The terrace of the house was spectacular the view of the sea was amazing
it must be the living room

Death toll continues to rise from devastating tsunami in Indonesia - Duration: 1:00.
Over in Indonesia, the death toll from a tsunami on the islands of Java and Sumatra has jumped
to at least 4-hundred-29 people.
According to the nation's disaster mitigation agency, one-thousand-4-hundred-85 people are
injured and 154 are still missing The numbers could increase once authorities
hear from all the stricken areas along the coastlines of western Java and southern Sumatra.
Rescue workers have been using their bare hands as well as heavy machinery to clear
the remains of buildings, and hundreds of people have searched the beaches along the
Sunda Strait for more victims.
Aid workers say many children are sick with fever and lack clean water... and they warn
that more deadly waves could hit.
This while torrential rain hampers rescue efforts
The tsunami hit the Indonesian strait on Saturday, smashing into buildings and sweeping people
into the sea, following an eruption and possible landslide on Anak Krakatoa, a volcanic island

UN grants sanctions exemption for groundbreaking ceremony for inter-Korean rail, road project - Duration: 0:50.
The UN Security Council has granted a sanctions waiver to enable Seoul and Pyeongyang to hold
a groundbreaking ceremony for their project to modernize and re-connect roads and railways
across the border this week... according to a government official.
The largely symbolic event is set to be held on Wednesday at Panmun Station in the North's
border town of Kaesong.
A foreign ministry official explained, consultations over the groundbreaking ceremony with the
council's North Korea sanctions committee were wrapped up Monday, New York time.
The ceremony itself is not subject to sanctions, but the waiver was needed for the train that
South Korean officials are planning to take, as well as for other materials necessary for
the event, to enter the North.
Seoul earlier set aside around 618 thousand dollars to hold the event, which will be attended
by some 100 people from each side.

well we're gonna cook a Christmas dinner but it's quite difficult in China
because there's no oven there's no butter there's no like dairy products so
we got the chicken basically my plan is to do the chicken we're gonna have to
just fry it and then try and do fried potatoes that make some gravy and some
stuffing so it's not much of a Christmas dinner but it's better than nothing I'd
like to welcome my assistant chef okay so this is the Chinese Way of cooking
they just have a fire and then a big wok so means everything is cooked very
quickly yeah so why did Yardley it's all fun using a chopstick as a spreading knife
hey George, it's our christmas tree. we don't normally put it on the table we need to put some stuff on it
the handy chopstick comes in handy

because the Wok is so powerful when we are trying to fry the bread it just burn
instantly so that's it make do we don't have any knives or Forks and we don't
have any plates so we've got bowls and we got chopsticks you know you're in
China you can't have everything this is the great says the carrot is in
it yeah this is Christmas dinner in China
this is China's finest stuffing so you can see this is fried bread with with
burnt onion we have fried potato oh this is the gravy this is so bad I mean
luckily these guys don't know what any of this is supposed to look like but you
guys at home I'm very sorry for what you're witnessing
honestly it's not good looking but it's tasty
although you may now think otherwise I can actually cook at home at least it's just when
you've got a fiery Inferno of a wok to play with and also I don't really cook
with meat either so it was all a bit new for me if I did that again I'm sure I'd
be able to do a good meal but hey it was funny so I hope you enjoyed watching it
