Youtube daily Jul 14 2017

Today I will discuss about the two Key elements of Earnings

from Google Ad-Sense, which we can see on Google Ad-Sense Reports or in YouTube Analytics

Reports.

This video is for both kinds of people One, which are Running their YouTube Channels.

Secondly for those, who are running a Website.

It is very important to know about these key elements to understand the actual Earnings

from Online Ads that are being shown on YouTube or Website and Blogs.

And these two elements are CPM and RPM.While watching this video, your need to know three

kind of people which are playing important roles in Online Advertisement.

One is Publisher – One who publishes the Ads on your channel or Website.

You can consider any Big Publisher into your mind, Like YouTube, Google or any other.

Second is Advertiser – who contacts to the Publisher to publish Ads given by the Advertisers.

Third is YouTube Channel creator or Website Owner where the Ads are placed for advertiser,

with the help of Publisher.

Do watch this video till the end otherwise you might not understand these most important

elements perfectly.

Let's talk about CPM first: CPM stands for "Cost per Mille" where

M refers to the Roman Number thousand.

It has two more names: CPI (Cost Per Impression) and CPT (Cost Per Thousand)

This is the cost which an Advertiser pays to Ads Publisher for every 1000 Ad Impressions.

In other words, it is the cost that an Advertiser pay for each time, the Ad is displayed on

YouTube or any other webpage.

Let's understand with an example: If an Advertiser has the CPM of 4$, then it

means the Google or YouTube will take 4$ from the Advertiser for 1000 Ad Impressions which

means 1000 Times the Ad will be displayed in 4$.

You must remember here that this 4$ is not your final earnings based on CPM.

YouTube keeps 45% of this and rest 55% is given to you which means Out of 4$, YouTube

will keep 1.8$ and rest 2.2$ will be given to you.

Advantage: The main advantage of CPM is even if you don't get huge traffic or clicks, you

still earn money against each Ad Impression with less traffic, as a Website owner or YouTube

channel owner.

Hope you understood about the CPM.

So let's move to the RPM which is a very important factor.

Full Form of RPM is Revenue Per Thousand.

Revenue per thousand impressions(RPM) represents the estimated Earnings that you receive for

every 1000 Ad Impressions shown.

RPM doesn't represent the exact earnings from YouTube.

Instead of that, RPM is calculated by dividing your estimated earnings by the total of Ad

impressions your received, and then multiply it by 1000.

Ad RPM = (Estimated Earnings/ Ad Impressions) *1000.

Suppose if your estimated earning is 100$ from 20,000 Ad Impressions then your earnings

that comes out will be 5$.

You don't need to calculate every time, Google Ad-Sense automatically calculates and it will

be shown to your Ad-Sense Account.

"After explaining these RPM and CPM, I can say that CPM is what the Advertiser pays to

YouTube or Google and RPM is what the YouTube or Google pays to us or You ".

In the next video, I have described about CPC and PPC.

So, do not miss that.

Learn the Top 10 Ways to Motivate Yourself When Learning English - Duration: 6:53.

Want to speak real English from your first lesson?

Sign up for your free lifetime account at EnglishClass101.com.

Hi, everybody, and welcome back to Top Words.

My name is Alisha, and today we're going to talk about 10 ways to motivate yourself when

learning English.

Let's go!

The first way to motivate yourself is to imagine that one day you will live in the United States.

So to do this, imagine what is your day going to be like when you live in the US, where

will you go, who will you meet, where will you shop, and so on.

imagine your day in the United States.

Ok, the second way to motivate yourself when you're studying English is to study other

aspects of the culture, too, which makes it more rewarding to study English.

Ok, so this means, of course, studying English as a language but if there's a specific country

that you'd like to visit or a specific part of that country's culture, try to learn about

that too.

If you like music, if you like the food, if you like the history; try to find something

about a specific country or a specific part of that country's culture that you enjoy in

addition to studying the language.

Ok! Way number 3 to motivate yourself is finding funny words in English.

Ok, so finding a word that sounds funny or a word that you enjoy using, or a phrase that

you enjoy using can really increase your motivation for using that word and for interacting with

people.

So if you can find those phrases that you think are funny or are fun, they can be really

really helpful for you as you learn your language.

The next way to motivate yourself is to make friends with people who speak English.

So of course, if you don't have any friends who are English speakers, especially native

English speakers, it's a really good idea to make some friends.

This way you can practice with them, you can learn from them, and you can just see maybe

what their life is like and how their life is different from yours.

So this is a great way to practice, a great way to learn, and a great way to think more

internationally as well.

The next way to motivate yourself is watching youtube videos of other people who have successfully

learned English.

So you can listen to people what worked for them, how did they study, where did they go,

what materials did they use, what did they find not helpful.

So you can try to find a strategy that works well for you through using resources like

YouTube, for example.

It's a great way to find people that maybe match with what you need.

Ok, the next way to motivate yourself is by watching English movies and TV shows and enjoying

the feeling when you can understand a word or a sentence.

Yeah, I do this too.

When you enjoy something, when you find entertainment value in something, like music, movies, TV,

and you there's that moment when you pick up, or when you understand what your favorite

character said, or you understand that like a key point in the story, it's a really really

good feeling.

It makes you want to continue watching, I think.

So that's a really really nice feeling, I think, and you can do that by enjoying media

so it's a fun way to learn and it's a fun feeling to experience.

Ok, the next way to motivate yourself is by reading English news articles, blogs, and

magazines to get a feel for formal and casual language.

So the style that we use here, like EnglishClass101 and on the videos on this channel, is quite

casual most of the time, or at least in these videos it's very casual, but the way that

I speak in the way a newspaper is written, the way a magazine is written, the way a newscaster

presents the information, these are all different ways of communicating.

We're using the same language, yes, but there are different styles, so it's important to

try to understand those differences and to become familiar with them.

So try to find a few different things that you can enjoy.

The next way to motivate yourself is after dinner you write about your day in a journal

in English.

Ok, this is an interesting idea.

So just take a few minutes after dinner or before you go to bed to write something in

English about what you did that day, or maybe so you have a chance to talk about future

tense, or to use the future tense, you can use you can talk about your upcoming plans

or the things you're going to do the next day.

So you can talk about past tense, what you did that day, maybe present tense, how you're

feeling as you're writing your journal for the day, and future tense to talk about your

upcoming plan.

So journaling can be a really effective exercise for motivating you.

Okay, the next way to motivate yourself is by practicing with flashcards of useful words

and phrases for 15 minutes every day on the train.

I actually do do this, I use, but I use an application to study in Japanese to study

Kanji, and 15 minutes every day adds up over the course of a week, you can learn a lot

of information in a short period of time.

And if you live in the country where your target language is spoken, then you might

even find the word you studied on the train, you see it, like, after you leave the train

you might see that word later on in your day.

So you can immediately feel like an extra sense of motivation by knowing that this thing

you're studying is applicable, it's something you can use right away, it's a really cool

feeling.

So this is a tip, I honestly, I use this.

Last, I make sure to thank anyone and everyone who corrects my English.

Yeah, I think this is really important because people are really nice, they don't want to

correct you when you make a mistake; but sometimes, people do, they're really polite about it,

and they tell you the more, tell you a more natural way, or they give you a suggestion

for how to improve your English, make sure you say thank you.

Like, repeat after them and then say thank you.

So that's, you know, it's motivation for them to tell you again in the future, to help you

again in the future.

So make sure to say thank you to anyone who helps you with your English.

So that's the end!

So those are 10 ways that you can motivate yourself when you learn English.

If you have a different strategy for how you like to motivate yourself to learn English,

please let us know in the comments.

Please be sure also to like this video and subscribe to our channel if you haven't already.

Thanks very much for watching I hope this video motivated you to keep studying, we'll

see you again soon with more fun stuff, bye!

[JP viva] Giới thiệu ứng dụng học ngôn ngữ hay - Duration: 19:59.

Hello everyone

Today I'm gonna introduce to you a great app to learn languages

I've been using it to learn English and Japanese

There are tons of other languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and so on

One great thing about this app is that we can learn the practical language

which can be used outside of the classroom

We can learn phrases that are actually spoken in real life instead of just textbook knowledge which can be used outside of the classroom

We can learn phrases that are actually spoken in real life instead of just textbook knowledge

This app is called "Hinative"

Saying Hi to native speakers

We can download Hinative on both Android and IOS, it can also be used in web browsers

I will search Hinative in my Google Play store

It's the round orange application with a cute little creature saying Hi

This is a Q&A app - you can ask and answer questions

You can send questions to native speakers of your target languages

Moreover, you can answer questions about either your mother tongue or the language that you are fluent

Previously, I saw a question about the difference between "lam on" and "vui long," (both mean "please") which caused me a headache :))

It's very interesting. You can introduce your language to the world and learn some other languages at the same time.

The thing is you learn the language used in real-life situation which makes a lot more sense (am I right?)

Before installing I read some of the reviews and the app got lots of favorable reviews

Most of the feedbacks were positive - the app is practical and helpful for learning languages

It's not about technical grammar

OK. Installed. Now, just click it.

You can sign up easily via Email, Facebook and Twitter

You can click any icon below to register I already signed up, so this time I just need to sign in

I signed up with my gmail last time And when you ask a question, answers come back really fast

It feels like there's a big community who waits out there ready to answer at any time

And because of their enthusiasm, you will get lots of notifications

Therefore, I like to manage those notifications by email, which allows me to filter them to a separate category

When you finish signing up, the app will ask you a bunch of questions to complete your profile

There are 5 icons on the bar at the bottom When you finish signing up, the app will ask you a bunch of questions to complete your profile

There are 5 icons on the bar at the bottom

Home, Notifications, Ask, Profile and Settings

In spite of being written in English, they all are very simple and understandable - could help you improve your English Home, Notifications, Ask, Profile and Settings

In spite of being written in English, they all are very simple and understandable - could help you improve your English

Let's look at my profile In spite of being written in English, they all are very simple and understandable - could help you improve your English

Let's look at my profile

You will be asked which is your native language(s), which language(s) are you interested in, etc.

They also want to know your level of the language you are interested in (My Japanese is around intermediate level)

These info will be saved to build to your profile They also want to know your level of the language you are interested in (My Japanese is around intermediate level)

Beside languages, you can also learn more about culture and regions

You will be asked about country or region you know well and those of your interest Beside languages, you can also learn more about culture and regions

You will be asked about country or region you know well and those of your interest

After completing your profile, I highly recommend you to upload a avatar picture

People tend to answer to accounts that have an avatar picture

The picture of your face makes you appear more familiar to the public

I myself have a better impression on accounts that at least have pictures in stead of the default place holder

The ask button in the middle provides you sample questions so that you don't have to spend lots of time to type

For example, the first sample question is "How do you say this?" The ask button in the middle provides you sample questions so that you don't have to spend lots of time to type

For example, the first sample question is "How do you say this?"

All you have to do is click the question, fill in the blank with a word, phrase or sentence you want to learn

For example, I want to know what kitchen is in Japanese, I type kitchen in the blank

And post it

and the question is formed

Here, JPviva just ask a question "How do you say kitchen in Japanese?"

Now I will wait for answers, often in no time :)

The notifications show all of my questions and notify me whether they got answered or not

I asked a lot of basic questions like "How do you say house in Japanese?" and Kagura-chan answered really fast, It's 家 (ie)

The first question I've asked here is how to say tired

I received lots of answer like tsukareta,

I even got a very detailed answer including Romaji and Hiragana I received lots of answer like tsukareta,

I even got a very detailed answer including Romaji and Hiragana

The app lets you know the nationality of those who answer your questions so that you know for sure who is the native speakers

Native speakers will ensure the level of natural speeches :)

There are cases where answers not coming from native speakers (I have an answer from an Indonesian friend) Native speakers will ensure the level of natural speeches :)

There are cases where answers not coming from native speakers (I have an answer from an Indonesian friend)

He/She said I'm tired in Japanese is tsukare, which I found not as natural as tsukareta and tsukaremashita (formal) There are cases where answers not coming from native speakers (I have an answer from an Indonesian friend)

He/She said I'm tired in Japanese is tsukare, which I found not as natural as tsukareta and tsukaremashita (formal)

Anyway, your questions are quickly responded, not only from native speakers

Next, the second sample question is my favorite: does this sound natural?

We can ask native speakers to judge a sentence/utterance whether it sounds natural or not

For example, I can type 私はベトナム人です。and ask them to vote

There are 4 options: natural - a little unnatural - unnatural - I don't understand For example, I can type 私はベトナム人です。and ask them to vote

There are 4 options: natural - a little unnatural - unnatural - I don't understand

You can type the sentence or record your voice saying it and ask for evaluation There are 4 options: natural - a little unnatural - unnatural - I don't understand

You can type the sentence or record your voice saying it and ask for evaluation

Someone just answered my question

They answered how to say kitchen in Japanese

There's a Katakana word resembling English キッチン (kicchin) and a Hiragana word 台所 (daidokoro)

As I received the answer, I will reply saying thank you

The more you interact the higher your level can reach. Besides, it's a standard manner As I received the answer, I will reply saying thank you

The more you interact the higher your level can reach. Besides, it's a standard manner

Let's get back to what I said earlier: 'does this sound natural' part

You can speak/type the whole sentence and native speakers will show you which part is not natural and how to fix it

I also posted such questions

You know I've been so pissed off as some people commented me saying KAMISAMA (gods) is not natural

So I recorded my voice and posted it here You know I've been so pissed off as some people commented me saying KAMISAMA (gods) is not natural

So I recorded my voice and posted it here

I got 5 votes for natural and some more responses

like good, kamisama desu ne very good, and thumbs up I got 5 votes for natural and some more responses

like good, kamisama desu ne very good, and thumbs up

The responses are quick and helpful

I also have another very interesting question

How do you say Call 110! I also have another very interesting question

How do you say Call 110!

In Japan, when something wrong happened, you can dial 110 for any case of emergency (police, medical services or fire department) How do you say Call 110!

In Japan, when something wrong happened, you can dial 110 for any case of emergency (police, medical services or fire department)

As you describe the situation, they can send police, ambulance or firefighters correspondingly

When someone asks you to dial 110, they won't say "Please call 110." Too lengthy.

They'll say "hyaku tou ban" (110) When someone asks you to dial 110, they won't say "Please call 110." Too lengthy.

They'll say "hyaku tou ban" (110)

That's all you have to say They'll say "hyaku tou ban" (110)

That's all you have to say

Here I got an answer from a Japanese native speaker, but she probably typed too fast That's all you have to say

Here I got an answer from a Japanese native speaker, but she probably typed too fast

She answered "hyaku juu tou ban," spoken by no one apparently People say either "hyaku juu" or "hyaku tou ban"

"hyaku juu" is Cardinal and "hyaku tou" is Ordinal, which people use more widely

but thanks anyway after that I got an answer with a recording

And I got one more answer that is very detailed

Therefore, it's not necessary true that native speakers are always correct

They may just make a typo mistake, but sometime they actually do not know the correct answer Therefore, it's not necessary true that native speakers are always correct

Manually reset Windows Update - Duration: 2:24.

Welcome

In this video let's see how to manual restore Windows Update.

Before running the manual restore, you can try to run tool "Troubleshooting", integrated in the system, or download "Microsoft Fix It", that you can download it from Microsoft's official site

If those tools don't fix the problems, you open the command prompt as administrator

Interrupt the service " Windows Update "

Do the same thing with the service " background intelligent transfer "

Exit the command prompt and go to the folder " Windows "

Open the folder " SoftwareDistribution "

Then, select all and delete its contents

If you press the keys combination " Shift + Canc ", you can definitely delete one or more files without moving them into the recycle bin

Now, you restart the services and see if you can update the system

🍪 OS MELHORES CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES DE NOVA YORK - Duration: 7:56.

#YOUREDOINGITWRONG

Brought to you by 51 Cachaça

All right, we've already fallen for #YOUREDOINGITWRONG five times.

But this time, it's a foolproof plan: Joe's Pizza,

Amigo Gringo's favorite!

Right, but remember, eat with your hands, not with utensils.

Good reminder.

I'm exhausted, let's go to the hotel.

Yeah, but first I want something sweet, like some chocolate chip cookies.

-An American classic, great idea! -Let's go to that deli!

Chocolate chip cookies!

Yeah, but Amigo Gringo isn't going to like your mass-produced ones.

Might is quite artisanal!

Rogério, you're doing it wrong!

Marilene, you'e also doing it wrong. Less wrong, but...wrong!

Welcome back to #YOUREDOINGITWRONG, the program in which Amigo Gringo, with the support of 51 Cachaça,

shows...HOW TO DO IT RIGHT IN NEW YORK.

But we just want to go back to our vacation!

That's what you'll do after...

Name That Tune!

Rogério, this tune is from Sesame Street, sung by a blue character.

How many notes do you need?

First, where are my cookies? But I know what it is. I bid one note.

C is for Cookie, by Cookie Monster.

Patricia, what's that tune?

C is for cookie, that's good enough for me...

Cookie, cookie, cookie starts with C.

Right answer, but wrong cookies!

And here, when you lose, you win. Amigo Gringo, explain!

That's exactly right, Eríquio! It's true that I love New York pizza,

especially Joe's, but I also like Brazilian pizza.

Both countries make really good pizza.

[Except New York's is better.]

But when it comes to chocolate chip cookies, there's no question.

It's almost impossible to find a cookie in Brazil that comes close.

Maybe it has to do with the available ingredients, I don't know.

But for that reason just about any cookie here will seem good to Brazilians.

But it isn't! You just can't eat any old cookie here!

You have to take advantage of your time here and try the best in the city.

Currently, the city's most famed cookies come from Levain Bakery.

There are several shops in the city, but you're going to the one on West 74th Street.

The cookies there are always warm. But you have to be hungry, or share,

because they're enormous, they're "cookões" - copyright Amigo Gringo -

they're seven ounces each!

The most popular is chocolate chip - walnut.

But I like the chocolate peanut-butter chip ones.

Are they cookies? Or are they more like cakes?

I don't know, but they're delicious.

But those aren't traditional-style cookies, like you might make at home.

That's why you're also going to L'imprimerie, in Bushwick.

L'imprimerie is a French bakery, but it is better known not for baguettes

but for its chocolate chip cookies. Go on in!

The recipe is from Gus Reckel, the French owner,

But the way he makes cookies is totally American.

He does use some secret ingredients, like buckwheat

"Moorish wheat" in Portuguese, a little bit of coffee, and a sprinkling of salt.

Well, they're not secret anymore, whatever.

If you're lucky, you'll get them warm, right out of the oven.

One more detail, if you want to buy cookies in the supermarket to take back to Brazil,

I recommend Tate's brand, or better yet,

bring back Nestle chocolate chips and follow the recipe on the package, or the recipe you'll see in...

NEW YORKESE CLASS

OK, it's the last episode of #YOUREDOINGITWRONG, and we want to thank 51 Cachaça for sponsoring the series.

You can see all the videos on our playlist on the Amigo Gringo YouTube or Facebook pages.

And now, your New Yorkese class.

I made these cookies to show just how easy it is to make chocolate chip cookies.

Great, I love cookies, but where's my cocktail?

Inside the cookie! They're made with cachaça!

-Really! -Link to the recipe in the video description.

And now, that New Yorkese class. If biscoito is cookie,

how do you say "bolacha" in English? And it's no joke!

We also have a bit of a squabble here.

In England they call many cookies...biscuits????

That's absurd! For us, a biscuit is...

Right! It's a savory cake common in the South and served at all American KFC's.

Biscuits and gravy is a very common southern breakfast as well.

Speaking of cookies, where are my cookies?

Look, there's a cute little one left for you.

This tiny one? And it doesn't even have chocolate chips.
