Michelle, it was a little warmer today than to the past couple of days.

Yes Daniel, and due to that chilly weather we had, the leaves have changed color faster

than expected.

Currently, the mountains in northern regions are at their peak.

By next week the whole nation will see fall foliage.

You can expect similar bright conditions tomorrow with Seoul starting out the morning at 11

degrees Celsius while Daegu and Busan begin at 10 and 14 degrees.

There will be a huge jump in the afternoon.

Seoul topping out at 20 degrees Celsius while Gwangju and Busan peak at 21 and 22 degrees.

It'll stay sunny through next week for most places except for Jeju Island.

The highs will stay relatively warm,... lingering in the twenties.

However, keep in mind that it gets chilly instantly in the mornings and nights.

Blac Chyna is having a hard time after spliting from her fiance Rob Kardashian and her helplessness

is very much visible through her behavior.

she was filmed angrily lashing out at some photographers in Hollywood on Wednesday night.

The 29-year-old star went on an expletive-laden tirade

and threatened paparazzi who had gathered

to take her picture as she left a nightclub.

The mother-of-two was heard shouting 'Get the f**k out my life' and slapped a phone

out of one of the photographer's hands during the argument.

In an attempt to reason with her

onlookers asked why Chyna was so mad and tried to remind

her that she was happy for pictures to be taken earlier in the evening.

But she continued with her angry rant yelling

'you got your pictures'.

Clearly agitated,ex-girlfriend of Rob Kardashian

was then seen getting in a black SUV before

jumping out again to threaten photographers.

She also threatened one of the men saying she was going to send her friends after him.

The Lashed mogul appeared to be trying to keep a low-profile

while exiting Project Club

LA in Hollywood.

But if noticed she is seen loitering around the Smoke shop.

Does that mean Chyna was high on dope?

The mother of two was ever earlier surrounded with drug abuse accusations.

Her rampant drug use have continued to be talked about since her break-up with Rob Kardashian.

This isn't the first time Blac Chyna has been accused of drug issues.

Last year, she was arrested in an airport in Austin, Texas

for being belligerent in public.

During the investigation process and the public fallout that ensued,

she was supposedly caught

trying to carry ecstasy through the airport security check,

adding to an embarrassing

situation that started with public intoxication

and railing against an airport bartender who

refused to serve her.

This is the worst than can happen

to a trending celeb.

Jeep Wrangler Raxiom 50"Curved Dual Row LED Light Bar - Flood/Spot Combo Review & Install - Duration: 5:44.

This Raxiom 50-inch curved LED light bar is for those of you that have a 1987 and up Wrangler

and are looking to add a 50-inch auxiliary light bar, but you like the look of a curved

bar.

So for the install of this light bar, I'm going to give it a 2 out of 3 wrenches because

of the wiring that's involved in getting this set up.

Getting the bar itself installed on the Jeep, especially if you purchase one of those bolt-on

50-inch light bar brackets, is going to be a breeze.

Very, very easy to get that installed.

The actual bar will install on the Jeep in no more than a half an hour.

Now, as far as the actual light that this throws, it is going to be a little bit of

a wider spread, but the curve is more of a visual change than it is a change with the

actual light pattern.

Now, a 50-inch light bar, in general, is going to be incredibly bright.

These are going to be for use when there really isn't anyone else around, even if you're on

a trail at night, you have somebody in front of you, a 50-i,nch light bar is not going

to be the best choice.

Of course, if you have oncoming traffic even on a dark back road, turn off the 50-inch.

So, these are going to be used in a limited number of situations, but when you need a

ton of light, when you need, like, really far down the trail, a 50-inch light bar is

going to be what you're going to want.

Also a lot of people will just install these on their Jeeps because they like the way that

they look and that's okay too.

If you like the look of a 50-inch light bar, you like how it gives it that off-road, more

rugged styling, this is gonna be a good choice for you as well.

Raxiom is known for making a very high-quality light bar at an affordable price.

There are light bars that cost $1500 out there, and while you might get a few extra meters

of light-throw, you might get a few extra lumens out of those lights, this is going

to be a much more affordable light while still being very high-quality.

This light is going to be built from a die-cast aluminum housing.

It has a polycarbonate lens and it houses 100 3-watt LEDs.

As with most 50-inch light bars, this is going to be a dual-beam-pattern light bar.

The outside here are going to be a flood pattern and they're going to be a 60-degree flood.

The inside is going to be a 30-degree spot pattern.

So there are some other lights on the market that have a narrower beam pattern so they're

gonna throw light a little bit further in front of you.

This is going to be a little bit more of a broad washing-style of light.

So, take that into account.

Depends on what you're going to be using a light bar for.

In my opinion, I think this is going to be a little bit more useful than more of a narrow

beam that throws, like, very, very far down the trail.

But again, depends on what you want and the scenarios that you're gonna be using your

light bar in.

Now, something I do like about this compared to some of the other Raxiom light bars, and

some of the other light bars on the market, is that this has a black background around

the reflectors.

So, the pocket that the LED actually sits in is the reflector that gives it its beam

pattern and its brightness, but the rest of the area inside the light isn't really used

for anything.

It's not actually functional, so you could really make it whatever color you want, and

in this case Raxiom has given the light a really nice stealthy and aggressive blacked-out

look by putting a black cover over top of the non-used part of a reflector.

Now, this light bar does come with a two-wire pigtail, which is pretty standard for most

light bars on the market, most 50-inch light bars and most light bars of other sizes.

So, you are gonna have to do some wiring in order to get this set up.

You are gonna have to get a switched 12-volt source to your light.

This is also going to come with a couple of small feet but most of you are going to use

a bolt-on 50 inch light bar mount when installing this in order to avoid having to drill into

your windshield frame.

So for the install of this light bar, I'm going to give it a 2 out of 3 wrenches because

of the wiring that's involved in getting this set up.

Getting the bar itself installed on the Jeep, especially if you purchase one of those bolt-on

50 inch light bar brackets is going to be a breeze.

You'll install the bracket, drop the light bar onto the bracket.

Very, very easy to get that installed.

The actual bar will install on the Jeep in no more than a half an hour.

From there you have to do your wiring and depending on how you like to do your wiring,

you're probably going to want to pick up power at the battery.

You're going to want to have a relay, of course a fuse, a switch, and you're going to have

to be building that wiring harness.

Now, another option for you if you're not that into automotive wiring, you want to make

things a little bit easier on yourself, would it be to pick up one of Raxiom's wiring harnesses

built specifically for these LED lights.

That's going to include that switch, relay, fuse, all the wiring that you need, and then

all you have to do is really pull the wires, get them into their proper locations, and

then make the splices.

If you're not comfortable at all with automotive wiring, perfectly okay to take your Jeep to

a shop and have them install this for you.

This light bar comes in at right around $450 and I do think that's gonna be a pretty good

price for what you're getting.

Now, there are light bars, specifically 50-inch light bars, that are all over the spectrum

as far as pricing goes.

You can get those bargain-basement $100 light bars that are going to include brackets and

a wiring harness for that price and then there are light bars that cost three times as much

as this one does or even more than that without any of the add-ons.

Now, those light bars, like I said before, they might throw light a little bit further,

you might get a few more lumens, but for what most of us use our light bars or this is going

to be more than enough light, and it's going to be a good quality for the price you're

getting.

So if you're looking for a quality curved LED light bar, I would definitely recommend

taking a look at this one from Raxiom and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

S. Korea and China extend currency swap deal, but tensions over THAAD remain - Duration: 2:12.

South Korea and China are renewing their currency swap through 2020.

The decision comes past its expiry date.

Analysts believe the delayed response is mainly due to political considerations on Beijing's

part.

While it's a win-win for both sides, the extension isn't expected to thaw ties soured over the

missile defense upgrade, deemed a necessity for Seoul, perceived as a security threat

by China.

Lee Unshin has our top story.

South Korea and China's 56-billion U.S. dollar currency swap deal is here to stay.

After a few days of 'will they or won't they' following the agreement's expiration earlier

this week,...

Bank of Korea Governor Lee Ju-yeol and Finance Minister Kim Dong-yeon confirmed the extension

of the deal.

The agreement allows Seoul and Beijing to use their currency to buy U.S. dollars from

one another at a pre-determined rate, in cases of financial crisis.

The deal was initially signed back in 2009 for a 26 billion dollar currency swap, and

expanded to the current 56 billion in 2011.

While the latest renewal secures the deal for another 3 years and is expected to benefit

both sides economically,... pundits are rather skeptical about whether it will help ease

the tensions between the two countries over Korea's decision to install the THAAD anti-missile

system.

(Korean ) "Beijing has repeatedly denied imposing any

official measures against Seoul over the THAAD deployment.

And this currency swap between the two is a government-level agreement, so if China

had refused to extend the deal, it would've been interpreted as an official retaliatory

act from China.

So the deal's renewal was expected as Beijing doesn't have valid reasons not to sign an

extension, but it doesn't mean tensions over THAAD have softened."

Which means unofficial sanctions from Beijing towards Seoul over THAAD could continue for

the time being despite the successful renewal of the swap deal.

Industry sources estimate Korean companies suffered billions of dollars of losses from

such measures.

Beijing claims the missile defense system undermines its security interests,... while

Seoul and Washington insist the system is for defense purposes to counter North Korean

threats.

Samsung predicts record profits for third quarter - Duration: 2:05.

Samsung Electronics announced earnings guidance for Q3 shows record profits ahead.

The tech titan's CEO also stepped up to the podium, but with a different news.

He plans to walk away from the company... to make way for a fresh face.

Kim Hye-sung zooms in on the roller coaster day for the nation's top conglomerate.

Record profits in the third quarter.

Samsung Electronics said Friday it expects unprecedented operating profits of around

12-point-8 billion U.S. dollars for the July to September period, almost tripling from

the same period last year,... also beating a Thomson Reuters average forcast of 12-point-6

billion dollors.

The tech giant's revenue rose nearly 30 percent on-year to 62 trillion Korean won, close to

55 billion dollars.

Experts attributed the record profits on rising demand for displays and memory chips.

(Korean)- "On top of memory chips like DRAM and OLED,

sales of the newly released Galaxy Note 8 smartphone, further lifted its mobile division

profits.

The Galaxy Note 8 is about 10% more expensive than the Note 7, yet sales are expected to

meet market estimates."

The break down of its performance by division will be clear when Samsung release its final

earnings result later this month.

Shortly after the guidance was released, however, Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman and CEO

Kwon Oh-hyun announced he is stepping down.

In a statement, Kwon said "the time has come for the company to start anew with new spirit

and young leadership to better respond to challenges."

Samsung said Kwon, who first joined the company in 1985, will not extend his term as chairman

of the board of directors, which expires in March.

While Samsung will likely enjoy another record earnings in the fourth quarter thanks to continued

rise in memory chip demand, experts say Samsung Chairman Lee Jae-yong's on-going trial and

diversifcation of its businesses remain as mid-to-long term challenges.

The visiting Australian foreign and defense ministers sat down for talks with their South

Korean counterparts in the nation's capital.

Ways to coordinate efforts to deal with North Korea took center stage among various regional

security issues.

Kim Hyun-bin has more from the "two-plus-two" talks.

South Korea and Australia voiced deep concerns over rising tensions caused by North Korea's

endless provocations, and stressed the importance of resolving the regime's nuclear issues through

diplomatic means.

South Korea's Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha and Defense Minister Song Young-moo met with

their Australian counterparts, Julie Bishop and Marise Payne at Seoul's foreign ministry,

for so-called 'two-plus-two' talks, which have been held every other year since 2013.

Top of the agenda was North Korea's provocations, including the regime's sixth nuclear test

and its series of ballistic missile launches.

(Korean) "Our two countries discussed ways to enhance

cooperation against North Korea's nuclear and missile threats and other defense and

security-related issues."

Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha said the two sides condemned the recent nuclear test by

the North, calling it a violation of UN Security Council resolutions.

The two sides agreed that diplomatic efforts are needed to peacefully achieve the regime's

complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization.

Australian foreign minister Bishop urged Pyongyang to come back to the negotiating table.

"And we have a very significant discussion on the ways that we can work together through

deep cooperation and collaboration with a view to deterring any future illegal test

by North Korea and to compel North Korea back to the negotiating table with an aim of denuclearizing

the Korean Peninsula,"

South Korea also holds two-plus-two talks, on the ministerial level, with the United

States.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 Final Test Results | Consumer Reports - Duration: 3:01.

Consumer Reports' rigorous testing

lands Samsung's Galaxy Note8 near the top

of our smartphone ratings.

The Note8 is Samsung's first phone

in their Note line since the massive Note7 recall following

a series of battery fires last year.

Samsung traced those problems to manufacturing flaws.

We didn't have any issues during battery testing on the Note8.

In those tests, a robotic arm simulates

a person using the camera and GPS navigation and making

calls.

We found it has 24 1/2 hours of battery life,

just behind the 26 hours of the Galaxy S8 and S8+.

The Note8 has the largest display we've tested at 6.3

inches, just beating out the Galaxy S8+ at 6.2 inches.

The Note8's display is bigger than the Note7's at 5.7 inches.

It's also bigger than Apple's latest phones, the iPhone 8

Plus at 5.5 inches and the iPhone X, due out in November,

at 5.8 inches.

The Note8 is the first Samsung phone

to have a dual main camera.

It takes detailed sharp photos with vibrant colors.

Its primary 12-megapixel camera is basically the same

as the camera in S8 and S8+, but the second 12-megapixel 2x zoom

camera makes it much more versatile and better

at zooming.

In our tests, we found the image stabilization is effective

when dealing with poor conditions, such as low light.

The video camera on the Note8 also offers

image stabilization, but we found it's not very effective.

We suggest using a monopod or tripod to keep shots steady.

As part of our extensive durability testing,

we put the Note8 into a tumbling drum for 100 drops.

We check it after 50 and again after 100.

The Note8 failed with a broken back

at the first check and a broken display at the second.

The phone is sensitive to drops because it's almost entirely

covered in glass.

We used a hardness test pencil to assess the scratch

resistance of the durable Gorilla Glass 5 on the front

and back of the Note8.

It did not scratch.

In our rain test, the Note8 was rotated

under this rain apparatus used to equally distribute

water over the phone.

It passed without any water damage.

The Note8 also had no issues in our more rigorous immersion

test, a dunk in one meter of water for 30 minutes.

like well Tony you know you're

successful in your life because you know

after all you're so motivated I'm just

lazy

I tell people you're not lazy you just

have infinite goals what we want to do

here is get some goals it'll drive you

some goals I've got some power behind

them and the way to do that realize that

right now you're about to create a real

future that can make a major difference

for you that right now you're not just

writing words down on a page that even

though you don't know how this is gonna

happen yet that if you get something

that you really want and you make it

strong enough and you find strong enough

reasons you will find a way

I've been goal-setting workshops like

this in seminars for years and what's

amazing is the kinds of results that

people generate I remember where a woman

stood up and said I want to set a major

set of financial goals and that's part

of what we're gonna do in this workshop

she said I want to make $100,000 and I

want it in the next seven weeks the

challenge I had when she said this was

hey wait a second I mean seven weeks is

too short a period of time this woman's

never made over thirty thousand dollars

in a year in personal income how I'm

actually gonna make a hundred thousand

dollars especially when she has no plan

now on the one hand I'm not supportive

of just setting goals arbitrarily like

that on the other hand Who am I to say

what you're really capable of or not

capable of I think it's true that

sometimes people set up goals that

aren't realistic meaning they really

have no clue how come he pulled off but

I also know that there's tremendous

power if you get committed enough and so

as I started to tell this woman well

maybe I don't real cat your goal she was

so strong about it that I decided to

just let her keep it Who am I to stand

in her way and a good thing I didn't six

and a half weeks later she won the

lottery and made exactly a hundred

thousand dollars now what's really

interesting about this story is six

months later she came back to a seminar

and we talked about in the seminar what

she had done she said another goal that

within six months this time it wasn't

quite as urgent she's makin fifty

thousand dollars well she made two

hundred thousand dollars again through a

lottery now I'm not suggesting set a

bunch of lottery goals here by any

stretch

big on it I don't buy lottery tickets

but I just want you to realize there may

be a level of understanding about how to

manifest goals that's beyond what you

are I consciously understand and this

woman certainly was pretty good at it

she's not the only person I shared her

story one time and a couple from Detroit

listen to the story got really inspired

they just said hey as long as she can

get this why doesn't she ask for bigger

numbers we were gonna do this thing and

we're gonna make a million dollars and

I've gotta kind of grit my teeth and I

said look that's not what I told the

story for but they got so into it and

they followed all the instructions they

set their goals they got strong enough

wise they created the pressure and they

did something else that I teach and that

is to make your goal so real to get once

you know what your goals are to make

them so real in your mind that it feels

as if you already have them when you get

that level where your brain actually

believes it's already happened something

clicks and often times in a short period

of time that goal becomes realized I

mean in physical situations things start

to happen I know this sounds

metaphysical but all I can tell you is

it's worked in my life and it's worked

for other people this couple went back

and started telling people they'd won

this lottery and I kind of quite

honestly got a little upset they said

look you said make it real it's so real

for us now I mean we have a hard time

distinguishing and sure enough they did

not win the lottery two times in a row

but the third time they won and they

went over 1 million dollars their

story's pretty legendary in our alumni

group in the Detroit area and in fact

across the country so I want you to know

that people around them said they were

nuts but they understood the power of

being able to create something first in

our mind everything around you in your

life right now started out at one time

as a thought I mean think about it

what are some things that you have in

your life right now some relationships

some people some skills some beliefs

maybe a job that once was nothing but a

goal you're in that same moment now of

creation
