while they're not quite at the sky net and terminator stage of technology just yet some of our choices from this list are
Definitely pretty futuristic
While there are an endless array of different futuristic weapons technologies out there in the world we've decided to focus on some that we found
particularly cool
today's list includes a nice spread of different technologies including a smart pistol an attachment that lets you shoot around corners a
rifle with incredible target acquisition
capabilities an amazing electro gauntlet and a full robotic
exoskeleton
Without further ado here are five pieces of futuristic weapons tech that are out in the world right now
Getting things started at number five we've got the ARMA tick's IP one pistol
This futuristic little handgun is a magazine-fed
Semi-automatic pistol that uses smart gun technology that seems like something straight out of a James Bond movie
Preventing it from being fired by anyone except an authorized user
It fires 22lr caliber bullets from a 10 round magazine
That is restricted from firing unless the user is wearing the iw 1 active RFID
Intelligent watch and it is within 10 inches of the gun
the watch also displays information
Like the charge level of the watch and handgun the number of shots fired in a given time frame and other helpful pieces of information
It also has a time control feature that allows you to deactivate the firearm
The specialists at our metics have loaded this thing up with a number of innovative features
including an electronic magazine disconnect
several different operating modes and
integrated grip and drop safety and a patented
mechatronic interface for additional applications like a camera

System or TRS which controls the firing of the weapon so that it only works when pointed at a recognized or permitted target

we've got the corner shot CSM a nifty little piece of technology that literally allows the user to see and
shoot around corners

sniping and assault capabilities
The system is designed in such a way that it allows security forces to engage a target from pretty much any direction
Left and right from the front or up and down
You can shift between these positions quickly and easily without taking your hands off the weapon
shortening reaction time and increasing accuracy in situations where engagement happens suddenly
The corner shot CSM is so great because it allows for the weapons system to be triggered while completely protected by cover

it is constructed with lightweight material weighing in at a bit over 200 pounds and
Utilizes a network of controllers sensors and high-strength aluminum and steel to perform whatever task the user requires

And it doesn't bog down the user when climbing stairs ramps using a punching bag or even kicking a football
