When we reach 4 energy bars, we can spawn this hero.

This one is super strong.

Like those guys at the gym.

The game is cute

suitable for both kids and adults.

I like this Gummy Bears but they are killing my heroes.

The range is fairly narrow.

Nice beautiful weather outside today and I love hiking!

I love it but I get blisters pretty quickily!

Here is a guide to prevent those or reduce the risk of getting them!

Shoe got a problem!

That's right first of let me tell you the problem

MAY, I said MAY, in MAY, lie in the shoe!

If you ain't got the shoes for it how are you going to stand a chance!

Assure that you wear the right sized shoe, not to big, not to small,

not a one fits all!

The lenght and the width is important.

You don't need to squeeze in!

This is very important!

Make sure your shoe is laced tightly but not to tightly!

You still need blood to come through!

Oh and did I mention you should get shoe's that can breath?

Geox doesn't have walking shoe's, i think, but they sure can breath

Next up my dear little club of amazingly sexy animals the socks!

get yourself a great pair of socks for hiking!

Get socks that are as seemless as possible, socks are made

of a breathable material and/or a material that soaks up the

moisture but your better of with socks and shoes that don't

make your feet sweaty to start with!

These are fabrics that'll do you good.

Synthetic socks made from acrylic, polypropylene or coolmax fabric!

What else can I throw at you to help you prevent those nasty, lowlife, ignominous,

shabby, loathsome blisters?

Well that's easy talcum powder, baby powder so they say!

If that isn't enough to help you from blistering up

there is still something as a second pair of socks!

Why not!

Why shouldn't you switch your socks for the sake

of not having any blisters!

Using talcum powder in combination with the right sock and a second pair of socks

will get you a long way!

Another tip I heard from a good friend of mine who's a marathon runner

is that you should put Petroleum Jelly or vaseline

on your feet the side effects are that it doesn't wash

out the socks easily but that it can do wonders agains blisters!

Maybe you should try it You can try this or perhaps some heavy antiperspirant deodorant

Here are some more tips before we have to go.

* Cover up the problem spots on your foot with bandages

But be careful this technique can cause rubbing somewhere else

* Stop and Readjust When You Feel a Hot Spot stop!

Put a blister patch on it before it's to late, readjust your sock

in your shoe or switch socks!

* Stay hydrated because dehydration can cause more sweating, your body

needs to get rid from toxin through pee or sweat either way it will!

Here's my conclusion on this video.

1, Invest in breathable, light shoes, that you can tie tightly and

are large and wide enough for your foot but not too much

2, Get breathable socks made of a fabric for long distance walking

3, Put talmac on your socks and in your shoe's.

4, Take extra gear with you for the longer walks
