyrics.

Rocky rhymes,

"Telephone call from young Carti said it's lit/Call the young Lord A$AP Bari he a bitch."

Rocky's lyrics appear to be in response to a graphic clip of Bari in a hotel bed with

a woman and another man.

Bari called the since deleted fake but then made a statement seemingly authenticating

it and calling the clip misleading.

There were also allegations of sexual assault while being filmed to which Bari said,

"We have resolved this issue amicably among all parties as adults."

Bari concluded with saying all those involved in the video were friends but that he was

disappointed in himself.

According to Rocky's performance last night, so is he.

That's your news for now, for more of today's trending stories subscribe to Complex on YouTube.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to quickly and easily create the look of a pencil portrait from

a photo and how to replace it with other photos without having to redo the effects.

This is an update of tutorials I've done quite awhile ago on earlier versions of Photoshop.

This update is quicker, more flexible and gives you results that are even better than before.

Open a sharp, high resolution close-up photo of someone that you'd like to use for this project.

It can be color or black and white.

Let's check its size and resolution to ensure that your finished result will look similar to mine.

Go to Image and Image Size.

Make its resolution: 150 pixels per inch and its Height approximately 900 pixels.

Its Width doesn't matter.

Next, we'll convert it into a Smart Object, so we can adjust the filters at any time,

as well as replace our subject with another without having to redo the effects.

To do this, click the icon at the upper, right of the Layers panel and click "Convert to Smart Object".

Make a copy of it by pressing Ctrl + J on Windows or Cmd + J on a Mac.

If your subject is black and white, as in this example, the next step isn't necessary,

however, if your subject has color, click the Adjustment layer icon and click "Black White".

Hide the copy and make the bottom layer active.

Go to Filter and Filter Gallery.

Open the "Distort" folder and click "Diffuse Glow".

Make the "Graininess": 10, the "Glow Amount" 6 and the "Clear Amount": 4.

Make the copy of the subject visible and active.

If your foreground and background colors aren't black and white respectively, press "D" on your keyboard.

Go back to Filter and Filter Gallery.

Close the "Distort" folder and open the "Stylize" folder.

Click "Glowing Edges".

Make the "Edge Width": 1, the "Edge Brightness": 20 and the "Smoothness": 15.

We want to invert it.

Click the Adjustment layer icon again and this time, click "Invert".

Since, an adjustment layer affects all the layers below it in the Layers panel, in order

to restrict it to affect only the one layer below it, we need to make it into a clipping mask.

To do this, either click the clipping mask icon or press Ctrl + Alt + G on Windows or

Cmd + Option + G on a Mac.

Another way would be to go to Layer and "Create Clipping Mask".

Make the Glowing Edges layer active and change its Blend Mode to "Linear Burn".

Reduce its opacity to 50%.

Next, we'll add a bit of texture to our image which will especially enhance the pencil effect

on the white areas of our portrait.

Scroll to the bottom and make the Diffuse Glow layer active.

Go back to Filter and Filter Gallery.

Close the "Stylize" folder and open the "Texture" folder.

Click "Texturizer" and choose "Sandstone".

The Scaling is 100%, the Relief is 4 and the Light is from the top.

I'd like to darken the midtones a bit more.

If you want to do this, as well, scroll to the top and make the top adjustment layer active.

Click the adjustment layer icon and click "Levels".

Drag the Midtone slider to the right until the midtones of your portrait are slightly darker.

To replace your subject with another, make any Smart Object active and double-click it

to open its source.

To replace your photo, go to File.

If you're working on Photoshop CC or later, click "Place Embedded".

If you're working on an earlier version, click "Open".

Find and click your new subject and click "Place" or "Open".

Place Embedded automatically opens your image using the Transform Tool, however, in earlier

versions, you'll need to manually open your Transform Tool by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + T.

If you want to make your new subject larger in your document, zoom out by pressing Ctrl

or Cmd and the minus key on your keyboard a couple of times.

Go to a corner and when you see a diagonal, double-arrow, press and hold Alt or Option

+ Shift as you drag it out or in.

To reposition it, go inside the bounding box and drag your subject into position.

Then, press Enter or Return.

Close the tab of the Smart Object and when you see this message, click "Yes" to save the changes.

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Thanks for watching!

Jeep Wrangler JL Audio 6.5 in. Coaxial Speaker System (1987-2017 Wrangler YJ, TJ, JK) Review - Duration: 2:25.

This JL Audio 6.5-inch coaxial speaker system is for those of you that have a 1987 and up

Wrangler and are looking to upgrade some of the stereo components in your Jeep.

Now, these are going to be a 6.5-inch round speaker, so they're going to fit in your sound

bars.

If you have a newer JK, it's also going to fit behind the dash.

So there are a couple of different opportunities to get these installed.

These are going to be a high-quality sound.

They're going to be really crisp and clean, and they are definitely going to be an upgrade

over your factory system.

Now, this system here includes just two 6.5-inch speakers.

However, there's also a system from JL Audio that will include these two speakers, as well

as two tweeters and two crossovers.

So if you're looking to add some additional components, JL Audio has you covered there

as well.

Now, because these are high-quality components, you are going to have to expect to pay a little

bit more than some of the other systems out there on the market.

But if you're looking for some high quality, this is going to give you that.

As I said here, you're getting two 6.5-inch speakers that will go either behind the dash

of your JK, or up in the sound bar of your Jeep's.

This is going to be a pair of coaxial speakers, so these are going to connect very easily

into that factory system.

Just a little bit of wiring is going to be necessary.

But for the most part, this is going to be a plug-and-play upgrade.

So for the installation, I am going to give this a one out of three wrenches.

I'm going to say you can get these installed in right around an hour, maybe a little bit

more if you decide to install these behind the dashboard.

But if you are putting these up in your sound bar, again, very simple.

All you need to do is unscrew your factory speakers, unplug them, plug in your new speakers,

and screw them up into the sound bar.

Very simple, anyone can do this in their driveway.

These speakers come in at right around $180, and I do think that's going to be a pretty

good deal for the quality that you're getting.

Anytime you buy a premium component like this, you have to expect to pay a little bit more,

but you are going to get more as well.

If you're on a bit more of a budget, there are certainly some less expensive 6.5-inch

speakers that you can get.

However, I would not expect them to be the same quality of audio output as these ones.

So if you're looking to upgrade the 6.5-inch speakers in your Wrangler, I would definitely

recommend taking a look at this kit from JL Audio that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler RedRock 4x4 3" Curved Round Side Step (2007-2017 JK 4-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 3:28.

These are for those of you that are looking for a side step to help make it easier for

you and your passengers to get in and out of your stock or lifted JK and don't have

the need for off-road protection.

These steps are gonna hang down pretty low, they're gonna stick out off the side of the

Jeep, and they're not going to be good if you plan on doing some hard core off-roading.

These will definitely not offer protection and they are going to decrease your ground

clearance.

However if you're somebody who just does some light-wheeling on some fire trails, or somebody

who keeps their Jeep on-road, these are going to be a very, very useful step.

Now there are a couple different versions of these steps available from a couple of

different manufacturers, and a lot of them are gonna be right in the same price range,

similar build qualities, and they're all going to work well as a step.

I happen to like the Red Rock 4x4 ones because I do think they're pretty well-built and fairly

priced.

These are gonna be a steel, tubular side step that are covered with a powder coat finish

or polished to a gloss finish, depending on which finish you decide you want.

Now these are the curved, round side steps, so on the end here, they do return into the

Jeep, which gives them a little bit more of a finished look than the straight steps, in

my opinion.

And these are going to have a plastic cap on the end of the step to keep any junk from

getting in there, which is something that not all of the other manufacturers have.

Of course, on this four-door version you are going to have two plastic stepping surfaces,

and those surfaces are a little bit textured.

So whether it's raining, snowing, or you have some mud on your shoes, you are going to get

a good, strong stepping surface.

Like I said before, these are going to stick down and low enough off the side of your Jeep

to make them a very, very useful step, as opposed to armor that is also a step, which

is generally not as useful of a step, but will also provide some protection.

This is going to be a very simple one out of three wrench installation, that you should

be able to get done in right around an hour.

All you need to do is remove any side step or rocker armor that you might currently have

on your Jeep that's going to occupy the same space.

Then you can go ahead and install the brackets for these steps onto your Jeep.

Those brackets are going to attach to both the pinch seam and the existing holes, and

a couple of holes in the bottom of the tub.

Now depending on what year your Jeep is, the front hole may or may not be threaded.

Either way, you are going to have enough hardware to install a J-clip in that front hole if

it's not threaded.

And you'll be able to get these installed very easily, again, without any major modification.

Once you have those brackets installed, you can leave the bolts a little bit loose, and

bolt your side steps to the brackets.

Finally, make sure everything is level and square before tightening up all the hardware,

and you're finished.

This is something that you can do with just some traditional hand tools in your driveway.

Like I said before, there are gonna be a couple of different versions of these steps from

a couple different manufacturers.

They're all gonna be built similarly, look similarly, and they'll all work well as a

step.

These ones for a four-door version come in at right around $150, which I think is a very

fair price for what you're getting.

Of course, armor is going to be more expensive and some of the other brands that might be

made of a premium material or have some additional features may also be a little bit more expensive.

But if you're looking for a traditional, basic, round tubular side step, I think these are

gonna be a really good choice for the money.

So that's my review of the Red Rock 4x4 three-inch curved round side step, fitting your 2007

and up JK, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler RedRock 4x4 Ground Anchor Review - Duration: 3:13.

This RedRock 4x4 12,000-pound ground anchor is for those of you that have a 1987 and up

Wrangler and are looking for a way to do self-recoveries with a winch, while you're wheeling in an

area that you don't have a friend to use as an anchor or any trees around.

This is going to be able to be used in sand, in clay, and a lot of different soils and

ground types.

All you need to do is hook your winch onto it, and you'll be able to get out or off of

any sort of obstacle that you might be stuck in without the need for any other type of

anchor.

Now, this is going to be a heavy piece.

It has to be.

It has to be very strong.

But it does fold up.

It comes in a carrying case.

If you wheel in an area where there aren't a lot of anchors, but you do have a winch,

this is going to give you a lot of peace of mind.

This ground anchor is made of steel.

Again, it is a big, heavy piece, but it has to be strong.

Up front here, you have a solid steel point that's going to be able to cut through any

roots, any rocks that you might have as you're pulling the anchor towards you, before it

actually gets sunk down deep enough to be able to pull your vehicle out of.

Up here, you have a couple of different mounting points.

You have your pulling bar here.

This also comes with a handle that is quick release, so that you can pull the ground anchor

back out of the ground after you're done using it, and of course a D-ring as well.

Now, this is something that you're going to only be able to use if you do have a winch

on your vehicle.

Of course, having this with just a strap isn't going to help.

You are going to have to have a winch.

I guess, you could use this with a come-along as well, but it is best suited for use with

a winch.

As far as the installation goes, this doesn't really get installed.

There's a little bit of assembly to do in order to be able to use it, and because this

does fold up nice and compactly to go into that carrying case that it comes with.

But again, no real installation.

All you need to do is attach your pulling bar right up top here.

Attach your winch cable to that pulling bar.

Get this set on an angle so it starts digging down into the surface of the dirt.

As it goes deeper and deeper, there'll of course be more and more resistance, until

this is feeling more resistance than your actual Jeep was.

Instead of the ground anchor being pulled toward your vehicle, your vehicle will start

being pulled toward the ground anchor.

This ground anchor will run you around $130, and I do think that that is a fair price for

what you're getting here.

This is something that is very well-built.

It's very heavy-duty.

It does have that 12,000-pound pulling capacity, and it also folds up nice and compactly.

So it is something that you can keep in your recovery bag, you can keep in the back of

your Jeep, and have with you when you need it.

In my opinion, if you're wheeling in an area where you don't have a lot of anchors around

and you do have a winch, this is going to give you a lot of peace of mind for just $130.

So I do think it's a good buy.

So if you're looking for a little extra peace of mind, one other way to recover yourself

when you're off-road, I think this ground anchor by RedRock 4x4 is going to be a great

option, and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler DV8 Off-Road Ranger Hard Top (JK 2-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 4:26.

This is for those of you who are looking for an OEM-style top with a couple of additional

features, and a couple fewer features than a true OEM Jeep top.

Today, we're going to talk through the installation of this top, which is a very simple one out

of three-wrench install.

The first time you install this, there's a little bit of assembly to do, so it might

take you around an hour.

But every time after that will be much quicker, and we'll talk more about that installation

in just a second.

Now, the factory top comes with clear windows.

It comes with the rear wiper, rear washer, and rear defrost, but it doesn't come with

any sort of headliner.

The factory top also comes with a freedom panel feature, which makes them a three-piece

top.

So that you can take the front section off above the driver and/or the passenger.

This top here, while it's going to look very similar to an OEM top, this is going to come

with tinted windows.

It is going to come with a headliner built into the entire top, and this is going to

be a two-piece top.

So you still have the ability to take off the top above the driver and the front seat

passenger, giving them that open air experience.

However, this isn't going to be a three-piece top.

So it's a little bit more difficult to take apart.

What you are going to lose with a top like this one is the rear wiper, washer, and defroster.

As far as construction goes, DV8 Off-Road makes a pretty high-quality top.

However, this is not going to be just like an OEM top.

This is made of a hand-laid honeycomb fiberglass material, which is designed to make it both

strong and light.

As I said before, this is going to come with tinted windows and with a carpet interior

headliner, which is a feature I really like.

One of my least favorite parts about a factory top is the fact that it's white on the inside,

and this isn't going to have that.

However, I do like the fact that an OEM top is a three-piece top, making it a little bit

easier to take apart, or to take advantage of that Sunrider feature, and that factory

top is going to have a rear wiper where this one isn't.

So there is definitely a tradeoff with purchasing an aftermarket top like this, versus purchasing

an OEM top.

Now, in some areas, the cost or the availability of an OEM top just makes it not feasible for

a lot of people, and that's where this top is going to come in.

In my personal opinion, I like the fit, the finish of an OEM top, and if I can get one

for roughly the same cost as this, I'd probably pick OEM.

As I mentioned before, the install of this top is going to be a very simple one out of

three-wrench installation.

Any top that you put on your Jeep, either OE or aftermarket, is going to install and

uninstall very easily, and you can get this installed in about an hour the first time,

and significantly less all the times after that.

Now, with this being a big, heavy, hard top, even though it is a two-piece top, it'll definitely

make sense to have at least one extra set of hands around when you want to install this.

Now, the first step in the installation process is just to remove whatever top you currently

have on the Jeep.

You'll have to get that out of the way first.

Then, you'll remove the factory footman loops from the top of the windshield frame, and

install the footman loops that come in this kit.

The next step is going to be actually lifting the rear section of the top onto the Jeep

and bolting it down.

Now, DV8 does give you a torqueing pattern for those bolts to make sure you get everything

tightened down in the right order, so everything seats properly.

Then, you can attach the target top, making the adjustments to the lashes to make sure

that it's nice and water tight.

The next step is going to be installing a couple of pieces of weatherstripping onto

your doors, and finally installing the rear glass onto your top.

As I said before, once you have those footman loops in place and the rear glass installed,

getting this top on and off is going to be much quicker the next time around.

All you're going to need for this installation are some hand tools, and of course a set of

TORX bits.

This top is going to run you right around $2,500, and I don't think that's a bad price

for what you're getting.

As I said before, I'd personally prefer the fit and finish of a factory top.

But if there aren't a lot of them in your area, if the price is just really high, then

this is certainly going to be a nice option for you.

This top is also going to come out of the box with a headliner installed, where the

factory top doesn't have that.

So if that's something you're looking for, again, it makes this that much more of a good

option.

So that's my review of the DV8 Off-Road Ranger hard top, fitting your two-door 2007 and up

JK, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

For more infomation >> Jeep Wrangler DV8 Off-Road Ranger Hard Top (JK 2-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 4:26.

Jeep Wrangler JKS Jspec 3.5" JKontrol Lift Kit (2007-2017 JK 4-Door) Review & Install - Duration: 6:53.

This JKS Jspec three and a half-inch JKontrol lift kit for your four-door 2007 and up JK

is for those of you looking for a very complete lift kit.

This kit is going to include a ton of components, and also is going to be a little bit more

expensive than some of the others out there because of it.

Now, because this is the JKontrol version of this lift kit, it's going to include a

couple more components than the regular JKS lift kit will.

Getting this kit installed is going to be around a two out of three-wrench installation

that will probably take you three to four hours to install.

We'll go through the components of this kit one by one.

It is going to include a set of four coil springs that are going to provide that three

and a half inches of lift for your JK, and these are going to be a dual-rate coil.

Whether you prefer a progressive, a triple-rate, dual-rate, or a linear spring, it is really

up to you.

There's a lot of debate on which one is better, but these are going to be a dual-rate.

So you're going to have a slightly stiffer rate once the spring is fully compressed,

and something a little bit softer to provide a little bit of a nicer ride when you're at

full ride height just cruising down the road.

The kit is, of course, going to include a longer set of shocks to work with that new

higher ride height.

These are going to be the FOX Adventure Series shocks.

So they're not going to be the T6061 aluminum of some of the other FOX shocks.

These are going to be a powder-coated shock that is an alloy material.

So not quite the top of the top of the line for FOX, but still a shock that's going to

ride very comfortable and also going to be very, very well-built.

As you can see by the bands on this shock, this is going to be a nitrogen-charged shock.

The nitrogen in a nitro shock is there to eliminate any bubbling or cavitation that

you can get in the shock fluid, which can eventually cause some shock fade.

So even if you're working this shock over a long period of time, doing some higher speed

washboards, or just a long day of wheeling, you're not going to end up with any shock

fade with a shock with a nitro charge like this.

Over here, you have a set of JKS Quicker Disconnects, which are a really nice set of sway bar end

link disconnects.

These have a disconnect on both the top and the bottom, allowing you to very easily and

quickly, completely remove the sway bar end link, throw it in the Jeep, have full flex,

have full articulation off-road, giving you a ton of additional traction.

Of course, this is also going to be a greaseable and adjustable sway bar end link.

So it's going to hold up really well over time, and you can get it dialed in exactly

where you want it.

Over here, you're going to have a rear trackbar bracket and a front adjustable trackbar.

The trackbars are going to help you to recenter the axles underneath the Jeep after you have

the new lift.

You're also going to get your roll center and rear suspension geometry back into spec

with the rear trackbar bracket.

Now, those are the pieces that are going to be included in most of the JKS Jspec lift

kits.

But because this is the JKontrol kit, it includes a few additional components.

Over here, you have some control arm geometry brackets, and the point of those brackets

is to roll the axle back toward a factory spec, which is going to help with your pinion

angle, and also your caster angle.

The caster angle is going to ensure that the wheels want to recenter while you're driving

down the highway, so you don't get that flighty, wander-y feeling, and the pinion angle reset

is going to ensure that you don't end up with any driveline vibrations.

Now, these control arms brackets are going to hang down a little bit lower than your

factory control arm mounts will.

So if you're somebody who's looking for a ton of clearance or a ton of additional articulation,

you're probably going to want to look at a kit that includes control arms, or upgrade

to control arms down the line.

But for now, these are going to get you back on the road, and they're going to work very,

very well.

The JKontrol version of this kit is also going to include a drag link flip kit.

What that's going to do is flatten out that drag link angle, which is going to help with

any additional feedback that you may have gotten through the drag link by having a very

steep angle.

Having this flatter angle is going to make the Jeep perform and ride a lot better, both

on-road and off-road, and just be a lot more comfortable to drive in general.

Now, those of you who know suspension geometry will know that you need the drag link and

the trackbar to be in parallel, to avoid any sort of bump steer.

That's why they provide a front trackbar bracket in this kit as well, making sure that those

bars stay in parallel and you don't have any geometry issues.

The kit is also going to include every bit of hardware that you're going to need.

It's going to have brake line relocation brackets, so you're not going to have to worry about

pulling a brake line taught when you're off-road.

It's going to include all of your bump stop extensions that you're going to need to ensure

that you're not going to damage those brand-new FOX shocks.

Getting this kit installed is going to be around a two out of three-wrench installation

that will probably take you three to four hours to install, especially if you're doing

this in your driveway on your back, with some traditional hand tools.

If you have power tools, pneumatic tools, a lift, all of those things are going to speed

things up.

But all you're really going to need is a socket set and some wrenches to get this installed.

Nothing fancy.

Anyone can do this in their driveway.

Now, the first step in the installation is going to be jacking up the Jeep and supporting

it by the frame, and then removing or loosening anything that keeps the axles from completely

drooping.

That's going to be your shocks, your trackbars, your brake line brackets, and your sway bar

end links.

Then, you can completely sag the axles down, remove the old springs, and install your new

springs.

At that point, before you put weight on the new axles, you're going to go ahead and install

those geometry correction brackets up front by removing, one at a time, your control arms

from the frame side, bolting your brackets in place, and then bolting those control arms

back into the brackets.

As you're reinstalling things, you're just going to be swapping out your new components.

So instead of bolting up your factory shocks again, go ahead and install your new longer

ones.

Of course, install your drag link flip kit, your trackbar and your trackbar brackets,

and all of your brake line extension brackets, before putting the tires back on the Jeep

and getting it back on the ground again.

There are quite a few components included in this kit.

However, the installation process isn't too much different from most of the others.

These are parts that you're going to be taking off with pretty much any lift kit.

Instead of putting the factory one on, you're going to be replacing it with the components

in this kit.

This kit is going to run you right around $1,700.

For a lift kit that's as complete as this one is, I don't think that's a bad price.

Not only are you getting a ton of components that are going to make the lift kit work very

well on-road and off-road.

You're also getting very high-quality components, which are going to help with the ride quality

and longevity of this lift kit.

So if you have the budget for it, you're looking for a kit that is really all-inclusive, I

think this is a nice option.

So if you're looking for a truly complete lift kit, I definitely recommend looking at

the JKS Jspec three and a half-inch JKontrol lift kit for your 2007 and up JK, that you

can find right here at extremeterrain.com.
