RILEY: GOOD MONDAY MORNING,

EVERYONE.

YOU WILL WAKE UP THIS

MORNING

UNDER MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES WITH

SOME PATCHY FOG OUT THERE AS

WELL.

WE ARE STARTING OFF RATHER QUIET

OTHERWISE.

WE ARE GETTING REPORTS OF A

LITTLE FREEZING MIST THIS

MORNING TO THE NORTH.

IF YOU ARE SEEING FOG THIS

MORNING, YOU ARE DEALING WITH A

LITTLE BIT OF MISSED THIS

MORNING AS WELL.

LOWER 30'S THIS MORNING IN YOUR

FORECAST.

WE SHOULD STATE MOSTLY CLOUDY

BUT ABOVE AVERAGE FOR YOUR

TEMPERATURES.

WE WILL GET CLOSE TO THE 40

DEGREE MARK THIS AFTERNOON.

TEMPERATURES WILL STAY IN CHECK

IN THE LOWER 30'S TONIGHT.

SATELLITE AND RADAR THIS

MORNING, PLENTY OF CLOUDS AROUND

IN THE STATE.

TOMORROW, WE SEE IN AREA OF LOW

PRESSURE START TO MAKE ITS WAY

ACROSS THE PLAINS.

THAT WILL MAKE OUR WEATHER

RATHER INTERESTING TOMORROW

EVENING.

MAINLY SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 20, IT

WILL START OFF AS A RAIN EVENT.

WE MAY GET A RUMBLE OF THUNDER

IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EARLY

EVENING TOMORROW.

TO THE NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20, IT

WILL MAINLY BE SNOW.

ON FUTURECAST, WE WILL ZIP

THROUGH TODAY.

OVERNIGHT SHOULD STAY QUIET.

TOMORROW IS WHEN WE SEE THE

PRECIPITATION START IN THE

NORTH.

NORTHERN IOWA STARTING OFF WITH

SNOW.

IN THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY

EVENING, WE START TO SEE MORE OF

THE MOISTURE COMING IN.

CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN IOWA SING

THIS MOSTLY AS A RAIN EVENT.

NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20, WE COULD

SEE SOME HEAVIER SNOW COMING IN.

THE WIND COULD BE QUITE

BLUSTERY.

A CHANCE FOR THE SNOW -- FOR

SOME SNOW IN THE METRO AREA AS

WELL.

THE MODELS ARE GOING BACK AND

FORTH ON WHAT WE WILL GET IN

TERMS OF SNOW TOTALS.

I WILL SHOW YOU THE AMERICAN AND

EUROPEAN MODELS.

AS WE LOOK AT THE WHOLE DURATION

BY WEDNESDAY EVENING, THIS MODEL

SHOWS MOST OF THE SNOWFALL TO

THE NORTH OF THE METRO AREA.

MAYBE ABOUT HALF AN INCH TO AN

INCH FOR THE METRO AREA INTO THE

SOUTH.

I THINK THAT WILL STAY TRUE.

THE EUROPEAN MODEL I THINK HAS A

BETTER HOLD OF THE SNOW TOTALS

NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20.

LOOKING AT POTENTIALLY BETWEEN

FOUR INCHES TO SEVEN INCHES.

I THINK IN CENTRAL

IOWA, WE

COULD GET IN INCH OUT OF THIS.

THAT WILL COME OVERNIGHT ON

TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY.

NORTH OF HIGHWAY 20, WE WILL

WATCH AS THE WINTER STORM WATCH

BEGINS TOMORROW AT NOON.

IT WILL LAST UNTIL WEDNESDAY AT

3:00 P.M.

STARTS TO COME UP AND IT GETS

LIGHTER, THE CREWS WILL GET A

CHANCE TO GET OUT AND TAKE A

LOOK AT EVERYTHING.

GET A BETTER IDEA OF HOW BAD IT

IS, OVERALL.

THIS TREE WAS IN THE ROAD LAST

THE STORM THAT ONE MAN SLAMMED

RIGHT INTO IT WHILE DRIVING.

HIS WIFE WAS IN THE CAR WITH HIM

AND HER INJURIES WERE NOT

SERIOUS BUT THEY DID BOTH GO TO

THE FLAGPOST AREA AND A TREE

DOWN IN OCALA THAT MAY HAVE

DAMAGED A HOME BUT LUCKILY, FOR

PEOPLE AROUND HERE, NO REPORTS

IN OUR AREA OF SERIOUS INJURIES.

EMERGENCY MANAGERS HAVE NOT PUT

4 tips you should know before joining and RV Club!? - Duration: 3:12.

In this video I want to share with you

four tips to help you make a decision on

whether or not to join an RV club and

we're starting right now.

What's going on youtube before we hope that all is well

in your world. My name is Aaron with

3tailsRV.com. If this your first time here and

you want to see more RV related tips

tricks to help you with your own RV or

you want to learn how to do some simple

RV DIY projects another creative stuff

then make sure you hit that subscribe

button now, so we can help you do just

that and with that out of the way let's get

on with the day's topic. Lori and I

get ready to start traveling the fall

we started thinking about joining one of

the many RV clubs out there

Campground fees or major expense and we

want to try to come up with ways to help

reduce those costs. We have come up with

4 tips that may help you make your own

decision

Tip 1- Do your research - In today's world it is

always good practice to research what

you are really getting before you buy

There's no point in buying a camp club

membership if you don't like the parks

or none of them on your travel route

plus you should never get into a

long-term contract untill you are sure

it is something that you use.

Understand exactly what you're getting

yourself into

for how long and what the cancellation

terms are before you make a purchase

Tip 2: Buy only when you need it and not before.

Why have something you're not going to use?

RV clubs are only useful if you make use of them

Most memberships can be paid

for online and are almost instantaneous

but some require 24-hour notice before

benefit apply.

Tip 3 - Know the restrictions - Most campgrounds want honor a club

discount during holidays and weekends

and some block off entire weeks or

months in the peak season you can only

expect food will run parks but not five

star amenities. You may have to drive 5

to 10 miles out of your way and

sometimes phone ahead for reservations.

However if saving money is an objective

camping at $12 - $15 a night. sure beat 25 to 30?

Tip # 4 - Cancel it when you don't use it anymore .

unless you find yourself using

your membership, Don't make the

mistake of buying a membership and then

auto renewing every year you can

always buy another membership later so

buy it when you use it and have it set

up to remind you when it is due then if

you don't use it as you imagined you

would then you can cut it loose

Let us know in the comments section

below how you feel about RV membership

clubs? Are they worth it?

What RV memberships do you have?

We hope that you found this video helpful in

some light and if you know someone that

would benefit from watching this video

make sure that you share this video with them.

If you want more RV related tips

and tricks still be with your RV and you

want to learn how to do simple RV DIY

projects an other creative stuff then

make sure you hit the subscribe button

some where on this page so you can get more

videos like this in the future thank you

so much for watching and as always

Live simple, Live free and enjoy the ride!!

and we'll see you next time... bye

It's also set in 1980's New York and full of 80's cop movie references.

Beat The Game asks you to go around collecting sounds to compose a live performance at the

game's end.

The much delayed Below does not have an official release date, but we hope 2017 is the year

we get to uncover its roguelike mysteries.

On early access since early 2015, Besiege is an in-development physics-based game about

construction and destruction.

middle of the year on XBOX ONE and Windows computers.

From the creators of Death Road to Canada comes Dad by the Sword—a puntastic dungeon

crawler with videogame's coolest father since Octodad.

Both the influence of Castlevania and Dark Souls are evident in Death's Gambit, but

it's the epic moments of giant climbing and dragon surfing that has us pumped.

We played a preview of the challenging Desync at PAX AUS last year, and were left impressed

with its creative kill combinations.

Arena shooter Diabotical hopes to make a splash in the competitive scene when it ships midyear.

you take control of an expanding hole in the ground that's consuming everything from

donuts to mountains.

It didn't make it in time for 2016, but we're still excited for EITR and its stunning

visuals.

Just look at that lighting!

Hijo.

Steam and iOS.

A Newgrounds game in 2013, Eldritch Hunter has received a major overhaul ahead of its

Steam release.

Early Access title Element offers a real-time strategy game that cuts down on time, but

not depth.

Finding Paradise is the follow-up to 2011's To The Moon.

Framed 2 is the sequel to Hideo Kohima's game of the year, and will navigate the series

into the waters of China's harbours.

puzzles.

Mac and Windows first, mobile later.

Hand of Fate 2 will up the scale of the original with companions to fight with and more enemies

to contend against.

Recently announced as a Nintendo Switch launch title, Has-Been Hereos takes the retirement

home on a comeback tour.

Will also come to XBOX, PS4, and PC.

The little heralded Hireath: Songs of Stone is currently delayed, but our anticipation

for it hasn't dimmed.

Hob around a ruined planet and repair it as you go in this puzzle-centric title from the

creators of Torchlight.

Despite its many bleak settings, Hollow Knight never feels dreary - it's got a unique charm,

and we can't wait to fight our way through it.

Innerspace puts you inside inverted planets and lets you fly where you like.

Chilled soundtrack and powerful Abzu vibes.

Jenny LeClue is the point and click Nancy Drew in this choice-driven murder mystery.

up its loose ends.

colonial Mars.

turn-based play.

The scares are big in Little Nightmares.

Reminiscent of Playdead's Limbo and INSIDE, it releases April 28 for XBOX, Playstation

and Windows.

Already an astounding sandbox survival game, the long wait for The Long Dark's story

mode continues.

or hinder you.

Unfinished version now playable on itch.io.

Confusing, yet amazing.

puzzles.

Also has this incredible cinematic as a prologue.

Fitting its world into one screen, Overland makes squad-based tactics accessible to a

wider audience.

It's also just been confirmed for PS4.

and different roguelike experience.

The second Shovel Knight expansion, Specter of Torment, will give you reign of Specter

Knight as he recruits the Order of No Quarter.

This April for free.

From the devs behind Dustforce comes Spire.

Expected to release late in the year, the game revolves around an ever-changing tower.

We may now be in 2017, but as far as old-school shooter Strafe is concerned, it may as well

still be 1996.

A first-person story on a space station teeming with mysterious artificial intelligence - Tacoma

hopes to take Gone Home's formula to new heights.

To Azimuth is a search for a missing brother in 1970's Alabama told from two perspectives.

Paying ode to the games of the Commodore Amiga, Tower 57 is a bloody quick shooter in a neo-retro

world with a smashing soundtrack.

Dust storms tear through the sandy world of Vane, filling you with dread and conjuring

mystery.

Arriving on PC and Playstation.

The mundaneness of a slightly tacky but humble suburban family home is not where you'd

expect horror to lie.

And that's what makes Visage so scary.

Voodoo will have a lot to sort out when it releases in early access, but we've never

seen anything like it and can't get help but get excited.

Voici is bringing 19th century illustrator Albert Robida's vision of Paris in the sky

to life.

We are Chicago is a game about the struggle of staying on the straight and narrow whilst

growing up on the seedy south side.

February 9.

Already an early access hit, we can't wait to get our full fix of the We Happy Few narrative

in the next few months.

Edith Finch is the last member of her family left alive.

Relive the lives of her relatives on the day of their deaths, and discover What remains

of Edith Finch.

Where the Water Taste Like Wine is a collection of short and bleak American folk tales, but

whilst we gaze at its wondrous visuals, bleak is the last thing that comes to mind.

We didn't start the fire.

We took it from the wild, flung it, distracted the guard, and snuck by her.

Wildfire is a stealth game that lets you control the elements.

On April 12, Yooka Laylee will bring back the kooky and lively joy of 90's 3D platformers,

as well as the spirits of a much-loved honey bear and red bird.

Ziba is a block-pushing puzzler with some damn pretty environments coming at the back

end of the year.

And that's it, 100 games.

2017 is going to be a wild ride, and we can't wait to cover it.

Thanks for watching, and we'll see you all soon here on Indieformer.

Madonna Defends Her Blowing Up The White House Comments On Instagram - Duration: 1:13.

Madonna made it to the Women's March on Washington on sunday and in her dynamic speech ended

up saying that she thought about blowing up the white house which was criticised by many.

But later she defended her actions and she said she spoke in metaphor.

In a very lengthy instagram post alongside her photo from the march she wrote I am not

a violent person.

"I spoke in metaphor and I shared two ways of looking at things - one was to be hopeful,

and one was to feel anger and outrage, which I have personally felt."

the pop singer was highly criticised on social media for her provoking speech some of the

television networks had abruptly stop their live feeds of the march.

Thousands of women walked down on the streets of washington against donald Trumps Presidency.

DRM in Book Publishing - Duration: 4:35.

Hi there.

I am John Bond from Riverwinds Consulting and this is Publishing Defined.

Today I am going to discuss DRM or Digital Rights Management.

I will be discussing in relationship to book publishing.

DRM can be a confusing topic and it certainly provokes strong feelings with many people.

First DRM is a form of protection used with eBooks that limits the reader or buyer with

their ability to copy it or to share it with others.

DRM is widely used in the book publishing industry, as it is in the music, film, gaming,

and other creative industries.

Companies such as Amazon, Apple, Google, Barnes and Noble all limit the buyer's ability

to share the work with others.

DRM works by having embedded code or programming tie the exact content to a user's account

or to a particular device.

Some DRM programs allow the user to share or copy content with a specific number of

people or times.

Others allow no sharing.

According to its advocates, the goal of DRM is to prevent illegal sharing or piracy which

might deprive an author or publisher from sales or royalties.

There is very restrictive DRM that requires the user to be online the whole time while

reading; less restrictive ones which are more liberal with copying and sharing; watermarking

which is less invasive but pulls on the reader's conscience to play by the content's stated

rules; and all the way down to those companies that impose no restrictions on the material.

The arguments for DRM are that the material costs money or time to create and therefore

people should have to pay for it.

It also shows the reader that the company views the content as having value and therefore

requires payment, versus free content on a let's say a website.

There is a vocal group that is stridently anti-DRM.

Some of the points they make are: -DRM costs money and adds to the product costs.

-DRM causes aggravation to the user and leads to frustration among buyers or readers, even

if you want to do such innocent things as read on multiple devices or make a backup

copy.

-DRM prevents legitimate sales because of the hoops that are usually required.

-And most of all that they are pointless as they are always work arounds or hacks.

Whether pro or con, it becomes an individual or institutional decision.

There are conflicting studies that say when books are free of DRM, sales increases.

That pirating does not have a negative effect on eBooks sales.

And there are studies that say the exact opposite.

The decision may be decided already for you, in that, if you are going to use a large distribution

channel like Amazon or Apple or others, they require DRM.

However, you may be able to dial back some of the choices on how restrictive they are.

When you have to make a decision about using DRM and how restrictive to make the copying

and sharing options, I would suggest think through the paper book parallel.

That is would an owner of a paper copy be able to do the things you are trying to restrict

the eBook owner from doing.

In scholarly publishing, particularly in the textbook arena, the majority of publishers

use DRM.

When you are considering DRM, purchase a few eBooks from your competitors, on various devices

and in various formats, and see what they do.

This may inform your decision as to what is happening in your marketplace.

There are many companies that supply DRM from Adobe to all the larger book platforms already

mentioned here.

There are others as well.

Simply search them on the web.

After that, search on YouTube on how to circumvent these measures.

It's educational.

We would all love to live in a world where all high-quality information is free or if

information was available for a fee, that they would only legally share it.

We don't.

But it is up to you to decide what works for your content and your business model

Well that's it.

Please subscribe to my YouTube channel, or see the link below for my playlist of more

videos on digital rights management.

And make comments below or email me with questions.

Thank you very much and take care.
