Youtube daily Oct 17 2017

Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy, In this video, I will talk about,

How to refine Refine web searches. You can use symbols or words in your search, to make your search results more precise.

Google Search usually ignores punctuation that isn't part of a search operator. Don't put spaces between the symbol or word

and your search term. A search for site:nytimes.com will work, but site: nytimes.com won't.

The following are Common search techniques, to refine web result from your search.

Search social media. Put @ in front of a word to search social media. For example: @twitter.

Search for a price. Put $ in front of a number. For example: camera $400.

Search hashtags. Put # in front of a word. For example: #throwbackthursday.

Exclude words from your search. Put - in front of a word you want to leave out. For example, jaguar speed –car.

Search for an exact match. Put a word or phrase inside quotes. For example, "tallest building".

Search for wildcards or unknown words. Put a * in your word or phrase where you want to leave a placeholder. For example, "largest * in

the world". Search within a range of numbers.

Put .. between two numbers. For example, camera $50..$100.

Combine searches Put "OR" between each search query. For example, marathon OR race.

Search for a specific site. Put "site:" in front of a site or domain. For example, site:youtube.com or site:.gov.

Search for related sites. Put "related:" in front of a web address you already know. For example, related:time.com.

Get details about a site. Put "info:" in front of the site address.

See Google's cached version of a site. Put "cache:" in front of the site address.

Hope, this information, is helpful, Thank you, for watching Fawzi academy, Please, like,

Ultimaker: How to quick start Ultimaker Cura 3.0 - Duration: 4:06.

In this quick start guide, we'll explain how to use Ultimaker Cura 3.0 to prepare your model for 3d printing.

When opening the software for the first time you will enter the "Add Printer Wizard"

Select your printer from the list.

For this guide we will select the Ultimaker 3

If your printer is connected over your local network, it will be presented in a list. Select it and click connect.

The software will ask if you want to synchronize your Ultimaker 3

configuration over the network. Click "Yes" to automatically detect the print cores

and materials that are installed in your printer.

To give the software full access to the printer, accept the connection requests displayed on the Ultimaker 3 display.

Open one or more models by clicking the "Open File" button in the left toolbar.

All major 3D file types, including .STL, .OBJ, .X3D, and .3MF are supported.

The model will open in the 3D viewer.

Left click to highlight the model.

Use the adjustment tools to position, scale, and rotate it.

The move tool is selected by default.

This lets you position your model on the build plate.

Move your model by dragging it, or input specific coordinates.

The scale tool lets you scale the model in various ways.

set a specific size in millimeters,

set a percentage of the original model size,

or drag the handles in the 3D viewer.

Reset the model's scale by using the reset button.

The rotate tool lets you rotate the model in any direction by dragging the hoops in the 3D viewer.

Snap rotating is enabled by default.

Hold shift and drag to disable it.

You can also choose to lay the model flat,

or to reset it to its original orientation.

You can mirror the model on all of its axes using the mirror tool.

Printer settings are displayed in the top-right corner of the side bar.

Depending on your printer, you can set materials, nozzle size, or print cores.

Make sure these settings match your physical setup for the best print results.

Since the software is connected to the Ultimaker 3 over the network, the materials and print cores are synchronized automatically.

Recommended mode is ideal for first-time users.

It has four simple options to configure the printing profile.

The print quality slider. Use this to set the layer height and print speed.

A slower print speed means higher print quality.

The infill density slider. The denser the infill the stronger the model.

A checkbox to enable or disable support generation.

Generating support material is often useful for models with bridges and sharp overhangs.

A checkbox to enable or disable build plate adhesion.

Using build plate adhesion is useful to prevent your model warping on the build plate.

The software will automatically slice the model.

Slicing progress is shown in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

All print settings are now set.

You can preview the result in the 3D viewer.

The drop-down box at the top-right of the 3D viewer lets you select the 3D viewer mode.

To see the different layers of your model change, change the view mode from solid to layers.

The layer slider has three components:

the top and bottom handles can be dragged to set the visible layer range

The solid part of the slider can be used to drag that layer range up and down to scroll through the printing strategy.

The layer number box can be used to jump to a specific layer.

Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move up and down between layers.

All colors represent a certain model part making it easier to analyze the printing strategy.

Additional information about the print job is shown at the bottom-right of the screen.

such as the file name, the model size, estimated print time, and estimated material usage.

When you are happy with the preview, save the file, or print directly from the software.

Click "Save to File", "Save to Removable Disk", or "Print over Network" at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

That's it, you're all set and ready to start 3D printing.

Thank you for choosing Ultimaker.

According to the World Trade Organization's data on monthly merchandise trade,... the

nation's outbound shipments from January to August this year came to just over 3-hundred-75

billion US dollars,… a more than 16 percent on-year jump.

Those numbers make Korea the world's 6th largest exporter.

Seoul's trade ministry attributes the trend to overall recovery in the global economy

Jeep Wrangler BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 Tire (29"-35") Review - Duration: 4:33.

This BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tire is for those of you who have a 1987 and up

Wrangler and are looking for a tire that will fit a 15 to 20 inch wheel in a 29 to 36 inch

tire, and you want something that's going to be good both on-road and off-road.

This is going to be a very nice balance between on-road and off-road

Generally, in an off-road tire, what you're looking for is a big lug, spaced far apart

that's gonna give you a ton of traction, it's gonna give you a ton of grip off-road and

it's also going to clean out when it does get mud built up in it.

However, that tire would be big lugs spaced far apart.

It's going to be loud on the road.

It's not going to wear very well, and it might not give you great traction when you're actually

on the asphalt.

This here is going to be really nice mix of a big, knobby lug tire that's also siped,

which is going to give you a ton of flex out of the tire, giving you really good traction

off-road, but the lugs are going to the spaced a little bit closer together, which is going

to eliminate some of that road noise and also wear better on-road.

Now, stepping away from the tread of the tire itself, and moving around to the shoulder

and the side-wall here, this is an area where you'll see a lot of failures off-road.

Most of the failures are going to be from punctures or tears in the sidewall, especially

in the shoulder area, so what BFG has done with the K02 as well as the KM2, and what

a lot of the other manufacturers have done as well, is really beefed up this shoulder

area and the sidewall area and actually added some lugs that worked their way around onto

that sidewall of the tire.

And that's gonna do a couple of things for you.

One, it gives the tire a more aggressive look, so even though this is more of an all-terrain

tire than a mud-terrain, it still gives you an aggressive look.

Two, it's going to give you some additional traction when you are off-road you have this

tire air down you're going to be able to grip and grab onto obstacles, even with the sidewall

the tire giving you some really nice traction.

But maybe most importantly, this is going to give you some nice peace of mind and some

nice protection against any sort of sidewall puncture especially up in the shoulder area,

which is most susceptible to damage off-road.

BFG uses a unique 3D siping method in their tire, which is what you see in the actual

lugs itself.

Those are the cuts that go through the lugs, and what that's really designed to do is allow

the tire, even where it has that big lug, to do a lot of flexing and deflecting, especially

when it's air down off-road.

You're letting it really wrap around and grab onto obstacles, giving you the maximum amount

of traction.

This tire also has BFG's coreguard technology, which again is just going to give you some

peace of mind against any sort of puncture when you are off-road.

This is a really well-balanced tire.

It's going to have about a 20% stronger sidewall than some of the other tires out there, again,

for that puncture and off-road resistance, but still giving you a lug that's closer together

which will give you a much more comfortable and quiet on-road ride.

A tire isn't something that you're going to want to mount at home, by yourself, onto your

wheel.

Of course, you can.

I'm sure you've all seen the videos of people mounting tires and setting beads with brake

cleaner and a lighter, which I certainly don't recommend.

I think that what most of you are gonna do is the right thing to do, take your tire to

a shop, have it mounted professionally using a mounting machine onto your wheel, and then

also have it balance properly.

Now, sometimes, with a big knobby tire like this, a company won't necessarily want to

balance it right away.

It'll wanna have you put 250, 500 miles on the tire, because you are going to lose a

good bit of rubber in those first few miles, and then they'll balance them out.

That's up to the shop that you end up using, but either way, I would recommend using a

shop, have the motorman balance for you, and then it's really just a matter of bringing

them home and bolting them onto your vehicle.

The price for these tires is going to vary widely depending on the size that you choose,

and also the size of the wheel.

The larger the wheel, the more expensive the tire.

The larger the tire, of course, the more expensive the tire will be.

So, you are going to vary anywhere from $200 to $400.

This is going to fall right in the same area as a lot of the other all-terrain tires in

the same category.

So, if you're looking for a good well-rounded all-terrain tire that's going to be good on

road and also off-road, I definitely recommend taking a look at these K02 by BFG, and you

can find them right here at extremeterrain.com.

How to Handle Criticism - Duration: 10:18.

Sunny Lenarduzzi: In this video I'm gonna teach you how to handle

criticism like a boss.

Quick warning though, I will be using profanity in this video.

I will be using it for good, not evil, but I will be using profanity.

Put your headphones on or maybe go to a quiet space.

For the bright side of branding, business and being your own boss.

Criticism comes with the territory of any job, any job in the world, but as an entrepreneur,

you know that there is a heightened level of constructive and not so constructive criticism

that comes at every part of the journey.

I wanna share a really great quote with you that keeps this in perspective for me and

it goes something like this, "To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing and be nothing."

And that's the truth.

If you don't wanna be criticized, then truly you can't really do much, because everybody

has an opinion, there's also a quote about that.

Opinions are like, "Everybody has one."

In order to handle criticism, because I've received my fair share over the years, I've

come up with a method that I've actually never shared before and I'm actually a little bit

nervous to share it with you today.

Plus, before we dive into this, I have created a downloadable piece of art that you can put

as your screensaver on your computer or beside your desk or somewhere in your home to remind

you of how to handle criticism in a healthy way.

That download link is below this video.

What is my method with dealing with criticism?

It's called "The F.U.C.K I.T Method".

It's an acronym.

Let's dive into this.

"F" stands for "Find Your Center", because I'm the first to admit that when I am criticized

in any way, shape or form it's easy to react emotionally or reactively.

Where you just wanna hop onto Instagram or you wanna hop onto your computer and you just

wanna fire back at the person who's critiquing you.

I completely understand it, it's a normal human reaction, but also it's really important

not to act of an emotion, because that's going to get you into trouble.

Also, it doesn't feel good when you do anything reactively, because that's not really who

you are.

What I like to do is take a bit, take a breath, even go for a walk.

Leave it for a little while and just let it sink in and also find myself in amongst that

negativity or criticism of any kind.

When you find your center you really zone in on who you are, what you stand for and

also build up your confidence to know that "yes", this criticism is coming in, but it

doesn't mean that you don't know what you're doing and you're terrible at your job, and

all the things that's start going through your head when you get any kind of critique.

It just means that maybe there is a new way to look at things and maybe there is value

to this opinion.

Maybe there isn't, we're gonna get into that in a second.

But really finding you in the midst of it, so that you're not reacting from a space of

emotion or reactive negativity.

That leads us right into "U", which stands for "Useful or Harmful?".

Really looking at whatever the criticism is, taking your emotions out of it, because you've

found your center and you're grounded in yourself and looking at it and thinking to yourself,

"Is this something I can potentially use to my advantage?"

Because, a lot of the times, your haters are your best allies.

There's a great book out there by my friend Jay Baer called "Hug Your Haters", I have

a whole video on that.

Talking about the fact that the people who critique you the most, who are deemed your

"haters", actually have a lot of really great and valuable insides into how you can improve

your business.

Taking a look at the criticism and trying to find a nugget, that's useful to you.

Really using that criticism to your advantage and that makes it feel really good, because

then you can leverage it to grow.

However, not all criticism is useful.

Using a critical eye when you are grounded is important, because if it is a harmful critique

and it's something that's attacking you as a person, it's attacking your character and

it has nothing to do with your job or your expertise and it's just straight up mean or

abuse, you don't need it.

The next step here is "C" which is "Consider the Source".

If you would taka a second and stepped back and look at where this criticism is coming

from, it's also gonna help you determine whether it's something that you really need to put

any weight on at all.

What I like to do is look at if this person is in the same space as me, if they are an

expert in the field, if they know anything about my industry or what I do or if their

critique is coming from a place or authority, or influence or expertise.

And if it's not, if they're not somebody who knows anything about what I do, then they're

really just being a critic and it's really easy to be a critic.

That's when you can kind of go, "You know what, they are just critiquing to critique,

they don't know me, they don't know the space, I don't really need to put a ton of weight

on this."

You may still find something useful from the feedback, but you don't need to put a lot

of weight on it and it's easier to just let it roll off of you.

And the "K" stands for "Kill Them With Kindness".

I'm a big believer in once you have taken a step back, if you are gonna respond and

if it's warranting a response, be kind, be polite, be level headed.

Because, what you do sets a precedent and an example for everyone else who's in your

community or may join your community.

If you're spewing hatred or negativity back, that's gonna say, "Hey, it's okay to talk

like this on my pages, on my social profiles and to have commentary that really isn't useful

and it's just hate."

Kill them with kindness and say something that's going to maybe make them think about

why they would even comment in the first place with something so negative.

Or if it is something that's useful say, "Thank you so much for your feedback!"

That's pretty much my go-to answer whenever I get a critique, because it gives the opportunity

to say, "Thank you, I appreciate you even took the time to say anything.

I'm gonna take the feedback, and then I'll decide what I wanna do with it."

Whether it's useful or harmful.

If it's harmful, just don't respond.

Now we'll be going to the "I", which stands for "Intuition".

This kind of goes back to finding your center.

It's really tuning into yourself and once you've gotten through the aspects of responding

and dealing with whether it was harmful or useful, just tuning in with yourself and how

this is making you feel.

Actually what it's bringing up for you.

Because the more in tune you are, the better you are at figuring out why you're reacting

the way that you're reacting.

Maybe it's digging at an insecurity that you have, that this person knows nothing about.

Just as much as you don't know what they're going through and why they decided to say

that, they don't know what you're going through.

Sometimes we will say things without any meanness or harshness behind it, but it happens to

trigger something with you that's deep rooted or comes from a past trauma or comes from

a past experience.

Really tuning into yourself and being intuitive enough to know why this is bringing this stuff

for you and relating it back to a past experience instead of thinking that

this person is evil for saying this.

It probably has more to do with you than it does with them and how you react to it.

Really getting in tune with where you're at and using your intuition to guide you in why

you're reacting the way you're reacting.

And then using that to really understand how to react moving forward and where those feelings

are coming from.

And again, not putting it all on that person as someone is a bad person or that they're

trying to be mean to you.

Finally, this brings us to the "T" and the "T" is "Terminate the Feeling".

As Taylor Swift says, "Just shake it off."

When it comes to the "T" it's just really letting go of that yuckiness or if you feel

attacked at all or if it triggered insecurity for you, let it go.

And there's a lot of ways to let those feelings go.

For me, I like to go for a good sweat, I like to put on a song I love, whatever it takes

for me to kind of shake it off is what I'm gonna do.

You've gone through the process, now it's time to just terminate the felling, because

it's way more detrimental to you than it is to the person who commented.

If you're holding on to it and letting that ... You hold the way you're reacting or creating

moving forward, because everything that you touch is going to have a twinge of that reactiveness

and the emotion that comes with it, in it.

Let it go, so that you can go back to your center and create from a place of your heart

and love and positivity, so that negativity doesn't fuel anything else moving forward.

Just shake it off, terminate the feeling.

This is how I deal with criticism.

I hope you enjoyed it, I hope it was helpful for you.

I have something really special that I've created for you and it's a wall hang, a little

piece of art that you can put beside your desk or put as your screensaver on your computer.

It has each one of those steps on it, so that if you do feel attacked or critiqued in a

negative way, you can go back to "The F.U.C.K I.T Method" to really deal with it in a positive,

useful, helpful ways.

Why does the 19th Party Congress matter? - Duration: 1:26.

The Communist Party's National Congress

A time when the party re-shuffles its top leadership

and sets the nation's priorities for the next five years.

That makes every Congress important.

What makes the 19th Party Congress different – and especially important – is the backdrop.

China has been making big changes.

In the past five years, the party built a

New Silk Road to Europe and beyond.

Took the lead in the Paris climate accords as the U.S. backed away.

Lifted nearly 70 million more people out of poverty.

Restructured the military…

and reformed the financial system…

Enough to convince the IMF to make the renminbi a global reserve currency.

And when this kept happening…

China agreed to get tough with Pyongyang.

If all that happened in Xi Jinping's first five years, the question is what will he and

party do in the next five?

That's another reason to watch this event closely.

The 19th Party Congress will elect new members to the Politburo and Politburo Standing Committee

a body whose decisions could guide China's development for decades to come.

Decisions felt in every hemisphere.

Because of its size, what happens in China…now happens to the world.

How to Set Up a Gmail Account and Forward Messages to a Different E-mail Account - Duration: 4:40.

Alright guys, Devon here from Mazzella Companies.

Today, I'm going to show you two things.

First, I'm going to show you how to set up a Gmail E-mail account if you've never had

one.

And once we do that, if you want to send your Gmail E-mail to your work E-mail, or if you

Subscribed to the YouTube channel or whatever and want to push that to a different non-Google

related E-mail; I'll show you how to do that as well.

So first, let's start by setting up your Gmail Account.

So, go to Gmail.com.

And you'll see a window that looks just like this.

They're going to assume already that you have a Gmail Account because that's who Gmail is,

but what you can do is, click "More Options" and hit "Create Account."

And it will bring you to this window.

And this is the contact form that will let you do everything that you need to do to set

up a new E-mail account.

First, Devon, my first name.

And then, this is where you have to pick your Username.

You might take a couple tries, depending on how many people have already decided to do

your E-mail Address, so it's really up to you, you just have to take a couple cracks

at it.

So let's see if I can get mine done on the first try.

And then this is the Privacy policy; terms and agreement.

Now there is a possibility that you might have to verify your account by using your

phone number.

I just did.

If you don't want to use your personal cellphone, you can always put in your work phone number

and they'll just call you.

For me, I just gave them my cellphone number and they just texted me the verification code,

so I'm going to put that in.

And we're good to go!

So this is my new Gmail E-mail Account.

Now, I want to show you how to push E-mails from your Gmail Account to a separate work

account if that's what you want to do.

First, click "Continue to Gmail" if you just set yours up.

If not just go to Gmail.com and sign in.

If it's your first time, it'll tell you all the basic tutorial stuff;

"This is what Gmail is."

"This is how you use it."

"This is your navigation."

This is your inbox, and all of your E-mails will populate here.

If you get spam it will usually be right here.

If you have like a social media channel, it'll populate right here.

But if you want to push your notifications from this E-mail to another one...

In the right hand corner of the screen, there's this gearbox.

So you click on it.

And you click on "Settings."

And then there's a bunch of options below the Settings tab.

And the one that I want you to click on is called "Forwarding."

So first, what you do is click "Add a forwarding address."

And all it's asking for is E-mail address that you want your Gmail messages to go to.

So I'm going to send it to my work E-mail.

And once you select that, it'll ask you again to verify it; "Do you want to send your mail

to this E-mail account?"

And once you pick that, it's gonna say, "A confirmation code is going to send to that

E-mail that you've designated to verify permission."

And that's what this new box it.

It wasn't here before.

It's telling you that you need to verify, on this E-mail address, a confirmation code

that was sent to it.

So let's check out my work E-mail real quick.

And sure enough, it's right here.

And the top part is really basic.

It says, "This Gmail Account has requested to automatically forward mail to This E-mail."

Which is what we want.

So all we have to do is put in this Confirmation code.

So highlight it, right click it, and copy it.

And then go back to the Gmail browser and you right click and paste it. and then Verify.

And now it's just going to tell you that you have verified the forwarding address, DMcCarty@Mazzellacompanies.com.

Once you do that, click "Forward a copy of incoming mail to, This.

And keep Gmail's copy in the inbox."

Or.

That's if you want to keep them both in your Gmail account and your work E-mail.

Or you can set this up to Delete it from here, Mark it as "read" or "Archive it."

However you want to Organize your E-Mails is really up to you.

I typically have it "Marked as Read" so it knows that I read it on my work E-mail account.

But you can Delete them if you want to, it's whatever you want.

But once you decide that, then you're good to go.

You "save changes" and then you're off and running.

So that means, everything that you get sent to this E-mail from now on, will get sent

to whatever E-mail that you want.

And that's it!

I hope this video was able to help you, if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach

out.

Enjoy!

If you need me, let me know.

Thanks.
