All hail the beard it's your boy Big Beard B and we're back from another edition of Big
Beard Business.
In today's video we're discussing one of the web's most searched questions about beards.
On average Google processes about 40,000 searches per second, that's a shit ton!
Some of those questions come from our bearded and aspiring bearded brothers.
What do they want?
Well one of the most popular questions come from men trying to dispel or confirm an age
old question.
That question?
Well its non other than will shaving make my hair grow back faster, thicker or more
coarse.
The short answer is of course - NOT.
However its easy to understand why one may think that.
Gentlemen, I present you Exhibit B, as in Big Beard Business.
The hair follicle grows from a thick base to a fine point, BUT when the hair is cut
or shaved the fine point is no longer pronounced.
What you'll now see is a thicker looking hair shaft because the thin fine point has been
cut.
So once it's cut the hair follicles look thicker until it grows back into the fine point.
Additionally, the base or root of the hair can appear to be more dark and more coarse
then the fine point.
So here's the bottom line if you cut, pick, tweeze or anything to your hair it's not growing
back faster, its not growing back darker and it's not growing back more coarse.
I just gave you the scientific breakdown of how this SHIZNIT works, you understand?
But if your looking for ways for your hair to grow back thicker feel free to hit the
link in the description for ways to grow a beard successfully.
It's your boy Big Beard B!
