and may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon the messenger Muhammad
and upon all his family and companion.

The West lives now the biggest ethical crisis of all ages.
The numbers of aborted unwanted embryos [infants] that have been killed are sky high.
Few months ago, a hearing was held at the United states Congress
to ban abortion after 42 days - six weeks gestation.
42 Days is a distinctive age at the embryonic level.
And this reminds us with Hadith of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, as he says:
"When forty-two nights pass after the semen gets into the womb,
Allah sends the angel and gives him shape.
Then he creates his sense of hearing, sense of sight, his skin, his flesh and his bones."
The strange thing that there have been campaigns against this law
and they demand a legal and safe abortion.
And they hold signs with: "There are our wombs and our choices."
They demand killing infants in a safe way
without hurting or punishing the killer; mother.
Do you imagine that crime?
This is the civilization that Arab atheists and secularists preach and call for.
Will the United States Congress succeed in legislating that law?!
Frankly, I doubt it.
Because United States, its constitution and Congress are weaker than adultery.
Lust and sexual freedom are stronger that United States and its laws.
That ethical crisis that the West encounters today
is because there's no such rules and regulations that criminalize adultery
If there had been regulations to criminalize adultery,
the numbers of abortion (killing unwanted kids) wouldn't have been so high.
The reason behind killing (aborting) those infants in the West
is because they're unwanted.
As they are a result of adultery.
As they're outside marriage and family order.
This is considered a wisdom by legislation an Islamic legal punishment concerning adultery
to prevent those mothers to kill more kids.
This is the unspoken truth.
The CEO of the biggest abortion association in UK says:
"The woman has the right to abort her child as it's her body, not ours."
Unfortunately the poor infants don't have any human rights organizations or courts.
But God the Almighty and the Just is his judge.
Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; Chapter 81, Verses 8&9
"And when the girl who was buried alive is asked
For what sin she was killed."
While reading The Noble Qur'an, you'll notice that Allah links between adultery and killing.
Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; Chapter 17, Verses 32&33
"And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way."
And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden"
From my point of view, this is the biggest ethical crisis the West encounters today
Because a direct killing is executed while the whole world is watching
and human rights organizations allow.
More than 65 million embryos have been killed (aborted).
If we executed the legal punishment for once, we'd save 65 million innocent infants.
This is one of the wisdom of Islamic legal laws.
The West deals with the woman as a girlfriend not a wife.
Frankly, they deal with her as a prostitutes.
They considered most of their women as "prostitutes" because they don't want to bear a responsibility
and because they can't prevent (control) the sexual freedom by any law.
Unfortunately, in the West, a prostitute is better than a girlfriend.
As prostitutes get money from prostitution.
However, the girlfriend doesn't get anything but
a broken heart,
psychological illnesses,
sexual diseases
and then she would be replaced by another girlfriend anytime later.
And her boyfriend leaves her with an unwanted pregnancy
or psychologically damaged at least.
And if she gets pregnant, burdens are only upon her.
And she gotta choose either to suffer to bring up a baby without a father or kills that infant.
In United States, about one million teenage girls kill their infants each year.
Global constitutions and constitutions of human rights organizations are weaker to legalize a law
to criminalize abortion.
Because adultery is stronger than those global agreements and constitutions.
Human rights organizations and their agreements and constitutions correspond to the whims of adulterers.
However, they don't correspond with the right of those infants to live.
Thus, criminalization of adultery is an obvious right to any sane man.
The West is so weak to criminalize adultery as their sexual freedom is stronger than their laws.
It's so funny when an atheist or a secularist ask (discuss) us why Islam criminalize adultery!
This is considered axiomatic for any man that feels the meaning of humanity and life.
Now, we'll discuss how adultery is criminalized.
In order to criminalize adultery in Islam, we must execute laws called (Legal punishments).
To execute legal punishments require two conditions;
#1: Either four people may witness that adultery.
which is like impossible unless it occurred in a brothel.
And that's the intended purpose so that those crimes may be prevented to stop killing embryos and infants.
The second condition is: confession.
These are the only conditions to execute the legal punishment in Islam.
If one confessed and wanted to repent, executing the legal punishment is so rare.
Because the intended purpose is to purify the society.
If one intended to repent, then we've got the purpose.
So it's rare that we execute the legal punishment
because if that man intended to repent and came to the judge to in order for the punishment to be executed upon him,
the judge is allowed to expel him because he repented to God.
Prophet Muhammad says to Ma'z when he committed adultery,
"Woe be upon you, go back and ask forgiveness of Allah and turn to Him in repentance."
And he said the same phrase to the women that Ma'z committed adultery with and confessed it.
"Woe be upon you; go back and beg forgiveness from Allah and turn to Him in repentance."
This Hadith is authenticated.
That woman said to Prophet Muhammad PBUH
"I find that you intend to send me back as you sent back Ma'iz."
She told Prophet that she wanted to be purified.
Each time, Prophet PBUH sent her back.
In a word, we can say that, judge is allowed to expel (send back) a repentant man who came to him for a legal punishment to be executed upon him.
Caliph Omar ibn Al-Khattab says:
"Send back the repentant."
If the adulterer went back home and repented to God,
is the judge allowed to search for him?
Of course not.
Unless Ma'iz and the woman who had sex with went back to Prophet PBUH,
he wouldn't have looked or asked for them.
However, if an adulterer insisted on getting purified and went back for the judge four time,
(as the judge sent him back four times)
the judge, here upon, can execute legal punishment upon him.
If the adulterer tries to escape while being stoned,
the judge and people witnessing must let him go.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH to his campanions when Ma'iz tried to flee:
"Why did you not leave him alone. Perhaps he might have repented and been forgiven by Allah."
This is in the case of stoning after confession.
He must be let to flee.
In Islam, we have a jurisprudential ruling that states if anyone committed a sin, he should repent to God and avoid being executed under legal punishment.
Prophet Muhammad PBUH says in the authenticated Hadith:
"Avoid these filthy practices which Allah, the Almighty has prohibited.
He who commits any of these,
should conceal with Allah's Most High Veil (should not speak about it), and should turn to Allah, the Most High in repentance."
This is the philosophy of executing legal punishments in Islam?
Have you ever witnessed such justice, wisdom or mercy that are more than what within Islam?!
Stoning is one of the biggest [major] suspicions in Islam that atheists and secularists propagandize.
Executing the legal punishment for committing adultery.
Islam doesn't look forward to executing legal punishments but it aims to reform the society.
If people got purified by repentance,
then it's good. Other than legal punishments must be executed.
Legalization of legal punishments may not correspond with the whims of adulterers
or with the prospective of secularists.
Because Islam doesn't make sluttish and who makes sins and repents equal.
And it also doesn't give the chance to adulterer to kill their embryo.
Islam gives the embryo the right to live - like anybody else.
It's unbelievable that the society turns to amass of prostitutes and killed embryos,
then an atheist asks me for a justification for the legal punishment for adultery!
This is so funny!
Allah says in The Noble Qur'an; Chapter 5, Verse 3
"so fear them not, but fear Me."
Always, be proud of your religion
and don't let any atheist to make fun of axioms.
Atheism is nothing at all.
His ideology and doctrine doesn't prohibit or criminalize him from doing anything
neither killing, adultery nor genocide.
So he isn't the one who come and ask such bullshit.

"And do not kill your children for fear of poverty. We provide for them and for you.
Indeed, their killing is ever a great sin.
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.
And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right.
And whoever is killed unjustly - We have given his heir authority,
but let him not exceed limits in the matter of taking life. Indeed, he has been supported by the law.
And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity.
And fulfill every commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever that about which one will be questioned.
And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance.
That is the best way and best in result.
And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge.
Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those one will be questioned.
And do not walk upon the earth exultantly.
Indeed, you will never tear the earth [apart], and you will never reach the mountains in height.
All that - its evil is ever, in the sight of your Lord, detested.
That is from what your Lord has revealed to you, O Muhammad, of wisdom.
And, O mankind, do not make as equal with Allah another deity, lest you be thrown into Hell, blamed and banished.
