Susan's Health Coaching Success Story | Humana - Duration: 3:32.

I'm Susan Cope and I have the Humana Medicare Advantage plan.

I've had diabetes and high blood pressure since I was 15.

Then in 2005, I suffered a brain stem stroke.

I wanted to get healthy.

I'm not getting any younger and everything you hear now is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I wanted to eat healthier.

I wanted to move myself more, be physically active and I needed somebody that would motivate

me and encourage me to get more active with my life.

I learned about the health coaching through Humana by going to their website and I saw

a section that said wellness so I clicked on that and found out they had coaches who

would actually work with you on email and telephone calls to assist you in losing weight.

And that's what I wanted to get involved with, a lifestyle that was going to make positive

changes for myself that I could incorporate into everyday living.

I started with the health coach in February and when I talked to her the first time on

the phone, she was just so friendly and warm and really got me to trust her.

We're on a two-week call system where every two weeks she calls me as well as I can email

her anytime I want to get immediate feedback.

My long-term goal is to lose a hundred pounds and when I started my weight loss journey,

I was looking at the big picture and that hundred pounds was insurmountable.

And my coach helped me to learn, "Don't worry about the hundred pounds.

Start with just five."

So, some of the easiest things we started with was to drink more water.

The other thing was to get more fruits and vegetables.

I plan my meals two weeks in advance and so I write on a dry erase board two weeks in

advance what we're having every night for dinner.

Once I got clearance from my doctor to get physically active, my coach really jumped

right in and encouraged me to do just five minutes at a time.

Having not been active for 20 years, that it was just do five minutes and then add time

as you feel able and healthy to do and now I'm up to 30…35 minutes a day of walking.

I find I can get more things accomplished during the day.

I have more energy.

I sleep better at night and since I've been walking, I've limbered up my range of motion

and now I can walk up and down the stairs like a normal person.

When I went back to the doctor in July, I had lost 12 pounds.

She noticed it right away and was very excited for me as well as myself, you know, to say,

"I did it.

I lost 12 pounds.

Whoopee!"

And a lot of people will see all these things that they're supposed to do for their health

and they'll say, "I'm too big.

I can't move.

I weigh 400 pounds.

I can't do five minutes of exercise."

Yes, you can.

Just walk extra steps around your home and when you have the coach, she's encouraging

you every step of a way to do these things.

Make little changes.

You don't have to make a hundred changes at one time.

Focus on one little thing.

If I can lose five, I can lose five more.

And the five turned into 12 and now I'm working on the next five.

The health coach helps make me keep those changes going in my life to keep me motivated,

to keep me involved, and giving me good choices to make to make a healthy lifestyle.

It has been a lifesaver for me.

Jeep Wrangler Axial Crystal Eyes Tail Lights (1987-2006 YJ, TJ) Review & Install - Duration: 3:50.

These Axial Crystal Eyes tail lights are for those of you who have a 1987 to 2006 TJ, and

are looking to change up the look of the back of your Jeep by swapping out the tail lights.

These are available in the Platinum Smoke that you see here, also a Bermuda Black and

in Crystal Clear, so you have a couple different color options, whichever one goes best with

your build.

Now this is not going to be an LED tail light.

This is still going to be an incandescent tail light, so you're not going to be getting

some of the benefits of LED, the longer life, the brighter light, or that really crisp,

clean, more modern-looking on-off flash.

However, with this light, you are going to change up the look of your Jeep.

Now, these lights are going to be a little over $150, which, for a tail light that you

still need to do some wiring to get installed, and a tail light that's still incandescent

and not LED, it's a little bit pricey.

However, these are going to drastically change up the look of your Jeep, so I think there

is a good bit of value there.

This is going to be one of those love-it-or-hate-it mods.

These are a Euro style tail light.

Some people would say these are a little bit on the ricey side of things because they are

so far from an OEM tail light, and they're a little bit less of a functional mod and

much more of a form mod, something that's gonna change up the look of the Jeep, not

really have a lot of additional function.

However, if you are looking to change up the rear of your Jeep, this is a good way to do

it.

These are going to have a big impact on changing up of the look of your Jeep, and instead of

something like a bumper, which is going to be much more expensive and more difficult

to install, you can go with a set of these tail lights which are little bit easier to

bolt up, although you do have to do some wiring to get them installed.

This is going to be a two-out-of-three-wrench installation that'll probably take you around

an hour, maybe a little bit more, depending on how comfortable you are with tail light

installations or wiring in general.

The first step is, of course, removing your factory tail lights on your TJ.

That's going to be removing the four screws that hold the tail light lens in place, then

the three screws that hold the tail light body or housing to the tub of your Jeep, and

finally, unplugging the light.

Then, you can go ahead and get this light attached.

First, you're going to have to do a little bit of wiring.

This does come with some vampire clips that will allow you to wire this light to your

factory wiring harness, but this not a plug-and-play installation.

You are going to have to either use those vampire clips, or do some cutting and splicing,

or cutting and soldering, however you decide to get the wires connected.

However, there are just three wires because this is just a tail turn and stop light, like

your traditional tail lights, so there's not a ton of wiring to do, but again, this is

not a plug-and-play install.

Once you have the wires connected up, go ahead and test everything before you put it back

together.

Then, this is a two-piece tail light just like your factory ones, so you will attach

the housing to the tub using the same three bolts that you took out, and finally attaching

the lens onto the housing.

As far as tools go, depending on how you want to get this wired, you may need some wiring

tools, at least a pair of pliers to crimp those vampire clips in place, and your regular

socket set and some screwdrivers to get everything uninstalled and reinstalled.

In the grand scheme of tail lights, $150 for a set that is not plug-and-play, not LED,

is a little bit much.

You can find some less expensive options out there, or if you do want to upgrade to an

LED tail light, a plug-and-play tail light that's going to have a little bit of additional

function, you can probably be right in this price range, but you're not going to get the

looks that this light provides.

Like I said before, this is completely different from OEM.

This is going to drastically change up the look of your Jeep, and while this is love-it-or-hate-it,

if you love it, you are going to get a lot of bang for your buck.

So, if you're looking to change up the look of the back of your Jeep by swapping out your

tail lights, I definitely recommend taking a look at these Axial Crystal Eyes tail lights

that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

Stitchers | #Bingeworthy - Duration: 4:04.

Hello. Hello. Hello my friends! Kaitlyn here, and I want to talk about my favorite, but most underrated show today.

STITCHERS!

(INTRO MUSIC)

So back in 2015 when I was doing VEDA and Stitchers was in its first season,

I made a little video about it because it's awesome! But we're in our third season of Stitchers now

which is kind of amazing because I was a little concerned that we wouldn't get a third season.

But honestly, I think the fans pulled through on this one, and that's one of the reasons

why we have a third season. And also the realization of

Hashtag #Camsten

And since I've been doing a series on bingeworthy shows this year

I definitely felt like I needed to add Stitchers to the catalogue. Okay a quick breakdown.

It's a Sci-Fi Procedural drama. Not too many of those around. The NSA has a secret program called the "Stitchers Program" where a group of cool

but quirky scientists "stitch" into the brains of dead people to solve murders. They review their memories and try to put the pieces together and figure out

who killed them! Whoa! Whoa! Crazy, right? Yes crazy, but hands-down amazing!

You've got your main character, Kirsten Clark

who does the actual stitching into the minds of dead people because she started off the series with a disorder called

Temporal Dysplasia. Which basically meant that she didn't have a real sense of time and therefore couldn't process emotions.

But it also meant that she was the perfect person to do the stitching. Then you got your men of science

Cameron the technical lead and the hearttrob of nerdy girl everywhere and Linus the bio electrical engineer

who I legit want to be best friends with. There's also of course a fan favorite Camille who is Kristin's roommate and kind of starts out

as an antagonist with her witty snark.

But then later becomes part of the team and, and really is one of my favorite characters

because she's super real like she makes mistakes and has to deal with them and things are not easy for her.

So I've been trying to figure out a way to put into words

why I love this show because it's definitely not one of the most popular shows out there.

But I think it's absolutely worth your watch. Like I love all the characters and the different relationships they have between them.

There's always been but we want Cameron and Kirsten together thing,

but there is so many more amazing relationships on the show like the friendship that blossoms between Kirsten and Camille, two very

competitive women to women that don't trust very easily.

And Linus and Cameron are BFFs and then Linus and Camille briefly date, and then even though they're not dating anymore

they're still like really good friends and Camille creates a great relationship Linus's family.

And it's just like very impressive to me. And then there's the Sci-Fi procedural part which is really

fun because honestly, the concepts of stitching into the minds of dead people in order to solve murders is so over-the-top

but it really works in taking the tired kind of genre of procedural dramas and

making it interesting for the millennial generation.

Plus there's the underlying mystery of the Stitchers Program as a whole. It's all connected to kirsten and her family because her dad was the one that

created the technology, and it was his testing on her when she was a child that caused her to have temporal dysplasia.

But no one really knows what the program is actually about or like what they're working towards

or who's even picking the cases that they stitch into. So yeah! I love the people! I love the gimmick!

I love the mystery! And I think you might too!

It's available to binge on the Freeform app and on Hulu. Nkot on Netflix

which is kind of unfortunate. And we're still in the middle of season 3 and that's coming on at 9:00 on

Freeform every Monday through August 14th

So let me know what you think if you've watched it or if you think maybe you're gonna watch it

I would love to make some more Stitchers friends!

So let's start a Stitchers discussion down in the comments! And of course you can find me on some other social media platforms over here

I love Instagram the best. Come hang out with me and my cats and my coloring projects.

Well, I only really have one cat. I hope this video made you smile, and I will see you guys on Thursday! Bye!

James Milner sidelined for rest of Germany tour as Jurgen Klopp provides updates on 4 injuries - Duration: 3:29.

James Milner sidelined for rest of Germany tour as Jurgen Klopp provides updates on 4 injuries

Jurgen Klopp has revealed the extent of James Milner's thigh injury, as well as discussing the fitness of Danny Ward, Loris Karius and Nathaniel Clyne.

The 31-year-old limped off midway through last weekend's 2-1 victory over Leicester City in Hong Kong, to be replaced by Alberto Moreno.

While Milner travelled with the Liverpool squad for their pre-season training camp in Germany, Klopp has ruled the left-back out of contention until the Reds return to Merseyside.

The German also conceded that Ward, Karius and Clyne were all still struggling with their own fitness issues.

"It was clear from the first day there's a little bit of tendon involved, so that means that it's around 10 days," he said of Milner.

"That means he will do his rehab here in Germany and then should be fit again when we're at home. "With injuries, you can't be sure but it shouldn't be much longer.

"This is maybe the longest Clyney has been out with a little bit of [an issue with] the back. We have to wait, time is running and we need Clyney of course.

"Loris and Danny, I am not 100 percent sure. Wardy is not too serious but it always takes its time, we will see how long it takes.

"Loris should be in tomorrow or the day after tomorrow at the latest, then we will have him back but it's not too cool for the boys.

Klopp is, therefore, only currently training with a 26-man squad in picturesque Rottach-Egern, as he prepares his side to take on Hertha Berlin on Saturday.

Milner's absence is a troubling one, but it is certainly soothed by the arrival of Andrew Robertson from Hull City.

The 23-year-old joined in an £8 million deal last week, and is set to make his first appearance for Liverpool at the Olympiastadion this weekend.

Furthermore, Trent Alexander-Arnold can be expected to start in place of Clyne, who has so far made just appearance throughout pre-season, in the 4-0 win away to Tranmere Rovers.

Without both Karius and Ward, Simon Mignolet is able to continue his stretch as Klopp's undisputed first-choice goalkeeper, with youngster Kamil Grabara travelling in reserve.

The Reds are without any other injury problems ahead of their clash with Hertha, with Ovie Ejaria, Sadio Mane and Danny Ings all returning to training in Germany.

Emre Can is also available, having reported back to Melwood at the weekend after his summer break.
