According to a leaked email memo, federal employees, in the United States, are being

instructed to keep televisions in their office tuned to Fox News.

Now, in the past, most of these televisions have been tuned to CNN, which is a fairly

decent nonpartisan really either way news organization, although they do sensationalize

any story that they can for ratings.

They did push Iraq war.

But still, for the most part, fairly nonpartisan.

Not quite MSNBC, kind of down the middle.

Now, thanks to the Trump Administration, federal employees are literally being told what television

network they can watch.

Again, some irony here in the fact that President Trump is going nonstop in his tirades on Twitter

against fake news outlets, but at the same time, informing his employees that, "You're

going to watch Fox News," a network that has been known to spread false, misleading, inaccurate

information since the day the network was conceived.

They're pro-Republican.

They're pro-Trump.

So that's what Trump wants to feed all federal employees throughout the United States.

The particular memo that Think Progress reported on, Buzzfeed reported on, was actually within

the FDA.

Even those organizations, even the organizations that just work on drug approval and drug testing,

they have to watch Fox News and get fed Republican corporate industry propaganda all day long.

Because in the Trump Administration, I guess he wants all of his employees, anyone who

works for the federal government to be as misinformed and stupid as he himself is, because

that's what's going to happen.

I know it's one thing if you don't believe this stuff, you kind of tune it out, but when

it gets fed to you nonstop on a daily basis, some of it will begin to trickle in.

You're going to start believing things because you're going to hear the lies enough that

you will have trouble differentiating between the lies and the truth.

Psychology tells us that.

That's what Trump's trying to do.

We're essentially brainwashing federal employees with this pro-Trump, pro-Republican, pro-corporate

propaganda.

That's not fair to these people.

They didn't sign up for this when they took the jobs.

These televisions, they're only supposed to be background noise.

Instead, Trump wants it to be indoctrination into Republican ideology.

Now keep in mind, these organizations, the FDA, the EPA, these are supposed to be nonpartisan

organizations.

They're just supposed to come in, do their job, tell us what's safe, what's not safe,

and keep the dangerous things out of our way.

He is trying to feed them this Fox News propaganda, because that's all he knows.

That's all he does all day.

According to reports, Trump spends a hell of a lot of time, a lot more than he should,

actually watching Fox News.

I mean, between watching Fox News, and playing golf, and tweeting, I don't know that there's

anything else this man does, except, obviously, he enjoys a good meal every now and then.

What we're seeing happen within this administration goes beyond the borders of just disgusting.

We really are talking about potentially brainwashing these employees with this pro-Trump pep rally

that has been happening on Fox News since Inauguration Day.

He wants these employees to understand how great he is, and how wonderful he is, and

how bad those evil old democrats are.

That's exactly what they're going to get once they're forced by Donald Trump to tune those

TVs over

to Fox News.

Top 5 forbidden apps that are not

available on the Play Store. Before that

Just as the name suggest, it is an adblockler

app. Let's take this site as an example,

here you can see a Google Ad. Now let's

enable the ad blocker by pressing the

on icon and automatically a VPN server

is created. Now let's return to the

website and refresh the page to see it in

action. And voila, you can see that the

ad is gone. It's that simple. In the app

you can see the amount of data saved

by blocking ads and the number of ads

Blocken by the app. Moving on the list:

This apps name is show box. This app is

for those people who don't have enough

money to buy Netflix or other streaming

services. Here you can watch both Latest TV

shows and movies for free. For an example

let's take this movie Dr.Strange.

You can watch it in three different

resolutions which are 360p, 480p, and 720p HD

You can either watch the movie

online or you can download via torrent

which I don't recommend. On clicking the

three dot menu - We are given the option to

change the server and only three servers

are available. What I like the most in

this app is its UI or User interface

which makes it attractive. I prefer this

app to those guys who like to watch TV

shows and movies online instead of

downloading the whole thing.

Next in the list is Terrarium TV

This app just like the last one is used

for watching TV shows and movies but

with more exciting features. For example

let's take this movie Assasins Creed.

First of all you can see the trailer of the movie

Imdb ratings, genre and a short summary

about the Film.

On clicking the play button we are

shown a list of servers having the movie

Click on the one you like, you can

either play the movie and watch it

online or you can download it with the

subtitles. I prefer this app for those

who like downloading the movie and

watching it later, as it has a lot of links

to download from. The fourth app in the

list is Aptoide, This is an alternative

for the Google Play Store you can see

that all the apps are arranged neatly

under their respective headings. The

thing I like the most in aptoide is that

the apps that are paid in the Google

Play Store is available for free in

aptoide. For example let's take GTA San

Andreas. In the Google Play Store we have

to pay Rs.220 for the game while in aptoide,

it's completely free. if you want to

install the app, press the install button and

the apk will be downloaded and you will

be redirected to the install page.

Make sure that there is a verified green

tick near the app to make sure that the

app is not a malware and you're good to go

The last app in the list is Snap tube

This app is used to download video and

audio files from different video sharing

networks like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc

For example let's take YouTube, Select

the video you want and press the

floating download icon on the bottom

right corner. Here you can see the option

to download it as either a audio or a

video file, click on the resolution you

want and the download will start.

Click on the top right button to view download manager

The history of the Australian shepherd may be a bit cloudy and borderline mythical, but

one thing is for sure: the Aussie is not from Australia.

In fact, the breed we know today is distinctly American.

The Scotch collie, Border collie, and English shepherd are all believed to have contributed

to the Australian shepherd bloodline as stockmen worked to create an alert, intelligent, agile,

and adaptable dog ideal for herding in varying terrain, as herders from France and Spain

settled the American West by way or Australia.

The dogs are called Australian shepherds because they were associated with Basque shepherds

that came through Australia to the United States in the 1800s.

It was first recognized by the AKC in 1991.

Being a working dog, Australian shepherds need a job to do.

Aussies are bred to herd, and if you don't give yours a job to do he will find one on

his own.

Inadequate mental stimulation and exercise causes destructive behavior and misbehaving.

Trataka meditation explained with its advanced variations. - Duration: 4:38.

next question is, is it okay to do trataka

meditation on a dot that is nine feet

away? Probably this question is from

somebody who has been practicing with

the trataka technique. For those who do

not know what trataka meditation is, in

simple words you concentrate and bring

all your attention to one spot, one

object and from there on move into

meditation. So what this meditator who

has asked this question needs to very

clearly understand is the process of

concentration meditations such as

trataka. What really happens in this

process when you bring all your

attention, all your energy, all your

consciousness to one single point. Why

are you doing that? You're not doing that

to just look at that

object in more detail, rather this object

is secondary, it's not the primary

purpose of what you're doing. What

happens in this process is that when you

have concentrated all your attention on

a particular object, there comes a point

where suddenly you're concentrated

consciousness and attention jumps from

that object to yourself. So in that state

that object becomes secondary, you almost

forget about that object that object

becomes irrelevant and you suddenly

start to see everything about yourself

and this is a very explosive powerful

way of experiencing oneself for those

who cannot imagine and cannot do

imagination techniques or cannot

do things such as bhakti-yoga where you

need to feel a lot and be a person who

can surrender, who can let go.

Trataka is a powerful technique and

now to the question can you concentrate

on a dot that is nine feet away, I don't

think there is any norm or any specific

distance that is necessary for the

trataka technique. If you can

concentrate on an object that is nine

feet away well you need to have a good

eyesight for that but otherwise it's all

fine as long as this works for you. Try

it out, look at the peak behind me. I was

sitting for few minutes and trying to

concentrate on the peak in fact trying

to do trataka and yeah it was for me a

a similar experience as I would have if

I would put a candle at an arm's length

in front of me so you should try

trataka not only on objects that are

right in front of you but also at

objects that are at a distance and see

if there is a difference, why there is a

difference? And my hope is that you would

come to the same conclusion as me

important is that you can bring all your

attention to a single point whether this

is near you or further away. For those
