425g Peeled Pumpkin
Water
Cut the pumpkin into pieces for a pot/pan.
Fill with water only to cover the pumpkin. Place on the heat.
The pumpkin cooks fast so be sure to stick a fork to check it.
When it is cooked transfer it to a sieve and let it drain well.
In a hand blender cup put the pumpkin in and puree it.
And it's done.
