What does your ex's Instagram account saying about you?
Well in this video, I'm going to answer just that.
How's it going, YouTube?
My name is Brad Browning and I'm YouTube's #1 breakup coach.
My channel is rapidly approaching 20 million views and 150,000 subscribers….
And I can't believe it!
Never in a million years did I think that I'd get to this point in my career…so
thank you so much for your likes, comments, and subscribes!
Keep it up and I'll continue releasing new content on YouTube for years to come!
So what's your ex's Instagram account saying about you and your breakup?
Well first of all, I have to get something off my chest here… and it's one of the
biggest problems my clients have when it comes to getting their ex back.
See, in the wake up of a big breakup, the natural tendency is to start freaking out…
and understandably so!
You're heartbroken and depressed...and it's a big deal.
But a lot of my clients will email me with 4000 word essays about the details of their
recent split… and they'll pore through every single e-mail and text message their
ex sent leading up to the breakup.
This kind of "overanalysis" is NOT going to help you win your ex back… in fact, the
more you delve into the nooks and crannies of your past relationship, the worse off you'll
be when it comes to getting your ex back.
If you've been watching my YouTube videos, or better yet, if you've purchased my Ex
Factor Guide program, then you'll know that putting your ex up on the metaphorical 'pedestal'
is NOT the way you get them attracted to you again.
In fact, it only makes matter worse… and by over-analyzing your ex's every behaviour,
you're going to make getting past the breakup even more difficult for yourself.
So if this is the type of behaviour you're exhibiting right now… take a deep breath
and STOP.
I know it's tough, but trust me, it's time to get over this negative behaviour.
Heck, I had one client that was so caught up in this sort of 'over-analyzing' behaviour,
that he was asking me why his ex was using a different Instagram filter… yeah, that
guy was insane.
But if you really think your ex is trying to send you a 'covert message' on Instagram,
then here are a few tips that I can quickly go over here…
1.)
Look to see if your ex is changing his or her "Insta-Behaviour".
Is your ex posting more?
Are they posting less?
Has the mood of your ex's Instagram account changed?
You can get a little insight into how your ex is doing after the breakup by seeing how
their posting habits have changed.
If they're posting a lot more, then maybe they're trying to break out of their shell
a little bit… if they haven't posted in awhile, then maybe they're depressed or
sad about the breakup.
While it's a little silly to try and interpret these emotions through their Instagram account,
knowing this little sign might be useful moving forward when you actually use some of my tips
and tactics to get him or her back.
2.)
If your ex posts a ton of 'socially high value' pictures, they could be trying to
make you jealous.
If your ex is suddenly trying to impress the world by posting 'party pictures' or pictures
with a ton of members of the opposite sex, then he or she might be trying to make you
jealous.
At this point, it's important keep in mind that if your ex is acting like this, then
all they're trying to do is provoke an emotional response from you.
But here's the thing: you have to remember to NOT take the bait.
If you start angrily texting or calling your ex, he or she will know that their attempts
to make you jealous are working.
So the most powerful thing you can do right now is act indifferently and let your ex know
that you simply don't care about what's happening in their life.
By doing so, you start to subtly shift the power from your ex to you… and he or she
will begin to chase YOU down for approval.
For more tips and tricks on how to make your ex chase you down, just head on over to BreakupBrad.com
and watch the free video presentation on that website.
Again, that URL is BreakupBrad.com… and I think you'll be pretty shocked at the
end of that video…so make sure you watch the whole video on that website.
3.)
Your ex is posting depressing photos.
If your ex is constantly posting sad photos with depressing hashtags and captions, it's
obvious that he or she is lonely.
If you see this happening, then continue engaging in no contact.
You need to let your ex go through these negative emotions.
The more he or she feels this sadness, the more likely that they're going to reach
out and contact you.
And if your goal is to get your ex back, then sit back and let your ex come to YOU.
If you want to make your ex even more attracted to you, then post happy and positive pictures
on Instagram – for eg., post pictures of you smiling with friends, family… and make
it known to the world you're enjoying life.
When your ex sees this, he or she will be begging for a second chance in no time.
