'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2' Movie Review - Duration: 2:00.

Hello, my name is Carlos Steven Carty and this is my movie review for Guardians of the

Galaxy Vol. 2 written and directed by James Gunn.

The stars of this movie include Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Kurt Russell, and others.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is the continuation of Star Lord's space journey with his band

of rebels out to save the universe from a celestial being.

There's no debate about whether this sequel is better than the first one, because put

it simply, it's not.

This new film is generally fun to watch, but focuses too much on trying to make the audience

laugh, than excite viewers with high-risk drama.

For a story that's known for its originality, there's very little of it in this movie.

Sure, it might have more explosions, laser beams, and gags, but in the end it's all the

same.

The real disappointment comes from the fact that director James Gunn decided to give the

story a different mood and lead it on a different route, where space travelers care more about

their feelings and relationships than adventuring to new worlds.

In fact, the plot setting is much smaller, in this case only one planet and the heroes

don't even realize their mission or who the enemy is until the very end of the film.

Instead of watching a classic space adventure film with heroism and exploration, Guardians

of the Galaxy Vol 2.

turned out to be a sci-fi therapy movie filled with daddy issues and family bickering.

Climate Change Disappears From EPA Website - Duration: 4:06.

Last Saturday, tens of thousands of people showed up in Washington, D.C. to march for

science.

They included scientists, science advocates, and generally, people opposed to the moves

of the Trump Administration.

Now, at the same time that these people were marching, to get this administration to pay

attention to science, the EPA decided to remove all mentions of climate change and their dedicated

climate change page from their website.

Now according to the administration, this was just a move.

They're just trying to update the EPA's website so that it focuses now more on their current

mission.

Meaning, "Yeah, we got rid of the climate change website, but it's because we're not

going to do a damn thing about climate change in the next four to eight years."

That is exactly what this march was about.

This is an administration that is not listening to the American public at all.

At all.

They don't care.

They believe that they can operate with absolute power, do absolutely anything they want to

do.

And we're just going to sit back and take it.

So while people were out there marching saying, "Pay attention to the science, because, yeah,

you know what?

Our lives kind of depend on it."

This administration said, "(blowing raspberry) Not going to happen.

We're going to scrub it from the website."

And that is the attitude and the mentality of the Trump Administration.

I guarantee you, they did not pay one bit of attention to what any of those speakers

had to say on that Saturday.

Because they don't care.

But more importantly, they don't believe it.

Either because they honestly don't believe it, or because they're being paid to not believe

it, by lobbyists, and corporate campaign donors.

Because that's what we're dealing with in Washington, D.C.

That is what we're up against.

And it is mostly Republicans, but don't get me wrong.

There are enough Democrats in that mix, too, that are preventing meaningful action on climate

change.

I mean, when Obama had the House and the Senate and the White House, we still didn't get climate

action.

I mean, we got a few orders for the EPA, things like that.

He reversed a moratorium on off-shore drilling shortly after the BP accident in the Gulf

of Mexico.

So no, he wasn't a great climate president.

I know a lot of people say he was, but trust me, I covered it for eight years.

He wasn't that great.

But he was a hell of a lot better than what we have now.

And at least, he knew that climate change was real.

He listened to scientists.

He didn't always follow their advice, but at least he listened.

And he understood.

But just like most politicians, he got bought out.

He allowed his party to get bought out.

The leadership at the DNC allowed the party to get bought out.

And it took Trump getting elected for people to finally get pissed off enough to go out

there and do something.

And that's what that Saturday climate march, science march, really was about.

And that's what we're going to have to continue to do.

We have had more scientists speak out against Donald Trump than any other president in United

States history.

Because they understand.

These are people who do this for a living.

They know that our lives depend on our government understanding, accepting, and listening to

what the scientific community has to say.

And when they shut that door, they put all of our lives, including their own, at risk.

Donald Trump's Nonstop Pep Rally Needs To End Now - Duration: 4:22.

If there's one thing I've noticed about Donald Trump's presidency, even though we're a little

over 100 days into office, it's that every time this man gets on TV, every time he does

an interview, every time he holds a rally, I realize that this entire presidency has

been nothing but a nonstop pep rally, I guess, for conservative ideas.

Now, let me explain this.

Back during the actual presidential election, the campaign, every time we had a debate between

Trump and Hillary, the media outlets were there, they had their little countdown clocks,

"18 hours until the big thing."

They showed up on these campuses, there were literal marching bands going by, people were

tailgating and throwing parties in the parking lot as if this was a college football game.

I guess that imagery stuck with Donald Trump, because the only thing he's done since he

took office was hold a nonstop pep rally to tell us how great conservatism and more importantly,

Trumpism is.

That's all this has been.

Anytime he goes out there, he's attacking the other side, like you would in a pep rally,

attacking the opposing team, calling them idiots, saying they're incompetent, saying,

"We're going to beat them, don't worry about them," and then talking about how great he

is and how great his Trump brand is.

"How great is Mar-a-Lago, how great is this administration, how great are these people

I've picked."

Those are things that he has said and that is all he's capable of doing.

He's all talk and no action.

Yeah, he's so great, and wonderful, and blah, blah, blah.

Fantastic, Trump.

Great to hear that.

It's time for this nonstop pep rally to end.

You have to stop going out there and telling us how great you are, and how great some republicans

are, and how great other republicans are the next day.

How about you guys actually do something?

How about you go out and listen to the American public, instead of holding these rallies,

these loyalty pep rallies and talking to them?

How about make it the other way around?

How about you go out there and you listen to them and not just your supporters?

Okay, because less than half of the country voted to elect you.

In fact, I think we're talking about 25% of the country elected you.

How about you listen to that other 75, or 70, or 65%, or whatever it may be?

Go listen to them and what they want, but more importantly, what they need to be able

to survive in the United States today.

Because, I guarantee you it's not quite what you think.

You may think that people don't like Obamacare.

You tell us every day on Twitter that it's dead, but it's very much alive.

You know what?

It's also keeping people alive, about 10 million of them being kept alive because of a program

that you want to kill because it was enacted by a Black democrat.

That's it, that's your reasoning.

You won't say it, but you don't have to, because we understand it.

Stop with the nonstop pep rallies and get out there and sit in an audience for once.

Let some angry downtrodden Americans get on stage and tell you what needs to happen, instead

of the other way around.

People will say, "It's a democracy, it's a republic," whatever it is, you have to listen

to the people, because as of right now until you somehow manage to change this, we still

have the power to get rid of you.

If you want to keep your job, I suggest you call the pep rallies to an end and you get

out there, listen to the public, and do what they want

you to do.

successfully making a difference in the world.

French Montana's video for Unforgettable sparked this sweet move, but it also sparked an inspiration

for French to help build maternity centers in Uganda.

While he was there for the shoot he met a local advocate and pledged to build a maternity

center in the East African nation.

As part of him wanting to help raise funds, he has put together a global initiative to

help future maternity centers across the country with Mama Hope to build an expansion for the

Suubi "Hope" Health Center in the rural village.

So far he's raised $100,000 and he's encouraging his fans, friends, and peers to do the same.

As far as the dancing, his partnership with Mama Hope has also led to him continuing his

#UnforgettableDanceChallenge.

By participating it will help get money for ambulances, premature incubators, cribs, and

a blood bank.

Other stars like Drake, DJ Khaled, and Diddy, have already taken their shot at it.

The tally of people jumping in on this is over 50,000 with the #UnforgettableDanceChallenges

i am gonna start from the common cabochons, and then i will show you all sailor moon stuff materials

I bought this wings, very cute, so little, they are adorable

well to create a mold i need just a couple of this wings, but they sent me more wings with different colors.

they are a lot, look at them

then there's the white one, with glitters

i will create the mold and then I will use it, they are so gorgeous

then there are 2 pink wings, with glitters again

again with one left wing and one right wing

i love this color

then 2 pastel pink wings

they are so cute

we already saw the blue one, and there's a purple wing

another white one

we already see them, because every color was a couple of wings

i am very happy about this purchase, they are adorable

they are full of glitters and shiny, molds will be shiny as well

i got this cabochons with moon shape

as you know for sure if you follow me, i am totally in love with sailor moon and all related stuff

so i decided to create some molds of this moon, to play with color, shiny and polymer clay creations

look at this moon, they are adorable, full of glitters, full of little shiny stars.

The color is so cute, and they are shiny. i am in love

i think molds will be awesome with this cabochons

this moons are yellow

they are absolutely perfect

i become totally crazy for this shiny thinghs

last 2 moons are blue, ad it's my favourite color

you can see on my nails...i have the same color

so you can imagine how much i love this color...

did i mention i love the shiny stuff???

i have a lot of ideas in my mind, first of all will create molds then it will be polymer clay time!

and now it's sailor moon time! we will see all the cabochons

i bought the brooch of the second season

it's so cute

i will create a mold too

i cannot resist, i want to craft something soon.

and i wanna create this brooch with another color

I saw this cabochons so many times ago, and now finally i have them all

then

there are a couple of the broochs from the fourth season of sailor moon

Pegasus and chibiusa season if you remember it

then i got the scepter of the third season

i am totally in love for this one, i wanna create so many stuff

and to finish

luna and artemis

i wanna create molds and polymer clay creations with them

i was waiting this package so much, as you can see it has so many cute stuff

i want to use the liquid rubber soon

ohh what a pity, luna is kinda scratched

i cannot create a mold or the rubber will copy the scratch on it

lucky!! artemis is perfect i can create a mold from this one

as you can see, the surface is smooth without scratch

damn what a pity for the black one

can you see the scratch in the camera ?

they are so cute, i wanna create molds of this very soon

mhh i didn't notice but they are very thin...wow...very very thin

He is a typically developing 13 month old.

We are going to pretend like he is not walking and...uh...he is.

He is walking off the screen.

We are going to work on backwards walking.

Backwards walking, actually, even at this level is a good thing to work on.

Because you have to learn to step backwards to catch your balance.

Where they fall first most often is backwards onto their bohonkas.

So we are going to have to work on that protective stepping backwards to keep their balance.

So, I just work on it.

I hold hands and try to go backwards.

I go, "Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep."

And then I bring them forward and then backwards, "Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep, beep,

beep, beep, beep, beep."

Nice job.

It is a simple thing you can work on to get posterior protective stepping to help with

balance and with early walking.
