Federal officers catch smugglers bringing drugs into the U.S. - Duration: 2:34.

CRUZ TAKES YOU TO THE BORDER, TO

SEE THE DAILY FIGHT TO KEEP

ILLEGAL DRUGS OU

MEGAN: IT IS EASY TO BLEND IN IN

A CROWD.

SO IMAGINE --

>> LOOKING AT THE DRIVERS AND

THE PASSENGERS --

>> HOW DIFFICULT IT MUST BE, TO

BE A CUSTOMS AND BORDER

PROTECTION OFFICER.

>> IS THIS A VEHICLE, WHERE ARE

YOU GOING?

MEGAN: AT JUST THIS ONE PORT OF

ENTRY BETWEEN EL PASO, TEXAS AND

MEXICO --

>> WE SEE BETWEEN 32 AND 35,000

VEHICLES A DAY.

ABOUT 25,000 PEDESTRIANS.

MEGAN: IT'S THEIR JOB TO QUICKLY

SPOT WHO AND WHAT SHOULD NOT BE

ALLOWED INTO THE UNITED STATES.

TONIGHT WE'RE FOCUSING ON THEIR

SEARCH FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS, AS

AMERICANS DIE OF DRUGS AT AN

UNPRECEDENTED RATE.

>> THESE LARGE SCANNERS ARE FOR

THE LICENSE PLATES.

MEGAN: OFFICERS USED IMPRESSIVE

TOOLS TO SEARCH PEOPLE AND CARS

THE TRIED AND TRUE DRUG SNIFFING

DOGS.

THIS IS AN X-RAY MACHINE THAT

CAN SCAN YOUR ENTIRE CAR

AND THIS DENSITY METER CAN SHOW

IF SOMETHING'S HIDING INSIDE A

TIRE OR FENDER.

BUT, THE CBP SAYS THEIR BEST

TOOL, IS BY FAR THEIR OFFICERS'

OWN INSTINCTS.

>> JUST A FEELING.

A GUT FEELING.

MEGAN: AND OFFICER LARRY GARDEA

JUST KNEW SOMETHING, DID NOT

LOOK RIGHT ABOUT THIS WHITE VAN.

OFFICER GARY GARDEA SAYS HE

NOTICED AN ODD BULGE TO THE BACK

SEAT.

WHEN HE CUT IT OPEN, YOU WON'T

BELIEVE WHAT HE FOUND.

SO THEY HOLLOWED THIS OUT?

>> AND THEY FILL IT WITH

NARCOTICS.

MEGAN: BRICK AFTER BRICK OF

MARIJUANA, NEARLY 40 POUNDS.

>> ABOUT $800 A POUND.

MEGAN: THAT PAY OFF, A RISK

WORTH TAKING FOR SOME.

THESE SMUGGLERS GETTING SNEAKIER

EVERY DAY.

>> THEY LIKE TO USE FAMILIES.

I HAVE SEEN KIDS SITTING ON

NARCOTICS.

MEGAN: LAST YEAR, CBP SEIZED A

TOTAL OF ABOUT 75,000 POUNDS OF

MARIJUANA, COCAINE, HEROIN, AND

METH JUST AT THE EL PASO PORT OF

ENTRIES.

IN 2015, MORE THAN 50,000

AMERICANS DIED OF A DRUG

OVERDOSE.

THE MOST EVER IN RECORDED

HISTORY, WITH OPIOID ADDICTIONS

DRIVING THE EPIDEMIC.

CHIEF RUBEN JAUREGUI SAYS THAT'S

WHY HIS OFFICERS PROTECT OUR

PORTS OF ENTRY --

>> THIS IS THE FRONT DOOR OF

THEIR HOME.

THESE COMMUNITIES, THESE CITIES,

THEIR FAMILIES ARE HERE.

THEIR CHILDREN ARE HERE.

White House Pressed On Whether Its Staff Can Be Trusted | The 11th Hour | MSNBC - Duration: 6:48.

. >>> I THINK WE WERE ABSOLUTELY

GIVEN THE INFORMATION THAT WE COULD HAVE AT THAT TIME.

IT WAS A QUICK MOVING PROCESS. >> AND WOULD YOU SAY THAT THAT

INFORMATION WAS ACCURATE THEN OR IS NOR ACCURATE NOW?

>> I WOULD SAY THAT AFTER HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH THE

PRESIDENT, YOU DON'T GET MUCH MORE ACCURATE THAN THAT.

>> WELCOME BACK TO THE 11th HOUR.

THE QUESTION OF WHETHER THE WHITE HOUSE PRESS CORPS AND THE

AMERICAN PEOPLE CAN TRUST THE WORD OF THE PRESS SECRETARY CAME

UP TODAY. HERE IS MORE OF THAT EXCHANGE

BETWEEN SARA SANDERS AND MAJOR GARRETT.

>> SHOULD REPORTERS AND THE COUNTRY ESSENTIALLY WAIT FOR A

PRONOUNCEMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT BEFORE BELIEVING THAT WHICH IS

STATED ON HIS BEHALF BY THE WHITE HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS

STAFF? >> LOOK, MAJOR, I'M NOT GOING TO

GET INTO BACK-AND-FORTH THAT WE HAVE TO HAVE LIKE A DIRECT QUOTE

EVERY SINGLE TIME. YOU GUYS WANT TO GET LOST IN THE

PROCESS -- >> I DON'T THINK A QUESTION AND

GIVING AN ANSWER IS LOST IN THE PROCESS, SARA, WITH ALL RESPECT.

>> AND I'M ANSWERING THOSE QUESTIONS.

IT'S VERY SIMPLE. THE PRESIDENT DECIDED TO FIRE

DIRECTOR COMEY. NOBODY ELSE GETS TO MAKE THAT

DECISION, AND HE MADE IT. HE STANGDS BY IT.

AS DO THE REST OF IT. >> LISA BRING IN OUR GUEST

FORMER UNDERSECRETARY OF STATE FOR PUBLIC DIPLOMACY AND PUBLIC

AFFAIRS, RICK STENGEL, WHO ALSO HAPPENS TO BE FORMER MANAGING

EDITOR OF TIME MAGAZINE. AND OUR FRIEND HISTORIAN

PRESIDENTIAL BIOGRAPHER AND AUTHOR, JOHN MEECH HAM COMES

BACK ON THE BROADCAST WITH US. JOHN, I'LL GINL WITH YOU.

MAJOR GARRETT IS A GOOD GUY AND A SOLID JOURNALIST AND WAS NOT

BEING FACETIOUS WHEN HE SAID DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE

PRESIDENT'S PRO NOUMT. YOU AND I HAVE TALKED BEFORE

ABOUT THIS PRESIDENT WHO LACKS A BASELINE OF HISTORY IN THE

PRESIDENCY THAT POLITICIANS WITH THEIR EYES ON THIS PRIZE ALL

THEIR EYES ON HAVE. IT'S NOBODY'S FAULT HE CAME FROM

A DIFFERENT WORLD. IS THAT ALSO -- DOES THAT

TRANSLATE INTO NOT KNOWING THAT THERE ARE CERTAIN RILES, MOREAS

AND LAWS THAT SOMETIMES GOVERN YOUR COMMENTS?

>> WELL, PRESIDENT TRUMP IS LIKE ALL OF US, TO SOME EXTENT, A

PRISON OF HIS OWN EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A MAN WHO HAS BEEN

REPORTED ACTUALLY PRETHE ENDED TO BE HIS OWN SPOKESMAN IN THE

TABLOID YEARS.

>> JOHN MILLER. >> JOHN MILLER AND JOHN BARE

RON. SO I THINK WHEN THE HISTORY OF

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS WRITTEN, THERE ARE GOING TO BE A

COUPLE OF REALLY IMPORTANT HISTORICAL FIGURES WHO ARE

ANTI-SEEDENTS HERE. ONE IS JOE KOHN WHO TUTORED

TRUMP IN THE ART OF CHANGING THE STORY, GOING FOR THE HEADLINE,

FIGHTING WARS IN THE TABLOIDS. THE OTHER IS RUPERT MURDOCK WHO

HELPED CREATE THAT CULTURE IN THE MODERN ERA IN NEW YORK, AND

UP THINK THAT ESSENTIALLY, WHAT WE'RE SEEING -- AND RICK HAS

BEEN IN THIS POSITION WHEN HE'S SERVEGING THE COUNTRY -- THERE

IS THIS -- TO USE AN OLD WATERGATE PHRASE, THERE IS THIS

ENORMOUS CREDIBILITY GAP. ONE PARENTHETICAL PRUMPLT HAS

EXPLAINED WHY HE DID IT BUT WILL THAT BE THE EXPLANATION

TOMORROW? >> RIGHT.

AND RICK, THE REASON IT'S IMPORTANT TO BELIEVE THAT PODIUM

AND THE PERSON STANDING BEHIND IT IS TOMORROW'S BRIEFING, GOD

FORBID, MAY BE ABOUT A U.S. MILITARY ACTION WE HAVE TAKEN

OVERNIGHT OVERSEAS. AND WE MAY HAVE TO DETAIL THE

SATELLITE EVIDENCE THAT LED US TO MAKE THAT DECISION.

ITS HAS TO BE BELIEVABLE JUST AS EVERY WORD FROM THAT PODIUM HAS

TO BE BELIEVABLE. >> YES, BUT I WOULD SAY THAT

WITH ALL DUE RESPECT TO MAJOR GARRETT, THE QUESTION IS A

LITTLE BIT DISINGENUOUS IN THE SENSE THAT NOBODY HAS THE

REALITY THE WAY THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF HAS THE REALITY, WHETHER

HE RE-ARRANGES IT OR NOT. EVERY TIME YOU'RE UP AT THAT

PODIUM YOU'RE TRYING TO TRANSLATE SOMETHING THAT YOU

KNOW THAT'S IMPERFECT IN A WAY THAT AT LEAST IS PLAUSIBLE AND

TRUTHFUL TO THE PEOPLE SITTING THERE.

I MEAN,ITY THINK SOMEBODY MENTIONED MIKE McCURRY EARLIER.

>> THAT WAS ME. >> WHO -- YES.

WHO I THINK SET THE STANDARD FOR BEST PRESS SECRETARY.

HE HAD THE PHRASE WHAT'S YOUR JOB.

MY JOB IS TO TELL THE TRUTH, SLOWLY.

>> THAT'S RIGHT. HE WAS ADEPT AT THAT.

>> SOME OF THAT IS BECAUSE YOU KNOW THINGS THAT YOU CAN'T SAY,

HOW CAN YOU SAY THINGS THAT YOU KNOW THAT ARE TRUTHFUL WITH --

AND BE ABLE TO PROTECT YOUR BOSS, THE PRESIDENT, AND BE ABLE

TO PROTECT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE AND THAT'S SOMETHING WHEN YOU'RE

IN GOVERNMENT ALL THE TIME, THINGS THAT YOU JUST CAN'T TALK

ABOUT. BUT YOU CAN'T BE UNTRUTHFUL,

EITHER. >> JOHN MEACHAM, YOU HAVE SPENT

TIME WITH THIS PRESIDENT. IN THE LIFE OF PRESIDENTS, THE

GREAT THING ABOUT BEING HISTORIAN IS MOST OF THE MODERN

ERA PRESIDENTS HAVE HAD P HISTORIANS IN BECAUSE THEY'RE

INTO YOUR LINE OF WORK AND THE BOOKS YOU'VE WRITTEN AND THEY'VE

READ THEM AND WANT TO DISCUSS THEM.

WITHOUT SHARING WHAT YOU CAN SHAIR ABOUT PRIVATE SOMETIME

YOU'VE SPENT WITH THIS PRESIDENT, WHAT TRATSZ HAVE YOU

REFLECTED BACK ON WATCHING HIM THESE PAST JUST FEW DAYS?

>> I DECLARE I HAVEN'T SPOKEN DIRECTLY WITH PRESIDENT TRUMP I

THINK SINCE JUNE OR JULY OF LAST YEAR, SO THAT SHOULD BE CLEAR.

BUT I THINK WHAT WE SEE HERE IS HE IS SELF-AWARE IN THIS SENSE.

WHEN I ASK HIM IN THAT SERIES OF QUESTIONS FOR RICK'S ALMA MATER

FOR TIME LAST SUMMER, IT WAS ABOUT WERE THERE A -- KWR THERE

ANALOGOUS FIGURES IN HIS MIND, WERE THERE CASE STUDIES IN HIS

MIND ABOUT DIFFERENT PRESIDENTS AS HE PREPARED FOR T FOR THE

PRESIDENCY AND WE ENDED UP TALKING ABOUT BABE RUTH AND

LYDIA KO, THE GREAT ASIAN AMERICAN GOLFER.

BABE RUTH HAD BEEN ASKED ACCORDING TO TRUMP, HEY, BABE,

HOW DO YOU HIT THE LONG BALL? AND RUTH SAID I DON'T KNOW.

I JUST SWING AT IT. AND TRUMP SAID I JUST SWING AT

IT. AND LYDIA KO WAS ASKED HOW DO

YOU HIT YOUR SHOTS AND SHE SAID I DON'T KNOW.

I JUST HIT THE BALL. THAERLS NO LUCY AND THE FOOTBALL

HERE. HE IS A GUT PLAYER.

IT'S INSTIKTDIVE, AND HE IS TOTALLY CONVINCED THAT HE CAN

BULLY HIS WAY THROUGH ALMOST ANY

But I ordered the potato soup.

Music.

Waiter: Welcome to the restaurant from Hotel Antrim.

I am Roland and will be your waiter for this evening.

Do you need a menu or do you already know what you would like?

Customer: I don't know yet, what I would like.

Waiter: Here is the menu.

Would you like to order something to drink in the meantime?

Customer: I would like a mineral water.

Waiter: With or without carbonation?

Customer: A still mineral water, please.

Waiter: Coming right up.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: A still mineral water for you.

Have you decided what you would like to eat?

Customer: Maybe. What would you recommend?

Waiter: I can recommend the pork roast, but the beef roulade is also very popular.

Customer: Does the beef roulade have a lot of onions?

Waiter: There are a few pieces in there, but I don't think that it is too much.

Customer: I think, I'll take the pork roast.

Waiter: And the side dish?

Customer: Hmm. I didn't think about that. What do you offer?

Waiter: It is on this page of the menu.

Potato salad, coleslaw, red cabbage, sauerkraut, spätzle, boiled potatoes, or dumplings.

Customer: Spätzle and red cabbage, please.

Waiter: Good decision. Our spätzle is wonderful.

Would you like a salad or a soup? The soup of the day is potato soup.

Customer: A potato soup, please.

Waiter: Thank you.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: Here is your salad. Enjoy.

Customer: But I ordered the potato soup.

Waiter: Oh. I'm so sorry.

The salad is for the man over there.

I will bring you your potato soup right away.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: Potato soup for you. Enjoy.

Customer: Do you have a spoon?

There isn't any silverware on the table.

Waiter: Oh my. Here it is.

Customer: Thank you.

But there isn't a spoon in there.

I can't eat potato soup with a fork.

Waiter: Hmm. Let's see.

Aha. Here is a spoon.

Customer: But it is dirty.

Customer: I would rather have a new spoon, please.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: A spoon for you.

Customer: It is already cold.

Waiter: I'm very sorry. I will warm it up again for you.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: Roast beef with dumplings and sauerkraut.

Customer: I ordered the pork roast with red cabbage and spätzle.

Yes. That is the pork roast...

that is spätzle and...

I am color blind. Does that look red?

Customer: Actually, more purple, but that is red cabbage.

Waiter: Great. Enjoy.

Customer: I'm not eating that. You put your finger in my food.

Waiter: But how else was I supposed to know if it was pork roast or beef roast?

Customer: They don't look the same.

You could smell the food or simply ask in the kitchen,

before you bring the food to the customer without knowing what is really on the plate.

Waiter: But you don't have to be so mean. I will get a new plate for you.

Customer: Thank you.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: PORK roast with spätzle and RED cabbage.

Customer: Thank you. May I also have some pepper?

Waiter: The pepper is already on the table.

Customer: The pepper shaker is on the table, but it is empty.

Waiter: I will fill it up and come back.

Customer: Thank you.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: Your pepper, my lord.

** a few minutes later **

Waiter: And how does it taste?

Customer: Everything is very delicious.

Waiter: Would you like some dessert?

Customer: No, thank you. Just the check, please.

Waiter: Maybe a piece of Black Forest cherry torte, an apple strudel, or a bowl of ice cream?

Customer: The bill. That is all.

Waiter: Then that would be €38.50.

Customer: €40. Keep the change.

Waiter: Thank you. Have a great rest of your evening. Good-bye.

Records show officer was not disciplined according to APD guidelines - Duration: 1:59.

ER SANDRA

RAMIREZ LOOKS INTO WHAT APD'S

POLICIES CALL FOR AND WHAT

ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN THESE

CASES.

SANDRA: WELL DOUG, AN APD

SPOKESPERSON TELLS ME THERE IS

NO SET LIMIT TO HOW MANY TIMES

AN OFFICER CAN BE PUNISHED, IT

JUST DEPENDS ON THE CASE.

BUT I LOOKED THROUGH THE

DEPARTMENT'S POLICIES, AND FOUND

THE PUNISHMENTS HANDED TO

MCDONNELL, DIDN'T ALWAYS FOLLOW

THEIR OWN GUIDELINES.

NEARLY A MONTH LATER AND IT'S

STILL HARD TO WATCH THE VIDEO OF

THIS CRASH.

TONIGHT, THERE ARE STILL A LOT

OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS LIKE

JUST HOW FAST WAS OFFICER

JONATHAN MCDONNELL GOING.

APD WON'T TELL US, BUT WE DO

KNOW OFFICER MCDONNELL HAD BEEN

DISCIPLINED FOR AT LEAST FIVE

OTHER CRASHES.

THEY ALL FALL UNDER A CLASS SIX

OFFENSE, THE SECOND LEAST

SERIOUS CLAS

APD GAVE HIM A LETTER OF

REPRIMAND AFTER HIS FIRST CRASH

IN 2009.

THAT'S STANDARD POLICY.

MCDONNELL'S SECOND CRASH IN

OTOBER OF 2012 WAS TREATED AS A

FIRST OFFENSE, BECAUSE MORE THAN

TWO YEARS HAD PASSED SINCE HIS

LAST CRASH

HE RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER OF

REPRIMAND.

BUT WHEN MCDONNELL HIT A STOP

SIGN IN AUGUST 2014, APD'S

DISCIPLINE SYSTEM SAYS HE SHOULD

HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED BETWEEN 8 TO

32 HOURS.

INSTEAD, HE WAS ONLY HANDED A

THIRD LETTER OF REPRIMAND.

LESS THAN A YEAR LATER,

MCDONNELL WAS INVOLVED IN

ANOTHER PREVENTABLE CRASH

ACCORDING TO THIS CHART, THAT

WOULD MAKE IT A THIRD OFFENSE,

PUNISHABLE BY A SUSPENSION OF 40

TO 80 HOURS.

IT DOESN'T END THERE THOUGH.

EIGHT MONTHS AFTER THAT,

MCDONNELL REARENDED ANOTHER

VEHICLE.

UNDER APD POLICY, THIS OFFENSE

SHOULD HAVE RAISED IT TO A MORE

SERIOUS CLASS REQUIRING A

SUSPENSION OF 88-160 HOURS.

MCDONNELL WAS ONLY SUSPENDED F

EIGHT HOURS.

I ASKED AN APD SPOKESPERSON WHY

MCDONNELL WASN'T DISCIPLINED

ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY, AND

SHE TELLS ME THE CHART IS JUST

GUIDELINE, AND APD CONSIDERS ALL

OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES BEFORE

How to Take Photos like a Professional | Take a photos like DSLR in Android | TechFanciers | Stark - Duration: 6:33.

//Intro// Yes,

How Many Of You Having DSLR?

I hope some of you have that at the same time many of you haven't

But, Don't worry

We have another solution…

//Title card// And yes turn on the CC if you want.

As usual all the links in the description below.

So let's get in…

DSLR is the Camera.

That is used to shot or record the Medias.

But why DSLR To take the picture

We have point shoot camera, That captures

Very clear detailed picture.

But that is Not suitable for to record the video

The camcorder is Enough device to record the videos.

But the problem is It does not suitable for image capturing,

Now the DSLR The digital single lens reflex camera,

The good part is it is suitable for Both

Capturing image and recording video.

The cool thing is lens blur like our Eyes It only focus the object.

That makes that picture masterpiece and the second one is colour varientasions

Pictures which is Taken by the DSLR

Look pretty well Because of some artificial colour.

And well set, For Convenient purpose,

I divided this tutorial in two parts The first part shows how to take photos like

DSLR And the Second Part

Gives the crystal clear idea About image corrections and artificial colours.

But it does not reveal any secret.

//capture intro// Getting started from capturing photos.

//capture intro ends// I am not going to tell tons of camera apps

to take DSLR Picture.

But the two camera apps we need now.

The first app Asus PixelMaster Camera.

In that we have the feature called Depth of Field.

From that you can get some natural blur effects.

I think that if your camera supposed to have laser auto focus.

But, Don't worry just try out?

Now that second app, Yes,

The Google camera is the second one.

Open the Google camera And swipe to right

There You can see the lens blur option just select

that.

Here I am telling some guide lines, It requires the good lightning

And fixed possision.

These are the two guidelines.

And it shows the picture tutorial, Just follow

as it is

Now the First part completed, Let's we move to second part.

To repair the image we want one professional Photo Editor,

For instance we can go with the picsart.

Just open that image.

Now add the lens blur in that image.

Just erase the blur In the object and smash the tick,

Now the correction segment.

Open the tools, In that click the adjust,

Add some correction what your heart telling.

And yes don't touch the Hue, After all those thing just save that,

That's all.

Now it's time to show my masterpieces.

I hope you loved this tutorial, If yes means just gave the like.

And if you have any doubts Just comment with the hashtag #RelateTech.

And the videos from new series will be soon.

And here it's stark signing of With quotes of know one thing more than others.

And thank you for watching…!
