-I want to talk about "America's Got Talent."
How are all the judges? How's Howie doing?
How's everyone doing? -They're amazing.
I love being on that show. -You do?
-I have the most -- -I can tell that you like it.
-I have the most fun there. I mean, Howie, Simon, Mel,
and then, these amazing people that come onto the stage,
some not so amazing, but it's still fun to see them, too.
[ Laughter ]
-Yeah, is it tough to be hard on them if, like,
"Oh, man, this person is just a loser."
-It's getting easier and easier. [ Laughter ]
-Just like, "Oh, man." -Well, I would never say that,
because I don't want people to walk away crying.
But definitely, this is my sixth year being there,
and it gets easier. -Yeah.
Are the judges getting nicer?
-It's getting easier for me to say "no" to them.
-If it is bad can you, like, "I can't even talk.
Good to see you. Bye"?
You have to make up something. -No, you should say something.
-You should. -Yeah.

I just try to wrap it in a nice package with a bow on it

doing it the way Simon does it most of the time.
-Exactly, yeah.
But I love seeing the thing, and I love the Golden Buzzer.
-I do, too. -Did you use yours?
-I have used mine. -Oh!
-Everyone else has been aired already,

Yes. -Oh, really?
-I think I have the winner this year.
-You really do? -I think I really do.
-Let me guess what it is. Let me guess.
Don't say anything.
It starts with an "A"?
Animal. It's a dog?
Is it a dog? -No, it's not a dog.
We did have a singing dog on, but, honestly,
he didn't really sing, so I was like, "What is that?"
[ Laughter ]
And Simon loved it. I'm like, "He doesn't even sing.
He howls like any other dog. What are you on?"
-It's just a barking dog. Yeah.
No, so, can you say who it is, or, no, you don't want to say?
-No, I can't say who it is but, um...
-It's coming up in an episode.
-This person has the total package, I think.
And if this person maybe doesn't win on this show,
I think this person will be a superstar.
-Really? -And I think that's why
they haven't aired my Golden Buzzer yet,
because I think that --
We kind of have this inside thing,
this "We're fighting about who is gonna win this."
-You mean, they're competitive. -Yeah, we're very competitive.
You know, Simon's always like, "Mine is gonna win!"
And Mel's like, "What are you talking about?!
Mine is gonna win!" and then, Howie thinks
his is gonna win, so we always have
this little bet going on inside.
