Rex Tillerson, the former CEO of Exxon turned Secretary of State for some reason, said earlier
this week that it cannot be the job of the United States to worry about all of the human
rights abuses taking place in countries all over the world.
The reason he tells us is because if we're just going around focusing on human rights
issues, who's going to worry about our national security?
More importantly, who's going to worry about our economic security?
After all, if we go to another country and say, "You can't treat your own people like
this, they may not want to trade with the United States.
They may not let United States businesses come in there and do business.
We could lose money."
Yeah, we kind of have to let our American morals and American values go on the backseat
in favor of these economic interests.
Now, he did clarify and said, "Once we get those economic interest secured, maybe then
we start talking about American morals and American values."
Now, I don't know about Rex Tillerson, I don't know what his values are.
I'm pretty sure he has none and has no morals.
I do know that the belief that you shouldn't kill someone simply for being gay, not an
American value, that's just basic human decency.
Yet, that's what's happening right now in Chechnya.
In fact, a story just came out that said the Chechnya government is letting families know
if you have a gay family member, you need to go ahead and kill them or else we're going
to do that for you.
That is what's happening in Chechnya in 2017.
They're killing people for nothing more than being gay.
Down in the Philippines, Duterte, a guy that Donald Trump seems to love, they're killing
poor people.
7,000 low-income Philippine citizens have been slaughtered in a phony war on drugs,
where there's absolutely no evidence to suggest that any of these people that were murdered
were involved in a drug trade.
Yet, they use that as an excuse to murder them.
Go over to the Middle East.
Holy hell, that is the worst place in the world for women to be.
Recently, Saudi Arabia censored German Chancellor Angela Merkel's hair, when she was shown on
national TV.
Saudi Arabia was just put on the Women's Right Council in the United Nations.
I get what you're saying Rex Tillerson.
I know you're a business guy and all you care about in the world is money.
Same thing with Donald Trump.
Human rights be damned, right?
We got to make money.
We can't say that Saudi Arabia is one of the worst human rights abusers in the world, even
though they're consistently rated as such, because we need their oil and Rex Tillerson's
from Exxon.
He's an oil guy, and so he wants the oil.
Everybody, I hope to God that you put those two together.
Rex Tillerson is not out there advancing the United States in any way.
He's not out there trying to make other countries get better or to treat human beings, God forbid,
like human beings.
He's out there closing deals for Exxon.
Don't you think that he is doing anything else.
He's closing deals for other American businesses, and that's what Donald Trump is doing.
That's why we're going to turn a blind-eye to any country that wants to kill somebody
for being gay or kill somebody for being poor or kill somebody for being a woman.
Those are things that are happening on a daily basis around the globe, but we here in the
United States, we don't see those things, we just see dollar signs.

home everyone says go save a puppy so I

my heart set on those little mini golden
so I go down there I see this one I go
oh my god he's in there one day he's in
there one day I'm like they haven't
designed her dog holy shit I wonder if
anyone in this fucking neighborhood even
realizes what this dog is so that's
actually that squeak doesn't even bother
me usually he's jumping on me and shit
he's a very clingy dog real clingy oh my
god all right so I go down there
turns out he's so fucking cute I go
there to adopt him there's like a dozen
people that want the dog I'm like oh man
so he goes to how la is that he goes up
for adoption auction now it's a silent
auction and you have to like you have to
place a bid and like on an index card
you can't show you can't talk about it
you can't beat someone's it's one shot
you get to put it in and you see who
wins and I'm like oh man long story
short I over bid by an embarrassing

bought me the dog and he wired the money
into my account he's such a sweetheart

he's got he was in a cone he got
neutered and everyone was saying through
there like huh he got 60 got six
meanwhile Mickey's looking like I don't
know why they're saying I was fixed I'm
pretty sure my bones were not broken you
know he's like I don't know why or you

pick up his puke I put in a ziploc bag

right now we need to get him into a room

it comes to like a medical thing you

carpet when you're in a hospital right
that's the bad thing so Mickey goes to
the front of the line I'm like oh shit
like an hour or so later they're there
and they do blood tests like everything
is fine but he's not he's not being very
responsive we can't in good conscience
send him home we need to you need to
take him to an overnight 24-hour Pet
Hospital which by the way don't know if
you've ever done this before they build
the same way as if it's a human going in
for surgery oh my god so I'm down in
Culver City this little guy turns out he
was just severely dehydrated because
he's one of those dogs I was taking him
on the walk and I'm like here Mickey
drink the water cuz all the stores you
know like put little bowls of water out
to the dog ha shit
he's like I'm like come on drink the
water cuz I know he needs it he's like
panting he's taking one look at he's
like that is not my water he doesn't
like to share why don't you drink water
from other bulls
alright great right so um he's not
drinking he was severely dehydrated and
he was overheated and was
the end of it but I tell you one thing
it was so sweet of my brother to buy the
dog for me could have bottom again I
should have to Mickey's for what he
tossed in the last two weeks and CNN
just put out this thing - so funny it
was like the cost for owners who have
pets is much greater than they think you
know and they'd like for a dog they said
the average cost to have a doctor like

And I basically added the heal spell to the lavaloon deck. and that makes it crazy strong.

We have the lava hound and the balloon to start with.
He counters with some small units.
we can counter that easily with the goblin gang.
that's what we're doing here. and now of course I'm ready to drop the balloon right behind
the lava hound.
he has an inferno tower for defense.

I'm dropping the heal spell on the balloon and those lava pups.
And the balloon at full health gets to that tower.
It's just crazy.
The balloon is still at full health getting at that tower.
and that tower has been almost destroyed by just one push.

It's the hog rider clone spell deck that he's playing.
and also he has an inferno tower for defense.
you have seen that.
and also a lot of small units.

but again I'm already ready to drop another balloon behind the lavahound.
Again he defends with his inferno tower.

And the tower is already down.
And the balloon is at the king tower but this balloon basically dies.

I drop the heal spell on the lavapups.

And they are everywhere right now.
And again I've got the perfect starting hand here with lavahound balloon and the heal spell.
And I also have a building to defend here.
kind of a good start for me.
he already drops the goblin barrel.
I have to defend there.
And also the bandit.
You know it.
the bandit, if you don't defend the bandit it's doing a lot of damage.
it's just insane.
you don't want the bandit at your tower.
there I already have the lavahound and the balloon at the tower and now again I'm healing
my balloon.
I'm just healing my balloon and the lavapups.
And dang that tower is down again in the first push.
so the heal spell with the balloon is giving such a strong push. and this is another tournament
battle.
now he drops hogrider and bandit which is a strong attack.
I'm kind of close there.
I can drop tombstone just on time.
but he gets some hits with that hogrider. and also he plays a very nice log there.
that hog hit the tower and destroyed all of my small units.
what are we going to do next?
I was thinking whether I should push with lavahound balloon or just try to drop the
balloon.
he drops another goblin barrel.
this time I have the arrows and I'm able to arrow that goblin barrel.
I'm thinking.
Should I drop lavahound or should I just attack.
first I have to defend against that goblin gang.
again he's able to do some small amount of chip damage with the goblin gang.
my tower there is really in danger.
I definitely have to take another tower just to be sure. and you know it, the second time
is always harder than the first time to get that tower.
there's the next hog rider.
nice log. taking out all my skellies and the hog gets one hit and another one and the executioner.
this is the moment where I decide to have a strong push with lavahound balloon.
he counters that with an inferno tower.
I have the arrows to take out the goblins. and again I'm going to use the heal on the
balloon.
And check this out, the balloon dropping its load. and the balloon basically destroys the
tower all alone.
Just the balloon and the heal spell.
isn't that crazy! and he pushes another time on the left lane with a hogrider and a goblin
barrel push.
very strong meta right now.
you know it, hogrider goblin barrel is very strong meta. honestly I'm really happy that
there is a counter deck to that kind of deck you see everywhere.
And here I go all aggressive again with balloon against the tower at full health.
balloon heal-spell going against the full health tower.
and check it out.
the match is over.
just one more second and it would have been another amazing three crown victory.
so just for those of you who don't believe it and want to see another one, here is a
fun battle a play against a sparky. with the exact same deck.
And you know it, my deck is kind of heavy in air.
So sparky is of course a challenge.
And I'm actually thinking here.
how should I counter that sparky.
Shall I counter it at all.
I'm dropping the balloon, I'm dropping some goblins.
Going for his tower.
His sparky goes for my tombstone of course.
And also the tornado is a bit annoying there pulling my balloon away.
And sparky gets a shot and dang my tower is already down.
What did I do?
But we also got a shot at his left tower.
His left tower at 246.
It was very risky play there that I didn't defend that sparky.
And I definitely have to be more careful.
Now I got the heal spell again.
He's dropping a tombstone.
He's trying to protect the tower on the left.
I'm laughing.
Because it's fun.
I drop another lavahound.
His hogrider attacking and I got the goblin gang to defend against the hogrider.
The hog gets one or two hits I guess.
But that's ok.
I got the goblin gang there going for the tombstone.
But the princess doing another great job.
And now she's locked to the lavahound which is awesome because then I can drop the balloon
right behind.
Here the bad thing is, when I played this deck, and I actually switched this afterwards.
I didn't have arrows.
I didn't have arrows in the deck.
Later on I switched the log and replaced with arrows.
So this battle here was actually before the other two battles I showed you.
I made the deck a bit better I think by adding arrows.
There's another hogrider.
And the hogrider pushing.
I have tombstone this time and I'm able to defend it with tombstone.
I also have the goblin gang and actually I'm hoping the goblin gang gets a hit at the tower.
And that actually works.
So that tower is down.
And now I can focus on the other tower.
That's the only difference in this deck that I'm using the log and not the arrows.
And he already damaged my left tower.
so we are behind.
and he drops another sparky. we have to be careful there.
we have to take out the sparky.
I'm dropping goblin gang to distract the sparky.
And we're able to take it out once again.
Once again he's fireballing which is nice play.
And here again I drop a naked balloon.
He attacks the balloon.
Another moment where we don't have arrows.
So really, I replaced the log with arrows. that really helped. and we've seen it in the
other two battles.
they were less close than this one.
so that's really the change here.
it's actually cool to show you first how the deck is now and then in this battle how it
was before.
You actually see what I improved in this deck.
There's the next goblin barrel and another sparky.
I'm able to distract the sparky just a little bit.
Still I'm in trouble here.

He's trying to fireball my tower.
And what can we do?
We need a strong push.
there's the next hog rider.
he's keeping me busy with that goblin barrel hog rider deck. and this time I distract his
minions with the lavahound.
And I'm dropping the goblin gang which takes out his minions.
And now it's time for my balloon heal combo.
And you see it there, my balloon heal going for the tower.
Princess can't do anything against that balloon.
And the tower survives.
but there's a bomb.
the tower isn't down yet but we're now ahead.
And I drop another lavahound.
Again he has to defend with the minion horde. we counter that with the goblin gang.
he drops another goblin barrel.
the log does some more damage.
it's very close here.
really the difference is arrows instead of the log.
I couldn't really do anything about his minion horde.
otherwise I would have won long ago.
so again he used minion horde to defend.
this time they are not going for the balloon. and again the balloon bomb.
the death bomb of the balloon this time together with my log, they take the tower.
and it also was a victory.
So it was also a strong deck but of course better with the arrows.

THAT EFFECT TILL WILL GIVE MORE MONEY, $8 BILLION OVER THE NEXT
FIVE YEARS, TO LOWER THE COST FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PRE-EXISTING
CONDITIONS. THERE WAS A LOT OF CONCERN THAT
THE BILL IN ITS ORIGINAL FORM DIDN'T DO ENOUGH TO PROVIDE
COVERAGE FOR THOSE WITH PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS.
SO THAT REALLY GOT THE BALL OVER THE FINISH LINE.
BUT AS YOU POINT OUT, LESTER, THIS BILL STILL HAS A LONG WAY
TO GO BEFORE IT BECOMES LEGISLATION.
IT MOVES INTO THE SENATE WHERE THERE IS ALREADY STIFF
OPPOSITION AMONG SOME OF PRESIDENT TRUMP'S FELLOW
REPUBLICANS. WATCH TO SEE WHAT THOSE MODERATE
REPUBLICANS HAVE TO SAY IN THE SENATE.
HOW THEY RESPOND. THAT'S GOING TO BE CRITICAL.
HE CAN ONLY AFFORD TO LOSE TWO VOTES IN THE SENATE.
BUT AGAIN, LESTER, THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FIRST STEP.
REMEMBER, THIS IS THE PRESIDENT WHO CAMPAIGNED ON REPEALING AND
REPLACING OBAMACARE. REPUBLICANS HAVE BEEN VOWING TO
DO THIS OVER THE PAST EIGHT YEARS.
THEIR INITIAL ATTEMPTS FAILED SPECTACULARLY.
THIS IS A COMEBACK. THE QUESTION IS CAN THEY KEEP

What is your advice to panelists to really connect with the audience?
Well, now you are stepping into my world.
One, and this is an important note, write this down, Tweet this, whatever you need to
do.
For us to really connect with our audiences, we need to speak as an audience advocate.
Whatever your presentation is or your point of view, you need to look at it, at least
in part from the point of view of the audience.
So, for example, do not say I am going to talk about...
What you will hear from my presentation or what you will learn or perhaps you agree.
So, what I teach all my clients and sales professionals is to have automatic back pocket
phrases that are "you" focused.
In your opinion, from your point of view…
Even if you are talking about, I am your account executive.
I would say in my role as your account executive, you always use you focused language and you
think of their point of view.
