What's up guys, for Complex I'm Frazier.
San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz is understandably upset with the Trump regime's response to
Puerto Rico being devastated by back-to-back hurricanes, which have left scores of people
without access to clean drinking water, electricity or food.
Not only has the U.S. response to the disaster in Puerto Rico been slow, Trump took to Twitter
to add insult to injury by threatening to remove FEMA from the island.
Rather, Trump seems most concerned with Puerto Rico repaying a massive debt that exceeds
$70 billion to Wall Street and a collection of hedge fund managers.
"Electric and all infrastructure was disaster before hurricanes.
Congress to decide how much to spend....
...We cannot keep FEMA, the Military & the First Responders, who have been amazing (under
the most difficult circumstances) in P.R. forever!"
Cruz responded on Twitter, calling Donnie a "Hater in chief."
She also released a statement.
""While you are amusing yourself throwing paper towels at us, your compatriots and the
world are sending love and help our way."
She's alluding to the celebrities who in light of Trump's lackluster response have
taken it upon themselves to offer relief for Puerto Rico, such as Fat Joe with TIDAL, Jennifer
Lopez, Pitbull, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Carmelo Anthony.
That's the news for now but with Trump, the nightmare is never over.
