Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (English subtitles by ~Aphexx~)
so today! tadaa using chicken ramen.... it seems like you are able to make 'kamatama' chicken ramen
so I'll be using 10 packs of chicken ramen to make that
alrighty lets get cookin'
this is how its made chop up some gr. onion
boil up the chicken ramen and since all 10 won't fit into my pot
I'll be boiling 5 packs at a time
and then separate the noodles from the soup into a bowl
the soup is in a separate bowl and I'll be enjoying that as just a soup
then crack open some eggs
top with onion
then add sesame seeds
and salt and pepper to taste sesame oil
tadaa its all done
and this is the soup that was separated from all the packs of making these chicken ramen
it's got that yummy pepper and gr. onion aroma and you can add whole eggs or just yolks as you prefer
itadakimasu mix it up with the eggs....
ahh looks so yummy
its all mixed up with the egg and so super yummy
I thought that without the soup that it might taste a bit too light
I did add some flavor with the pepper and sesame oil but lack of flavor is definitely not a thing at all
even without the soup its very yummy maybe the soup stock has soaked into the noodles themselves?
if I don't mix it well enough all the eggs will be the first to be gone
and this over here is the soup
its got that chicken ramen flavor that is so good a flavor that just really takes you back
lets just mix everything all up first
it would be terrible if we ran out of eggs
the flavor of the sesame oil is so wonderful as well
these unique thin flat noodles are very yummy as well
I've been thinkin' its pretty tough to eat all this and I just realized its cuz the soup is over here
the soup is on the right its easier to eat if I set it on the right
this sort of reminds me of those soups you get on the side when you order some fried rice at a chinese restaurant
soups are so nice to have
black pepper is yummy
(RAW EGGS: TOTES SAFE IN JAPAN these eggs are safe to eat raw and have no salmonella they taste great and don't "smell")
raw eggs are so yummy aren't they
when you add egg to some chicken ramen it gets diluted by the soup
so its a real good idea to separate them like this

these eggy chicken ramen were so yummy
normal chicken ramen are very yummy but eating this way from time to time is a nice change of pace
