- What is your trailblazing anthem?

What is that song that really put your ass in gear,

gets the kids together?

Right now my anthem is tie up my neck my mother(bleep) bag.

That is like the national anthem you have to–

that's always going to be playing on repeats.

- I mean such a classic but "Just Dance" like by Lady Gaga.

What is better and what makes you want to dance more

than someone literally telling you to just dance?

It's going to be okay.

I love anything Ariana Grande

I'm just such a sucker for that bitch.

She is so femme and just so girly and petite and pretty.

I just love living on that edge of my drag

just so far from the boy into that really pretty dainty girl

and I love doing anything Ariana Grande.

I can't help it.

- Oh my God. There is a song called 'Woman's Got the Power.'

"Women's Got the Strength" by Jennifer Holliday

and it is amazing like if you can't do that song

and turn it you are not a dancing queen.

And so when I every time I do it

I feel like I'm like proving that I got the chops baby.

You know what I mean? It's my favorite, yeah.

- Well my power anthem right now

I would say "Running" by Disclosure the remix with Jessie Ware.

My trailblazing power anthem right now

It's actually been proud by Martha Wash.

You know and it's just it's a representation

I'll make you proud of me.

- You know right now at the moment it's no

"No Tears Left to Cry"

because I have nothing to cry for nobody it's about me.

I'm trying to live my life. So yeah.

Gloria Gaynor "I Will Survive" because proof, I will.

- Oh OK.

So this is going to be really weird to you

but Aerosmith "Walk This Way"

gets in my life every time I hear it

it is literally my Beyoncé dru– what is it?

"Drunk in Love" Yeah it is

It is that every time I hear "Walk This Way"

I know I'm ready to pooch.

Breaking Ground is a provider of affordable housing and supportive

housing in New York City. So mainly we're housing people who have been formerly

homeless or people who might have been at risk of homelessness or in a fragile

situation, but we also help individuals get into housing and so we provide

services on the level of street outreach, transitional housing programs,

as well as support them once they're in housing.

So one thing that Breaking Ground

is using our data right now to explore is to understand what are some

of the milestones that happen from point A to point B. So if we know we're

engaging someone on the street at the outreach level and then we expect that

we will be able to help them be housed and then also achieve some sense of

housing stability what various systems are we looking into to find out that

information and what aren't we seeing I think is some of the most

important data

So we have a very small team at Breaking Ground in the data services department,

but I think we're in a continual pursuit to try to be seeking additional

resources to help build our capacity to be able to analyze our data effectively

and Data Science Dojo has been like an incredible opportunity for me to be able

to take some of my baseline skills and to build on them and to get some ideas

and things that we can incubate over the next years of Breaking Ground. So one

thing that I definitely plan on doing is implementing some large-scale text

analysis I'm excited to be looking for data that we can be using in addition to

the data that I'm already familiar with that Breaking Ground has I think that we

definitely have some classification problems at Breaking Ground that some of

the methods of measuring these issues and predicting will be useful in some of

the work that Breaking Ground is doing

It was a really interesting experience being in a bootcamp with people who

work mainly in for-profit companies. I'm not typically in that type of space and

so it's really interesting to be thinking about these concepts in a

business sense and naturally I was trying to translate this into you how it

would affect my nonprofit and other nonprofits that I've either worked for or

are familiar with and I really think that it's important that nonprofits go

through the same types of thought processes that for-profit companies go

through with "how can I use data to leverage insights within my company"

I think one of the greatest ways to do that is to attend a bootcamp like this

and to give yourself some introduction and then go from there

The Voice Tree - Coldest Night (Audio) - Duration: 4:50.

The wind sliced like a blade,

As the light turned dim.

Your song begins to fade,

My thoughts turn to sin.

The home burns down like a house of cards,

Yesterday it was there, now it's just a yard.

Put out my flame with a single blow,

Feed me to the wolves, blood in the snow.

Turn around, watch it all burn down,

On the coldest night.

I went out, I went searching for you,

On the coldest night.

Heard your sound, but my hands were bound, on the coldest night.

I heard your voice, but I had no choice, on the coldest night.

Stitch up my soul,

Your heart is the thread.

Throw a ladder down the hole,

And climb into my bed.

How is it all this time has passed?

Father time's running way too fast.

My torn soul rusted every day,

Frozen in ice till you came my way.

Turn around, watch it all burn down,

On the coldest night.

I went out, I went searching for you,

On the coldest night.

Heard your sound, but my hands were bound, on the coldest night.

I heard your voice, but I had no choice, on the coldest night.

Walking into the sunset,

Driving out from the sunrise.

Walking into the sunset,

Driving out from the sunrise.

What Determines Good Quality Content? - Duration: 2:51.

Hi I'm Bruce Clay, and this is the Ask Us Anything series.

I currently run an e-commerce website and due to time constraints, I find myself

outsourcing most of the content writing to freelancers. I know content can be

subjective, but what I would like to know is, what determines good quality content?

Absolutely subjective. The problem is, we're trying to satisfy a search engine

and tell the search engine that we have the answer to a particular query

and that we are the expert on that particular answer. So part of this is

going to have to be whether or not you have a quality website.

Your whole website is actually going to bias the search engine. They claim to be specific

to a page more often than not, but I think that you're gonna find that the

whole website is going to bias them. It has to do with trust, expertise and authority.

When you look at authority, authority is extremely quality sensitive.

So this matters a lot. This is an excellent question: What determines good quality.

Well, it should be unique. The page should express an answer, and it should

do it in a clear, correct way. Content should be grammatically correct. It should be

written for an easy audience. When I say easy, we're talking about a Kincaid

grade level of probably 8 to 10 maybe 12, not PhD-level writing style. It should

not have typographical errors. The links from that page should not be broken.

It should actually have links to it, and in fact, a high quality (page) would actually have

people who have read it and shared it. So there's a great many things that are out

there about a page. If the page is too short, it's considered to be poor quality.

If it is too long, it's probably fine. Statistics have indicated that at 1500

words, you get more social mentions on the page than you would at 700 words.

That is going to cause more mentions. That's going to

cause a signal of quality to occur. And you're gonna see that your page will

actually perform better in the search results. Quality? Make it unique, make it

yours, don't copy other people's information. Be clear and to the point,

and make it the best you can make it.

Takeaways:

1. Quality is subjective, but if you want to rank, your website must provide expert answers and information related to queries.

2. Search engines look at your site and determine if you have trust, expertise, and authority.

3. Make your answer unique and in depth but also clear without grammatical errors.

Trump's Order To End Family Separations Is A Complete SHAM - Duration: 4:21.

So on Wednesday, Donald Trump decides to sign an executive order to put an end to his administration's

practice of separating children from their parents at the border here in the United States.

Some people praised this decision, said, "Yes, he's finally doing the right thing," but others

looked at it for what it is: a very tiny and ineffective band-aid for a horrible policy

that the president himself created.

So let's go through the list here.

Let's talk about what this executive order really does, and then we can decide whether

or not Trump deserves any credit whatsoever for it.

First and foremost, children are still going to be put in cages, okay?

That hasn't changed, except the only difference now is that they'll probably be put into those

cages with their parents.

I guess that's better, but again, we're still putting human beings in cages.

We have government contractors, defense contractors that have already signed on to four-year,

multimillion-dollar contracts to build more of these detention facilities and to staff

them.

So this policy's not going away; we're not going to stop putting human beings in cages.

Second problem: The current federal law only allows a child to be detained by Immigration

for 20 days.

So, if they're locked in a cage with their family and they hit that 20-day mark, the

kid has to go, but go where?

So we're still going to be separating children from their parents; they're just going to

get a few extra days to say goodbye.

And the third, and probably the most disgusting part of all of this is that there is no intention

by this administration whatsoever to reunite the kids that have already been separated

from their parents.

They have no plan to do that.

And worst off, according to an immigration court judge, these kids and their parents

don't know where one another is because the government didn't tell them, and — gets

worse still — the government has already lost track of them, some of them, hundreds

of them, actually.

Hundreds in the last few weeks, of children separated from their parents, and the government

can't match them up because they lost track of who is who and where is where.

So no, Trump doesn't deserve any credit for allegedly fixing a problem that he created,

that's not actually fixed at all.

We still have a massive humanitarian crisis.

We're going to see more of this happening throughout the next few weeks, months, years,

whatever it's going to be, and suddenly, we're supposed to believe that it's fixed because

Donald Trump, who'd been lying about it from day one, finally did what everybody'd been

begging him to, even though he said he wasn't able to do that, though he finally did.

Kirstjen Nielsen at Department of Homeland Security actually said this past weekend they

didn't even have a policy that said they would be separating families from their children.

And then yesterday, we find out, oh, she's drafting a rule to change that order.

This administration has lied to us every step of the way on this issue, every step of the

way.

There is not a single thing about this that they have not lied to us about.

So if you believe that they're actually going to be working on this problem and reuniting

these kids with their families, then you are lying to yourself at this point.

They have never been honest, they never will be honest, and they have no intention whatsoever

of protecting these children and their parents.

Oh, and of course, we can't forget the fact that they're still not going to let legal

asylum seekers come into this country.

They're still going to get locked up in cages too, even though they did do it legally, did

everything by the book, but we're still going to lock them up.

At least this time, they'll be locked up with their kids, instead of having the government

ship them off to some other state and then lose track of them completely.

HAPPENING NOW: The DOJ Officially CAVES! - Duration: 3:38.

Does anyone wonder why we have to jump through hoops and threaten the hell out of the DOJ

in order to get them to cooperate with patriots searching for TRUTH?

It's insanity, and AG Jeff Sessions should be ashamed of himself.

Yet again, after more threats, including holding AG Sessions in contempt, the DOJ has finally

caved and complied with the House Intelligence Committees request for a small cache of documents

involving #SpyGate.

From Washington Examiner

The Justice Department has begun to provide documents to the House Intelligence Committee

this week, following explicit threats by Republican chairmen.

A small cache of documents was given to intelligence panel staff on Tuesday, followed by another

tranche on Wednesday, a congressional source told the Washington Examiner.

The exact content of those records was not disclosed, but they came on the heels of tough

talk from House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy over the weekend.

The South Carolina Republican said Sunday that House Speaker Paul Ryan led a meeting

with senior Justice Department and FBI officials Friday, and claimed he "made it very clear"

the House will use "its full arsenal of constitutional weapons to gain compliance"

on outstanding subpoenas.

Moments later, in a separate interview, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes

said there would be "hell to pay" Wednesday morning if the Justice Department hadn't

started to turn over documents.

A Justice Department official told the Washington Examiner that they agreed to "provide a

specific documents by Friday or explain why we couldn't."

"That process is underway, including delivery of many of the requested documents today,"

the official said.

On Sunday, it was not immediately clear which subpoenas or requests Gowdy was referencing.

In March, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte subpoenaed the Justice Department

to obtain documents related to the FBI's investigation of Hillary Clinton's email

server, potential surveillance abuses, and the decision to fire former FBI Deputy Director

Andrew McCabe.

The request totals roughly 1.2 million documents.

However, that subpoena is already being handled: FBI Director Christopher Wray announced in

late March that he was assigning 54 FBI staffers to oversee the request, and Attorney General

Jeff Sessions then tapped the U.S. attorney in Chicago, John Lausch, in April to oversee

the production of troves of documents to Goodlatte.

Separately, Gowdy has pushed the Justice Department for classified documents and information related

to the Russia investigation alongside Nunes.

Gowdy, Nunes, and other lawmakers have now been briefed twice by the Justice Department

and the FBI on those requests, which include documents on a confidential FBI informant

used on the Trump campaign.

A source familiar with Friday's meeting said it was made clear that the Justice Department

would need to comply with congressional oversight requests or face retribution by the Republican-led

House.

However, no specific options were laid out, the source emphasized.

Trump-aligned House Republicans have floated the idea of impeaching Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein for what they say is the stonewalling of their efforts to obtain documents about

FBI surveillance of Trump campaign members during the 2016 presidential election, as

well as documents that could show bias atop the department.

Others, specifically Nunes, have said they could hold Attorney General Jeff Sessions

in contempt.

What's New & What To Do Episode 3 ~ Farmers Market by the Lake & Fabrics - Duration: 4:12.

JENNIFER: Hey everybody I'm Jennifer OB with Par3 Realty. Here we are at the

farmers market by the lake in Lake Olympia, let's go check it out.

JILL: I had done a presentation to the HOA for Lake Olympia and part of that

presentation was focused on what could we do as a community in Lake Olympia to

showcase this wonderful lakeside community that we live in and one thing

led to another and before I knew of Thomasine Johnson who owns the property

here at 2700 Lake Olympia Parkway gave me a call a week down the track and said "I

loved your presentation and the idea about doing the farmers market will you

come and speak to me" and of course my answer was "yes."

THOMASINE: Recreation is something that is needed in a community. We wanted to do it in

this community because Lake Olympia is just a beautiful community as you can

see. It's kind of quiet, it's like a little secret so what we wants to do is

have something that we can do here at our office to bring in the community.

What I like about this particular farmers market is because we have

opportunity to bring in the vendors and and everybody in the community by

profession I'm an interior designer but my master's degree is in community

development so I'm always looking at ways that could develop the community. I

serve a lot in the Missouri City I love Missouri City I've been in Missouri City for

over 25 years so I love it. One thing that we really work on is the Young

Sprouts Club and this is really Jill's baby and she's kind of made me kind of

love it I'm like the godmother to it but with of Young Sprouts we teach these

young people how to be entrepreneurs. For instance like the lemonade stand over

there, we don't charge them at all so their lemonade stand all they need to do

is bring the lemonade and the cups and we set everything up and whatever

they make, they keep. Farmers market people are different culture what they

do they come in, they buy the items, and then they leave

that's the way it is. Jennifer what are we going to do we have an app that we're

getting ready to launch and this app is so excited on this app it's called

Farmers Market Partners the vendors are gonna be on the app, it's going to

list their products and the consumer can go on the app and purchase the product

in advance and then just come and pick it up. JILL: Everyone needs to come down it's

very family orientated, we've got the wonderful Vista of the lake, we've got

food trucks where you can have a breakfast and some lunch as well and

basically just enjoy this wonderful community that we're all a part of.

JENNIFER: Neutral fabrics are always a safe way to go but just like everything else

bold fabrics are making a comeback. Specifically beautiful bright bold

floral patterns. Now if flowers aren't your thing possibly check out a rich

geometric pattern as well.

I've really enjoyed my time shopping all the local

vendors it was definitely worth getting up early in the morning to come beat the

heat. Be sure to come check out the Famers Market by the Lake. It's the

first and third Saturday of the month and the summer hours are from 9:00am to

1:00pm and apparently we're not the only ones that love the farmers markets.

So now you know what's new and what's to do until next time toodaloo!

Nail Art 2018 ★ Nail Art Video | Nail Art Designs - Duration: 10:59.

Nail designs or nail art or Nail Polish is a very simple concept - designs or art that

is used to decorate the finger or Nail Polish or toe nails.

They are used predominately to enhance an outfit or brighten an everyday

look.

Seen nowadays as more a fashion activity and something that allows for creativity and expression

of one's own style, the nail designs or Nail

Polish and art are considered to be a significant area of fashion and beauty.

Different nail designs and nail art can be found on the latest catwalks of the best designers,

Hollywood stars and celebrities will often showcase the hottest new nail trends on the

red carpets, and of course anyone from their own home can

create nail art or Nail Polish to match their mood, outfit or artistic personality.

History originally saw nail art or Nail Polish as being a show of social class, and the more

extravagant the higher class you were considered.

These days it is available to everyone and has exploded in

popularity, so much so that a documentary NAILgasm, was released to explore the growing

trend of nail art from subculture to high fashion.

In January 2014, Nailpolis: Museum of Nail Art was founded

for nail artists and hobbyists to share their designs.

How To Do Nail Art?

If you want your nails to look their best, copy your favourite star's nails, or just

have a great design idea for them, then there are a few ways to

go about achieving the desired look.

Salons:

The easiest but probably most expensive option is to visit a nail salon or nail bar.

With the increase in nail designs and nail art popularity

nail salons/bars have become common-place in many towns and high streets.

They will have nail technicians that should be capable of creating any designs you wish.

Kits:

Nail art kits are useful for beginners as they give you everything you need to get started.

They will usually contain the top and base coats,

polish and colours, special brushes or dotting tools, different patterns, stickers and pins

for the designs, and possibly sometimes stones, jewels or glitter depending on the kit.

You may even want to get a kit with nail art pens that allow for you to draw directly onto

the nail, getting a totally unique design of your own.

If you're thinking about getting into nail designs, a nail art kit might be the ideal

starting point.

You can buy nail art kits from some of the biggest retailers.

Nail designs or nail art Tutorials:

If you want to avoid the cost of nail salons or are just feeling brave there is a massive

amount of tutorials and guides for all sorts of nail

designs or Nail Polish on the internet.

You can easily do a quick Google and YouTube search for a whole host of other resources.

What You Need

In order to get the desired designs or art and you aren't going to a nail salon, you'll

need the best tools and supplies.

One of the most basic tools for any budding nail artist are brushes.

A set of brushes can be picked up from most places like Amazon for very cheap.

Nail files are also important and you will likely need more than

one.

Your design ideas and what techniques they will require plays a large part in the tools

you might find yourself needing.

Nail stamps and dotting tools may be necessary to create specific designs.

These are just a few of a wide range of tools available for nail designs and art.

Depending on the type of design or pattern you are trying to achieve

you will require specific tools that will enable you to create those specific designs.

Nail Designs

Once you've decided to create your own nail art or Nail Polish , and you've got all the

tools you need to do so, you'll need to decide on a design or Nail Polish .

The range of options available to you is huge and with time you'll

become more familiar with different accessories that can be used

to improve or enhance your nail designs.

Inspiration

There are lots of resources for finding nail design inspiration.

Various nail art books on can be found online that will cater for the nail designs or Nail

Polish you're looking for or level of skill you currently

have.

Alternatively you could attend a class at your local nail salon to get the basics first

or find inspiration from them, not to mention vastly

improving your ability.

And of course the internet is a treasure-trove of information and ideas.

A quick search will find you an endless supply of design ideas and nail art.

The important thing to remember about nail designs and nail nail art is to be creative,

express yourself, and most importantly - have fun!
