You're back. This is BuzzCchomp home of fitness and entertainment. We're reviewing the

Ab Roller our one-week journey of 30 a day. I'm Mandi. I'm Dan. Subscribe to BuzzChomp. Woo.

We're on our Fit mom journey. I vividly remember the ab roller commercials.

I've actually really liked never used one. Maybe a handful of times so that

being said I was super super intrigued about how it would effect me if I did

it for an extended period of time so I did it up for a week seven days. I was

trying to decide how many reps I should do a day. I wanted to see if I was gonna

really feel it was really gonna see a difference. So I chose 30 being someone

that never really did the ab roller before.

First though I always thought that the ab roller is kind of like Suzanne Somers

like thigh thing you know remember that thigh thing. I don't think for that anymore you

like you know I don't think of it as like a gimmicky thing. I think if it as

man this is intense this is intense. I know my father-in-law

like loves it and has used it for years so I'm like okay let's see maybe it's

not a gimmicky like thunder-thighs thing was a thunder thigh I don't know what it

was no I think it was helping against thunder thighs. I don't know what it was

the thigh thing that's like really hard to do but like. So I decided on 30

because I figured I was doing it for a week and I was doing it for a week

straight every day and I wanted to see how the build would be. I'll tell you

this the first couple days I did it 30 felt tough doing it. I was like whoa I

need to concentrate on doing it and you know roll out and then roll back. I

couldn't do it fast like fast I had to do it slow and like doing that I was

really accenting the motion as my ABS which is awesome which is awesome after.

The first like three days though then I kind of like gotten to this really

groove like this really groove it where I was like oh 30 didn't feel hard at all.

Then by the end of it I feel like this was like a byproduct of like not doing

that type of motion is that I felt it in my arms right here which is kind of

funny cuz like again like I was making sure that I

it slowed and I did it to get the full motion. Cuz you know you could go out of

control with the Ab Roller. You can go outta control with it. The last day I decided

to do 50 because I felt like it I want to do this challenge again except I feel

like I'd want to do like 50 to 100. i have to decide how I want to do it but like I

feel like that's when I'll really really be like woah woah

because my abs are pretty strong and I felt really really strong after doing it.

Even the last day of doing 50 like I said really it was my arms in that

motion that I wasn't used to that I felt it and like my abs feel I feel really

strong in my abs right now if I really wanna do the challenge of being like

whoa is this something that I'm gonna see a difference or if it's something

that I'm gonna like be like oh I couldn't see that before that little ab thing.

I don't know so I'm gonna do it again. 30 I think is awesome

especially if you don't do abs. If you're in the beginning of your fitness journey

I think 30 is fabulous to try out for me as someone that does abs like I said I'm

doing an ab challenge now I think that it has a really strong core I would say

50 to 100 so I'm gonna assess how I feel after this month of doing my 30-day

challenge and then come back to it next month. So I think in March I'm gonna come

back to it and do it again. Ab roller not a gimmick. Not a weird infomercial thing.

A really good fitness tool that I really like and I'm going to use more

frequently and I'm gonna do another challenge on it. I'm Mandi. Subscribe to

Starbucks 2018 anti bias training videos at odds with Schultzs claim he doesnt see color Politics

But his answer is also at odds with a series of 2018 videos produced as part of his own companys anti bias training initiative. In the clips, the idea that anyone can move through life blind to race is rejected and, in one video featuring the companys new CEO, Kevin Johnson, mocked and dismissed. Schultz was the Starbucks chairman at the time.

"Growing up, this term called color blind described a learning behavior of pretending not to notice race. That doesnt even make sense," Johnson says. "So today we are starting a new journey, talking about race directly what my friend and Starbucks board member Mellody Hobson calls being color brave."

The decision to launch followed an embarrassing and, for many, deeply disturbing incident in April 2018 at a Starbucks in Philadelphia. The store manager called the police on two African American men, who were arrested while waiting for an acquaintance. The pair have since settled lawsuits with the city, for a symbolic dollar 1 and the promise of an investment in young entrepreneurs, and the company. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, in a statement at the time, said the arrests "exemplify what racial discrimination looks like in 2018."

Schultz on Tuesday described his recollection of the incident, as it was reported to him, and its roots in what he described as the "unconscious bias that many of us have based on our own life experience." It had also, he added, "created a tremendous problem for the company." The result was a decision to shut down 8,000 Starbucks stores nationwide so employees could go through a half day long course that asked them to watch a series of video tutorials and take part in personal discussions about racial bias.

"I didnt see color as a young boy, and I honestly dont see color now," Schultz said during the CNN town hall, describing his formative years "as a young boy in the projects."

Apparently aware of the criticism following his appearance, Schultz on Wednesday during a stop on his book tour told an audience in Philadelphia, "I said something last night on national TV that I think was misinterpreted, but Ill try to explain it."

"I grew up, as I said earlier, in public housing and in a very diverse area where there were about 80 90 families in a building with a single elevator and as a young boy I didnt see color," he said. "My parents were not people who in any way were prejudice and thats how I grew up. And I said something like that last night and it was misinterpreted."

But Schultz stopped there, not explaining what had been misunderstood about his remark. He then pivoted to talking about "a lot of incitement in many ways by the president of the United States." His remarks did not address the concerns of critics like Zerlina Maxwell, the director of progressive media for Hillary Clintons 2016 campaign, who tweeted about her frustrations the morning after CNNs town hall.

"I dont see color is something white people say. Having no color i.e. Being white isnt the default identity," Maxwell wrote during the town hall. "Its time for people to start getting how offensive this is."

In a statement to CNN Thursday, a Schultz spokesperson said, "He meant that he did not see color as a child, but of course he has an adult."

"It is unfortunate when a few words are used in a way that misrepresent how he really feels and what he believes and do not reflect his fuller life story, especially at a time when racism and hate speech are given license to flourish," the spokesperson said.

Last year, Schultz he delayed announcing his departure from the coffee giant in order to see through the racial bias training. He even appeared in one of the anti bias training videos himself.

While Schultz didnt mention being "color blind" in the clip viewed by employees, he did say: "Now we have to also face the fact that there are systemic social problems that we have to deal with, that we have to face. I think this is a moment in time, a critical moment, where we reaffirm our mission."

Schultz last May, "Ive gone through the training myself. As has the entire leadership team of the company last week. We did that so that we could experience it firsthand."

One of those videos, also posted online, included a roundtable, led by Mellody Hobson, with the Perception Institutes Alexis McGill Johnson and Rachel Godsil, and Starbucks employee Fred Roots.

"So a lot of people talk about being color blind. What is it about color blindness that creates a problem?," Hobson asked Godsil early in one video.

Godsil replied: "Our brains cant not see peoples different racial categories. Thats the way weve grown up to evaluate people. So we cant turn that off. And this is something that Fred talked about beautifully. It seems to me, from what I hear from my friends who were people of color, they dont want me to not see them as their full selves, and for many people, their full selves involves a sense of racial identity."

Hobson, who is close to Schultz and considered an expert on racial issues in the corporate world, gave a TED talk in 2014 entitled, "Color blind or color brave?"

"In my view, color blindness is very dangerous because it means were ignoring the problem," she said.

Different Stormtroopers (CANON) - Star Wars Explained - Duration: 7:40.

Hey everybody and welcome to Leia's Lair.

In this episode, I will be going over the different types of imperial stormtroopers

in canon.

Stormtroopers were the policing troops of the Galactic Empire and the backbone of the

Imperial military.

They wore white armor made over a black suit, with a bucket shaped helmet.

Their armor could be outfitted with a variety of different equipment and temperature controls

that helped them survive in most environments.

They were also designed to disperse the energy from blaster bolts.

In addition to the "standard" troops, the Empire had created a number of specialized

stormtrooper units assembled to operate on varied planets and climates within its territory

as well as different combat operations.

There are 30 additional variations of stormtroopers in canon.

1) Coastal defender stormtroopers, also known as shoretroopers, were stormtroopers trained

to operate in coastal or tropical regions.

They had sand colored armor and either red, blue or white stripes or chest plates to signify

their rank.

2) Cold weather assault stormtroopers, also known as snowtroopers, were stormtroopers

trained to operate in frozen environments.

They wore armor that was insulated to protect against the extreme cold, with a suit and

heated mask that could last up to two weeks.

3) Death troopers were elite black armored stormtroopers that served under Imperial intelligence

and were deployed as bodyguards to high ranking officials.

They wore specialized helmets that scrambled verbal communications and provided micro motion

sensors.

They were trained in unarmed combat, heavy weapons, demolition and sniping.

4) Demolition troopers were stormtroopers specialized in heavy weapons use.

They were equipped with Smart Rockets and SE-14C blaster pistols.

They often did not wear helmets.

5) Rocket stormtroopers were stormtroopers who specialized in using large, shoulder-fired

missile launchers.

They wore standard stormtrooper armor with a red symbol on the right shoulder plate.

6) Flametroopers were stormtroopers who specialized in using fire-producing weapons.

7) Forest troopers were stormtroopers who were trained to operate in forested environments.

They wore stormtrooper armor that was camouflaged.

8) Heavy weapons stormtroopers were specialized to wield large rapid fire blasters or DLT-19

heavy blaster rifles.

They wore armor that was more durable than standard stormtrooper armor and reduced their

mobility.

9) Imperial heavy troopers were stormtroopers equipped with special combat armor and electrostaffs

to deal with certain foes.

10) Imperial shock troopers were stormtroopers armed with heavy weapons who served as elite

frontline forces of the Empire, as security on Coruscant and as Bodyguards for the Emperor.

They wore stormtrooper armor with distinct red markings on the helmet, shoulders, shins

and belts.

11) Jumptroopers, also known as Rocket troopers, were stormtroopers who wore jumpacks or jetpacks

that could allow them to maneuver through the air.

There were differing variations of this type of trooper.

Some wore helmets with respirator tubes and had an orange colored left shoulder pad to

signify their rank.

These days I'm very focused about the economic aspect of cycling

and I dicoverd that all the expanses

due to agonistic and amateur cycling

weigh heavily on the family economic budget

for the month

this budget takes into account income and all expenses

incurred during the month.

Probably all the cyclist now that with power meters

alimentation, clothes and other gear

you never stop spending in all the months

of the year. So the budgeting applied to cycling

seems to be a very interesting argument for all of you

that's why I looked for some advices

and I made a summary

of some guidelines that we see now

One: keep track of all expenses related to cycling

The expenses can be of two differet types

occasional and fixed

Those occasional don't have a precise cadence

like when you buy a ciclocomputer

so you buy it one time for some years.

The fixed expenses are all those expenses that you usually do every month

or very often in a year

an example could be the supplements
