Chuck Schumer committed the Democrat Party to obstructing Donald Trump at every turn.
That was especially true of judicial nominations.
But by obstructing Trump's picks, Schumer made a mistake he instantly came to regret.
After Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, it was clear to pundits that Donald
Trump now has the opportunity to cement a conservative majority on the Supreme Court
for a generation.
The entire liberal legal project is at risk of being tossed in the dustbin of history.
Ending the horror of abortion by overturning Roe v. Wade.
Affirmative action.
Homosexual marriage.
Every single liberal legal wish list item could be undone by Trump's new Supreme Court
justice and reverse the decisions where Kennedy provided the left with the deciding vote.
And the Senate just needs a bare majority to confirm Trump's nominee.
This means the Democrats are powerless to stop the Republican-controlled Senate from
confirming a rock solid conservative to take Kennedy's place.
And it's all because of Chuck Schumer.
In 2016, Senator Majority Leader Mitch McConnell blocked Barack Obama's nomination of Merrick
Garland to replace Justice Antonin Scalia because McConnell rightly believed a lame
duck President should not decide the makeup of the Supreme Court.
McConnell was also following the Biden rule, which had been set by Vice President Joe Biden
when he was Senate Judiciary Committee chairman in 1992.
At the time, Biden had stated that Supreme Court vacancies should not be decided during
an election year, and that the voters should answer the question about who they wanted
making Supreme Court nominations.
Because of this rule, Democrats lost their chance to sneak a liberal on the court to
replace the conservative Justice Antonin Scalia in 2016 and tip the balance of every major
decision in their favor.
So when Trump nominated Neil Gorsuch to replace Scalia, the Democrat base demanded payback.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer launched a doomed attempt to filibuster the Gorsuch
nomination.
When Republicans were confronted with Schumer's filibuster, Mitch McConnell responded by leading
the Senate Republicans to pay the Democrats back by eliminating the filibuster for Supreme
Court nominations.
McConnell's payback was from when Democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had launched
the nuclear option in 2013.
Democrats had voted along party lines to lower the threshold for Executive and Judicial branch
nominees – Supreme Court nominees were exempted – to just 51 votes.
At the time, Mitch McConnell said Reid would come to regret ending the filibuster stating,
"You'll regret this, and you may regret this a lot sooner than you think."
Neil Gorsuch was an extremely qualified nominee and his selection did not change the makeup
of the court.
Trump was just replacing one conservative with another.
But now that Kennedy has retired, Trump can shift the court significantly to the right
and there is nothing the Democrats can do to stop it.
All thanks to Chuck Schumer overplaying his hand in the Gorsuch fight.
Schumer indulged the radical left's thirst for blood prematurely, and now they are paying
the price.

Earlier this week, the New York Times released an interview with Kanye West where he not
only said he never mentioned slavery being a choice, but he discussed his appreciation
of Donald Trump.
Since Kanye dropped those comments, it's become the topic of conversation over numerous
interviews with artists, and it looks like Vanity Fair's cover story with Kendrick
Lamar addresses the situation as well.
Kendrick says that he doesn't get into talking politics as much because, while songs like
"Alright" have been anthemic for the Black Lives Matter movement, Kendrick gets frustrated
at the topic, and after some thought about Kanye's comments, Kendrick spoke his mind.
"He has his own perspective, and he's on this whole agree to disagree thing, and
I would have this conversation with him personally if I want to."

One has to wonder if Kendrick was one of the many celebs and artists that Kanye was speaking
to during his Twitter rants earlier this year.
Kendrick was featured on Ye's 2016 album The Life of Pablo, and before that Kendrick

4 Important Questions for Your Web Developer: Explained - Duration: 7:37.
How you doing? My name is George Weiner, I'm the Chief Whaler of Whole Whale and I am
talking about vague, sometimes ambiguous questions that you may ask a developer.
We find ourselves in these conversations at times, as leaders of nonprofits and
social impact organizations, where: oh my gosh, we need to build a website,
we need to make a change. So I'm just gonna go back and forth and cover this
conversation from what you're thinking as somebody who needs to manage this
project and what the developer is thinking when they get this type of
question that is vague, yet important. So the first question that we hear a lot is,
"How much does a website cost?", and fundamentally, it's going to cost
as much as you have. You will get what you pay for. It's totally possible to do
a website for $100. You know? Go to Squarespace. Just pay them. Click on
buttons. But then you end up with templates or brochureware that may not
communicate your brand. The website ranges, in terms of costs, that Whole Whale
does, are, you know, billed when we do them. We'll start at about 30k and
go up from there. So when you're thinking about the cost, it's important to do and
go through the RFP: the request for a proposal process.
wholewhale.com/rfp will literally walk you through -- for free -- the questions
you should answer. In terms of functionality, in terms of the content, in
terms of the brand and design elements that you need to create your website.
You can easily get ripped off if you walk down the street saying, "Hey, I've got
250,000 dollars, can you make me a website?" No one's gonna say no to that.
As a strategy, I much prefer building for exactly what you need first and not
blowing the bank thinking that once I build this tower there's no maintenance
whatsoever; it's not a single one-and-done cost. After you build this
structure, it's gonna need the plumbing, the electric, the work done. It's not just
going to stand alone and just continue to produce for you, unless we're talking
about a brochure. So, it will cost what you have, balanced with what you need,
and I've given you some ranges there -- you can build at these different levels.
"How hard is it to change that thing on the website?" Now the funny thing about making
changes on the websites is, there is super easy and super hard depending on
how flexible you are in terms of how that's executed. Most sites -- say, if you
are in a Wordpress site -- have style sheets. So if you wanted to make a change,
let's say, to the color of the background, or color of the nav: that is literally
like one line of code that you can just change. Generally speaking, we're talking
about an hour's worth of work in order to change a color, or change something
about the nav, and move things around and organize. Those are controlled generally
through WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editors. So inside of WordPress you
can go in, click inside the menu, and suddenly move things around. So those
types of changes, pretty easy. However, if you're starting to play around with the
functionality of the site, that's going on for every site, every page, then it can
get a bit deeper. If you have to go in too deep, what is called the backend
coding, of how maybe forms are working -- depends on how that's set up -- that can be
difficult, because it deals with a database. You want to also consider, if
you are making aggressive changes to the layout of pages, how it's not just your
desktop, but also how it's gonna appear on mobile. But if you come in with a
flexibility -- "Hey, I'm trying to get from point A to point B for my users and be a
bit more flexible," rather than saying, "It has to be done exactly this way. It must
be 800 pixels wide, or I'll eat my hat!" -- you can work with a developer in
finding the the most reasonable way of executing the edits on hard or easy to
change in a website. "How long will it take to do X or Y?" You're gonna get a
much more vague answer if you're not as specific. So again, I encourage you, even
if you're just doing some updates, to really itemize it out. You can use a
faceted feature list to say, here are all the -- here's all the functionality
elements that I want done on my site, and then go through and say, all right, here's
my business need, here's my user value for it from one to five. And please, as
you know, you can ask your developer, please give me a rating of one through
five -- one being easy, five being hard -- of how long you think this will get to take.
You're doing two things. One -- you're proving yourself the value of whether or
not it's worth it to build the thing. And then, also, you can maybe reprioritize
based on how hard it is and also the value you're gonna give to the business
or your users. In terms of estimation, anytime someone says, "Hey, you know," once
we're getting over the couple hours fix, and it's like, "Oh that'll take me a few
days." In your mind, a few days means, "All right, I can get it by freaking Friday,
because I'm talking to you on Monday." In developer-speak it's could meaning like
that many hours, so wait a minute they're actually talking about 24 actual hours,
and they're doing 24 hours of in-depth, focused coding over the course of a
month. Clarify when you're talking about days, in terms of number of hours to do
the work, or delivery dates. As a rule, in my opinion and in my experience,
developers are not the best project managers. So I'd go back to the faceted
feature list, saying, "Hey, which features are we rolling out at which parts?"
"How long will it take?" is generally best answered if you can itemize what you're
trying to do -- again the great tool, wholewhale.com/rfp. "How long until
Google indexes my site or I show up in search?" The most common time you're
asking this question is either when you have created a new site, or relaunched
your old site. In the case that you have relaunched your old site and you're
starting to see a more than three month drop in traffic as Google re-indexes
your pages -- ideally it's before that you start to see that, all right, organic
traffic, which means people typing in keywords that come to your site
previously, start to rise back up again, great -- but if that's not happening after
three months, something is very very wrong,
and you should do something like hire an SEO expert, in order
to come in and see like what's gone wrong. How long it's going to take to
show up in Google search results is a tricky one, because it may never. You
should start to see a bit of trickle into that, into that page though, over
that course of anywhere from like three to six months start to see a
little bit more, but in general if you've waited six months and you're still not
there, you're definitely like -- nothing's coming for you, right? Train's left the
station, you just didn't optimize for that keyword the way you should've. You can
do searches on incognito and see where you're landing. You can use certain tools
like Moz or even ahrefs to find where you're ranking on that
page. It's also dependent on a number of SEO factors. Whole Whale has got an
online course for content marketing and SEO which goes, you know, hours into the
topic. "How long until this happens?" can be difficult. You should be at least
monitoring and being able to answer your own questions by also using Google
Search Console, in conjunction with Google Analytics, to tell the traffic
that's coming into your page: to see which pages you're on and frankly if
you're not on page one that's where 90% of that traffic is going anyway from the
the click-through, or they refine the search. So that is the the general answer.

hi guys so in this video I am going to show you how you can create fallout 76

that will enable you to transform fallout 4 into fallout 76 but obviously

released so part 1 is going to be covering just a single mod however it is
going to be vital in creating fallout 76 in fallout 4 and that is fallout 4 76 by
skk 50 so this mod adds a whole lot of features that turn your game into a
fallout 76 simulator also please note that some of these features in this mod
are tongue-in-cheek and mocks some of the features that Bethesda are planning
to add so the first thing that this mod does is remove almost all the human and
pcs in the game this also includes ghouls for some reason because when I
was playing there with no ghouls a wild part from dead ones that I could find
also I say almost because the mod author states on the mod page the mod hides 95
percent of rural folks and 80 percent of urban populations Diamond City clears 52
of 65 MPC's imagine the rest are all natural humans minding their own
business I think he meant neutral so yeah essentially this mod removes all
the human NPCs that is possible I also recommend installing this mod first and
starting a new playthrough as if you have any other mods that add quests or
NPCs they will remain in your game this will also be important when we come to
the creature part of this series where we will be adding in new things for us
to fight also in case you were wondering well how am I suppose
to get into diamond city without NPCs well fortunately the mod author thought
about this too and has automatically opened places such as Diamond City
Covenant and Hagen skk 50 has gone so far to have even unlocked all settlement
workshops as you won't have Preston gravy sending you to help settlements
24/7 so moving on to feature 2 and this feature is going to add in random human
griefers so these will act as or the players and these will spawn and follow
you but that's not all they will do they will actually send you taunt messages
that appear as notifications on your hood I think this feature is pretty
hilarious also expect some if not all of the grief is to be hostile so don't let
your guard down not only this the griefers will actually level with your
character so they have different names as both you and them level up so we have
the noob scrub plat and looped so expect a bit of a fight I played an hour of
this modern I only had two encounters of other players so it's not going to be
happening constantly so number three is something I've been waiting for someone
to modern to fallout 4 since Bethesda's III conference and so now we have random
nuking so this comes from the new nuke mechanic that is being introduced into
fallout 76 basically across the game you can find parts of a new code and if you
get all the parts of the code you and your friends are able to nuke an area of
the map and turn it into a high level area with tough creatures and valuable
loot the nuke system won't let you target one person so it seems pretty
balanced but anyway with the mod installed every so often you're going to
get a nuke coming at you from the sky without almost no warning in the hour I
played I experienced 10 nuke situations however despite having a little warning
you can avoid them quite easily and also if you're in a settlement the nukes
won't be launched directly at you so you can still craft your heart's content
without any interruption and finally the fourth thing this mod adds is what the
mod author has called grief proof player undead feature that responds your
character at a randomly owned settlement with all your loot and items intact if
you die I think this is a nice mechanic Bethesda are adding into Fallout 76 so
if you do get killed or the players it's not permit death
unfortunately when I was playing the feature wasn't working correctly as as I
died I spawned back in the same place that I had died I don't know if that's
problem I end but I will let the mud or thumb know about the issue the only
other things to mention is that the mod adds an enable and disable note and
clicking on the note will enable or disable all the features I have just
mentioned you have to activate the enable note when you first install the
mod else nothing will happen and likewise make sure you use the disable
note before you uninstall the mod finally the mod author suggests
downloading the craft weapons and scrap ammo mod as KK 50 has also made as
without any human NPCs ammo is going to be very rare anyway guys that's it for

Chandra Mahalanobis, an Indian researcher and a connected analyst.
He was conceived on 29 June 1893 in Culcutta, Bengal, Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis is associated
with the separation of Mahalanobis, a factual measure, and for being one of the individuals
from the main Planning Commission of Free India.
He made spearheading contemplates in anthropometry in India.
He established the Institute of Statistics of India and added to the plan of substantial
scale overviews.
He kicked the bucket at 78 years old on 28th June 1972.
