Nicki Minaj Nearly Goes Topless at Paris Fashion Week - Duration: 1:14.

Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

It's been a week since Remy Ma dropped her now famous diss track ShETHER to the world,

but her victim Nicki Minaj isn't paying any attention to the hate.

Nicki is taking note that if people are going to talk about you, may as well give them something

to talk about.

And this, is what she's bringing to the table.

Nicki attended the Haider Ackermann show at Paris fashion week Saturday and sported an

updated look to Lil Kim's 1999 MTV Music Video awards outfit that bore her entire left breast.

Nicki rocked a black Mugler jacket, obviously missing it's left side, Givenchy shorts, purple

Veronique Leroy shades, and Agent Provocateur pasties.

She filled her instagram feed with photos of her sitting front row, and I gotta say,

Nicki's style can't be touched.

As for a response to Remy Ma's now two diss tracks, Nicki is letting it roll off her bare

shoulder.

Although Remy's own follow up 'Another One' seemed to fall flat against ShETHER, proving

that not even she could one up that masterpiece.

While the clock ticks on a formal response from Nicki, she'll just be in Paris killing

it with all her fashion week looks in the meantime.

That's your news for now, for more of today's trending stories subscribe to Complex on YouTube.

Photoshop Tutorial: How to Create a Glass Block, Mosaic Portrait - Duration: 10:17.

Hi. This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

I'm going to show you how to transform a photo of a face into a gorgeous glass block, mosaic portrait.

And how to quickly replace the face without having to redo the effects.

I provided this mosaic pattern, so you can follow along.

Its link is located in my video's description below or project files.

Open a photo of someone's face that you'd like to use for this project.

I downloaded this one from Shutterstock.

To place it onto the mosaic pattern, make sure your Move Tool is selected and drag your

photo onto the tab of the mosaic grid.

Without releasing your mouse or pen, drag it down onto the grid and release.

To resize and reposition it, open your Transform Tool by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + T.

To see The Transform's entire bounding box, press Ctrl or Cmd + 0.

Go to a corner and when you see a diagonal, double-arrow, press and hold Alt or Option

+ Shift as you drag it in or out.

To reposition it, go inside the bounding box and drag the image.

I'll undo the Transform by clicking this icon.

When you're happy with its size and position over the grid, accept the Transform by clicking

the check-mark at the top or by pressing Enter or Return twice.

Click the lock icon to unlock the background.

Drag it above your photo.

Make a copy of it by pressing Ctrl or Cmd + J.

Go to Filter and Filter Gallery.

Open the Artistic folder and click "Plastic Wrap".

Make the Highlight: 20, the Detail: 1 and the Smoothness: 15.

Then, click OK.

Change the Blend Mode to "Linear Burn" and reduce its opacity to 80%.

Make the original grid layer active and change its Blend Mode to "Soft Light".

To temporarily hide all the layers except the original grid, Alt-click or Option-click

the eyeball icon next tot he original grid.

Open the Channels panel.

If you don't see it, go to Window and Channels.

Ctrl-click or Cmd-click the thumbnail of the RGB channel to make a selection of the grid.

Open back your Layers panel and press the "Delete" key on your keyboard to delete the

white areas of your image leaving just the black grid.

To deselect it, press Ctrl or Cmd + D.

Make the two other layers visible

and double-click the middle layer to open its Layer Style window.

Click "Bevel & Emboss".

The Style is Outer Bevel, the Technique is Smooth and the Depth is 100%.

The Direction is Up, the Size is 10 pixels and soften it 16 pixels.

The Angle is 131 degrees and the Altitude is 42 degrees.

The Highlight Mode is Linear Dodge and has an opacity of 50%.

The Shadow Mode is Multiply and its opacity is 20%. Click Inner Glow.

The color is black.

The Blend Mode is Multiply and the Opacity is 100%.

The Source is Edge, the Choke is 0 and the Size is 5 pixels.

Then, click OK.

Let's brighten our image a bit.

Make your subject active and click the Adjustment Layer icon.

Click "Levels".

Drag the Input Highlight slider to the left a little to brighten your overall image.

Next, we'll begin the process of repositioning your subject within the glass blocks.

Make your subject active.

We're going to drag it onto the Folder icon, which places our subject inside a folder.

Make the subject active and click the icon at the upper, right of the Layers panel.

Click "Convert to Smart Object".

This will allow us to replace the photo with another without having to redo any of the effects.

We're going to make copies of our subject.

Each copy will be associated with a specific glass block.

I'll press Ctrl or Cmd + J 16 times to make 16 copies of my subject. If I need more, I'll make more.

Make "Layer 0" active.

We'll be adding layer masks next to our subjects, so let's widen the Layers panel,

so we can see the Layer Masks better.

To do this, go to the edge of the panel and when you see a horizontal, double-arrow, drag

it to the left approximately this much.

Open your Magic Wand Tool

and make the Tolerance 20.

Make sure "Contiguous" is checked. This will confine the selections that we make to each individual glass block.

Make sure "Samle All Layers" is unchecked.

The glass blocks that we click on will only be the ones that show our subject through them.

We'll ignore the other glass blocks like these.

I'll click inside this glass block to make a selection of its shape.

Make the top subject active and click the Layer Mask icon to make a layer mask of the selection.

Click the chain-link icon to unlink the layer and the layer mask.

Doing this allows us to resize and/or reposition either of them independently from the other.

Make the grid lines layer active

and click inside another glass block that shows your subject through it.

Click the next subject layer to make it active and, as before, click the Layer Mask icon

to make a layer mask of the selection.

Click off the chain-link and make the grid lines layer active.

Click inside another glass block that shows your subject through it and continue these

steps until you've created layer masks of all the glass blocks that show your subject

through them.

Make sure you click off all of their chain-links.

Click the thumbnail of the top subject to make it active and reposition it.

You can always reposition it again if you want.

Make the next subject active and again, drag it to a new position.

Continue to reposition your subject in each of the glass blocks until you like the overall result.

To replace your photo with another, double-click any subject layer to open the Smart Object's source image.

Open another photo of someone. To place it onto the source image, drag it onto the tab

of the source image and without releasing your mouse or pen, drag it down and release.

We'll size the new photo to the original photo.

To see the original photo through the new one, drag the opacity slider to the left.

Position it, so the face lines up.

If you need to resize it, use your Transform Tool.

Increase the opacity back to 100%.

If there are areas on the sides that need filling in, we'll use Content Aware Fill.

First, open your Rectangular Marquee Tool

and drag a rectangular selection over the area you want to fill in.

Go to Edit and Fill.

Choose "Content-Aware" and click OK.

Then, deselect it.

Close the tab and when you see this message, click "Yes" to replace your photo.

Open your glass block document.

Your Smart Object updated itself with your new photo.

This is Marty from Blue Lightning TV.

Thanks for watching!

The Stage Manager - In the Wings - Stagecraft 101 - WE LOVE THEATRE - Duration: 7:08.

go

hi I'm Martha Donaldson and I'm a stage

manager

state manager is the central focal point

for the show as far as being the conduit

between the director and the actors

unlike the actual physical production

and all of the people who make the

production happen the designers that all

the production departments and

everything ideally flows back and forth

through the stage manager I'm with the

production from the very beginning all

the way through the final day of the run

i got in my head but I want to work on

the back I and so I asked the public

theater if I could do it and so here i

am with the Dionysus entrance music here

we go

this fraction is very exciting because

Joanna colitis is the director and when

i first heard about it I knew that it

was going to be a very big challenging

theater project because Joanne does very

evocative provocative work state matters

there to really assist the director in

making their vision come to life on the

stage join to join see one word about

the six Pro that's actually the aspect

of stage-managing was so fun is that you

are so integral to what's going on right

there

correct usually after the director

leaves the safety managers were the one

who is is responsible for making sure

that the show maintains the original

vision and concept of the director so

that relationship is very important and

very symbiotic here we go from the Holy

music of the pipes

kind of driving the Train I keep the

rehearsal on time I take notes of what

happens in rehearsal you know I stopped

us at lunch when we need to stop i make

sure everyone comes back i get us

started again and I stops at the end of

the day

let's take a ten-minute break everybody

I love my cast number one sacred Caesar

has to have a personality is really key

but it doesn't hurt

it's available it can be serious and I

can keep things under control but you

know I can be pretty goofy in rehearsal

and I think that it's important to do

that because you know theaters is all

about having fun i'm going to my table

working the park is fantastic to New

York City tradition and it's so cool to

be a part of it remind you that we do

have a man just doing this because it's

outdoors is a completely different

experience from doing something indoors

first of all but also this begins and

then it closes it changes everything

about the way you feel about the show

you want to make it as good as you can

and then you want to plan for what

you're going to do when it's over

I like the technique that's my favorite

time because it's really my time to

really like being in charge of

everything to the hills

that's all I need to get us into this

scene and it's a lot of work and a lot

of hours and very challenging as far as

how you're going to get all the puzzle

pieces to go together but that is what I

liked the most tonight and I I like

theater for its weird crazy long hours I

mean that's just part of it part of an

aspect of what I like no previous i do

join the god this is the other thing

that I do in rehearsal is that I write

down the what we call blocking of course

which is the movement actors on stage I

usually have what you call your blocking

script and then you have your call

script which is where you put all the

cues and because when you get into

technical rehearsals the stage managers

also responsible for your writing down

all of the light cues all of the sound

cues we have pyro keys in the show seen

qzone that stuff that was the Thunder go

you see my that's another aspect of the

stage managers that first I run

rehearsals and then I run the show so I

think you know really in the in the mix

the whole time at seven-thirty i checked

with the house manager I open the how

ready to open ready go 4a Joanne opening

the house

okay Rocket ok that's it is open and

then I go into the booth

ladies and gentlemen of the bach I seven

o'clock this is the one hour call and

then you know at eight o'clock or so I

get the house from the house manager

five minutes for jonathan groff estate

manager is really like okay we're going

now places lights go

the stage manager is making it happen

economy you diagnose 123

go

what makes it rewarding is ultimately

created a show that's awesome

and that ladies and gentlemen

congratulations tomorrow thanks everyone

great

Salon Name Ideas - 6 Tips on how to choose a name for your salon - Duration: 5:48.

Hey it's Dustin from dustinnccorchuk.com and

in this video I'm going to give you six

tips on how to choose the perfect name for

your salon to stick with me.

I'm sure driving across town you've seen many

different salon names in the last

several years so are classy and some of them are

just downright awful and I want to help

you pick one that'll be great for your

salon. Choosing the right name for your

salon is really important because it's the

foundation of your salon branding and

your branding is really important to get

new clients. So let's get into the six

tips for picking the right name for your

salon.

Tip number one, like Stephen Covey says

begin with the end in mind. Envision your

salon five years from now. What are you

going to look like?

Where are you going to be located? How

many employees are you going to have?

What product line are you going to be

using? Then get out a pad of paper and write

down one word adjective that will

describe your salon as you see it in

five years. These adjectives will help

guide you choosing the right name for your salon.

Tip number two pick up salon name is

gonna stand out your city. Write down a

list of all the current salon names that

are in your city and see if anything

stands out. Is there anything that

similar within those salon? Oftentimes

cities will take on their own culture

and salon names will kind of fit that

culture. If all the salon names in your

city are named after street maybe you

want something that's a little more

creative.

it's important to be slightly different

than the rest of the salons in your city

so that you stand out and that you're memorable

in people's mind. Step number three

consider your target audience. If your

salon is all about serving 20 and 30

year-old female and doing their color

then probably you want something to be a

little more creative. If you are serving

older women you're doing a lot of perms

then make it a little bit more

conservative. Either way

consider your target audience and think

about what is a salon name that's going

to draw them to your salon. What's going to

peak their interest and what's going to

get them interested in calling you up and

scheduling an appointment. Knowing your

target audience is extremely important

because it's going to dictate everything

about your salon. Your salon prices. The

furniture. The colors you choose. The

environment that you create your salon

culture and

your salon name. When all of those things

are congruent because you have established

who your target clientele is you're

going to find that target clientele

being drawn to you and your salon is going

to grow faster and your books are going

to be full.

Tip number 4 survey a one-mile radius

around your salon location.

This might sound a little strange and a

little bit outside your comfort zone but

trust me at works.

Take a weekend with a clipboard and a

pen and go door-to-door around your

neighborhood and just ask people hey my

name is Dustin and I'm opening up a

salon right over there and I'm wondering

if you had to choose a salon strictly based

on the name which of these three choices

would you choose? Make a tally of what

your neighborhood says and you'll be

surprised. There will probably be one that rises

to the top and that's probably the best

choice for your new salon name.

Tip number five if you are having a really

difficult time narrowing down your salon

name you can never lose with men names.

There are many different salons and

salon products that are named after men

so it already fits within the culture. In

addition naming the salon after yourself

really creates a personal brand where

you are the center of that brand and

typically people connect with a person

more than they do with a concept or an

institution.

Obviously you won't have any problem

being unique in your city because you're

the only one with that name and it also

sets you apart as the hair professional.

Hey, you have a salon named after you.

Finally number six and probably most

important to me as somebody that likes

helping salon professionals with their

digital marketing is checking for domain

availability. You want to go to a site

like namecheap and type in the name

chosen for your salon and see if there's

a dot-com URL available. Having a strong

and memorable domain name that matches

your salon name is really important

because it's going to be on your

business cards all of your print

material any advertising materials, so you

want something that's going to be able

to be memorable in somebody's mind so that

they can find you on the internet. Once

you've created your salon website you're

going to want it to rank at the top of

Google search. Both your website and your

Maps listening and possibly a YouTube

video so that all three of those things

can be on the first page of Google and so

you'll get more clients organically when

they're searching for a salon in your city.

I've created an online course

specifically for salon professionals

like you to teach you how to create a

wordpress website from scratch and then

rank your website

number one in local google search. Also

in this training program is an entire module

teaching you have to rank your Google my

business page that's number one in the

map section so that people find you

right away at the top in the local

3-pack. And then finally I also teach

you how to create and rank a promotional

video that you can put on youtube and

also rank that on the first page of

Google search. I love helping new salon

professionals create a website google+

listing and a YouTube video and ranking

all three of those in organic google

search so they can get more clients

every day. I've done this in my salon and

i can tell you from personal experience

that we don't pay any money in

advertising and we're getting new

clients all the time to the point where

we actually need to hire any stylist all

the time as well. If you're interested in

that online training program all you have to do

is click the link right below this video

in the description and i'll take you to

a landing page where you can find out

more.

As always if you have any questions go

ahead and put those in the comment

section below and if this video has been

helpful for you in choosing your salon

name then please give me a thumbs up.

Thanks so much for watching and make today extraordinary!

School and Warehouse Bell Alert Systems - Duration: 2:39.

Are you in need of a bell or buzzer

system? We offer two excellent choices. A

wireless bell or a network-based bell

system. These systems will activate a

physical bell or deliver tones to an

existing public address system. Our

systems are used for the change of

classes at a high school, schedule break

in a warehouse or the end of a shift in

a manufacturing plant. Our wireless bell

system consists of three elements. The

bell or buzzer, the tone generator and

the KRONOsync transmitter. The

KronoSync transmitter provides the time

source for the tone generator and the

tone generator controls the physical

bells.

This is not a cumbersome or complex

process. The tone generator is shipped

with scheduling software. The scheduling

software is where you enter your bell

schedule. The bell or bells are wired to

the tone generator. The tone generator

receives its time from the transmitter

and will activate the bells at the

required time. The transmitter will

broadcast accurate, reliable, synchronized

time throughout your facility. Our

network relay controller allows you to

operate your bell system over your

Ethernet network. There are two parts of

this Bell System. One part is the

controller where you wire your bells or

buzzers to and the second is the bell

schedule software. The software ships

with the unit and will allow you to

enter your bell schedule. The network

relay controller will receive it's time

via your computer network and activate

the schedule accordingly. We do make it

easy with our Bell controller systems to

schedule the start and end of a

scheduled event. In so many organizations

a simple solution such as we offer will

enhance

their overall efficiency. The tone

generator is also capable of sending

tones to a public address system at a

scheduled time. Get a quick quote today

Why are *Superfoods* Super - Part III - Mr2ndopinion.com - 0068 - Duration: 6:35.

Hi everyone!

It's march already, we building quite the list of videos.

Today we came at video III of IV of our series on superfoods!

We hope you like the other two videos.

If you have any advice how to improve our next 4 part series let us know!

Now, stay tuned for part III of IV

I hope you have your eggs in a basket ladies & gentlemen, when easter arrives this can be

a healthy alternative to the chocolate once.

nr 14. Plain eggs which are a relatively inexpensive protein source

loaded with nutrients, eggs certainly earn their superstar status.

A single large egg is just about 70 calories and offers six grams of protein.

Eggs are also a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, just like salmon

which are essential for normal body function and heart health.

Get ripped eating a egg a day, these recepies may inspire you.

nr 15. Almonds Surprise!

Almonds are the most nutritionally dense nut, meaning they offer the highest concentration

of nutrients per calorie per ounce or grams.

For just 191 calories, a one-ounce or 28 grams serving provides 3.4 grams of fiber

that's about 14 percent of the daily recommended value and a healthy dose of

potassium, calcium, vitamin E, magnesium, and iron. Wow

Plus, you can eat them as BUTTER!

Don't eat butter... it's yucky.

These recepies will get you going into creating an all-almond-cookbook.

nr 16. One of my favorites is ginger slightly spicy but oh-so-enjoyable, ginger

Gingers has been used for years as a delicious flavoring

and is an all natural remedy for everything from an upset stomach to unwanted inflammation.

You wonder what to do with ginger, it's not easy to cook up something with it you say.

Take a look at these recipies and find more online!

nr 17. Beets, my granddad used to be a hard working farmer,

we use to sit in the back of his tractor pealing these with his knife

and munching on them as we drove home This all-star veggie contains tons of vitamins,

minerals, and antioxidants that can help fight disease

and strengthen vital organs.

And their purple hue may be the secret to their healthy success,

some studies suggest betalains, the purple pigments in these veggies,

may help ward off cancer and other degenerative diseases.

Besides eating them raw you can also cook them like this.

nr 18. Beans they are high in protein and low in cholesterol,

beans of any variety can add a healthy twist to any dish (even brownies!).

They're also loaded with fiber, folate, and magnesium,

and studies have shown that legumes (like beans) can actually help lower

cholesterol and reduce the risk of certain cancers (at least in rats ).

Want a source of protein throughout the day besides going meat.

This is a good source. Here are some beanie ideas.

Part III, it's last superfood nr 19.

pumpkin loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, these gourds aren't just for making a pie

The star nutrient here is beta-carotene, a provitamin that the body converts

into vitamin A, which is known for its immune boosting powers and

essential role in eye health.

Keep good eyesight boys and girls because before you are close, you are afar.

These 3 will help you see eachother better.

That's it for this weeks superfoods guide.

Next week you will get to know health benifits of apples!

Yes plain apples.

Most people know apples are good for them, but they don't really know which benefits

they have.

See you next week so I can tell you.

I'm Sir, Seth Carnett from mr2ndopinion, wishing you a fairly healthy week. Bye lads.
