Hello friends, welcome to Cooking with Smita
today we will make Palak Pakoda / Spinach Fritters
and for that we need...
first, we will prepare the batter
add gram flour in a large bowl
add rice flour
and add all spices
turmeric powder
red chilli powder
carom seeds
and salt
mix well all the ingredients
add water as required and prepare medium thick batter
batter is ready
it should be thick like this and should cover the spoon when dipped into the batter
Spinach fritters will become crispy with this medium thick batter
wash and dry Spinach leaves
now we will dip these leaves in the batter and prepare fritters
heat oil over medium flame to deep fry Pakodas / fritters
dip spinach leaves in the batter like this and coat well
deep fry in hot oil
fry until they become golden brown and crispy
remove the Spinach Fritters / Palak Pakoras from the oil on a paper napkin
deep fry all the fritters in the same way
serve hot with chutney
