Hello ladies and gentlemen today. We have another heartbreaker over here on Northwest 72nd Avenue. Just a few blocks away from the Miami international airport

I'm going to zoom in to the control tower

That right there was the control tower for Miami international Airport

And over here. I'm going to show you the sad sight we have for today. This is a concrete foundation

That held up the cantilever at the crossing

You see the four screws that hold it up?

And the wires that were cut right there

And here we see

the foundation for the crossing gate

with all the wires that supplied it with electricity

Over here, you can still see parts of the crossing, some of the ballast. This would be facing West.

I was trying to see if there was a tie plate or railroad spikes, but no such luck

So yeah now I'm going to go facing East

So you guys I think there's still some rail left on on the east side

Okay bear with me. It could be a very busy road at times

Okay guys, so I made it to the median and here you can see the median crossing or what was the median crossing?

and then

Over there is the east side

And I am going to cross now as soon as

all these people

coming Northbound cross.

So this is where the crossing used to be on this side

Here you see the four screws that held it up, the wires are gone.

There you see another part of the crossing and where the relay case was

Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #3: Head control--Sit to back lying - Duration: 2:03.

Hello! My name is Amy Sturkey. I am a pediatric physical therapist with almost 30 years

of clinical experience. I'm here with Myla who is almost 6 months

old. She is such a beautiful girl who also has Down syndrome. We're working on

head control. I just want to show a way to do a pull to sit, pulling her to up to

sitting from laying on her back. It's too hard for her so I'm using my knees as an

incline to maybe make this a little easier. I had to get a back support for me,

because I'm going to have to lean back further to be able to bring up my knees

high enough to make this a place that she can actually be successful at

pulling up her head. I'm going to lean back to get her closer to upright. I

hold down on her shoulders to give a little bit more support. Then I'm

going to pull her up and see if she can tuck her chin to come on up. Good girl!

That was so super! You did great. Want to to try it again? Here we go. I'm gonna try just a

little lower to see what we got. It makes it trickier when your feet are

up. Here we go! So I'm going to use my forearms to hold down our legs just a

little bit more. Oh good girl! That was so super! Just because I'm a

glutton for punishment, I'm going to go with the knees just a little lower. My

forearms on her legs and my hands on her shoulders. I am going to pull her shoulders

down and see what we've got. 0oooo oooo! Her face got red with that one. So I'd

say that's about as far as she can go. That was super, Myla! Super! Alright. That

was a great, simple idea for you to do at home to work on head control. Thanks a

lot. Bye!
